At last! I have stopped playing WoW to finish this series! Musa Enchantix mermaid, Musa was always a favorite. I love characters that sing and I loved her color schemes.

Headcanons for my Winx rewrite

Stormy has less control over her powers than the other witches, simply because they lean more destructive in nature

Witch magic + fairy magic aren't just dark vs light or negative vs positive emotions. It runs a lot deeper than that but it is still possible to switch between witch and fairy, just a lot harder

people don't really believe in the great dragon in this universe (yet)

the trix are spiritual successors to the ancestral witches. basically as children the ancestral witches were like "hey. they could be really awful given the chance" and then they gave them that chance

domino faced a lot of attacks because of their claim that they had the dragon flame, which is why it surprised everybody when it fell + why no one came to help them

being a nymph revokes your claim to the throne, so bloom's parents had bloom when daphne achieved nymphhood

nymphs! nymphs are a different type of fairy ENTIRELY. it basically has to be granted by a great power (by the great dragon or the great selkie) and it usually comes with unwavering courage in the face of danger + inspiring others (usually in a life or death situation, like going back for someone in a fire inspires someone else to help)

sirenix and magic winx are the oldest fairy forms. sirenix was used to communicate with mermaids before mermaids could grow wings

enchantix comes with a KNOWING sacrifice/ KNOWINGLY putting yourself into terrible danger to save someone from your home

bloom sews/embroiders, stella designs. if they collaborate on a fashion line they'd be UNSTOPPABLE

flora's room is the messiest simply because of all the experiments she's got going on. she could tell you where everything is though

• Aisha — fairy of the Ocean.

• Layla got Enchantix first. She was faced with a choice: to regain her eyesight with the help of a magical coral or to save the mermaid queen Ligeia, who suffered from the attack of the kraken. By choosing to save Ligeia and thereby sacrificing herself, Leila received Enchantix.

The main quality that helped Leila in getting the transformation is generosity.

• Stella — fairy of the Shining Sun.

• Stella got Enchantix two when she used all her powers to protect her father, the king Radius, from the attack of a terrible huge dragon. Stella's transformation began when she fell to the ground without showing any signs of life.

As the main quality of Stella, manifested during the feat, one can note the love for her father.

• Musa — fairy of the Music.

• Muse got Enchantix third. During the attack on Alphea by the witches of the Cloud Tower, the Trix secretly sneaked into Alphea's library to steal valuable spells. Princess Galatea noticed them and warned Winx, but she was trapped. During the battle, the Trix set fire to the library, and Galatea decided to return to the burning hall to save at least some books. The muse followed her, saying that she would never leave her friend, and received Enchantix.

Such a quality as altruism helped the Museum to get a transformation.

• Flora — fairy of the Nature.

• Flora got Enchantix fourth. The Winx arrived on Linthea to remove Valtor's spell from Faragonda with the help of Black Willow's magical tears. The Trix received a task from the magician to prevent the fairies and, arriving at the cave where the Black Willow grew, attacked the Winx. When they attacked Flora, her younger sister Miely protected the girl, but she herself fell into a poisoned Water ladder. Flora dived after her and lifted her sister to the surface with the help of a magic bubble, but she stayed at the bottom and received Enchantix.

The main quality of Flora, manifested before the acquisition of Enchantix, is love for her sister.

• Tecna — fairy of the Technology.

• Tecna got Enchantix fifth. Portal The Omegas on Andros have destabilized, and the Winx have gone there to shut it down. It turned out that the only way to do this was to enter the portal and close it from the inside, which is what Tekna decided to do. After entering the portal, she received Enchantix and closed it with the help of magic pollen, but was imprisoned in Omega, from where she was later returned Bloom and Sky with the help of Timmy. 

Its main quality, which is necessary to achieve transformation, is self—denial.

• Bloom — fairy of the Dragon flame.

