The 2nd season started a few days ago so I binge-read the first season. Alright, so it's wholesome despite all the violence, blackmails and bullying - as opposed to the usual manhwa I've seen before (cough cough, there's no white flesh here...🙊).

I love how the characters are not limited to the stereotype of "seme" and "uke" antics. It's pretty complicated and toxic.

The toxicity was overwhelming, for some reason I enjoyed it coz my ego feed on this kind of plot.

I felt bad for all the disasters that Skylar went through, but I can't feel empathy towards him. Maybe I just can't put myself in his shoes.

Cirrus is devil incarnate? But he's just a victim of his own circumstances too. But that does not justifies his evil and manipulative plots. I love how fragile he is, unlike the other brute force stereotype. My ideal toxic guy I must say. Probably, my 2nd fav manhwa character after the psycho Ohh Sangwoo.

Chan-Il is the friend we wish we all have. I wish the new girl in season 2 won't break him apart, coz my theory is that she's in cahoot with Cirrus.

Mingwoo??? Of all the toxic characters in this manhwa, he's the only one I badly want to eradicate with my own hands. Still looking ➡ for him in the 2nd season and I want death match between him and Cirrus.

Lets talk about royal aus and soulmates and a little bit of fate-magic (@wonusite knows how much obsessed i am with royal aus + soulmates so i thought why not let you know about it too)

So lets say Minghao is the crown Prince of china and Wonwoo is the crown Prince of korea, you are the princess of another country that was given the power to see scenes from future and make desicions accordingly

(i am from europe so i cant say an exact country name because it would be geographically unreasonable and i dont wanna say a country like japan or Taiwan because it will be weird for me and probably for whoever is reading this lol so i just made up a whole new country because 1) i can 2) this is a magical world so it doesnt have to be realist at all and 3) its way more fun this way)

When your eighteenth birthday comes all of the other kingdoms' magicians becomes aware of your power, which leads to them informing their kings. Now, the kings of the two most powerful kingdoms want you to marry their sons so they can be superior to the other. But your mother, who leads your country, knows better than to trust these greedy men who just wants to use you.

So she sends you off to a mountain with your trustworthy guard Lee Chan, who was saved by your mother when korea was in a war and his vilage was destroyed.

But there is something none of those magicians nor your parents know about, you are already destined to rule three countries by both of the princes by your side. You saw it one night, after three whole months of living in a cabin placed on the highest mountain in your borders you started seeing more of these dreams where you learned more about the future. You saw yourself looking lovingly at a man, who was looking (and feeling) oddly but not unwelcomingly familiar.

The man was tall, broad shoulders and piercing but worried and caring eyes, his eyes never left yours while he was talking about how you should drink the tea he was holding to get rid of your sore throat. But all you could do was just scanning his features while trying to memorise every detail like this was the last time you would ever see your soulmate.

Just as your lover was about to pour down the drink from your throat the door to the bedroom you were resting in slammed open by another male who was looking worried sick. As soon as your eyes met he ran to your other side that wasnt occupied by your other lover and cupped your face lovingly with both of his warm hands.

He cooed and whined about how the love of his life was feeling ill and there was nothing he could to about it. You could see that he was actually concerned about your health but you couldnt help laughing at one of your lover was mumbling about your "poor healt" while the other was about to throw hands at the fact that he was literally holding a cure for you but being ignored by his lovers

You woke up just as Wonwoo was shooing Minghao away and trying to get you to drink the tea.

As you opened your eyes you met with chan's knowing look. You made a questioning head movement as you realized he was smiling almost too sweetly to you. Throughout the years you spent with him you learned that you could never trust him and his intentions if the smirk like smile was stretching his lips. And you were right when he said "what were you smiling to in your dreams? Did you see your soulmate? Or should i say soulmates?"

This is so long already and i just wanted your opinion about this concenpt, so if you like it i might make a part two where they finally meet but if you would like to you can continue this yourself

San & Mingi - I go absolutely stupid at the sight of these two. No coherent thoughts, just "big big BIG" on a loop. Side note: this song just came on and it feels like it fits the two of them and no I won't elaborate (but do I really need to with those lyrics?? 😝)

2. Mingyu & Wonwoo - I'd hate to come between roommates… jk, I would love to. Especially these two. They've gotta be used to sharing.

3. Yuta & Taeyong - breaking up the big boy combos, lest you think my size kink is running things here. Yuta strikes me as a dom, Taeyong a sub, and then there's lil ol' switch me in the middle. Perfect sandwich.

