Page one is more obvious; it just being the song title. The second page is named with Acts like how the first three songs were titled [both in CJs & in the original]. The entire acts all together is named Ego, hence the bottom being named Ego. And then all of the Ego/Acts together spell C.A.N. & as CJ said in the Directors Commentary, it funnily enough matches with his old YouTube channel name "Can of Soup" [or DJ soup I think it is now].

There aren't as many palettes since there wasn't much I could grab from sadly. But the names are more creative at least.

So, I've watched x-men apocalypse (wow, I'm soo early to this party). It was nice, and look, there's my country (so of course I'm gonna have opinions). And well. I've been reading fanfics, and as i skim thru the tags i see Nina Gurzsky, and then again, and hm again, and who tf is Nin... Oh, NINA, as in Erik's daughter. Wait, Gurzsky?

What kind of surname is that? Because it's not Polish. (but we can fix that.)

I know in comics Magda is of Romani ancestry but i don't remember it being mentioned in the movie? So i guess she's polish-polish. And "Gurzsky" looks like she's 4th or 5th generation of emmigrants to america, has let everyone pronounce the name anyhow which led to diff spelling, and doesn't speak polish anymore.

(Really, who came up with that name, I'd like a word. What was your reasoning, your reasearch, the background you came up for Magda? Maybe it makes sense and is justified to be like that? Maybe I'm wrong, don't have all the info, misunderstood something? Then I'm really sorry.)

So i guess anglophones just skip this surname all together, but let's try to read it. It would be something like goo-zh-ski or goor-zz-ski. Both are bad and hard to pronounce. Why is the "z" there? Why complicate it unnecessarily? Let's drop it (some ppl would do it anyway, even if it being there was justified, it's called simplification and it happens when there's many hard consonats next to each other, or something, i'm half asleep). My brain did it intuitively upon reading this name. It shouldn't be there. There's no reason i could see. So it's Gursky now.

Ehh. How many times? "-ski" is traditional ending of a polish surname, and used to indicate nobility. "-sky" is traditional transliteration from cyrylic alphabet, it's for the russian surnames. (And the ending "-sky" came there from Poland.) (I'm very passionate about that, sorry not sorry. But don't get me started at another polish surname "-cki" bc americans always pronounce it wrong. That “c” is separate letter and not just “k”, and i don't think i can find corresponding sound in english language (so you might be forgiven) and i don't want to bombard you with IPA (never mind, next day me kinda wants, so, it’s like “ts”, or german “z”), especially that it's not main topic of that post. But really, you could put some effort. We know the language is very different from your own, with weird sounds, but please, try. We're gonna love you for that. For one word. Anything really. Well, you already know “kurwa”, so maybe one more. Sorry, i digress.) So, it's "-ski", but not really. This type of surname changes based on gender. "-ski" is masculine, and "-ska" is feminine. Yes, not always, there are women with “-ski” and men with “-ska”, but then it does not flex at all (same form for both genders). You just have to ask. But that's minority. So now it's Gurska.

And surnames don't have to follow general rules of orthography and flexion, they can have their own unique spelling and way of decletion, you need to ask the bearer of the name. But. They still usually do. So looking at that name? It begs to be the deriving from mountains: góry. So it should be Górska. Pronounced: goor-skah. Now it is a Polish name. A good one.

So. I'm gonna use this name for that little family. It's canon for me now. Magda Górska and Nina Górska, and Erik was going under Henryk Górski. (Kinda cute if you ask me.)

Why did i start writing smuts?

I have to say i didnt even imagine i will be writing smuts one day as im a pretty bad writer, I’ve been reading smuts (i dont masturbate/watch porn dont get me wrong) and one day (emotional warning, you might cry fr), I found out that i’ve read all smuts in the #jihyo smut tag, and literally no one was posting in a short period of time, so i decided to write by myself. I only write abt jihyo is because I barely watch other ggs and jihyo is literally my type. I mean i haven’t dated anyone yet so idk if im a lesbian but oh wow jihyo couldve made me a lesbian even if im not one.

Dare You to Death: I'm not a big fan of a police procedural drama PLUS romance. I need it to be one or the other. I don't think this is for me at all...

Head 2 Head: Okay, so this is the first of the trailers this year that's vaguely connected to magic. Where did the vision of the future come from? What did it mean? Why does someone always have to die? Honestly I will wait for the actual trailer to come out to decide if it's for me or not, because I'm not that sold with this one.

