Since the beggining of high school, well even before that, you were known as the girl who never got in trouble, got good grades and never went to parties, you were always invited, but never attended due to being occupied with school

You use to hang out with Devi, Eleanor and Fabiola because they were nice and study hang outs were always fun

Because of your personality and calmed aura, everyone expected you to date someone similar to you

So, when at the beggining of senior year you and Ethan Morales entered the school holding hands, everyone lost their minds, even the teachers

Theories started to fload almost inmediatly, some said that he lost a bet, others that it was a joke, some that you entered your rebel phase

But in reality, everything was real

Things started during summer when the both of you encounter at a night at a 7/11 where you went to get some snacks for the week, Ethan was there but getting some beers with his fake id

Unfortunately that night, you somehow forgot to take your wallet with you, and in a weird turn of events Ethan who was behind you in the line, pay for your snacks

"So, what's the princess doing this late out of her castle?", Ethan asked before you could leave, "What happened to the guardian dragons?"

"They are out of town", you responded knowing that he was refering to your parents, "And don't call my parents that"

"That doesn't respond my first question"

"I run out of my secret snacks and didn't want to wait until tomorrow"

"In that case, let me see what I just pay"

Without asking for permition, Ethan just started to dig into the bag until he pulled out a package of Sour Patch Kids

"Those are my favourites", you shrugged

"Mines too", Ethan smiled

In response, you also smiled feeling comfortable with him

That was the beggining of a friendship that evolute to a relationship

Even if the school found the relationship weird, you and Ethan were happy with each other

Sir Thomas Conyers, was the 9th and last Baronet Conyers of Horden Hall. While a gentleman at birth, he was reduced to poverty and resided at the Durham Workhouse. His pride made him reject financial aid from his distant relatives, among them his second cousin Mary Eleanor Bowes, Countess of Strathmore, whose funeral he attended at Westminster Abbey in 1800. At the time she was one of the wealthiest women in England and is an ancestor of Elizabeth Bowes-Lyons, the late Queen Mother.

His later years were made somewhat more comfortable at the aid of another distant cousin, George Lumley-Saunderson, the 5th Earl of Scarborough who provided him with a small house. Sir Thomas died a pauper on 15 April 1810. His surviving children, three daughters had married working men in the little town of Chester-le-Street, County Durham. As if from a Thomas Hardy novel, his daughter Jane married a man named William Hardy. 

For five generations Sir Thomas Conyers descendants would work as labourers, and often in coal mines once owned by distant ancestors and now owned by the Bowes-Lyon family. By the sixth generation his descendant Robert Harrison, a carpenter left his family still working in the coal mines to seek opportunities in London. There he married and had a daughter, Dorothy who married a builder named Ronald Goldsmith. 

The early years of Dorothy and Ronald’s marriage and their children's upbringing were spent in a comfortable council house, providing the security needed to buy their own home. Their daughter, Carole, became a flight attendant and married a young flight dispatcher, Michael. They settled in Berkshire and spent a few years in Jordan, working for British Airways, before returning to Berkshire, where Carole started her own business at her kitchen table. 

Almost ten generations and 201 years after Sir Thomas Conyers died a pauper, his descendant Catherine Middleton married Prince William of Wales on 29 April 2011.

Salome Lukas, more often known simply as Sal Lukas, was marked by the Twisting Deceit at age four and died at age twenty-five.

In the twenty-one-year interim, she was brought aboard her uncle's cargo ship (age six) to be raised and educated by a rotating cast of nannies and tutors whose names little Salome was never allowed to learn.

Her childhood was a lonely one, as her uncle only spoke to her on Friday evenings when he would have her join him in his cabin on the Tundra for dinner to discuss how her lessons were progressing. He was friendly enough and spoke more than enough for both of them, but he never looked at her.

At eighteen, she began serving Forsaken, and at twenty-one, she started attending monthly financial meetings at the Magnus Institute in place of her uncle, where she met the young man who she would soon fall in love with.

He saved her, but it was never going to last. He died, and so did she, and after her death, she attacked the Magnus Institute in a fit of grief and

Hey! Hope you're all good. I'm a big &J fan - have seen West End, Broadway and UK Tour so far - but don't have any fandom friends and you seem to be very knowledgeable on it!