• Bloom received Enchantix sixth and last. Since Bloom's planet, Domino, was destroyed many years ago, Faragonda sent Bloom to Dragon Island Piros hopes that self-improvement and a lot of dangers will help the girl increase her magical abilities. Arriving on the fiery planet, Bloom met a hermit there Maya, who helped her develop her talents and gave Bloom the opportunity to merge her energy with the energy of Piros. At that moment, Trix appeared on Piros, and in a fight with them, Bloom finally believed in herself, thanks to which she received Enchantix — however, due to the unconventional receipt, the transformation was incomplete.

In order to transform into Enchantix, Bloom needed faith in herself and her powers.

Design notes🌊: So my version of Sirenix is mostly a mix between the Winx mermaid forms, Sirenix, and Harmonix, but I also wanted to make it unique while using all of those elements!

Each of the girls has a mermaid form that I imagine they would use inside the Infinite Ocean to swim a little faster and dodge attacks from Tritannus and the Trix, lol.

Each girl's tail is based on different things:

•Aisha (waves)

•Flora (betta fish)

•Musa (a harp)

•Stella (butterfly koi)

•Tecna (sailfish)

•Bloom (generic fish)

I wanted to give each girl something unique while also giving them something cool. Hope you all like this version as much as you liked the Enchantix designs!

Story/lore:🌊 Sirenix is known as the "Transformation of the Sea." Originally, it was only used as a tool to access the Infinite Ocean and its secrets. However, a nymph took control of the magic and lost her life in the Infinite Ocean, leading the Magix Council to deem transformation dangerous and forbidden. Only the nine nymphs of Magix were prohibited from using this form, and they oversaw magic users seeking its power. That was the case until they all passed away one by one. Now, the Winx must complete the Sirenix quest to save the Magic Dimension and uncover the mystery of the Sirenix transformation

Been wracking my brain over how Iorda gains her Enchantix. I've had all seasons and movies planned out for her except season 3, ironically.

'Cause Enchantix: save someone from your home planet. But Iorda was born on Earth and got her magic through unnatural means, so even if long ago the Earth faries could get Enchantix, the transformation wouldn't have activated if you saved a human since they are not magical beings.

So it wasn't as if Iorda could save an Earth fairy, cause they be imprisoned at the time of season 3.

BUT

"From your own planet," so with that I assume the transformation can tell that the fairy has a similar magic trace that all magic beings from similar planets have.

And although the magic trace from the planet of birth is different than the magic trace for one's powers, say that someone like Iorda (from Earth) with a literally non-existent magic trace from the planet of birth has the Enchantix transformation mistakes her power trace for her birth planet trace that she just doesn't have.

And WHO has the same magic as Iorda (minus a small bit of the Company of Light's magic to keep it balanced) that would've been mistaken as the same to her magic trace mistaken as her planet trace?

The.

Friggen.

Trix.

Iorda has an inkling that she either won't gain Enchantix or would have to save the Trix, and she sure as hell won't do the later? Her magical balances who've tried to kill her? Hell no.

She's fine with that.

UNTIL in season 3 when the Winx go to Cloud Tower to kick Valtor's ass after Tecna fell into the Omega portal (just watched this ep and cried so ;-;)

While Stella and Aisha go to Griffin and Bloom, Flora, and Musa go over to Valtor (after being directed by an unusually kind Stormy under the opposite-us spell or whatnot) and after being swarmed by the zombified witches, Iorda promises the Winx she'll go with them after trying to absorb Valtor's spell.

She can absorb some dark spells since Fairy of Dark Arts and all, and even though she'd tried before with the mermaids on Andros and it almost worked, she wanted to at least try after seeing Pyris and Lucina and Nith (witch OC'S, her friends, in the crowd).

Long story short:

At some point Stormy is also attacked by the big-ass crowd of zombie witches while Iorda is trying, and Iorda blocks her (against her better judgement) from a large spell cause she hates them but Stormy is under a spell that is making her honestly fucking useless.