Burnout Syndrome: OffGun just can't go wrong with any series, honestly. As mentioned by @cryingatships, Gun with makeup looks very very pretty, so good for him. Off seems very annoying, so I am looking forward to his redemption arc in some way, and Dew is a very interesting addition to the couple. Since this is the team from Not Me, I'm quite confident this will be good, so I will be surely watching.

I Love "A Lot Of" You: I am sure there is a lot to say about Multiple Personalities Disorder and hopefully this romance series will treat the discussion better than some thrillers have done before, but this is just not something I would watch at all, sorry to the straight people in the audience. (which brings us to)

Whale Store xoxo: this is for the girlies!! Milk keeps playing relatable characters (until she decides to eat cat food???????) and Manic-Pixie-Dream-Girl Love is there to save everyone's day, so I'm pretty sure this will be cute and I will watch it.

Only Friends: Dream On: "Dream on" is what I will say to whoever tells me to watch this one, because unfortunately the only thing that I liked in season 1 was the dynamic between First, Khaotung, and Book's characters, and now that they're gone I will not watch more of other people trying to sleep with each other for nothing, ughhh, I'm tired. Not even one demisexual in sight. (I'm kidding, this was a joke)

That Summer: I'm not going to lie, this looks like a cute show to watch during summer, and Satang and Winny finally having their own main couple show is a win. I think I'll be watching this one.

My Romance Scammer: I am glad that everyone can get married in Thailand, which means that everyone can also get divorced and these series can happen. Unfortunately I do not care about this one in particular, and I'm mad because they keep underutilising Junior in the comedy department when he was the funniest person in CMTH and needs to be cast in a roadtrip buddy comedy of sorts as well as multiple couple romance dramas, thank you very much. Next.

Melody of Secrets: oh this one looks So Good, actually. I love me some well written interesting horror sometimes, and ForceBook and Jan will definitely carry the show well!

Love You Teacher: Perth's character hating kids and teaching in primary school needs to change careers or to change his stance on pedagogy because kids these days are BRUTAL. Either way this series is weird and silly, and it's made by the same team as Peaceful Property so I don't care about what any of you say, I'll watch it. It's also going to make people cry, knowing Dome at this point.

Mu Te Luv: it might be interesting to watch if you like how magic and superstition is portrayed in Thailand, maybe?? Unfortunately that is too many people in one show and I'm already tired. Not for me, sorry.

Cat for Cash: this is the funniest premise ever. Kitty Magic, even. No need to be a virgin, but a cat lady has to die on you, apparently. I am seated and I can't wait to see all the cat food sponsorships kitties!!!

Girl Rules: Only GirlFriends. I will watch at least the first two episodes because I am loving NamtanFilm in Pluto, but I am not a fan of messy relationships if they're not well written or developed. We'll see.

Boys in Love: It feels like I've watched this trailer many times and yet I still don't know what it's about. I don't think this will be for me, but nice to see that GMMTV won't lose its yearly quota of BLs set in school.

My Magic Prophecy: More magic!!! Now, if you've been following me anywhere, you already know that I don't like angsty stuff! And I love JimmySea, but they keep acting in angsty series! This is a conspiracy against me specifically. I guess I'll watch the actual trailer and decide then.

A Dog and a Plane: My DADS. Unfortunately TayNew can't go wrong, you already know I will be watching it even if it's the trashiest thing ever because of them. Also the translators on twitter said that the original dialogue said "husband" and not "top" or "bottom" so that was weird of the official translation. Either way, I love seeing those two with their chemistry hate each other and then fall in love because for what it's worth for me, they were born to do that, thank you very much, next

Me and Thee: this seems goofy and I'm here for it. Also p'X directs it, and after Cherry Magic I can trust him for anything.

Wu: Okay, the premise can be intriguing, but I don't know much about the plot or the two actors to have a complete opinion on this. For what I know this could be better as a movie, idk.

