January 2025 makeup haul: what I got for Christmas

hello lovely friends, I am back! I know I did not post any blog for the past year but I think I'm going to start again this year. well, first post ever- makeup haul. these are gifted to me so I have no idea with the shades ans the quality of these products.

first off, makeup:

fenty beauty brow mvp in the shades ash brown and light brown

marc jacobs (p)outliner in prim(rose)

hourglass seamless finish foundation stick in warm beige

haleys re fract highlighter in aurora

maracuja juicy lip tint in sour candy, merit blush in stockholm, milan colour fetish liptint in mauve mentality, milani glossy plumping balm in lana, too faced contour stick, too faced extreme lip shaper in post-op pink and mini shampoo and conditioner from elastine.

This one ended up being a bit of a disappointment. It was so incredibly hard to remove this formula, partially due to its waterproof design. The other part I disliked was how bulky the applicator wand is. That makes it incredibly hard to me to apply the mascara to my inner lashes and lower lashes which are much smaller. Plus I didn’t see a huge difference in the before and after. I’ve definitely tried some better non-waterproof formulas recently. I gave this three out of five stars.

1 coat of Milani "Teal" over 2 coats of Zoya “Zuza." Zuza is a bright aqua with gold and silver metallic shimmer from the Summer 2012 Surf collection. Teal is from the Spring 2012 Jewel FX collection and has a clear base with tiny turquoise microglitter with larger turquoise, green, and silver hex glitter.