Iorda gains her Enchantix.

She breathes in to not lose her shit cause fuck she hates thus.

And bada bing bada boom she (as someone who doesn't like to use her psychic magic anyhow) wipes that little memory from Stormy's mind because one thing she won't do is let Stormy know Iorda got her Enchantix that way.

THENNN at the time of S.S.S (Winx and Trix try to defeat Shaman Witch and all) the Winx or the Trix still don't know. To be fair Iorda has had more stressful things to think about. Like going from a fairy to a witch and not, well, dying. She's forgotten about it.

Until one night Iorda, Stormy, and Flora and sitting in their shared room about to go to sleep and Iorda remembers. She swears loudly to herself, and at her very loud and tired "fuck," Darcy, who is still awake (and concerned about Iorda's wellbeing, but that would be gay-) comes into the room and is like wtf is going on?

Iorda tells the three about how she got her Enchantix. Flora is surprised and confused. Stormy is just eyes-wide, bitch wtf? And Darcy is cackling.

Iorda reverses the memory spell and Stormy remembers what happened and is just like "glad you wiped that memory cause I don't think I could've lived with myself if I knew I helped you get Enchantix."

Why won’t you include any transformations after Believix in your AU? I really think the transformations from seasons 5-8 have lots of potential, and it’s sad that they will never be used.

There's a few reasons lol

Namely that I am an Enchantix purist. Yes I am the problem. But because of how intrinsically tied Winx is to my childhood, and the way Enchantix owns my soul, I find any form pretending to be an "evolution" from it to be an insult XD

I think if the infinite fairy forms weren't considered "stronger" than Enchantix in canon I'd have more to work with.

Another reason is structure

To truly make TRC a fake sequel to Winx, I want to keep it limited to three seasons which reflect their three years at school. Within that time they only earn two new forms. Any more than that and it will become bloated and loose the gravitas. I think the girls gaining Charmix and Enchantix are pivotal moments of their lives, and cramming in more would take away from that.

Now that all being said, I do have to give the forms a little more grace Esp the underwater forms.

I think if Sirenix/Harmonix had been aquatic sub-forms of Enchantix, I'd be a lot more on board with it. Still Enchantix, but maybe you need to earn a special pearl that you put inside your fairy dust bottle, which then allows you to access a mermaid form or something. That could be cool.

I think one could get creative making sub-forms for Enchantix, if you really want more fairy forms.

I wouldn't be against doing the girls a Sirenix form, if its using this philosophy. So it would be what? Enchansirenix? No XD

Also just wanna be clear I don't hate the post Believix forms. I really don't, I think they have a lot of potential. But I find most of them either redundant or just plain ugly. Looking at you, Mythix. I do hate Believix tho XD

Part 3 of my Enchantix/Sirenix Series, Stella! I am going to be honest here its like 99% Enchantix because I am obsessed with Stella’s enchantix form its so so pretty and as a daddys girl her arc spoke to me the most.

OH YEAH I forgot Italin producction used officcial artworks for Mermaid Melody some that is hard to find currently. They also used some Marcco Albiero's artwork for story books (I don't know how those are called in italian, but it's like story books with stickers) and they did use his artwork in Mermaid Melody magazines as well. (Sorry for my hype, aside from Winx, I love Mermaid Melody xD)

Holy shit, is there anything Marco Albiero hasn't done? This man is carrying two countries' media production on his back all by himself!

His own portfolio websites has all his works, albeit at a questionable quality

Considering the copyright, it seems he was called for official art for the japanese market already in 2003-2005, before the series EVER came to Italy in 2007!

To relate to Winx, this may be how Season 3 had mermaid dolls produced at the perfect time and those scrapped Mermaid Winx concepts. If news that Marco Albiero was working on a mermaid focused magical girl anime came to Rainbow, they surely caught up by the time the dub was in the works for Italian broadcasting... But they decided to not compete and instead focused on enchantix.
