i got my cotehardie and houppelande pattern pieces in the mail/printed them, which means I have officially begun my halloween costume this year lol. Not sure how much work they'll be but they'll certainly use a lot of fabric. For those who don't know, this is a cotehardie (they're also called kirtles)
Tumblr media
And this is a houppelande:
Tumblr media
The kirtle/cotehardie tends to go under the houppelaude I think? Before corsets existed, I believe kirtles were used as supportive garments.
Anyway, I also intend on making myself an escoffian hat.
My dog is going to be a knight. However that works out lol. I'm thinking something like this maybe?
Tumblr media
This costume will go extra well with my horse too. :) Sadly my bun is no longer with us, so it'll just be me and Max this year.
Anyway, my past halloween costumes that I sewed:

I wish I were still young enough to go trick or treating
#I could possibly maybe get away with it cause people think Im like 15 or 16 still#but most people don't even think teens should trick or treat so Im still stuck#without being able to tho it makes halloween so boring#like I literally want an excuse to dress up#and now if Im not working that day (like this year) I don't have a chance to#I don't have any friends#so there's no chance of me beibg invited to a Halloween party#and there's no Halloween events in my area where everyone can attend and dress up#and because I live in an apartment trick or treaters don't come to my place. they go across the street where all the houses are#like I could “dress up just because/for myself”#but you could say that for every day of the year#I could dress as a vampire or zombie whenever I please. but its only socially cool on this one day a year#what else is there to halloween as a child free friendless adult#ooo watch horror movies. I literally do that all year#my family didn't even decorate this year and it depresses me sooo much#and everyone around me has been saying since the beginning of October that they're over Halloween already#and want fucking Christmas to come#fucking CHRISTMAS??#you mean the most capitalistic expensive and stressful holiday? are you dumb?#you'd rather skip over such a whimsical day like Halloween for an over saturated over exposed holiday like Christmas#it makes me sooo fucking sad#Halloween is my favorite holiday bit its just. man its just not good or special anymore

“Oh no please don’t kill me Mr. Ghostface I want to be in the sequel!”
Halloween night, alone with no plans but to watch the horror movie marathon on TV, pass out candy to trick-or-treaters, and gorge yourself on candy and popcorn.
The movie marathon was going strong. You had started with Nightmare on Elm Street, and now you have moved on to Scream. The marathon was the perfect way to get into the Halloween spirit. Halloween was the perfect night to get your spook on, everyone is entitled to one good scare on the spookiest night of the year. However, you didn't foresee yourself getting scared from the movies with having to constantly get up to pass out candy to eager trick-or-treaters.
The doorbell rang out causing you to heave yourself from the couch dusting popcorn derby from your chest you flip on your interior lights and answer the door.
“Trick or Treat!”
The little Bundle of kids cheered. Ranging in ages you surveyed the group with a smile. A sweet little princess, an impressive robot, and an oddly adorable zombie, with them a tepid teenager with his scary werewolf mask on top of his head. You assume the babysitter for the night.  Quickly complementing their costumes you gave them each a handful of the sugary treats they were so desperate for. Chirping a thank you they all run off to the next house over.
Smiling as they run off you scan the crisp autumn night watching the masses of excited children cheering and laughing as they run from house to house. As you are greeting some more treaters running to your door, something catches your eye.
A dark figure seems to be slowly walking in the shadows of the sidewalks carefully avoiding running children and lights as it walks carefully by, surveying the rows of houses. Watching intently you quickly pass out the candy while trying to get a good look at the figure. Then one of the kids chirps a thank you causing you to smile down at them, once the kids run off your porch you look for the figure in the night and it seems to have disappeared. Okay, that was creepy. Maybe it was just a harmless kid, don't work yourself up.
And you didn’t the whole weird sighting had completely left your mind. You had finished Scream and moved on to Halloween, is it even truly Halloween if you haven't watched this movie at least once? Enthralled in the movie your lights are turned dim to get you into the atmosphere of the film. Then something makes you jump, and it wasn’t the shape on the screen.
Whipping your head towards the sound, it's like a soft tapping and it's coming from your window. This caused only one thought to rush through your brain- did I lock the window…
Slowly approaching the window you hear the tapping continue and you swear as you inch closer it becomes more rampant. Then as you reach for the curtain it seems to stop. It's probably just nothing, but the thought of that shadowy figure made all your confidence waver. If this is something you are screwed…maybe if you had some company you would be calmer.
Not wanting to be a horror movie cliche you start looking through your phone's contacts. You need someone dependable, scary, and someone you wouldn't mind hanging out with, like…
You stop scrolling and stare at the contact name: Miguel O’Hara…
Dependable- yes, he can be kinda a hardass but at work, he is always ready to give a helping hand to you every time you ask, even though he would not shy away from giving you shit when given the chance. Though you have grown to enjoy the teasing.
Scary- Uh, the dude is 6 '9' and built like a brick wall. It was one of the first things you noticed about him, The dude was huge! He could probably crush you if he needed to, though would that be so bad? It has become an office joke that when he's not at work he's living at the gym working out like crazy. How else could he be so big?
Now Miguel is your friend, you two had gotten close through your jobs at Alchemax, So it's only natural for a friend to let another friend come over right? Even if this said friend is quite attractive, with a gorgeous face, broad back, slender waist, and the best ass you have ever seen. Yeah, hanging out alone in your house shouldn't be a problem…Right?
Taking a deep breath you press the call button.
-Bring…-
-Brriinnngg…-
“Hello?”
“Um, Hey Miguel, are you busy?”
You hear Miguel shuffling around before he answers “What's wrong?”
Wow, he's pretty perceptive, you didn't realize how shaken up you sounded for him to ask you that so quickly. “Uh, I was wondering if you could…come over?”
There is a long moment of silence then what sounds like an exasperated sigh on Miguel's end. He busy…Maybe you should tell him never mind, you're the one who decided to watch horror movies alone and-
“Okay, I will be there shortly.”
Well that took zero convincing, “O-okay, see you then”
-click-
——-
Making sure to pick up your living room a bit you anxiously await for Miguel to arrive. The random tapping has stopped but you're still walking apprehensively through your home. Turning back on your lights you continue to watch the movie trying to distract yourself but you feel your hands getting clammy and anxiety rising. Were these movies just getting to you? Or Is there stuff happening? Worse than that, Is Miguel going to think you're crazy?
Checking your phone every couple of minutes waiting for a call or text from Miguel. He said he would be here shortly but it feels like forever, where is he? Having nervously eaten all your popcorn you go to make another bowl. Throwing the bag in the microwave you start the time and think about how you just saw this same situation in Scream. Waiting patiently you're starting to think you're overreacting a bit. That tapping could be anything, maybe when Miguel gets here you two can laugh at this. He has the most amazing laugh…
Then a sudden thumping breaks your daydream. Frozen, you don't move a muscle, you don't even dare to breathe as you slowly move your gaze to the window where the tapping had been. But, the thumping noise is fainter, and it's almost like something hitting something on your windows. For a second you think, is someone egging me? You thought you could avoid that because you got the good candy. Is someone messing with you? Maybe this is all in your head?
The thumping then turns into a window-rattling, like it's being pried open, your blood runs cold…
Eyes flicking around the room, your gaze gets glued towards the bathroom, and you clutch your cell phone tightly, is this happening…do I look? Absolutely not! Frantically you look at your phone. Where the hell is Miguel?
Then the sound of your doorbell chime sounds like a saving grace. Quickly you rush to open the door, but it doesn't budge. Danm-
Fumbling with the lock you quickly swing the door open and there he is. Miguel O’Hara, in all his beautifully intimidating glory. God, you could just kiss him. You didn't even care that he was looking at you like you were insane. Without a second thought, you're pulling him by his shirt inside, slamming your door shut. Turning to him with wild eyes the hysteric words flying from your mouth.
“Canyougocheckthebathroom, Iheardanoise and I’M Freaking out!”
Miguel just looks at you baffled before he swivels his head around responding with a casual sigh. “Where's the bathroom?”
Timidly you point down your dark hallway and Miguel instantly starts walking that way. Following close behind it takes everything in you not to cling to his jacket. Now you are usually a lot braver, but the oddness of the whole situation has you in a tissy.
Miguel stops at the closed bathroom door, turning his head over his shoulder he points his index finger to the door in a silent question. Nodding with a yes he opens the door with a confident swing walking through. You're more apprehensive as you peer through the doorway holding your hands tightly to your chest. Looking through your bathroom it's completely normal, apart from the mountain of a man looking around at it.
Turning to face you his chiseled face in a quizzical glare of ‘okay?’
Pointing to the window you meekly say “I thought I heard the window being opened..”
Nodding Miguel parts the curtains to reveal a shut window, going the extra mile he even tries to open it but it's locked. Closing the curtains back he turns to you placing his hands on his hips.
“Anything else?”
Looking at the shower you nudge your head at it. Seeming to roll his eyes slightly he opens the curtain to reveal an empty shower, murderer free. Sighing, your tension starts to ease up, everything seems fine, other than you acting like a damn spaz.
“You okay scaredy-cat?” he says with a smirk.
Rolling your eyes you're not amused by the nickname, “Yes I am fine, now can you give me a minute?”
Miguel shrugs with a smile and walks out of the bathroom, he turns like he's about to say something but you quickly slam the door closed, locking it.  Pressing your back to the door you run your hands through your hair and down your face feeling ridiculous. Nothing is here to get you…plus Miguel is here you need to get a grip.
After regaining your composure, doing your business, washing your hands, and maybe putting on some mascara and fixing your hair a bit, you finally exit the bathroom. Walking into your living room you are met with the sight of Miguel walking out of the kitchen, jacket removed, revealing a black tee shirt that does everything for his muscular physique; the cherry on top, he has taken your popcorn from the microwave and poured it into a bowl. -well just make yourself at home the O’Hara
Feeling a bit awkward you decide it's the polite thing to thank him, “Thank you for coming over and checking my bathroom…”
Miguel nods plopping down on your couch and placing the popcorn on your coffee table, “you know, Maybe you shouldn’t be watching horror movies by yourself if you're just going to get scared by them”
Touché-
“Well…That's why I have you, you get to be my bodyguard”  You say with a chuckle as you turn off your lights and slide down onto the couch next to him.