Memoir of Rati: now, I know not everything can be I Feel You Linger In The Air, but I still love a period drama, so I will be here for it when it comes out. And finally,

Ticket to Heaven: my goodness, not the Catholic guilt, boys! (btw somebody referred to this one as an historical series when it's set in 1996 and I had to re-evaluate what I know of time itself) Anyway, no jokes. I rewatched the trailer and it gave me chills. Gemini and Fourth are amazing and this story is important!! I grew up in a Catholic environment and my own best friend once asked me what the Church thought of gay people. We were teenagers! It's unbelievable how the Scripture says that God is good and kind and Jesus says "Love everyone like you love God" and then some people take it as "Yes, but we don't like these people so we won't love them as they are" WHAT THE HELL???? LITERALLY!!!! Anyway, it is a very interesting and powerful story and I will be watching and get mad at it every week, okay bye.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?: Yesterday. I was reading the Iliad again for an anon ask and was going through the part where Achilles kills Hector and oooh that scene got hands 🥲 I cry a lot though, I'm a crier, and a lot of the time it's about patrochilles so it's par for the course really lol

DO YOU HAVE KIDS?: Nope.

WHAT SPORTS DO YOU PLAY/HAVE YOU PLAYED?: I'm fairly active generally but I don't play sports at all because I don't like them. I tried several sports while in school before accepting that I simply don't like team sports and I'm not good at them, but I had much more fun with solo sports. I swam for several years somewhat competitively, and I also did track for a while. 

DO YOU USE SARCASM?: I think so? But usually only with people I'm very comfortable with, because I can never know what would go down well or not with a person I don’t know. 

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE?: That’s hard to answer because I feel like it depends on the situation. Most of the time, it's body language and their general vibe. Meeting new people can be nerve wracking so I try to "read" them and act accordingly, if that makes sense? I don't want to step on any toes or say the wrong thing so figuring out what the other person's mood or interests might be usually helps. But that often means I miss out on other things on first encounter, like... their eyes or smile or something?? Lol idk man, socialising while on the spectrum is hard 🥲

Which isn't such a huge deal now in the era of google maps, but back when there was no gps it was a pretty useful skill to have haha.

I loved Ancient Greek, Latin, History and Philosophy. 

DREAM JOB?: I don't have one, I don’t dream of labour 🙃 I don't think there's any sort of job anyone could do in this capitalist hellscape we're all currently living in that would be enjoyable enough to make up for, well... living in a capitalist hellscape lol. If I could, I'd just go back to uni, probably. That was my happy place and I miss it. i used to be into youtube fandoms alot but the only ones ive retained are dan and phil and smosh. i was big on phan but i fell out of it years ago, i still like them but im more of a causal viewer than a rabid racoon frothing at the mouth every time some content drops.

Yes! Rpf is a tough area! I've said it before but the most important thing is the ppl themselves and their feelings! If Shayne or Chanse (or anybody from Smosh or that knows them tbh) asked me to stop, I would in a heartbeat! I, of course, would never intend any harm! And we see such a small snippet of their lives, its truly just based off their internet personas. My one rule is that u shouldn't go out of ur way to shove rpf into the ppl's faces unless they've said their okay with it! (Example: Them finding a fic by themselves is not the fault of the author, but the author sending it to them constantly crosses some boundaries)

5 Headcanons

I might not surprise anyone with this one, but I fully believe that Sweetheart is a pretty high rank in the department. In my fics I usually write them as Head Investigator but really it's just them holding a position of power in general. Especially six+ years into the game in canon like they had to have had at least one promotion.

Sam loves the rain. This is a fairly simple one, but I hold it dear to my heart. As an extension, I headcanon that vamps can go outside during the day when it's stormy out. I'm actually writing a fic currently with Sam/Darlin' that is discussed in this ask answer that explores this idea.

I didn't want to have more than one Sweetheart headcanon but it's me are we expecting anything else? Anyway, Milo is the only serious relationship that Sweetheart has had. I haven't explored this idea much in my writing yet, but like it's true in my heart. Don't get me wrong, Sweetheart still had their occasional fling, because they're too hot not to, but I love the idea of Milo being the only one to stick around and actually put effort into their relationship. There will be a fic that explores this eventually, probably. Oh, and this so ties into my whole "Sweetheart is on the aspec" headcanon that I keep writing/raving about.

Now for someone I don't normally talk about but still love just as much: David. David learned all of his cooking skills from his father from a young age. It was his and Gabe's thing growing up, and it's how he learned to love it so much. As a proxy to this headcanon, I think that David didn't want to cook after Gabe's death for a bit. He just lost interest in it after all the memories he's made around the act. However, as he learned to cope with his dad's death, he learned to love cooking again. It brought on fond memories that stung less and less the more he cooked.

