Prop I made for a friend, Millie Axe (Helluva Boss)

The head of the axe is attached with a pvc pipe connecter, so it easily unscrews for safer travel.

Made of EVA Foam (micheals)

Painted with Acrylic paint & Posca Pens

Stolas & Blitzo Pillow Cotton, silk fringe, satin, Sri Lankan tassels, polyester fill Made in New Orleans in 2022 for a good friend. I traced the image of Stolas and Blitzo from a piece of fan art that unfortunately I lost and haven’t been able to find again (If anyone recognized it and can let us know who the artist is, we’d really appreciate it). The frame came from an old book of fantasy & magical cross stitch patterns and I heavily modified it. The starry background and all the constellation lines are 100% my work (How many different ones can you spot? I Have really been enjoying trigun stampede on It’s own merits but it is getting hard for me to keep from comparing it to the manga… seeing great elements from the manga I love incorporated but in a really rushed and Surface Level way is kinda a bummer

#kite.txt #rly feels like they’ve speedrun vash and wolfwoods relationship in a way that makes it feel so… unearned #they still feel like strangers rn in stampede. whereas the livio and backstory stuff is supposed to be like the climax of their friendship #and of course Meryl is just absolutely . um. an absolute shadow of the character she once was #nd 7 eps in they have done nothing with Roberto that made him worth replacing Milly . the Story (and esp mery) has only suffered #from millys absence. also rly didnt need to axe one of the two female Leads in favor of another man (who does nothing)#the animation and General look is amazing and there are def some things I think were rly smart #but overall it feels like a super watered down amalgamation of manga ideas which isnt. awful bc it’s still fun but #as a trimax Fan it hurts to see a little #also the removing off all the unique elements like the lightbulbs and Angelic body horror #in favor of Stock Standard sci-fi Fluid Tube and typical ‘Alien’ looking plante #is not a decision I can defend at all it just strips the series of some of its most iconic and unique visual elements #that one just kinda sucks