“I don’t know, I was working before you called…”
“Working?” This shouldn't be a surprise, of course, he was….”Well that's not a very fun Halloween”
“And getting scared by cheesy horror movies is?”
“Hey, At least it's festive, plus it’s not the movies that spooked me, some weird person was lurking around and this odd tapping, then the window…”
As you speak you look up and see that Miguel is listening intently, hanging on to each word that leaves your lips, you can't help but feel your cheeks blush from his fervid stare.
“I don’t know…maybe it was the movies…”
“I’ll stay”
“Huh?” You look at him confused
Miguel casually grabs a handful of popcorn “I said I’ll stay, I don't have to finish that work right now and you seem genuinely scared, though I think you have just been watching too many movies niña” he playfully nudges you with his elbow and you nudge him back making him laugh causing you to blush again.
“Plus…” he adds while dragging his eyes over your face, then down your body, studying your form for a moment “It will be..festive..” he looks back into your eyes and quickly averts his gaze to the movie, eating his popcorn casually.
-------
This is not how you saw your evening headed, alone in a dark room with Miguel. Sure you have had the odd fantasy of this moment before but there was no TV playing, and there were also no clothes…the popcorn was still present though…
Trying to be engrossed in the film you can’t help but take your eyes away to look over at Miguel. Fidgeting around on the couch, Danm, you need to relax. Miguel is being a good friend and just trying to watch a movie he doesn't need to be ogled by you!
As you continue to be at war with yourself your fidgeting and sighing must have gotten Miguel's attention. Because he’s then carefully wrapping an arm around your shoulder and bringing you in close. Feeling your face turn through three variations of blush you allow yourself to be pushed closer till your head is on his shoulder. Before you can even fumble with a response Miguel is speaking up. “You seem like you're scared…”
Not scared, just burning in desire for you, but I will take what I can get. “Thanks, Miguel.”
Completely ignoring the movie now, you don't even know what's on, you are just enjoying the closeness of Miguel's warm body. He might be the world's most cuddly man despite appearances. The best part was when a  jumpscare would suddenly happen, he would hold you tighter like he was trying to protect you. His calm rhythmic breathing and how his fingers subtly rubbed loose strains of your hair it was so calming. Calling him over was the perfect move, everything was going great.
But there was something that just didn't make sense to you, “How come you're not at some kind of Halloween party or something?” you inquire looking up at his sculpted jaw.
Miguel shrugs, moving his eyes away from the screen to look at you  “How come you're not at a Halloween party?” How come he can’t ever just give a straight answer-
Rolling your eyes you scoff “I’m not a fan of parties they tend to be overwhelming and usually kinda a letdown. Like I’m not going to go there and meet some sexy masked man to sweep me off my feet by fulfilling my every desire…”
Miguel looks at you confused and you just giggle “Heh, I read a story about it once…Anyways I like staying home to pass out the candy, it’s fun getting to make the kid's night.”
“You like kids?” he quickly asks.
“Sure, I mean I want some of my own one day.” As you answer you look over at Miguel and you think you see a slight smile on his lips as you speak.
“Seriously though, how come you weren't doing anything on Halloween?” you ask, trying to get the truth. “Didn't you get invited to go out?”
Miguel sighs, “Well yeah but, I’m like you, I don't like parties, horror movies are not my favorite, and kids don't trick or treat in my building, Plus…I was kinda waiting”
“Waiting? For what?” you say furrowing your brow at him.
“Well, I was waiting to see if you were going to invite me out” His sudden confession has your heart warming, and before you can get too mushy you slip out a laugh elbowing Miguel in the abs. “If you wanted to hang out you could have just called, you know?”
“I know, I guess I’m lucky you freaked yourself out so much you needed my company, scaredy-cat.” he teases leaning further into you and making your body warm.
“Hey! I was hearing and seeing things, Mister.” you poke his chest, almost hurting your finger in the process.
“Sure you were…” You and Miguel are both leaning pretty close by now, still laughing with each other. Then you two seem to notice the sudden proximity that has you both turning your heads quickly.
Miguel and you continue your playful banter as you watch the movie. He complains how everything is predictable, proving his theories by telling you who will die and in what order, you call him a buzz kill and playfully pinch his sides as he continues to ruin the movie. Miguel meets your pinching by doing it to you, this quickly escalates to a pinching war on the couch.
Lost in the playful fight you and Miguel feel the tension building around you until the ring of the doorbell cuts through the laughing. Sounds of excited laughter following the ring, you look to the door and smile at Miguel “Well, duty calls,” Miguel moves so you can slip past him, and you head towards the door. To your surprise, however, you notice that Miguel is following you. Looking at him confused he averts his eyes and places his hand on the back of his neck, “Thought I could help….” -what a cutie
Smiling wide you place the bowl of candy in his large hands. Swinging the door open you see a group of giggly kids eagerly holding out their baskets. They all go to sing out their Halloween phrase but suddenly stop with wide eyes and gasped expressions.
Looking at them confused you wonder what has them looking so shocked till you turn your head and look at Miguel. With the lights dimmed down in your house and the porch light only hitting parts of his face he looks terrifying, also are his eyes glowing red? What?
The youngest kid dressed like a fairy starts to cry, turning to hug her mom's leg. The others are too scared to even move. Miguel, in his infinite wisdom in social cues, leans over slightly and lets out a simple question “What will it be? Trick or Treat?”
Noticing the kids getting upset and equally the parents, you are quick to soothe things over. Flipping the door light on you makes it easier to see Miguel, making his faceless obscured, this seems to make the kids relax a bit and the moms and dad blush to see his strong physique and chiseled features.
“Wow! Miguel, don't all these kids look great? Don’t you love the costumes?” You nudge Miguel with a smile trying to get him to smile back.
Miguel, confused at first, doesn't understand, then lighting up he seemingly catches on “Oh yeah definitely all good, I like the Spider-Man” Miguel points to a kid who is dressed in the Blue and red vigilante outfit (A popular costume since the masked hero started saving Nueva York) the kid gives a thumbs up that makes Miguel smile that has everyone’s heart squeezing.
Finally with the kids more relaxed and the parents thoroughly flushed you crouch down, pulling Miguel with you to drop candy in the kid's bags. You take the time to ask each kid what they are and compliment the outfit. Miguel keeps his smile placed as he watches you with the kids. He seems to enjoy this. Finally, with all the kids giving their sweet rewards you and Miguel wave bye.
Nudging him in the side you get his attention “Try not to scare the kids huh?”
Miguel rolls his eyes “I didn't do it on purpose.”
Miguel walks back inside towards the movie and you go to reach for the light, but some sudden movement catches your attention. It looks like someone or something running down the side of the neighbor's house. Stepping out into the night air you look and see if you can see it. Inching closer and closer you're trying to catch a glimpse but then the sound of a playful scream down the road makes you jump. Looking back you see a father lifting his daughter and tossing her into the air making her scream and giggle. Taking a breath to calm yourself, you head back inside. Not seeing that the bushes have been rustling…
———-
Settling back onto the couch you are happily eating away at your candy. Trick-or-treaters are heading home for the night leaving the rest of the treats for you to enjoy. Miguel's eyes are focused on you as the candy slips past your lips.
“I can’t believe you actually can sit here and eat all that sugar”
You side-eye Miguel “Oh let me guess you don’t eat candy?” Probably not have you felt his abs in that shirt, completely solid-
“I just, haven’t had any that I like”
“Well, do you not like sweet things?”
Miguel looks at you for a moment like he wants to say something but quickly changes his mind “It depends…”
“Well here try this, it’s one of my favorites”
Quickly unwrapping the candy you hold it up for Miguel to take, but instead of grabbing it from you he leans down and takes it with his mouth.
Staring at him your thoughts seem to evaporate.-
Wait, did I just…did he really…did I feed him chocolate?
Staring at Miguel you meet his gaze with wide eyes, is he…no! He probably just took it because he just really wanted the chocolate…
While you're consumed by your thoughts your eyes stay locked with Miguel, he looks nervous. Like he's also surprised that you fed him chocolate, but he was the one who leaned in and ate from your hand! He fed himself!
Moving his eyes away for a moment he turns away and quickly swallows the candy, as he turns he seems like he wants to say something but instead his intense stare stays on your eyes. Feeling his arm on your shoulders move slowly to your hips curling tighter around you, a crashing wave of excitement washes over you. He slightly leans forward keeping his eyes on yours, it feels like you can’t breathe.
Heart is beating a mile a minute, all your nerves are on high alert, brain feels like it's frying. His scent, his touch, his intense stare! Wait, are his eyes red again, must be the lighting.
All of it is overwhelming. With ease, his large hand gently grabs your neck, bringing you closer to touch his plush lips to yours. Eyes shutting instantly you lean into the kiss, pressing yourself closer to his warmth. Seemingly groaning in surprise he leans more, parting his lips slightly to guide you through, mouth moving in tandem with him. Feeling the kiss deepen to a more intense passion you feel Your arousal ruining your panties and body heat reaching a fever pitch.
Breaking from the kiss to get air you stare at Miguel's face as he catches his breath, he looks downright majestic huffing for air it drives you wild, tightening your thighs together. Taking everything not to pounce him you back up brain scrambling from the hot man panting at you.
“I-is it Hot maybe I should o-open up my….Window! Yeah, open up my window!” Quickly you scramble to your window pushing past the curtains and lifting the window. The sudden cool breeze does nothing to cool your heated body. Standing there you take deep breaths to calm yourself, then large hands grabbing your hips make your attempts to calm down fail. Feeling Miguel nuzzle into your hair, then his breath fan against your neck has you almost moaning, you just can't help melting at his touch.
“I’m sorry if that was too sudden, I just…I’ve been wanting to do that..” His arms wrap around you in a hug making you fall into pure bliss
“For how long?” you say breathlessly leaning into his hold.
Humming Miguel thinks for a moment “About….five months now”
Your eyes shoot open and you turn around and swat his shoulder “You have liked me for five months and you haven't done anything about it!”
Miguel takes your playful hits for a few more moments before catching your wrist and pulling you in close, “you know if you wanted to kiss me you could have?”
“What? No way, I have been leaving hints this whole time you needed to meet me halfway!”