One last headcanon I have for y'all, Baabe is also pretty high on the corporate ladder. This technically goes for Angel as well, but like I'm predictable and won't be talking about that. I don't know what sparked this headcanon but I also love this one. Basically, any time I can make The Mates™ as super important I will. Especially if it's the power couples of David/Angel, Milo/Sweetheart, Asher/Baabe. There's just something that itches that scratch in my brain about this kinda headcanon.

1.) i have a big phobia of lakes or just dirty water in general, and submechanophobia, i can't stand looking at like cars submerged in water. i don't seem to have the same fear of the ocean, for example i would never swim in a lake and i'd probs have a panic attack if i fell in one, but i went to the beach for the first time in my life a couple years ago and i got in the ocean just fine. i didn't go very far out bc i was afraid i'd get pulled in, im very small you see and i can't really swim, but i enjoyed it and my friend got seaweed for me to touch ajdjf. despite not being afraid of seawater i do Not like boats and wouldn't get on one on the sea or in a lake. i'd probs feel Better about being on a boat in the sea but the feeling of being in a boat in general feels Wrong to me, like my primal monkey brain is like "humans shouldn't be able to float above water like this".

2.) i have very repetitive stress dreams every night of my life, i don't think i've ever had a Good dream before and im not joking. usually the mundane stuff like being back in high school and not knowing where my classes are or my locker combination etc (which is wild bc that's never something i actually needed to worry about in high school, like i never once forgot things like that). also losing my phone or having it stolen seems to be a theme lately as well. HOWEVER when a dream isn't mundane, i manage to have REALLY weird dreams. the first nightmare i ever remember having was when i was like three years old and i dreamed a tree was chasing me. like a legit tree. i never saw it walk, it would just move when i wasn't looking and would be closer when i looked back. i ran home and still have the vivid memory of slamming my front door and looking behind me to the window where the tree was "looking" inside at me. it didn't have eyes or anything im just assuming it must have been looking at me lmao. anyway i was Terrified of this tree but hindsight that's literally so funny. a tree. also had a dream where my trash bag climbed into bed with me. and one where it was "emu hunting season" in my neighborhood and everyone was hunting emus. i probs don't have to clarify that there aren't emus anywhere near my midwestern city.

2.5.) interesting combination of the first two facts, which is why this is a bonus fact™️. i realized a recurring aspect of my dreams is something highly specific to me and not normal. i didn't realize this from conversations with people or anything i just suddenly was like "oh that's actually very weird and specific to my particular phobias". the aspect in question being that in multiple dreams over several years there's been partially submerged roller coasters in my dreams. like the roller coaster is like 1/4 submerged in a dirty lake and i either just see it and am like "eugh" or i'm actually forced to ride it and have to deal with the horror of both the anticipation of the dirty water part plus the actual contact with the dirty water. i'm not afraid of roller coasters or anything i guess my brain just found a way to tap into my submechanophobia. very weird brain thing that sounds very stupid and it is ajdjr

3.) on a lighter note, i have five genshin impact accounts, although i don't use two of them anymore. i have my main account, an anemo only account, and a new gimmick account that is a secret. my other accounts were just a replay account to experience exploration again, and one that i was gonna call carrot run where i only used xingqiu. i might still end up playing on that one again eventually given that i have xingxiu and sac sword on that account already in very early game with was lucky 4 me.

this was longer than i thought it would be i just decided i like talking about myself apparently LMAO

tolkien: tough one. honestly, i feel like due to the nature of the fandom most people have defensible readings of most characters, even if they're not my own? to the extent tht people get characters wrong it's mostly by not thinking abt them very much! I'm inclined to pick Galadriel, though, bc she's also in LotR and so you get LotR fans thinking they can speak to first or second age galadriel, and then u get silm fans overcorrecting and ignoring third age galadriel entirely, and ofc there's the various Sexist Archetypes she gets shoved into by virtue of Being A Woman. actually a Lot of the women in tolkien are characters ppl get wrong a lot. elwing! míriel! indis! idril! lúthien! niënor! haleth! And So On Forever And Ever. this is again mostly due to Simply Not Thinking About Them Very Much tho

wktd: tbh the fandom gets the wktd girls pretty solidly. no real notes here. benefits from being a small fandom for a game with Three characters all of whose issues are pretty spelled out for you & constitute the central plot.

