Shifting Diary #6 !!! ✾
(Ok so this is really just a manifestation/LOA post but I’ll get into that later)

I know that a lot of people differentiate shifting and manifesting… And I am no expert on these topics but shifting IS manifesting and manifesting IS shifting.
They are the literally same thing. It doesn’t matter if you:
“manifested” your desired grades in school or
“Shifted” to a Harry Potter desired reality
I just see a lot of people talk about these things as if they are not literally the same thing. Like a lot of people deeming “smaller” things, things closely related to their previous life as manifesting. And “bigger” things as shifting. And really I just am saying this because I never understood it and because for my actual entry today I know some people might be confused. Anyways…
The real reason I’m writing this entry is because of how easy my thoughts are materializing in the 3D lately ꕥ (these might seem like small things but idrc)
For example yesterday I washed my hair and I went to go comb it after but it was really tangled and I was getting really annoyed because this whole chunk of my hairs tangles would not budge no matter what I did but then I just thought “my hair is so easy to comb, this comb I use literally combs through my hair like butter” and right after those thoughts I very easily combed through my hair even though there were these really bad tangles in the back.
And then today, my sister had ordered these sweaters for our cat and they were supposed to be delivered today but we just didn’t know when. My sister wanted them to come as soon as possible and kept checking out the window to see if they arrived. And when I had to go pull the trash can in and take the trash out I looked and mindlessly noticed how it wasn’t there, but I didn’t dwell on it, I just let it pass casually and thought “it’s whatever the package is basically already here.” And I let it go and started thinking of other things (tbh I was just think of my vampire diaries reality) and then… after I finished taking the trash out as I walked back inside the mailman pulled up with the package!
Another one: earlier I was playing DTI with my sister (I’m actually addicted) and I did something really stupid and was playing in the wrong server (my sister was in a different server) and since I couldn’t finish my outfit I was kinda upset but then I just thought “it’s whatever I’ll just get the theme again today and I’ll get it in a pro server” and like less than fifteen minutes later my sister joined a pro server and it had the theme I wanted to redo!

There’s been other things here and there the last couple of days but those have stood out the most I guess. Anyways I’m just really coming to the realization of how easy all of this really is and wanted to share these with whoever comes across this.

Many shifting methods focus primarily on intense concentration, visualization, and simply believing you are in your Desired Reality (DR). However, they often fall short by telling you to believe without explaining how to actually cultivate that belief—much like mentioning a strange fact without providing the science behind it. Let me break down the method for you, step by step, and explain why it makes more sense than traditional methods
||*. Step 1: small meditations throughout the day
During the day, take a few moments for brief meditations, which can be as short or long as you like. I usually do mine in a quiet place where I won’t be distracted, and they typically last around 2 minutes. Find a comfortable position—whether sitting, standing, or lying down—and begin by focusing on your surroundings.
Observe what you see: What textures do the objects around you have? What colors are they? Is there anything unique about them?
You can ask yourself any questions you find helpful; I usually use these. After observing, turn your attention to your other four senses. Focus on each one and remember the details. Here are some questions to guide your reflection:
||*. Smell
What do you smell? Is the smell nostalgic? Do you know this smell? Can you describe it? Do you like it?
||*. Touch
What are you touching? How does your body feel? What's the surface of the things your touchibg like? Is the surface warm, hot or neutral? Taste (I usually skip this one since I'm not eating anything) What does it taste like? Does it taste good? Do you often taste this?
||*. Hearing
What do you hear? Are there any background noises? Does the soun disturb you? Is it something you hear often? Do you like the sound? Is it relaxing? Are there any people talking? Once you are done, you can move and go on with your day. I will explain more later of why we had to do this, but it helps you realize the difference between your cr and dr, and helps you know when you're surroundings are changing whilst shifting.

||*. Step 2: SUBLIMINALS SUBLIMINALS SUBLIMINALS!
Play a subliminal that matches your DR. When you’re ready to shift, lie on your back, then adjust to the position you would likely wake up in your DR, while remaining on your back. It may seem tricky, but essentially, you want to replicate the position you’d be in if you were already in your DR, just while lying on your back. Begin counting until you experience significant shifting symptoms—this could be up to 50, 100, 300, or any number you choose. Intermingle detaching and identity affirmations with your counting; while regular affirmations can be used, these two are particularly effective for this method. Stay completely still. The subliminal will assist with affirmations and visualization. Lying on your back can enhance vividness in dreams, which is why it’s recommended for shifting. Counting helps you enter the "mind awake, body asleep" state necessary for shifting. Using detaching and identity affirmations will aid in separating from your current reality and embodying your DR self.
||*. Step 3: 5 senses
Now that you’ve finished counting and are experiencing many symptoms, repeat the process from Step One, but focus on elements of your Desired Reality. For example, if your DR is the sandy beaches of Pabu, imagine yourself waking up there.
I see the white sand glistens under the sun, the clear turquoise water teems with colorful fish, and palm trees sway in the breeze, making it look like a scene straight out of a dream. I can smell (what you scripted you would smell in your dr) I can hear the sound of waves gently crashing on the shore mixes with the soft rustle of palm leaves swaying in the breeze, creating a soothing backdrop of natural harmony. I can feel the sand, warm and soft underfoot, like a fine, comforting blanket, while the cool, clear water gently brushes against my skin,.

After completing these steps, you should begin to notice more shifting symptoms and feel your surroundings start to change. Begin using affirmations like "I have shifted" or "I am on the planet of Pabu," and continue repeating these while vividly visualizing your new location. Then, either let yourself drift off to sleep or open your eyes to see if you’ve successfully shifted.

