Traditional cleanup animation will be dead

Due to the success of Inside Out 2 in the United States recently, cleanup animation done on paper with pencil will be abandon in some animation studios in Los Angeles County, California & it will be replaced by digital cleanup animation for my future projects via Toon Boom Harmony & TVPaint. One year ago, cleanup animators like Emily Jiuliano & Megan Kreiner were still doing cleanup animation on paper with pencil doing the production of the short "Once Upon a Studio" at Walt Disney Animation Studios at Burbank, California & Creative Capers Entertainment at Altadena, California. This fall, rough animation will be the only 2D hand-drawn animation to be done on paper with pencil in some animation studios in Los Angeles County, California such as Duncan Studio in Pasadena & Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank. That’s for my opinion by the way. It will happen during the post-production of the 2nd half of Tiny Toons Looniversity Season 2 for Max (streaming service). Later, I will resume doing thick outline style illustrations & character designs inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken & Chris Savino when I’m done writing 22 episode scripts of Dexter’s Laboratory Season 5 (7 & 8) for Cartoon Network. By the way, I will clean up the models digitally.