Miguel leans in closer, silencing your nagging with a kiss that you quickly fall into, playing with his hair as his hands roam over your body. Breaking away Miguel smiles down at you, “Is this meeting you halfway?”
Giving a slight pout you look at him with doe eyes “All I'm saying is that we could have been doing stuff sooner if you would have done something.”
Miguel quickly lifts you kissing you passionately carrying you blindly to the bedroom, when you feel your back hit your bedroom door you break the kiss looking down at his smirking face. “Well let's make up for lost time, shall we?”
Fumbling with your doorknob trying to open your door, but he swiftly moves your hand, opening the door in a fluid motion. Unable to contain your desires, you feverishly pull on his shirt while his hands fumble with your leggings. Once his shirt is off you take a second to admire his body he just chuckles at you before he's undoing his pants, while taking your top off you watch as his cock springs out from its confines slapping against his abdomen.
Now fully exposed to one another he can't help but lick his bottom lip taking in all your soft curves. You're equally hypnotized by his monstrous phasic and the massive length that causes your legs to shake. Seeing your nervousness he's quick to relax you.
“Don’t worry baby, I’ll make you feel good.” Running his hands all over he gets behind you and walks you to your bed. Pushing you against the bed you're falling on the plush mattress on your hands and knees.
Miguel's large digits can be felt spreading open your wet folds, you can only whimper as he runs his other finger up and down teasing you.
“Danm, you're so wet…”
Before you can give a rebuttal you feel him lick a long strip up your cunt. All you can do is let out a squeak as he ravenously eats your pussy, licking at your slick walls. All you can do is drop to your elbows moaning his name, as he hums and prods his tongue in your quivering slit.
Finally needing to break for air he moves away, his warm breath fanning over your wet cunt making you squeeze your legs together. Turning your head over your shoulder to look at Miguel and you almost cum right there. He's panting like a damn animal as a mixture of your arousal and his spit coat his chin in a shining sheen. The most alarming thing is that his eyes are blown out in hungry lust “Miguel…” you whimper his name breathlessly.
“Sorry hermosa, you're just so sweet..” with that he's spreading you open and back to eating your pussy like a starved man making you approach your high. Feeling your body reaching its peak you grind your hips into his face making him latch onto your swollen clit, sucking and twirling his tongue on it.
“Oh my god! Miguel! Ah!”
Knowing exactly what he's doing he leans in, humming onto your clit more, sliding two fingers into your slick cunt. moving his fingers in slowly he's spreading you open to accommodate every enticing inch. Once he's knuckle deep he starts pumping his large fingers in and out. Practically drooling now from his pumping plus the hungry licking and sucking of your clit you feel in bliss. It's not until Miguel is letting out a low groan into your cunt that you start seeing stars.
Trying to squirm away you try to prevent what's about to happen but Miguel grabs a hold of your hips not allowing you to move, continuing his low groans and deep pumping. The white-hot rush washes over you and all you can do is scream his name as you cum, Miguel not wanting to waste a drop of your sweet essence quickly licks and sucks every drop from you, helping you ride your high on his face.
Coming down from your high you feel Miguel's large hands squeezing your waist, “So good for me baby, so fucking sweet..”
Before you can even fully get back to your senses Miguel is Pulling you up to press your back to his chest, “now keep being my good girl and ride me..” he growls into your ear.
Laying down on the bed he steadies your hips as you grab his massive length angling it to tease your slit. His hot tip feels so good teasingly poking at your slit. Looking over your shoulder your eyes fall to Miguel, he looks like he can't take any more of your teasing. Grabbing your hair he roughly pulls making your back arch suddenly Fucking ride it,”
Slowly lowering yourself on his cock you feel the stretch making your toes curl, Miguel's large hands rub soft circles on your hips as you stretch yourself full. You're unable to help your mewing of his name as you fully press down to take him all. Not even moving yet your eyes are rolling at the way his tip is already nudging your cervix. Miguel continues to rub his hands up and down your back cooing sweet nothings about how you're such a good girl, his good girl.
Feeling him throb in you, you're ready for more so you slowly start raising your hips and bringing yourself down, with each motion your cunt clenches down on him savoring the stretch. Once you're accommodated to his size you pick up your pace moving faster and pushing him in deeper, his hot tip has you losing your mind. Grabbing onto your breast pinching and twisting your buds, you're losing it moaning and crying out his name.
Egged on by your enthusiasm Miguel grips your hips and thrusts deeper, “That's my girl, take it, baby, ah fuck, my cock is yours”
“Its mine..ah fucking mine” you cry out bouncing faster
You start to feel the coil in your stomach tightening, feeling your body heating up to a fever pitch. Miguel is right with you approaching as high as he thrust harder cock throbbing and heating to a mouth-watering burn. Grunts falling on deaf ears you're too lost in the chase or your second orgasm, your only focus is to milk him dry, to feel his thick seed fill you.
The chase gets halted when suddenly Miguel is leaning forward kissing the back of your neck, hooking his arms under your knees. Locking his hands behind your head, the contorting has him fucking your pussy impossibly deeper, his breath is ragged as he moans, “I'm going to ruin this fucking pussy!”
“Fuck! Ruin me miggy!” You didn’t need to ask him twice he's fucking you hard, his in your stomach at this point. The arousal from your cunt is dripping down to your ass as he just takes full control over you. Chest feels on fire as you gasp from his pace which shows no sign of relenting till his cumming deep inside you.
Practically there you feel your coil about to give, and then Miguel slows his strong thrust to a stop, his breath getting quiet. Turning back to whine at the sudden loss of friction you hear it too…the sound of your living room window sliding up. Still caged in his grip from the Full Nelson you can only look up in horror, your house is being broken into! You weren’t paranoid!
Miguel slowly releases you from his hold and gently slides out of you moving you to the side of the bed. You can’t help the slight moan you give from not being full of him anymore. Miguel stands up and looks at you placing a finger to his lip reminding you to be silent, his intense eyes looking like they shine red. Quickly following his silence demands you cover your mouth with your hands.
Slow footsteps can be heard walking through the house and your eyes widen. Who was in here? What is happening?
Miguel slowly and steadily puts his pants on (disregarding his underwear) and you wrap yourself in a robe. Miguel goes to open the door of the bedroom but you quickly grab his hand to hold him back. Looking up at him with pleading eyes you try and urge him not to go out there, it’s dangerous he could get hurt.
Without words, Miguel places his hand on your cheek and gives a soft kiss to your lips, a reassurance that everything will be okay. You hate how much it calms you at the moment but can’t help how you surrender to it.
Miguel goes to open the door but it’s too late, the door flies open and you see a masked intruder dressed in all black. Screaming in terror you hide behind Miguel’s tall stature. To your surprise the intruder also screams when you are, jumping backwards they pin themselves to the wall. Wait? What kind of intruder jumps in surprise? As you shake in fear and confusion Miguel just stares daggers at the person.
Before you know it the intruder is cussing and running towards the door but Miguel is not having it, he pursues the intruder in a quick sprint. It was honestly a pathetic sight, the intruder scrambling to unlock your front door while the monster of a man Miguel goes to grab him.
After successfully slipping through the door the masked person starts running down your driveway. However, they were not quick enough, with an incredible force Miguel grabbed the masked person’s shoulder and slammed them to the ground in one swift motion. With the way he swiftly maneuvered it was like Miguel has done it thousands of times.
Thoroughly pissed off Miguel lifts the now limp figure in the air. Now seeing the comparison between the two you see how the guy didn’t even stand a chance to Miguel, in fact, the figure now seems to be quite slender. Carefully you approach Miguel and the figure.
in an animalistic growl, Miguel finally speaks. “What are you doing breaking into y/ns house…”
The figure lets out a whimper of “Who?” the continues in a pathetic plea,
“Please sir don’t kill me,” Sir? What? That’s not how intruders sound. Miguel lifts the mask off the person's face to reveal a young man probably a freshman in high school looking like he’s about to pee himself. The young man turns to you with desperate eyes.
“Ma’am, can you tell your husband to put me down?” Okay, not my husband but I’m not going to correct them.
“Um, first you need to explain why you were breaking in before I call the police “
The kid lets out a whine  “Please don’t! it was just a stupid prank, I was supposed to scare Kenny Crain.” The kid's face flushes and starts to cry
Looking at them confused, you ask, “Kenny Crain?”
The kid sadly nods and Miguel’s grip tightens, You continue “No Kenny Crain lives here?” Gesturing to your house.
The kid's tears stop and he looks at you in shock “wait this isn't 945?”
You shake your head “This is 925”
The kid stops crying and looks to a nearby bush “TYLER YOU FUCKING IDIOT! You scoped the wrong house!”
A bush rustles before letting out a pathetic “sorry-“
Miguel drops the teenager from his grasp to the ground, he makes a sit-down motion with his hand and the teen eagerly obeys.
With long strides, Miguel goes to the bush and plucks the other teenager out lifting him by the collar and placing him next to his friend.
Watching as Miguel scolds the teenager you feel a smile creep across your face and that same tingly feeling in your stomach, Miguel O’Hara your hero.
Walking over you grab Miguel’s arm causing him to fall silent from his reprimanding of the two teens.
“Miguel, I think they learned their lesson.” You look at the two pathetic-looking teens and they nod urgently.
Miguel stares at the two young men again, not over what they did “You two, go home and don’t ever do anything like this again. Or else….”
With that the teens start scrambling and apologizing, running off into the late Halloween night. Your eyes fall to Miguel, his bare chest heaving as he watches the boys run off in irritation, he looks gorgeous. Miguel had come to protect you again, it’s only right you repay him. Sliding your arms around his waist you press soft kisses to his warm body.
Tease muscles begin to relax with each passing kiss from your soft lips. Swiftly he turns around and looks down at you. You thought he looked fantastic during the day right now he looks damn ethereal. A soft kiss is pressed to your lips, it's caring and full of passion.
Slipping his tongue past your lips you suddenly feel the night air grazing across your ass as Miguel lifts your robe before his warm hands come to grip you rear, making you whimper.
Breaking the kiss in one fluid motion Miguel scoops you from your feet and carries you into your home. The kiss becomes hungrier with each passing moment, and before you know it you're crashing onto your sofa with Miguel over you caging you beneath his hard body. Moans escape your lips as he gropes your body, his hands quickly undo your robe, then quickly grab a hold of your breast to play with your sensitive buds, his tongue drags over them coating them in his saliva.
