As a paramedic, Ratchet's alt mode in tfp driving around Jasper is hilarious to me.

We usually know who is on what ambulance unit and where the other ambulances are. They have GPS trackers on them/on the ambulance's phone, so dispatch can see where they are. Jasper is a small town, so their EMS/Fire dept is likely small as fuck. So the first responders all likely know each other and what's going on.

NO ONE can track this weird ass ambulance. Dispatch has no idea where it came from.

The other medics in Jasper being like "what fucking unit is that" or "what THE FUCK." There's no department marking or star of life on Ratchet's alt's exterior, but it has lights and sirens. Which is fucking illegal.

The other first responders talk about the Mysterious Unknown ambulance that is OCCASIONALLY spotted like a fucking cryptid. It becomes an inside joke/urban legend.

It's honestly crazy that discussion around testosterone HRT skews so much towards the beginning stages of it (to the point that you have dozens of guys thinking their transition is "failed" if they don't pass by like a year in lol) and what the initial changes of the first couple of months to years look like, like the classic laundry list of those early basic changes like bottom growth, voice drop, etc, when IMO literally none of that compares remotely to the depth and intensity of the long term total masculinization you start to experience like 3-5+ years in.

I'm guilty of this. I'm not squeamish at all, and frankly, I have a hard time comprehending the idea of being squeamish. It's actually so foreign to me XD

So, being my autistic self, was describing a case that'd either I'd read about or heard second hand. Can't quite remember. My poor friend almost fainted. Luckily, I noticed her looking pale and quite disturbed and took the hint before she hit the floor XD.

Alot of my stories have me pausing to ask "are you Squamish?" Before I can continue because I *do try* to remember that some people can't handle that kinda stuff.

Yeah... I get stopped a lot in conversation for being graphic.

For multiple reasons, I am not a person you can put on speaker in public. Or join a conversation without context.

I was really skeptical of cyberverse ratchet because he didn’t seem grumpy or weathered enough but this scene changed the whole game for me.

I want to write a fanfic where Ratchet remembers the first time he worked a resuscitation/spark arrest as a new medic or as a student medic, and had to lead the interventions as the lead medic.

That shit is incredibly difficult. I literally just had to lead a resuscitation call by myself for the first time. He's panicking on the inside, unsure if what he's doing is right, or is enough. He thinks about how terrified he was but how he got through it.

He struggles with feelings of inadequacy in tfp, even after he's been in the field for so long. I want to explore that more, because that is SO REAL.

Sparks have five frequencies. In humans, EKGs are taken with 12 leads, but I guess TFs only need 5 leads.

Transformers have joints and "bones" named the same way human bones are. I've seen the humerus, femur, Spinal column, and a few other human anatomy terms mentioned in IDW.

Humans have blood types. Transformers have spark types!

Rossum's trinity is an interesting concept that I headcanon to be false. (Cuz I can) much like the "four humors". I feel like it adds depth and realism to cybertronian medical research progression.

In transformers: Prime, Ratchet uses an arm splint that looks like a hinged knee brace. I just wanted to point this out cuz it looks cool