glowfic: im gonna be honest i do not feel confident to speak for other ppl's characters and state what ppl get right/wrong..! like idk man maybe im the one getting them wrong. ppl mostly dont like... write fic or make headcanons for each others glowfic in a way where the author isnt involved in having opinions about it? so if someone was mischaracterizing a glowfic character idk how i would know rly

hannibal: all of them @_@ no one understands this show like i do and it's a perpetual frustration... im gonna throw out abigail as my answer tho bc she sooooo often gets reduced to like, part of the murder family, which ignores soooooo much of her storyline and how much she did not (uncomplicatedly) want that. her relationship with will is So So Complicated but ultimately she likes freddie more than she likes will in some ways! and at least back when i was in the fandom ... ppl dont get that or just treat it as like, a flaw or misunderstanding to be corrected.

tma: ooooo this is a tough one. honestly the fandom was big enough that it's hard for me to say No One in the fandom got characters & in a lot of cases there was the question of like, does the fandom not understand X or do i just not seek out very many fics abt X... e.g. i havent read any tma fic that got georgie very well but also i havent read any georgie-centric tma fic! kind of a skill issue on My part rly!

mcelroy + polygon content: oh this is a trip down memory lane. everyone writes taako very few people write taako well. i'm not a taako fan and instead had Cares About Less Popular Characters disease but i did feel for taako enjoyers for this. i didnt really read polygon rpf so i can't speak to that side of things.

poetry and short stories: i don't think there are rly characters Everyone In The Fandom gets wrong for this tbh. like thats just not rly a coherent thing

the untamed/mdzs: SONG LAN...... i am not even a big song lan fan im a xuexiao stan first and foremost. but good lord. man has like 2 character traits and the ppl writing fic for him cant even remember those! also lwj but with the disclaimer that i have a very specific read of novel!lwj that just doesnt rly apply to untamed!lwj. which most people are writing for. i guess this is also true of song lan but i have more of a sense of "if you care a lot about song lan you should do your due diligence in hunting for scraps of characterization" whereas caring about untamed!lwj and not reading the book is like. yeah okay fair enough. to me.

dream SMP: hahaha. ha. what character DOESN'T dsmp fandom get wrong. it gets tommy wrong it gets techno wrong it gets phil wrong it gets puffy and niki and hannah wrong it gets dream wrong it gets purpled wrong it gets quackity wrong it gets sam wrong it gets schlatt wrong it gets karl wrong it gets george wrong it gets wilbur wrong it gets LITERALLY EVERYONE wrong. constantly. the only times it doesn't get someone wrong is when it's forgotten that they exist at all (this is about the eggpire but it's also about eryn and fundy and jack manifold and i'm sure many many others i'm not currently remembering). im giving the prize for Getting It Wrong to phil, though. i don't even LIKE phil. but everyone who writes him gets him wrong. they are just writing Generic Bad Dad or Generic Good Dad. he's got traits! i promise!

ok actually since this one's my current special interest i'll go a bit more in depth. tommy's rude & annoying & a fighter, he very very rarely has the sort of fawn response ppl write. techno is funny but he's got emotions and he is usually acting based on those emotions; if you're writing him in s1 he's less based than you think and if you're writing him in s3 he's more based than you think. phil has traits other than being a dad and also if you can't accurately identify which characters he is and is not a dad to then you don't get to write him. puffy, niki, and hannah all have traits other than being women; no, "therapist", "girlboss", and "mom friend" don't count. purpled is not particularly a Manipulated Minor TM, he's an amoral mercenary, he's kinda fucked up by isolation but he's more like punz than he is like tommy or tubbo. none of quackity, sam, and dream are one-dimensional characters whose only trait is Sadistic Abuser but also if you write them without acknowledging that they're sadistic abusers (with the exception of writing about early dsmp/before The Horrors) then you're doing it wrong. same goes for schlatt but with the addition of "he should not under literally any circumstances talk like he's got a tumblr". karl's more of a bitch than that. so's george. wilbur is more of an asshole and less of a creep than that. i could go on literally forever the dsmp fandom gets every single character wrong & it is my burden to be right about all of them u_u
