what r ur opinions on merknights

this is so wonderful. merknights are a type of creature that can be countered by swimming to the top of the water and airdashing out of the water to dodge. by using the extent of their physical barrier as a disadvantage it may be a simple kill for a skilled airdasher

Silverbell didn't know why he was so drawn to the beauty of Mercurial Knight. Maybe it was the way he treated the other faerie, or maybe it was his soft touch and expression every time they had to get close for one reason or another. Whatever the reason was, it caused Silverbell's heart to flutter, his brain to melt, and his face to heat up just thinking about it. It made him so nervous sometimes to be on the same mission as Mercurial Knight, it was just so... lovely of a time? He tried to tell himself that this wasn't anything special, they were just doing their jobs! So what if he got to work with a stone-faced, handsome, sweet, and charming faerie? Silverbell did know something between them was blooming when on one quiet afternoon, Mercurial Knight suddenly took his hand and spoke without leaving the other any time to ask what was happening. "As long as I am with you, Silverbell... I will keep going to protect these lands... As long as you stay by my side, I will protect everything that has to do with you. Is that alright, Silverbell?"

✨New item!✨ Dragon Turtle Plate Armor (plate), very rare (requires attunement)

You have a +1 bonus to AC and resistance to fire damage while wearing this armor fashioned from a dragon turtle hatchling's shell.

As an action, you can exhale scalding steam in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 9d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Being underwater doesn't grant resistance against this damage. The armor can't be used this way again until you complete a long rest.

If you are knocked prone while wearing this armor, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, you fall on your back. To stand up, you must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity check on your turn and then use all your movement for that turn. Another player may use their action to get you on your feet.

To become a merknight of the Order of the Trench, you must undergo a perilous mission. This quest takes you into the nest of a dragon turtle, where you must slay a hatchling and acquire its shell. This bony carapace will become your suit of armor, so finding an appropriately sized hatchling is very important if you want to look good. - 🖌🎨 Like our work?