Pulling away you look at him with blown-out eyes buckling your hips uncontrollably toward him, it's like your in heat. Chuckling softly he bites his lip and he starts to undo his pants, you're still shuddering with anticipation when his cock springs out.
“You didn't want to go back to the bedroom?” you ask in a shaky breath, holding your hands out to him. Did you want to go back to the room, no you just want to tease him.
Grabbing a hold of your hands he leans in placing kisses on your fingers and your knuckles before he pins them over your head.
“I thought you wanted to finish your silly horror movie marathon,” he coos
Grabbing his length with the free hand he slaps it against your aching cunt causing you to jolt your hips up with a quick moan. Proud of himself for the reaction he gets from you he continues as he rubs his cock through your wet folds to gather your arousal,
“figured we could multitask.”
With that he slowly seathes himself into your wet heat, your moaning and clawing in back relishing in that fullness you're sure to get addicted to. Miguel can't help but throw his head back at how your pussy sucks him in tightening around him instantly and he's not even fully in yet. Miguel just keeps pumping his hard cock through your velvety tight walls, watching your brain get hazier with each thrust that kisses your cervix, keeping at this you're sure to forget to even breathe let alone watch a movie.
The Tv seems like a faint buzz between the sounds of Miguel's thrusts and grunts married with your whimpering pants and squelching pussy. The TV catches your attention for a single moment -” Don’t go away, we are playing all Your horror favorites till the witching hour!”
Miguel grabs your chin and brushes his thumb across your wet lips, a mischievous smirk on his lips makes your sex tighten on him, “Looks like we’re in for a long night baby.”

Everyone’s too loud. The Halloween music keeps repeating.
Not even swirling the bright orange plastic cup in your hand can salvage the separation of pineapple and white rum.
At least the warm crackle of the open fire pit in the backyard feels nice.
You’re not sure why you agreed to come to this Halloween party with Annie — you knew she was going to see one solo cup and run for the pong table to demolish the competition — but you’d worked tirelessly on your costume this year.
Not that you had anywhere to go to show it off — cons got too expensive this year, work days blurred into nights, and before you knew it the date of October 31 was sitting impatiently on your doorstep.
Waiting on your front porch handing out candy to little ones wasn’t a bad idea.
Trick or Treaters are cute.
(Except you can’t imagine any of the kiddos willingly taking a Snickers bar from the hands of a screen-accurate rendition of the Bride of Frankenstein.)
So you'd get dressed up, fill a pumpkin bucket, and hang out for the night, right?
Wrong.
That plan wasn’t acceptable to your friend, Annie Leonhart.
The moment she arrived at your doorstep in full costume, Annie acted as if staying home was a cardinal sin.
“You didn’t have a plan for this?” Annie asked incredulously. “Are you joking, dude? Come on. This costume is sick.”
Before you stood an elaborate (see: terrifying) rendition of Lady Death: Annie’s blue eyes were sunken in by copious black eyeshadow, her lips cut into the illusion of teeth under a terrifying black veil obscuring most of her face. On her body was what looked to be a dyed thrift store wedding dress, dark as the night sky above.
She gestures to your wrapped mummified dress and large cylindrical white-and-gray wig — all hand-sewn, all homemade — with equally blackened fingertips, gooey with fake blood.
“What?” you murmur, looking down at your dress like something has gone astray.
“What?!” she repeats with a snort. “Oh, no. You’re not wasting this on sitting on a porch. C’mon, we’re going to Reiner’s thing.”
“Annie,” you groan, giving her a pleading look. “You know I hate parties.”
“Yeah? And I hate idiots who waste good costumes,” she retorts, grabbing your hand with hers to fly into your house. “What do you need? Grab your keys and phone, we’re going.”
(Yeah, you’re used to her bulldozing by now.)
It’s what brought you here — stuck at a bonfire, waiting for an appropriate time to ditch and call a Lyft back to your house.
Annie’s no doubt in the semifinals of the competition, so you can’t imagine you’ll see her for the rest of the night.
It’s fine.
It’s fine, you’ll just wait another ten and—
A flash of black clothes shuffles past you to flop unceremoniously into a lawn chair. With a grunt, their legs extend towards the bonfire, the tip of their boots tapping the brick surrounding the pit.
Slumping into the chair, you recognize the costume right away: it isn’t a traditional Ghostface given the dark denim jeans and the black henley shirt with rolled-up sleeves, but the elongated white and black ghoulish mask is unmistakable.
Unable to help yourself, you watch as the fire illuminates the veins in their forearms. His gloved hand palms the entire mask and rips it off of his face, causing your whole body to have a hot flash.
Oh.
Oh, no.
The Ghostface at the party is hot.
Immediately his bluish-gray eyes find you when he sits back in his chair once more. The black fringe of his hair clings to his forehead like the mask had been suffocating him to a sweat, complimenting his high cheekbones.
Lips parted, you note the way he gives your costume a once over before speaking in the most rumbled, honey silk voice.
“Bride of Frank, right?”
Blinking twice, you continue to stare. When a few beats of silence pass, the stranger’s chin drops closer to his chest, brow expectant with an arch.
“You’re looking at me like I missed a reboot this year.”
Wait.
He’s talking to you.
Clearing your throat, you sit up taller and absently reach for your tall wig to make sure it’s in place.
“No, you’re right. The Bride from the 1935 film.”
You try to smile, though it gets lost somewhere in your anxiety.
“And you’re Ghostface, right? From the movie Scream?”
The stranger nods.
“Sort of. Found a mask half-off at the store, but I wasn’t wearing a damn nightgown.”
“The black clothes still fit the look,” you try to reassure, and he snorts.
“You’re far more forgiving than the Michael Myers I came here with,” he states, “but that friend abandoned my ass at this Halloween party, and I don’t know anyone else here, so.”
Crossing his legs by the ankles and his arms over his chest, he continues to observe your costume. From the flicker of the fire, his expression almost seems appreciative of your work.
“You did a damn good job,” he adds, “which is a shame, because you look as miserable as I feel.”
The surprise praise causes your face to heat up.
“I wouldn’t say miserable.”
“Bored?”
“Oh, definitely bored.”
He snorts. “Yeah, me too. I hate this shit.”
“Parties?”
“Halloween parties,” the stranger clarifies. “If everyone showed up to this shit dressed as elaborately as you, then I’d probably eat my own words.” He tosses a thumb back to the house. “I can’t tell you how many goddamn half-baked Jokers there are in that house.”
Somewhere in the midst of his rant is another compliment.
Toying with one of the ends of the mummified dress you wear, you find yourself shrugging a shoulder. “Not everyone has busybody time like me to make a costume, to be fair.”
“Wait.” He sits up more, sitting the Ghostface mask on his lap. “You made that?”
When you nod, you feel your body match the bonfire’s temperature. Annie gave you compliments by the plenty, but that was Annie. Everyone else at this party had been too busy getting drunk or too occupied to notice.
But he did.
“How’d you do it?” he asks with what seems to be genuine curiosity, though you wave it off.
“It’s boring.”
“Doubt it.”
“No, it really is,” you state, but the stranger leans closer with intrigue. You can’t move away, too mesmerized by how damn gorgeous he is. “And knowing me, I could ramble on for hours, so—”
“Hey, I have time.”
The man clears his throat and holds up the Ghostface mask as if it’ll somehow convince you.
“Might as well make the most of this damn thing while we’re stuck here, right? If anything, you’d be saving me from another goddamn Scary Movie reference inside, so you're doing me a favor by rambling for hours.”
The mention brings a slow and relaxed smile to your lips.
Right.
The ye ol’ wasssssaaaaaap to anyone with a Ghostface mask.
“Fine,” you relent, and you swear your mind is playing tricks on you when it sees a half-smile form on his own face, but the fire swipes it away just as fast. “But at least tell me your name — unless you want me to call you Ghostface.”
The man shakes his head, the fringe of his black hair following with him.
“Levi,” he introduces, softer this time. “Just call me Levi.”

"C'mon Scott, it's Halloween!!"
"Every day is Halloween for us Stiles," Scott sighed, picking at the food on his lunch tray.
"Not every day!" Stiles tried to protest, but when Scott gave him a look, Stiles relented slightly. "Okay, sure, every day can feel like Halloween when you're a teenage werewolf, but hear me out!!"
"Here you out about what?" Lydia asked as she and Allison joined the table, setting down their trays.
"Scott's saying he doesn't want to do anything for Halloween!" Stiles whined slightly.
It was childish, he knew, to whine about this, but Halloween had always been Stiles' favorite. The decorations, the atmosphere of fall and fun, dressing up, and getting to be something else other than yourself. Not to mention the candy!
"What did you have in mind?" Erica asked as she, Isaac, and Boyd sat across from them.
"It's not like I want to go trick or treating or anything," Stiles explained. "I just thought it would be fun to spend it together and celebrate. Though handing out candy would be fun."
"We could watch scary movies," Boyd suggested.
"Or we would walk some of the more decorated neighborhoods to look at the lights," Isaac added.
"Normal stuff!" Stiles pointed out as he looked pleadingly at Scott.
"Where would we even meet?" Scott countered.
"Any of our houses would work," Lydia said practically. "Except maybe Allison's."
"That's a good point," Allison agreed. "Dad's come a long way accepting my friendship with the pack, but I don't think he would be thrilled if I brought the pack home."
"We could ask Derek if we can use the loft!" Erica offered, enthusiasm warming her voice.
"Costumes?" Stiles asked.
"Optional?" Lydia offered the compromise, and Stiles nodded.
"I'm good with that!" Stiles couldn't help his growing smile. "And if we don't want to commit to a full movie, we could look up Halloween episodes of TV shows we like!"
"Oh, I like that idea!" Allison looked at Scott, hopefully. "What do you think?"
Scott sighed again, but before he could answer, Stiles chimed in one more time:
"C'mon Scott, it'll be like when we were little!"
That sentiment, along with Stiles' pleading eyes, was enough for Scott to give in with a reluctant smile.
"I'm clearly outvoted. Who's house should we use?"