What are your thoughts/reasonings behind the Elsa/Cassie character/costume swap?

Any idea why they've changed the Rumor track into Charmion?

Any favourite characterisations from different actors? BJW is so talented but Liam seems to be going the Tom Francis Romeo way of attractive macho idiot which I love. I love the big daddyness that Paulo brings to Lance and the sassier Angelique is the better!

Okay so this is a long one so I'm putting it under a read more

With Elsa and Cassie, it mostly just seems to just be a costume swap because the Eleanor track still includes Portia and Benvolio and the Lucy track still includes Helena. I’m not quite sure the reasoning behind swapping the costume plots, but it probably has something to do with the Lucy plot originally being for a plus size actor so they just gave Elsa that plot while still having her be Benvolio. I do wish that they just had Elsa wear the normal Eleanor plot because it just feels weird to be like “this is the plot the plus sized actor HAS to wear” but i’m not gonna get into it.

As for Cassie covering Anne like the Eleanor track usually does and Elsa covering Angelique and Anne like the Lucy track usually does, that probably was just something that happened to happen with the cast change and who fit which character best. Like how Gabe Amato who is in the Gregory track covers both May and Francois whereas Matt Raffy only covered May but now Nicky Cooper, who is in the swing track Michael Ivan Carrier used to be in, only covers May instead of both May and Francois like Michael used to.

Changing Rumour to Charmion came from Bex Robinson herself! It’s unknown if the changing of the track’s name at all came from her, but she was the one who chose the name Charmion. I think it makes sense to change the name because the original actor, Bobby Pocket Horner, was nonbinary and afaik chose the name Rumour themself, so when the actor and the gender of the actor in that role changed as would the name.

Since you brought up your favorite Romeo, mine is Daniel J Maldonado but Ben Jackson Walker is a very very close second. I really like that they're both sort of a soft boy Romeo. As for Lance and Angelique, I really love Paulo Szot's Lance and Megan Kane's Angelique. Paulo is just such a dad and I love that. And Megan's voice is insane and I love and miss her. Also favorite Shakespeare is Austin Scott, favorite Anne is Betsy Wolfe, favorite Francois is Philippe Arroyo, favorite May is Justin David Sullivan, and favorite Juliet is Khailah Johnson. But like even though I have favorites a lot of the different actors are like super close in the ranking I love them all so much.

Some were rejected for good reasons: Freddie Mercury isn’t a girl, Princess Di died too recently, and Trish is from one lady’s single Tiktok. Some were rejected for petty and foolish reasons, such as “I don’t like Hetalia” and “I don’t like early 2000s movies.”

Under the cut is all the match-ups in plain text for those of you who with to ctrl+F for their girlboss. If your own girlboss didn’t make it in, feel free to send in asks about how I’m a fool for running this poll without including your rejected babygirl.

Additionally, feel free to peruse the original spreadsheet to see everyone who didn’t make it in. It is organized in no way shape or form besides the occasional collating of characters who had multiple submissions (notably, Vriska).

If there’s anything I should know about any of the accepted girlbosses (”The person who played this girlboss is currently being prosecuted for murder in North Carolina” or other similar aspects of despicability that should get them disqualified) please inform me off-anon, with evidence. While some of these girlbosses are literal murderers, those who have shed human blood are either fictional or have been dead for over a century, but I don’t want any current murderers around. To no one’s surprise, Tom's short fuse has him quitting his job before the first week of July ends.

But someone’s gotta take Diane’s Bentley back to her office ---because she decided she wanted a red convertible that conveniently broke down the second she took it out her dad’s garage --- and now Tom’s donning the peaky blinder left on the seat to make her think he’s one of her dad’s grunts sent to drive her home.

Gets in a scrap with some bloke who accused him of stealing parts ---which he hadn’t--- because one time he stole his fresh pack of cigarettes that said fucker had stolen off a client’s car.

Didn't help that he's always in a shit mood when the anniversary of his mother's death comes around.

It fits him.

Too well, he thinks as he spots the razor blades sewn into the edge of the cap.

If he didn’t see his mum’s disappointed look every time, he considers that option, God knows where’d he be now.

But that is immediately forgotten when Di gets into the back seat and complains about him not opening the door for her.