OO1. imagine being next to someone from your dr, whether it be you in the drivers seat or in the passenger seat, imagine what the weather will be like, snowy? sunny? rainy? imagine what time of day it will be, nighttime or daytime? evening or dawn?
OO2. imagine how the car seat feels, it is soft? does it have leather on it? does it have any pillows on the headrest? and lights in the car? will the radio be playing? what is being played? or are you sitting in silence?
OO3. [ for the people with someone ] who’s sitting with you? what are they wearing? imagine how they’re holding the steering wheel, imagine them glancing over at you, imagine laughing or the conversations you’d be having with them.
OO4. [ for the people alone ] imagine the details of the streetlights, imagine the focus you’ll have on the road, imagine jamming out to your favorite songs, imagine having stopping at a corner store and getting gas.
OO5. where are you going? where do you think you’d be headed? would you be getting surprised? would your destination have to do with the day? [ e.g: like your birthday ] would you be happy? confused? anxious? what are you wearing?
#— tip: try visualizing during meditation in first person, if you can’t do so then do whatever is comfortable, if you can’t visualize then try asking yourself questions, believing you’re in the car.

So, I’ve been meditating for a while now, and honestly, it’s improved my attention span so much. I used to get distracted super easily, but now I can actually focus for longer periods without my mind wandering all over the place. It's kind of surprising how something as simple as sitting quietly and focusing on your breath can change the way your brain works. Whenever my thoughts drift, I just bring my attention back, and over time, it’s made a huge difference. I can stay focused on things like watching a movie or reading without constantly needing breaks or getting sidetracked. It’s definitely one of the best habits I’ve picked up.
it is not needed for you to shift!
but It helps me with daily tasks, makes me feel better, and improves my focus when doing methods.
and its definitely not as overhyped as everyone makes out on shifttok.

Question:
Ok so I’ve been lucid dreaming my whole life, well before I learned of shifting or even before I started exploring my spirituality. It comes quite easy for me to do. BUT! My mind is so chaotic I have so many thoughts at once, and that chaos definitely shows up in my dreams and sometimes I think because of it I have had a hard time in the past grounding myself in a dream and being able to focus (and remember) my intentions…
So if anyone has any tips for remembering your intentions when you become lucid and grounding yourself along with properly shifting while in lucid dream (I have tried many times but usually end up waking up, or ending up in a another dream that I have shifted) I would be really grateful !!!

I met the apostles after the Resurrection.
They are sad, lost, and i cannot figure out why. Wasn't it all tetelestai? Shouldn't they be the happiest they can be?... I see John gripping his new Mother's sleeve like a child, watching her back as if he's terrified to lose her even for a moment. I see James awkwardly hanging around them. I see Peter, his cheeks marred with tearmarks.
They all look to him, unsure. He's no less lost than the rest. "I'm going fishing" he finally says. He leaves "whoever wants to join me go ahead" unsaid, he knows they will anyway.
They return to their homes to change and get their tools. Not all of them. There are whispers behind me. "I don't have a home anymore," I hear. "I left everything to follow Him." There are soft, sad murmurs, there are sighs and pats on the back, finally there are several footsteps, fading away together.
I come to Peter. I call him Peter, the Rock, and that's how he knows. He's sitting on the floor in his room, crying, alone. "I betrayed Him..." It's so painful to see him like that. "He loves you." "I know, that's the problem! He loved me! He still loves me and I betrayed Him!" he wails. Then he slowly raises his head and looks to the distance.
"I should've been the one to hang myself."
My heart breaks in half.
"No... No, no Peter, no...!" I hug him tight. He weeps in my arms for a long while, after which he wipes his nose and gets up, shakily. "You're right. I gotta occupy myself with something."
He comes out to see a group of his brothers with nets, rods, and other fishing gear. His nose is red, his eyes swollen, his chin trembling. No one finds it surprising.
"Why are you all sad? Didn't He resurrect?" I ask one of them when we're finally on a boat. There's only gentle rocking and water splashing. No one else talks. No one smiles. No one enjoys it.
"He did," he says. "He came back from the dead and He's God and we are not worthy of Him. We haven't seen Him for a while."
"But didn't He say you were to meet in Galilee?"
"He did. But we've been here for a couple of days already and He hasn't come to us. What if..." He looks me in the eye. His voice is shaking. "What if He doesn't want to see us anymore? What if because of our betrayal and our sins He turned His back on us? That's what we deserve, isn't it."
I remember my neonatology classes. The nurse told us how 3-day-old children wouldn't stop crying after having been so quiet before. Their mothers wouldn't know what to do, scared something was wrong. But the moment the nurse takes the child in their arms, just like magic the baby calms down instantly. The reason for that was quite simple. Being born is the greatest shock a human ever has to endure. So naturally, for the first few days babies have to recover from it - that's why they are so calm, they're exhausted. After they gain some energy, they get anxious. See, this little human for their whole short life has been surrounded by their mom - they could hear her heartbeat, hear her muffled voice, share her nutrients, and be completely embraced by her body every moment. But after getting born they would suddenly have to spend time apart from her. They didn't know whether she would return so they would start crying, thinking she abandoned them when she was just a few feet away, loving them with all her heart.
It's in that moment that I realize: the apostles are the 3-days-old babies. And though my heart breaks for them, it can't help giggle a little inside simultaneously. For in my mind's eye i can see how in just an hour or so Peter, quiet, sad, mindlessly operating the net, this very Peter will be jumping with joy, crying laughing (no break from the tears for him), running around, screaming:
"He forgave me! People, you hear that?! HE FORGAVE ME!!!!"