"I think it depends on how late we'll be staying," Lydia said, ever the practical hostess. "Do we want to spend the night?"
The group debated for a while who's house to use, and the pros and cons of the different locations weighed and considered. The Loft vs the Lake House. The Lake House vs Scotts House. Scott's house vs Stiles' House and, of course, Stiles' house vs the Loft. Full circle a few times before it was eventually decided that Stiles' house was the best choice, not only because his street got a decent amount of foot traffic and trick-or-treaters but because Stiles had the most movie options.
******
"I still think every day is Halloween for us," Scott said by way of greeting when he arrived at Stiles' house after school.
"And today, it's for everyone!" Stiles grinned, tossing a pack of Reese's pieces to the grumpy werewolf. "So you'll just have to deal with it. Nice costume, by the way."
"It was easy enough," Scott shrugged. He was wearing a set of scrubs and had a stethoscope around his neck. "I didn't even have to steal anything."
"I resent that comment," Stiles laughed. "I didn't steal anything either!"
"So you just happened to have a leather jacket lying around?"
"For your information, I borrowed it from Isaac," Stiles huffed.
"He's lucky it fit," Isaac teased as the two entered the living room. The were' was lounging on the couch in a white T-shirt and jeans. The T-shirt had been written on with a Sharpie to say, 'This is my costume.' "He's kind of short," Isaac said.
"Am I short or are you just freakishly tall?" Stiles shot back.
"What are you supposed to be anyway?" Scott asked, plopping on the couch next to Isaac.
"Isn't it obvious?" Stiles' grin had a hint of mischief now. "Here I'll give you a hint!"
Stiles crossed to the furthest side of the room and struck a pose. His hands in his pockets, feet apart, and something close to a glare on his face as he stared at Scott. Scott stared back for a minute, thinking before he burst into laughter.
"Are you Derek?" He managed to gasp between peals of laughter.
Stiles dropped the glare, his face lighting up at Scott's delight.
"Yeah! He'll probably kill me for it, but it's still a good costume!"
"I know I said he didn't steal it, but if Derek asks, he absolutely did," Isaac grinned too, but before he could say more, he cocked his head towards the door.
"They back with the pizza?" Stiles asked, and Isaac nodded.
Scott could hear them all now, too.
"Perfect timing. It sounds like Lydia is here, too. Allison's with her," Isaac reported what he could hear to Stiles' human ears.
"Awesome! Scott, grab plates for us?" Stiles asked.
"Sure," Scott stood, heading to the kitchen.
When he came back, everyone was settling around the living room.
Erica was in all black and had a pair of cat ears. Boyd didn't seem to be wearing a costume but had brought several bags of candy (both to share and to pass out). Allison had braided her hair over one shoulder and brought her bow for a simple Katniss costume. Lydia was in a simple green dress with fake ivy twined around her head in a crown.
"Poison Ivy?" Scott asked as he handed out the plates.
Lydia nodded.
"It had been my plan for handing out candy at home so I figured I would still wear it!"
"Ivy and Catwoman," Stiles joked "wish we had known there was a theme."
"Don't worry, Stiles, you're still my Batman," Erica winked.
The group fell into easy banter, occasionally interrupted by trick-or-treaters as it got later. Eventually, they put on the Addams Family Values just for the atmosphere, as they mostly kept talking and handing out candy. It wasn't far into the movie when Derek showed up.
"Hey Sourwolf!" Stiles called from the couch when Derek followed Erica inside.
"Erica said you were all hanging out for Halloween," Derek looked awkward as he explained. "She said I should come."
"Absolutely!" Stiles grinned. "Come sit. I think we have pizza still. Where did the box go?"
Derek settled next to Stiles and was handed a plate with a couple of slices of pizza on it. He took a bite and subconsciously scanned the room as he ate, noting everyone's costumes or lack of costumes. He was confused by Stiles', though. The jacket was clearly Isaac's, and for the life of him, Derek couldn't figure out what Stiles was supposed to be.
It was when Stiles was coming back from his turn to hand out candy that Derek finally asked.
"So what are you supposed to be?"
Derek was confused by the giggles that broke out at his question.
"Haven't figured it out yet, big guy?" Stiles smirked. "I'm you!" Stiles struck his pose and aimed his glare at Derek. "Back when you were a creeperwolf who would stare instead of actually communicating!"
Everyone was laughing again, and Derek couldn't help a small smile.
"Terrible," was all he said, and Stiles shrugged, his usual smile coming back.
"At least I have a costume!"
General protest broke out at this, and Stiles had to dodge thrown candy as he made his way back to his seat next to Derek. If Stiles took advantage of that fact to tuck himself closer to Derek (to use him as a shield), no one needed to know.
And if, a couple of hours later, Derek casually put an arm around Stiles, who could blame him? He just needed to stretch; it was cramped on the couch.
And if they were still like that, leaning into each other, fast asleep, surrounded by the pack (also asleep through the room, haphazardly covered with blankets and using each other as pillows), when the sheriff came home the next morning, who would be surprised? Certainly not Noah Stilinski, who snapped a few photos before grabbing some candy from the bowl on the table and heading upstairs. He could let them sleep. Questions could wait.

"Let's get married on your favourite holiday."
"Will you marry me on Halloween?"
Tumblr media
"That's in two days!"
I re-watched Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (casually, this time) and ended up slowly descending down another theory stairwell.
Rory's pathetic proposal uncovers a previously-unknown (though unsurprising) fact about Lydia:
Halloween is her favourite holiday.
While this detail comes as a shock to absolutely no one, it triggered a brand-new headcanon to emergency land straight into my brain.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice could have been set at literally any time of year. The season has very little impact on the plot (with the exception of adding to the overall atmosphere and aesthetic). The main driving force is a few comedic gags with the Shrink Heads, Trick-or-Treaters and sets up the plot device for Astrid to fall head-first into Jeremy's trap.
Why does that matter?
Well, let's talk "psychic" connections.
Tumblr media
Now, whether you believe Betelgeuse truly has a "psychic connection" with Lydia or not, it's fair to say the man is 100% spying on her.
Black and white motifs appear throughout the movie, insinuating a persistent presence of Betelgeuse. The first time we see this is during the Ghost House footage. A painting can be seen on the back wall and, in the night-vision camera, appears to be black and white stripes (or wiggles - if we're going to get really specific).
Again, we see black and white stripes on the man in the audience (whom Lydia "mistakes" for Betelgeuse) and later with the clown costume kid at Astrid's school.
Lydia also outrightly says:
"I feel this [his] presence."
There's not much more I can say here to convince you that Betelgeuse is an omni-present false protagonist.
The long and short of this point is that Betelgeuse is constantly checking up on Lydia. Whether it's to make her see him, sense him, miss him - it's all a part of his plan. The key thing is that he is able to do it.
Tumblr media
Now, let's jump back to Rory's shit attempt at a proposal.
In this scene, Rory specifies Halloween is Lydia's favourite holiday. If we consider that fact that Betelgeuse is omni-present, he learns this too (although I'd place a lot of money on the fact he already knew and/or assumed this).
Now, let's jump in the line again, but this time, to the scene where Lydia summons Betelgeuse.
"I can't believe I'm doing this..."
After confirming that Lydia's daughter "is screwed," Betelgeuse bargains with Lydia for something in return in exchange for his help.
No where in this scene does Betelgeuse suggest or directly insinuate marriage. He simply asks for a way "to get away from her [Delores] permanently."
This could range from any number of things from Lydia's help putting a stop to Delores' plans to an outright exorcism.
It's Lydia who assumes that marriage is what he is after.
But look at him. He isn't going to complain. The man is delighted.
Tumblr media
Anyway.
My point is that Betelgeuse must know that Lydia is engaged. Rather than make it awkward for her, he lets her make the call as to whether or not marriage is on the table.
Although I'm sure he also knows she's not exactly enthralled by the prospect of marrying Rory.
Now, let's cut to the wedding itself.
"If I don't do it now, I'm never gonna do it!"
I can't help but wonder, was Lydia talking about marriage in general, her marriage to Rory, or her marriage to Betelgeuse here.
(Side note: I headcanon that Lydia never got married. Not even to Richard. But that's a post for another day...)
After making make Rory make a fool of himself (say that three times fast), Betelgeuse sets the scene. He knows time isn't on their side, (yet still sings 90% of MacArthur Park like a lovesick idiot) and does some very specific things that round off my entire point:
He changes Lydia's original dress to something more of Lydia's taste. We know he was present while Lydia and Rory talked wedding plans in Charle's study, so we can assume he also saw what Rory ordered in from Soho.
He pulls out a lipsynch/floatation number à la Jump In The Line (which Lydia begs the Maitlands to do in the 1988 movie).
He gives her his literal heart.
And (most important to my point), he "crashes" Lydia and Rory's wedding to make sure it still takes place on her favourite holiday.
The wedding in Beetlejuice (1988) is as romantic as it is slow and steadily paced. That is to say, it's a complete shit show.
Betelgeuse is a manic mess of pleaseletmeoutintothelivingworldpleasepleaseplease and rushes everything in order to get his freedom. The idiot even forgets to have a ring at hand...or, ya know...finger.
Tumblr media
Another sidenote: While I (personally) DO believe he has some type of strong feeling for Lydia in the first movie, he clearly wants his freedom more than a wife. He's been hurt by love before and literally snorts at the idea that he has to get married in order to get out "for good."
So...why is Halloween so important?
It's a day that's special and meaningful to Lydia.
And Betelgeuse is trying to make the wedding special and meaningful to her.
With a dress she would love, a song, floating in the air with her, calling her "one of the loves of my [his] life", taking it slow, throwing in a cheeky head spin to keep it strange and unusual - doing it all on Halloween.
He pulls out every single stop to make it as perfect as he possibly can.
Plus, if my headcanon that Lydia has never gotten married is true, the least Betelgeuse can do is embarrass Rory even further and make his attempt look even more pathetic.
Tumblr media
So...yeah. Halloween was more than just a spooky setting. In my heart, anyway.
Happy Halloween 🎃

Could you write for maya le tissier please halloween addition where trick or treaters come but maya has nothing for them but reader comes to the rescue
trick or treat II m.le-tissier
"is that yours going?" you glanced up from your textbook at your sister who was frowning at you from her place on the sofa. "no?" you shook your head at the ringing which filled the living room. "well it's not mine! didn't you just change the tone?" mary questioned.
