1. Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion.
“You were born with potential. You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings. You are not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.”
“You sit here for days saying, This is strange business. You’re the strange business. You have the energy of the sun in you, but you keep knotting it up at the base of your spine. You’re some weird kind of gold that wants to stay melted in the furnace, so you won’t have to become coins.”
“Why should I stay at the bottom of a well when a strong rope is in my hand?”
“Become the sky. Take an axe to the prison wall. Escape.”
“Do you know what you are? You are a manuscript oƒ a divine letter. You are a mirror reflecting a noble face. This universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you are already that.”

“To make the right choices in life you have to get in touch with your soul. To do this, you need to experience solitude - which most people are afraid of because in the silence you hear the truth and know the solutions.”

" .... And this whole realization has been hard on me. Iv'e felt very disconnected to life itself. I no longer feel at peace with the world as it is. I feel like I cant go to work knowing what I know, and pretend I dont know a thing. It's hard. At the same time I know I am one of the lucky ones, because my parents moved here so I was raised here my entire life not knowing what war is, how it feels like to be hungry or not knowing where to sleep or have shelter. I know I am rich in that way, I got an education and I am grateful for that. But at the same time I feel like yes, its a privilage, but at what cost? We live in peace beacuse somewhere in the world our government is funding a war and genocide for money, gas, cobolt, minerals, all so that we can live in "peace" in the west and have the lifestyle we have. This is not peace. This is denial, this is opression. Its horrible and I dont want to be a part of it. "