For someone who can occasionally see the future, she could be caught by surprise far too often.

“Where to, Miss. Shelby?” He tries not to grin but fails to when she recognized his voice.

“Please tell me you didn’t.” Is all she answered, looking concerned for him.

Worried like he sold his soul to the devil for her.

“Nah, just wanted to mess with you.” He said taking it off to her relief.

She grew up with a gangster as a father, not just any gangster. One so powerful the crown feared him, so they let him do as he pleased.

In short, Thomas Shelby was untouchable.

And Tom Bennett had been the only man not afraid of him.

“How about you show me the sights, pretty boy?” she asked teasing him now that her fears for him have been pushed away by her love for games.

They’ve done this before, him driving, her torturing him until he stops the car has his way with her in the backseat.

Last time it hadn’t even been her car, it just been some old ford in the shop.

“Only if you return the favor, Lady Di.”

If her mom hadn’t given her enough of her contraception concoction, Diane would have not been so eager to fuck the one man not afraid of her father.

Jack had only wanted her because she was too wild to be proper and perfect for a no strings attached arrangement.

He would be president, his wife a perfect American girl and cursed to be holding him as he dies from a bullet to the head.

Diane had been relieved to know that wasn’t her future.

Her future lies here with Tom.

Tom who is telling her all the filthy things he wants to do now that he has the entire afternoon free.

The young witch is too busy trying to get her boyfriend out of his clothes to see the ten-year-old girl sitting on the small French table she uses for private meals.

“You should take tomorrow off; I want to take you somewhere.” He said in between kisses and stops when he looks up from the couch they barely fit on.

The sight of Florence is enough to send her into a panic and shoved her boyfriend off her.

“Jesus Christ, Flora, what are you doing here?” Diane asked as she made sure Tom was alright and buttoned her blouse just as he put his shirt back on.

“I ran away.” She answered with her mouth full and wearing her favourite pleated dress. “Took mom’s Mercedes and told the driver I had permission to come see you.”

“I ran away, I took a roll.” Tom commented as he finished buttoning his shirt. “Nice to meet ya, Florence.”

“Is your name really Thomas Michael?” Flora asked and he extended his hand for her to shake.

“Thomas Michael Bennett.” He answers and she giggles as she introduced herself as Florence Eleanor Shelby as they shook hands.

Tom is surprisingly good with children; Lois likes to say its because he acts like an overgrown child.

But he treats kids like he treats everyone else (if a bit more considerate with their feelings).

“Alright, the drive is roughly two hours long, that gives us four hours before mom and dad come to get you. What made you run off like that, Florence?” Diane normally has more patience for her baby sister ---a miracle because when she was little, she absolutely could not stand her---but today she is shit out of luck.

“Charlie joined the army while he was in London with dad. There was a lot of yelling and crying, I didn’t want to be there before dad finds out.” Florence answered and Tom winced.

Many were enlisting and recruiters were hounding any man between the ages of 20 and 25 to join up.

Won’t be long before they’re all conscripted anyways.

Will Tom join up because he wants to or because he has to?

While they wait for her mother to pick up Florence, Tom has the bright idea of taking her to Belle Vue.

It is fun, makes Florence forget the shit waiting at home and gives her the chance to see a different side of Tom.

Flora takes to him like fish to water and giggles with a blush when he wins her a teddy bear at a game.

Didn’t matter that Tom knew which way the game was rigged having come here often with other girls.

“I like you. I really hope you stick around, Tom.” Flora gives him her approval after pushing Dia aside so she could be in the middle of them two.

“I am going to stick around, told your old man so.” With the way he assured her, it was almost as good as an I love you.

Especially how he looked at her when he said it. Determined, a rare thing to see in him.

“I heard him tell mom that you said you loved Dia, that he could give you all the money in the world it wouldn’t stop you from loving her.” Flora admits. “Jack ran the moment dad asked him to choose between her and his career back in America, you know.”

That was news to Diane.

“Well, unlike Jack, I got nothing to lose except your sister.” He whispers as if it were some big secret.

Liam later says 1D had a week off to record and played Simon the album. After this Harry kissed the heart area of his arm, cried in a radio station after the band said he is unlucky in love and Taylor dated Connor.
