have some fun swimming! if your enderman side doesn’t like getting wet, try wearing some bathing suits or swimwear that cover more of your body!
get some purple glitter to collect/wear/etc like enderman particles!
make some little eye of ender/ enderpearl charms with paper, paint/coloured pencils, and gluing a clear round “fishbowl stone” overtop! add them to jewelry, decor, or just keep them around!
collect things like shells, sea glass, sand dollars, etc! endermen like to pick things up and collect things, and merfolk love sea items, so this helps for both!
stim with vwooping noises!
get a merfolk tail gear!
cosplay one or both of your forms!
avoid eye contact with people!
get a special haircomb!
have fun with singing!

I'm so sorry if this is strange. I've been having really strong self harm urges and I've told to find a distracion or something. I'm mermaidkin and i was wondering if there was anything you would suggest that i could do without buying anything. I'm sorry again if this if weird or awful or bothering you.
Hi! There's nothing wrong with this, don't worry! I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, and I hope you feel better soon!I don't know if my distractions will work for everyone, but some things I do when I feel the urge to self harm include:- Try something less harmful, like putting a piece of ice on your skin or snapping a rubber band- Try to take that negative energy and push it into something else- like drawing vent art or writing something! - Watch stim videos! I have a slime account on Instagram where I save all my favorite asmr videos to watch when I'm feeling bad! I personally really like soap carving, floral foam videos, and sponge videos. Being mermaidkin, perhaps videos with water sounds or videos of the ocean may help you!- This one in particular is very personal and may help someone but harm another, so try it at your own discretion, but when I feel the urge to self-harm I sometimes take a knife and slice into soap. Dropping red food coloring and cutting through it makes it more realistic, but again, while it helps me, it may trigger others.- Take some nice relaxing baths! There are recipes you can find online for homemade bubble bars or bath bombs if you already have the ingredients! If not, even just setting up a few candles and taking a bath in candlelight can be very relaxing!- 29a.ch has a very nice and calming nebula creator, and there are plenty of other calming online games out there!I hope these suggestions can help, and I hope you feel better soon!I'm on mobile, so I can't tag this post, so I'll just tag it here: #self-harm
