100- fix my sleep schedule (at least 8 hours on school nights and maybe like sleep at 12-1 am when I can sleep in)

200- come out to one friend as genderfluid

300- permanently stop sh

400- get the haircut I truly want (it's pretty short so kinda scared but!!)

500- I'll ask my parents to go to therapy for my anxiety um yeah go forth I guess