"no? why would i do that?" you scoffed, dropping your gaze back to your textbook to study. "because your little girlfriend said it was the same tone as her alarm!" mary huffed, throwing a cushion in your direction, eyes narrowing as yours widened and you hurried to your feet.
"see! idiot." mary mumbled, attention falling back to her show as you sprinted into the kitchen where your phone was on charge. "i heard that! feel free to go back to your own home mary." you warned, your sister only using you for your prime account which you refused to give her the password to.
"alright alright! no need to be hasty with it." mary held up her hands in surrender. "hello?" you grabbed your phone on the last ring, clutching at your chest, not even having checked who was calling you.
"i need help!" you frowned hearing the panicked voice of your girlfriend. "why what happened? are you hurt? do i need to call an ambulance?" you asked, mary glancing over to you with a concerned frown.
"no! i'm being held hostage in my own home!" maya hissed quietly and you heard a thump. "what! hang on i'm calling the police." you put her on speaker and gestured for mary to hand you her phone.
"what? no i don't need the police! i'm being held hostage by angry children." maya huffed as you scrunched your face up in confusion, waving away an equally confused looking mary who offered you her phone.
"wait did you just go for a run or something? why are you panting? you sound like murphy." maya changed topic swiftly. "may focus! i need a bit of context to this hostage and children situation please." you sighed tiredly at her lack of explanation.
"oh! well obviously i forgot that it's halloween and all these kids keep turning up and i haven't gone shopping so i told them they could have an apple? and now they won't leave till i give em a chocolate or something!" maya rambled and your frown immediately switched to a grin as you bit your lip to stop laughing, covering up your half giggle with a cough.
"babe it's not funny! they won't leave and i heard one of them mention getting eggs." she whined in annoyance. "so you're telling me that you're allowing yourself to be bullied by children? because you offered them apples....on halloween." you repeated slowly, shit eating grin only growing as mary started to laugh loudly from the living room at your word.
"nah stop taking the piss this is serious! i don't want my house or my car egged!" she groaned in annoyance, and you heard a gasp and a few more thumps. "oh my god they're banging on the door again i think its a new group, they're creating alliances and forming a small army help me!" she again hissed as you shook your head.
"and how would you like me to do that my love? come and scare the big bad kiddies away for you?" you mocked sarcastically, pulling yourself up to sit on the counter. "woman i swear to god-" maya began to warn as you heard some movement and rustling.
"go to the shops and bring me some chocolate or something to give them as a peace offering!" she ordered with a huff. "may, baby its halloween there isn't a chance in hell i can get chocolate at....nine fourteen at night. they'll leave eventually i'm sure it's almost past their bedtime!" you teased, moving to rummage through your own cupboards.
"oh my god they threw an egg, babe they threw an egg at my window the little shits!" she scoffed with a gasp. "and you want to reward that with chocolate? call the police to disperse them if you're that worried." you laughed, finding what you were looking for and dropping it in your lap.
"no! i don't want to get the reputation as the cranky old woman who hates children and hates halloween or as the health nut who offers apples. god i would have egged my house too at their age!" she moaned in realization as you unwrapped a twirl, popping it into your mouth.
"are you seriously...did you just open a chocolate?" your girlfriend accused as you hummed happily. "mm, twirl." you answered with a mouthful as again she gasped.
"oh you dickhead! come bring me some fucking chocolate i know you've always got some i've seen the period drawer, hell i fill it up every month for you!" your girlfriend demanded and you couldn't argue that point, the brunette nothing but the biggest sweetheart when it was that time of the month.
"say please and maybe i'll consider it." you wound her up, hearing another thump which you assumed to be yet another egg hauled at the poor girls house, already moving off the counter to gather your supplies as you squished the phone between your shoulder and ear.
"please. but hurry!" she groaned and before you could say another word she'd abruptly hung up. "do i even want to know the details?" your sister grinned as you hung your bag over your shoulder and rolled your eyes with a shake of your head.
"i expect you out of my house by the time i get back." you warned, shoving her head and darting back as the older girl lunged for you. "please! like you'll be coming back." mary chuckled and stretched out more on your sofa, making herself comfortable.
"go home!" you warned again, smacking her in the face with the cushion she'd thrown at you earlier and heading for the door.
"i am half way through this season of real housewives i can't stop now! kicking your own flesh and blood out onto the cold dark sidewalk, you're a disgrace to the earps family name." mary yelled after you with a shake of her head.
"and you're a thirty year old mooching freeloader who won't cough up an extra twelve dollars a month for her own subscription, get out!" you laughed, closing the front door before you could hear her reply, already certain you'd return and she would just be passed out on the lounge as always.
~
under strict instruction from the brunette you'd parked in the street behind her house, letting yourself into her backyard through the back fence, armed with a bag full of lollies and a very amused smile.
you spotted your girlfriend sat on the floor behind her sofa, glancing over the top toward her front door and windows which she'd drawn the curtains over making you roll your eyes.
you knocked suddenly at the back door as you heard claws skidding over toward you and maya jumped about a foot in the air at the noise. though seeing it was only you she hurried to her feet, pushing murphy out of the way with her foot as she slid the door open and hastily pulled you inside.
"trick or treat!" you teased, handing her the bag and leaning in to kiss her only for her to duck around you. "were you seen? followed?" she questioned in a whisper as you rolled your eyes. "no! for god sakes may they're kids, they have to be about ten years old i drove past them." you laughed as she nodded and moved to the kitchen.
"okay, off you go!" she dumped the confectionery into a bowl and held it out to you expectantly. "no! this is your problem to fix baby, i only agreed to bring you supplies." you held your hands up and stepped back as she groaned and smacked the bowl back down on the counter.
"they'll eat me alive after i offered them apples, or they'll egg me. please!" she begged as you firmly shook your head. "and you'd rather they egg me? thanks a bunch." you scoffed.
"no! you're too gorgeous baby, they'll be so dazzled by englands star striker handing them some chocolate they'll take it and be on their merry way!" she smiled charmingly, which normally would work however tonight you held firm.
"rehearsed that little speech before i got here did you?" you sighed, sitting down on the arm of her lounge. "baby! please." she knocked your legs apart and stood between them, the taller girl pouting adorably.
"no! may the more time you spend whining to me the more eggs they're gathering to throw." you smiled making her throw her head back with a groan. "but they haven't met you, and like i said you're just so gorgeous, and kind, and sweet, and funny." tucking her head into your neck you felt her lips start to kiss a trail down the column of your throat with each compliment she threw your way.
"and i'll make it worth your while love, scouts honour." she switched tactics, pushing you back onto the lounge and smiling down at you suggestively.
"you weren't a scout." you teased with a wink as she smacked your leg playfully. "i still know my way around a rope and some knots baby, happy to show you later if you do this teeny little favor for me." she smirked which did have some affect on you as your cheeks flushed bright red.
"no! just go and get it over it." you declined again, pushing her away with your foot as she moaned dramatically, stomping over and grabbing the bowl with a huff. "will you at least come with me?" she requested to which you nodded and hauled yourself up.
"go on." you nudged her in the back as she hesitated by the door, sighing and yanking it open. "peace offering. you all stop the eggs, i'll make sure i have chocolate next year!" she called out to the small group of children huddled on her lawn.
"correction you all clean up the eggs and then you get the chocolate, and we don't find out who you all are and call your parents about this vandalism." you stepped out and warned more sternly, a few of the older ones sharing a look.
ducking back inside you grabbed some paper towel and multipurpose spray, tossing them onto the grass and fixing those who hadn't run off with a hard look as they hurried to start wiping down your girlfriend's windows.
with that maya left the bowl on her door step, gently pushing you inside and closing the door, making a point to dead lock it after her. "you're gonna be a top mum one day babe." the taller girl grinned, hands moving to grab your hips as you hummed, returning her smile.
"you're welcome baby. now what was that you said about making it worth my while?"

Halloween Sandwich
#Modern au
#Trick or treat with Ferrus and Fulgrim
#NSFW, 3p, noncon, reader is female...
#Happy Halloween with @roroco316
Tumblr media
You had been so proud of your Halloween costume idea this year. Nothing too flashy or elaborate - just a classic ghost get-up that you could easily throw together from some old fabric layer. The pale, diaphanous draping perfectly complimented your lithe figure while offering an air of eerie mystery that you thought was deliciously spooky.
At least, that's what you assumed until the first trick-or-treaters showed up.
An insistent rapping at your front door drew your grinning steps, already clutching at an overflowing basket with all the sugary loot. Surely these kiddies would get a thrill at seeing your haunting visage lurking behind the threshold! Tossing the sheet's tattered hem up to better obscure your face, you creaked the door open with an ominous groan.
"Oooooh, which tiny monsters come calling at my house?"
With a dramatic flourish, you flung aside the covering only to freeze in utter stupefaction. Because the sight that greeted you on the other side was anything but childish innocence.
Framed in the flickering glow of your porch lights stood two towering, impossibly statuesque figures grinning down at you. Both were clad in... well, outfits that could barely be considered proper costumes—leaving almost nothing to the imagination.
The first was some sort of bejeweled, leather get-up that looked like it belonged in a particularly porno. Amethyst silken scarves swirling around his chiseled physique scarcely concealed perky nipples and an absolutely thunderous package bisecting his leather thong with obscene definition. His angular features had even been meticulously highlighted with eyeliner and artfully feathered bangs that framed his smoldering gaze with practiced allure.
And keeping him casual company was a positively rippling monolith of a man, dressed in...strategically wrapped bandages? His array of taut linen strips allowed tantalizing glimpses of sheened musculature and a deeply corrugated pelvis.
"What—?" Your voice came out in a strangled rasp, your diminutive form utterly dwarfed between these men You instinctively clutched your voluminous ghost sheet tight around your frame in self-consciousness, swallowing audibly. "Uh… hey… guys?"
"Why hellooo there, sexy little ghost," purred the first one, presumably Fulgrim by the voice with a serpentine undulation, his eyes practically smoldering like lava flows. "And just what brings you out haunting the streets on a night like this, hmm?"
They were hitting on you. You went completely rigid, your jaw doing its best impression of a gasping halibut as you processed the situation.
