throwing this in an ask cuz ~reasons~ but how would Pelle's life been different if Mallas didn't die?

The canon answer is that he was always going to die and preventing the death he suffered would have just put off the inevitable which Pelle learns from the spirit of grief in Skyhold that shows him a number of alternate events in which Mallas was : killed by humans after they chose to run away together, died at the Conclave because unlike Faolan would not let Pelle go in by himself.

If we just go ahead and so fuck the canon.

First of all no love interest would stand a chance lmfao

If he hadn't died when he did it would have not done much to alter Pelle's feelings that he had to do something about the humans to save his people that could not be done without having any knowledge of what was happening around them.

However, if he were alive he would have asked him what his thoughts were and have come to a conclusion on what the best thing to do. If Mallas would have told him he shouldn't leave he would have stayed. If they agreed otherwise, he would have asked him to leave with him because he knew he was the only thing keeping Mallas there since Mallas had propositioned they run away together at some point to him which he declined.

Truthfully, if Mallas survived after they'd left together, Pelle most likely would have married him once learning that was something that was allowed in Fereldan. They also probably still wouldn't have come back to Clan Lavellan once leaving even if it had initially been the plan. Without Mallas it takes Pelle quite a bit of time to realize he needed to leave home to heal, he might have seen that sooner with Mallas around.

You and Rodrick were stretched out on his bed, looking through magazines, some of Loded Dipers music blaring in the background, you shifted around in the older boy's lap, causing his hands to reposition around your hips.

Turning your head up to look at him, you press a kiss to his lips, a small laugh bubbling up as he breaks out into a smile.

You guys stay like that for quite a while until you move yourself, so you're directly straddling the raven haired boy, leaning down to press your lips to his, one hand snaking to tangle in his unkept hair.

Once you pull away, the smile on his face warms your heart. "You're always smiling when I kiss you" you giggle, nestling your head against the crook of his neck, littering small kisses along his collarbone.

"You make it pretty hard not to" He replies, tracing patterns into the small of your back.

"I love you"

"I love you too"

It's the first time the words have been exchanged between the both of you, but somehow the words flow so easily out of your mouth, the same mouth that connects your lips to his once again, suddenly overcome with love for your boyfriend.

He loved the way you would randomly kiss, him, the way your hands would plant themselves into his messy hair, he just loved you. The words had left his mouth without thought, he was glad you reciprocated, even more glad when your lips met once more.

As your lips left his, and your head resumed its place, tucked away against his neck, the music blasting in your ears calmed you.

Rodricks, breathing became more shallow and spaced out as he drifted off to sleep, your fingers delicately drawing random shapes and letters on your chest.

You exhale, you're sure you never wanted to leave this moment, never wanted to leave him.

I aaid I was gonna do a better drawing but I've been drawing for ages and its unfinished but I have what I have and I'm definitely not finishing it.

Anyway, this came to me like a vision at school, I would make a drawing that looks like a magazine for nostalgic chill

but I couldn't draw at school so I had to do it in the bus in my sketch book.

Had to stop here cause didn't remember yanqings design and I was scared to mess up the drawin💀💀

At first I wanted to di this digitally but I got carried away uhm so here's the final result!!!!

This drawin i believe is Dark Souls inspired(?) random person "designed" (didn't really DESIGN, just built the outfit with the games options) it (the outfit, armor whatever he's wearing) but drawin is completely mine so i guess i have the rights to share (?

It was supposed to be kind of shitpost tho, that's why it's so messy.

Just to clarify, i was asked to draw it, so i didn't steal the idea or whatever (ppl gets really sensitive sometimes).