4. Bang Chan & Lee Know - I just want to sit them down and ask them to explain the lyrics to Drive. In the most hands-on manner.

5. Heeseung & Jay - Again, the tiniest of margins between 1 and 5 here. The reason they're last? They might wear me out the fastest.

The dynamics between Ming and the members of the Hip-Hop Team.

Ming is his child, don’t even try to tell him otherwise.

These are the members who have known each other the longest.

Daegu duo <3

When he introduced himself to all of the trainees, she immediately knew he was from Daegu and approached him after.

He taught her how to drive.

Their voices contrast each other so well, in some of their songs there are parts where they are harmonizing with each other. It’s just so beautiful to hear.

He always keeps her away from danger, the amount of compilations there are of Cheol just pulling her close to him.

He’s her safe space, she feels safe with all of the members, but with him she just has this special connection.

When they were still trainees, he used to carry her a lot on his back.

He said one time that in his next life, he would like to be born as her. She answered by saying ’’Me too, I’m very cool’’. Coups just gave a shocked expression and said this is why he can’t give compliments. She’s his favorite child regardless.

There’s also this famous clip of Ming trying to break her chopsticks by using her teeth and Coups just took them from her and split them for her.

She calls him ‘ddaddu’.

She really looks at him as a father figure, he’s aware of that so he always checks up on her and makes sure she doesn’t have any worries.

She’s so comfortable with him.

He’s a member she could sit in silence with for hours and it would not get awkward.

When he first became a trainee, he kind of freaked her out because he stared a lot and he looked cold. It actually took them awhile to become friends, because they didn’t run into each other a lot. Eventually they warmed up to each other and now they are really close.

He takes care of her in little ways, like making sure she’s hydrated, filling her plate for her, asking about her siblings, ...

Even though Ming doesn’t read books, Wonwoo still likes to give her book recommendations in case she does want to read something one day.

They like gaming together, she’s not very good at it, but she likes spending time with Wonwoo so she doesn’t mind.

They like sitting close to each other, because they both get cold very easily.

There’s this cute video of them at a year-end show and Wonwoo noticed she didn’t have a blanket to cover up her legs with and he grabbed one and put it over her legs.

This is also a kind of underrated duo, mostly because they are the members who are on the more quiet side.

She likes joking with him, because he just goes along with it and doesn’t question it.

She loves it when the other members impersonate the way he runs.

They are both cat people. She said that if she ever gets a cat, she will name it ’Wonwoo’.

She borrows his leather jacket a lot, she finds it fashionable and comfortable to wear.

These two get shipped a lot, mostly because they are the visuals and they look good together.

Like Jeonghan, Mingyu has a younger sister so he knows how to take care of her.

He tried to teach her a recipe once... she almost burned herself and he almost ran out of patience, so he gave up.

He won’t hesitate to cook her something, like sometimes she just gives him a look and he gets up.

She likes teasing him by calling him ’ahjussi’, he absolutely hates it and she just loves it.

Mingyu came to his audition in sandals, Ming was so dumbfounded, but found it so funny at the same time.

When he notices during interviews or radio shows that she hasn’t said a lot, he will bring up her name in the conversation so that she can say something.

Just like Seungkwan, he is one of the members that helps her the most with socializing.

One time Mingyu and Ming were walking back to their dressing room at the KBS Song Festival in 2018. They ran into Mingyu’s 97-liner friends and god was she shy. Fortunately, the guys found it very endearing and were trying to make her more comfortable. She ended up making a lame excuse and ran to their dressing room.

She misses him in the dorms, because he would sometimes clean her room for her. He just did it, she didn’t ask for it.

Their vlives consist of them vibing to Vernon’s pop punk music and eating whatever food that they ordered.

He kinda regrets introducing Ming to his little sister, because he thinks Sophia likes her more than him.

She sometimes calls him ’hyung’, because Chan always calls him that and the three of them spent a lot of time together, especially when they were trainees. She also feels more comfortable calling him that, but from time to time she does call him ’oppa’.

He showed her the Harry Potter films, he was confused about how she didn’t know about them, but she really enjoyed them and that’s all he really cares about.

According to the members, these two are the shyest members. They are shy besties.

They have written a lot of songs together.

Sometimes she gets quite insecure about her songwriting, especially when they are rejected. Vernon is usually the one to cheer her up and tell her that her lyrics are good enough and that she should keep writing.

She hypes up his vocals so much, probably more than anyone on the entire planet.

He compliments her english a lot. He knows she gets embarrased sometimes about her prononciation so he likes to let her know she’s doing well.

They lowkey judge the members sometimes, but you know, judging with love <3