"You… gotta be kidding me...! How old are you two supposed to be exactly? Because I'm certainly not—"
"This old, dear” Fulgrim cooed in a lilting baritone, lifting a single finger to trace the curve of your chin.
Thankfully, the other man, Ferrus, elected to save his buddy from a well-deserved throat-punting by clearing his throat.
"Ah, don't mind my friend's poor manners, my little lady. The question still stands though..." His gaze lasered between your parted thighs like twin X rays, hefting a plastic pumpkin full of treats. "We've been… very good boys going door to door. So… are we due for some rewards… or does this evening demand a few tricks instead...?"
It took you a few seconds to process his insinuations before you physically recoiled, spine snapping rigid with incredulity.
"Wha—You... you've gotta be joking right now, you perverts! That's it, I'm not in the mood to deal with demented horndogs on Halloween!"
Your threat was sharply cut off as Fulgrim abruptly stepped in closer, effectively caging you against the doorframe with one palm slammed against the surface. You swallowed thickly at his proximity, the former's musky sandalwood cologne flooding your senses with intoxicating potency as he loomed overhead like an avalanche.
"Now, now...surely my stunning treat isn't asking for any...unpleasantries?" Fulgrim purred, tilting his head. "After all, I simply must insist on having my cake... and eating it too..."
His free hand brazenly snaked through the tattered concealing drape of your costume, fingers nimbly finding and tweaking your cloth-obscured nipple. You jolted with a yelping gasp at the sudden violation, only for Ferrus' tree-trunk-thick arms to wrap around you from behind and pin your flailing against his.
"Easy there, my little lady… ee can do this the easy way..." he growled against the back of your ear, the delicious heat of his breath already leaving you in a dizzy spiral.
Between their twin enormities compressing against your front and back, your head spun dizzily, fingers scrabbling for any leverage as you thrashed in weak protest. But every struggle only served to grind your vulnerable form against the solid bulwarks of their rippling muscles and swelling codpieces...
With a frustrated mewl, you finally wilted between your captors like a rag doll, eyelids fluttering as you stared up helplessly at Fulgrim's razor-carved jawline and gleaming smirk.
"F-Fine… you giant… freaks..." you rasped in meek capitulation. "I-I'll...give you your stupid Halloween treat this year..."
Because let's be honest here. Some tricks simply don't require costumes to be properly appreciated…
*****
Tyranid eat this part
*****
Somehow managing a shaky smirk through your dazed panting, you mustered a glare up at them both. Your voice was raspy but defiant.
"F..fuck you..." The words earned matching barks of lewd laughter from them both as they leaned in closer.
"Yeah..." Ferrus grinned. "Fuck me. All night long, little lady…”

🍬 Halloween in South Park 🎃
Warning: Uh none?
Gender: Neutral
Note: Happy Halloween everyone! Here's a scenario of you celebrating Halloween with everyone you care about. 🧡🧡🎃🎃
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Celebrating Halloween is like celebrating any other holiday. But here in south park. Chao, weirdness, and maybe even funny things happen here and Halloween in south park is bound to have weird shit going on.
Everyone has on their costumes and whatnot. Everyone is going around trick or treating for candy, handing out candy or just simply staying indoors.
You were one of the trick or treaters. You always go hunt for candy with your friends. The main four guys, and the rest of your classmates. You were in your room getting dressed in (Your Halloween costume) that you didn't even hear the door bell ringing.
You realize that the boys were here. You ran out of your room and opened the door to see them in their Halloween costumes.
"Hey guys! Nice costumes you got there!".
"Thanks (Name)! We love your costume as well!".
"Okay, now can we go trick or treating before all the losers get the best candies?!". You giggled at Cartman's impatience.
"Alright alright, Let's go trick or treating!". Before you and the boys left, you were also greeted by Craig and the others. After them was Wendy and Bebe. You were surprised but also excited.
"Hey (Name), we also want to go trick or treating with you too!". Wendy said excitedly while Cartman rolled his eyes at her comment.
You all agreed to go trick or treating together. Going from door to door collecting candies in your buckets. Halloween wasn't all just about the candy wasn't it? It was also about spending time with the people you care about. Everyone has their own definitions on holidays....but they all end up spending the holiday with someone or by themselves....
You always treasure each moment you spend with everyone. Nothing makes you more happier than this. By the time you knew it, your bucket was already full!
"Sorry guys! My bucket is completely full of candy! You'll have to collect the rest without me." You announced nervously.
"Huh? does that mean you won't come with us to anymore doors?".
"You can take my other bucket (Name)! I brought an extra one because....well- you don't need to know the reason okay?!". Tweek shakenly handed you his extra bucket and you thanked him with a smile.
"Thanks Tweek!". Your hands were now occupied, with one bucket that is full and one that is empty. You asked Timmy if he could hold your full bucket and he happily nodded.
This trick or treating has been going smoothly for no? Well it's not always promised that there won't be any drama happening. Cough cough Cartman....
Clyde suggested that you all could go to the haunted house that was set up at the school. Everyone except you eyed Clyde with an unimpressed look. They knew he would start crying as soon as he gets spooked by something creepy.
"I'm not going to cry this time on Halloween again guys!".
"Sure you won't Clyde...you big cry baby". Cartman snickered before being nudged in the shoulder by you.
Clyde ended up pissing his pants in the end and you comforted him from the embarrassment.
As the clock was about to strike midnight. Everyone was too tired to continue trick or treating. You all said your goodbyes to each other and gave Timmy a hug for holding your candy bucket before waving him off as well.
That was the best Halloween you ever had and you're lucky to be able to spend it with your loved ones.🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
Tumblr media
I hope everyone has a nice Halloween and gets a lot of candy! Make sure to brush your teeth and don't get cavities!

Happy Halloween IV
Content: Back at it with over 2100 words of dad Levi worrying about his daughters first party.
Previous parts: Part I /////// Part II /////// Part III
Tumblr media
"It's almost time to go, are you ready?" You call out from the living room to your eleven year old daughter.
It's Halloween and you did trick or treating a little early this year. Bags of candy, mostly separated and ready to be eaten. There's a small pile staying in your house for you all to snack on and another bowl for late trick or treaters. The rest is being brought as offering for her first Halloween party.
"Yes mama, I'm coming!" You hear her racing about.
"She's already in costume, what could be taking so long?" Levi, your husband, comes to stand beside you.
He won't admit but maybe he's a little anxious about this event. It's being hosted by a family friend and their son, one of your daughters best friends. Of course she will be safe. But this is the first time you aren't going to be there to help out.
"Don't rush her, sweetheart, she's nervous too." You hold Levi's hand, giving him a loving smile. He leans into you and calms down instantly.
There's a knock on the door and you call out to her again, letting her know her ride is here.
"Ready!" She comes running out, bags in hand, costume still looking great. She's picked a superhero this year.
"Hey guys." Levi let's Miche and his son in. They are driving her to the party and later you and Levi will pick them up and drop him off on your way home.
"You look great!" You tell her again, then turn to Miche and his son, who is also in a superhero costume. It appears the group of friends had this planned.
The men go over plans for dropping off and picking up while the kids talk. A large black cat comes out from the kitchen to greet everyone. Just a couple years ago he was such a tiny little thing. He's still active so you don't know how he got so big. Probably all the treats your daughter sneaks him.
She hands the bags to the boy and picks the cat up, who purrs as he gets pets from everyone.
"Okay, pumpkin, everything all set? Ready to go to Erwin's?" Levi turns to her, patting her head.
She smiles and ducks, looking a little embarrassed at the treatment her father gives her.
"Yes daddy, I'm ready." She's growing up and it's hard for everyone involved.
"Okay my little avenger, be good and we'll see you in a few hours." You take the cat from her and send him on his way.
"I'm not an avenger." She points out, maybe in a slightly sarcastic way.
"Oh, right, sorry." You let it go. You remember being eleven. And twelve. Oh no, and then thirteen. There's a long way to go with her.
"Let's go kids! You can sit up front." Miche tells your daughter before anything else can be added, picking up the bags of candy and handing them to his son to carry. The polite thing to do for the little lady.
Levi waits for her to hug him and she gives him a quick side hug, smiling and waving to you.
"Love you." You say, and she says it back while running out the door.
It doesn't bother you nearly as much as Levi that she doesn't hug you as much anymore. In front of her friends it just isn't the cool thing to do. You know she loves you both.
"Well Mr Ackerman, it's just you and me now. And kitty, of course." Kitty has come back out demanding second dinner. Hmm, maybe that's part of his size issue.
Giving in you head to the kitchen, pulling Levi along, who is sulking a bit.
"Don't worry, darling." You kiss his cheek and give him a hug. It makes him feel better.
"Her first party." You giggle as you can hear the frowning he's doing as he says this.
You pull apart as kitty cries for food and you bend to fill his bowl.
"First of many. We should get used to this." It would be easier to just accept it.
"I know. But I still don't like it." Levi sighs and decides it would help him to help you.
He cleans up dinner dishes from earlier that got left in favor of going out, something that would usually never happen.
Together you get things tidy and while humming you come to hug Levi from behind, making him chuckle.
"Stop worrying." You tell him, rubbing his back.
He turns to you and smiles softly, pulling you into a proper hug. "I didn't even say anything."
"Yes, but I know you." You kiss his cheek and put your arms around him. "It's been half an hour. She's with people we know and love. Having a wonderful time."
All true. But anything new his little girl does it going to be new for him too.
The doorbell rings then and you go to hand out candy to the older kids. A few more come right after before you can get settled.
"Come on, do you want to watch a movie, read a book, anything, what would you like?" You find Levi standing right behind you in the living room.
"Anything?" He raises an eyebrow, laughing when you roll your eyes and give him a shove.
"Cut that out." You give him a light kiss, going to switch out your day clothes for a comfy shirt and sweatpants and slippers. Levi gives out a bit more candy then takes your lead and gets into something comfortable, meeting you on the couch with more candy.
It's something he can still go out in later to pick the kids up. He just has to get to the car.
He throws a blanket on you both while you pick out an old movie to play in the background.
"When was your first Halloween party?" Levi asks you, snuggling close and picking out some Twizzlers.
"Oh, I think I was fourteen maybe?" You think about it, digging through the candy. You feel Levi shift and look up at him. "But I wasn't nearly as social as our girl at her age." You try not to make him overthink it.
"So you think this is too early?" He asks with concern.
"No, not at all." You put the candy bowl aside. "We all agreed this was a good idea, and it is." All the kids in your friend group are attending, plus some others from school. Erwin and his wife have it all planned, and you trust them.
"My first party was the one I went to with you the first year we were married." Levi tells you, holding you closer. He'd missed out on some things in his younger years that he enjoys doing now with you. Maybe that's partially why he is worried. He doesn't remember a whole lot about eleven.
"And that was fun, wasn't it?" You remember trying to get him to dress up. It's still not something he does a whole lot. But he admits it was fun. Everything with you makes him happy though.
You go back to candy and the movie and chat while watching the time.
"You don't need to go yet, it won't take you that long to get there." You grin when he is trying to leave half an hour early.
Knowing you're right, Levi settles back down and pulls you into his lap, sighing happily when you rest against him. You still make him feel blissful and he adores that this feeling has never and will never fade.
"We can host a party next year." You suggest, breaking the comfortable silence. Levi nearly chokes on the candy he's snacking on.
"No we can not." He tells you, making you laugh. Sure, then he could keep an eye on your daughter, but that would mean watching around fifteen or so preteens. No thank you. One is enough.
"We could go to our own party. For old times sake." You say, hopeful, looking back at him.
"Maybe." He somewhat agrees. It wasn't out of the question. While being at home like this is his favorite thing, sometimes social events were okay.
"We could even do a couples costume." You grin, kissing his chin when his eyebrows furrow. You know you're pushing it.
Soon it's time to go pick the kids up and you tell Levi you're staying home. He makes sure you're all tucked in and locks the front door behind him.
The usual eight minute drive takes a little longer with kids still out trick or treating.
There's a few other cars already in Erwin's driveway as parents pick up their children.
Levi gets out and heads into the house. Spooky music is still playing on low and he takes in all the decorations. They did a good job.
"Levi." Erwin, one of his oldest friends, comes to greet him.
"Hey." They talk for a couple minutes while one child and their parent thank Erwin on their way out.
"Where's the other kids?" Levi can't help himself, he hasn't seen anyone, or rather, his.
Erwin understands and chuckles. "Out back playing with the dogs. I'll get them."
A few moments later your daughter comes in smiling. She bounces up to Levi.
"Hi dad!" She's a bit loud. Maybe the music, maybe the candy.
He resists the urge to hug her. But he doesn't have to, she hugs him. He smiles.
"You guys ready to go?" He asks, looking around for Miche's son.
"The guys are going to have a sleep over. It's all arranged." Erwin says, coming back in from outside.
"Alright then, just you and me." Levi looks at his daughter and she nods.
Everyone says their thanks and goodbyes and on the way out to the car they pause as Erwin's son comes from the house holding a bag.
Levi takes note of his costume, that matches your daughters very closely, and the way they speak to each other.
Oh no, another thing to worry about. It's always been the joke, that your daughter would marry Erwin's son, and that Miche's son would marry Hange's daughter.
Getting into the car Levi drives slow while your daughter plays with the bag.
"You all plan your costumes?" Levi side eyes her.
"Yeah, we all did. I had a lot of fun." She announces, not staying on the subject.
Levi decides not to, either. "Good. Your mother was worried."
Your little girl laughs because she knows who was the most worried. Levi smiles and they talk about the party.
"So what's in the bag?" He asks as they pull in the driveway.
"Oh, stuff for you and mom. Some of us traded candy. I got your favorites, and a few of mine." She opens the bag which holds a lot of Levi's favorites.
"Thanks." He goes to pat her head but stops, making her shift.
"Daddy, I'm sorry about before. I love your hugs." She realizes that even though she's growing up, watching the boys hug their fathers openly tonight, she still needed her own fathers hugs too.
"Thank you, cupcake. I love them too." His heart full, they share one before getting out of the car.
Feeling much better, Levi promises himself not to worry so much anymore.
Once inside kitty comes right over and gets carried into your daughters room as she goes to change.
You come shuffling out of the bedroom and come to hug Levi.
"How are things?" You ask, happy with everything he tells you. The candy, the hugs, even the matching costumes. You are more open to the idea of the kids getting together one day then Levi.
"Good, I was a little worried. Just a little." You admit to Levi's satisfaction.
"Hi mama." Your daughter comes from her room in her pajamas and you all share a hug and go brush your teeth.
It's a school night so no staying up too late, but everyone is tired from the days events anyway.
"I'm glad you had a good time." You say as you get your daughter in bed, cat at her feet.
"Thank you, me too." She smiles, giving both you and then Levi one of the best hugs you can remember. "Good night."
You go to your own room and get settled into bed, snuggling up to Levi, who teases you gently for also being worried.
Smiling you roll your eyes affectionately and kiss him lightly. "We're her parents, it's only natural."
"We got a long way to go, love." Levi says, brushing your cheek with his thumb.
"Yes, but we'll do it together." You say with a yawn and a sparkle in your eye.
You both got through your teen years, and with as wonderful as your daughter is, you can look forward for what's to come.

a/n I'm baaaaackkk maybe? It's a start! It's been a while so I hope this is okay :)

Trick & Treaters
Tumblr media
Footballer Imaginess Does Halloween Trent Alexander Arnold Word Count: 550 You and Trent were chilling at home this Halloween, it was incredibly chilled out this time around. Trent had a game in a few days so he decided that it was best to stay home to just chill and watch movies that you absolutely hated.
"Is this film supposed to be scary?" Trent asked as you pressed play. "I don't know, it just looked good when I saw the trailer" you shrugged. "So you have no idea and basically picked it because you thought the actor in the main was hot" you blushed because he knew you so well as he was so right. "Okay no need to call me out like that babe" you smirked as you watched him smirk as well. There was a huge bang, which startled the pair of you as you jump straight out of your chair as you heard the biggest bang. "Wait here, I'll go and investigate" Trent muttered, practically tiptoeing around the house as if someone was going to walk straight in the house. "Okay" you mumbled as you stood up and watched him go to the front door as he saw the light switch on. "Shit" Trent jumped as he realised what had fully happened. "What the fuck" he laughed as he stepped outside of the house to have a look at what the commotion was. "Oh my god" you laughed as you peeked out of the door as you noticed that somebody had decorated your house before you had the chance too. "Oh someone has had way too much fun here" you smirked as you bit your lip as you tried not to laugh because you looked at how moody Trent was. "How did people manage to do this, there is toilet paper everywhere. Silly string all over the place, I am not impressed" he huffed, folding his arms across his chest. "I don't know, but how did we not here or they even set off the cameras" you laughed as you were slightly confused. "I have to say they did a good job" you teased as you knew you shouldn't be laughing as you saws the amount of mess there was over the front of the house. "You wanna clean it up because if you smirk one more time i am chucking you in that silly string" you shook your head, as Trent was being serious for once, but as the smile grew on his face you knew he didn't really mean it. "Hmm a threat I see, now can we see if they catch it on camera because I want to laugh" you headed inside as Trent viewed the cameras. "Oh wait, do I recognise that car?" he pointed as someone got out of the car nearby and waved at the live camera. "The fucking idiot, I knew they were up to something" he groaned as his phone rang. "Did you enjoy ya surprise?" you heard someone speak down the phone. "Shut up, you better come and tidy it up because I am not doing it" he bluntly replied as you heard Andy laugh. "Wait is that Andy?" you laughed as Trent nodded. "Sadly it was, he is coming to clean it up if not I'll drag him here" you giggled at how serious Trent was taking this.

Halloween in One Piece
Was blabbing at @schoute about Halloween in the OP Universe since she's doing some Halloween sketches for funsies! I'm working a little bit on a tiny One Piece haunted house AU thing (also for funsies) but this got me thinking of what would Halloween be like in the One Piece universe?
And I think it would be the most possible fun - different sections of the seas have their different traditions and takes on the thin veil holiday. Some traditions vary island to island. A lot of it depends on how much movement/intermingling there is between the locations so each of the four seas has an overarching set of traditions with variation based on island but the Grand Line is WILDLY different from place to place
Kids argue over which island to visit to get the best candy, young adults argue over which place has the craziest celebrations, and even full fledged adults try to argue which place's festivals are best. Those same kids arguing for candy also gripe about how lucky pirates and marines are to be able to hop down the shoreline or head to the lands with the biggest celebrations
Also love the idea that you may end up getting more than you bargained for or taken for a wild ride if you don't check the celebrations of the land you end up on during Halloween. Imagine a place with something similar to The Mari Lwyd, but for Halloween instead of Yuletide. You've settled at a new island and are all set to welcome some trick or treaters just like you loved at your old island. There's a knock at the door and you run over, bowl of candy in hand. The cloaked person with the horse skull is taller than you expected but maybe on this island it's normal for adults to trick or treat too, you're not one to judge. But then they start spouting riddles at you. You try to answer but they keep coming. You're accosted for quite some time, not knowing that giving them some liquor will send them away. (This happens to be a favored tradition of Shanks and he often tries to be in the area so he gets to be the dude who hassles people til liquor happens)
Also the rumors kids would have about the mythical goods and traditions on the Grand Line!!!!! "I hear there's a whole island where the dead come back for Halloween to steal the living back with them!" "That's nothing - I heard about a crazy giant lady with an island made completely out of candy, but if you fo there she'll just use it to fatten you up and eat you instead!" "No way that's real, you're a liar!!" "Nuh-UH my uncle's in the marines and he swears it's true!"
And since Schoute asked about costumes-
I bet it depends on the island/sea!! Some plaes are big into costumes and look at you funny without them while others only specific people wear them or maybe it's just masks or paint or veils. Some places are more like Carnival in Italy or have city wide masquerade, some are like gamelan parades or Surva (thank you @click-and-flash-pest-captures for telling me about the latter 🤍) to scare away evil spirits so only people performing would be in full costume. Some are like the US costume tradition where you dress up as whatever you want - there's trends of characters and vibes of costume (long live the unhinged slutty costumes 🙏🏻) but it doesn't necessarily have to be scary. Or maybe within the area of the seas that are like that, some islands its the scarier the better and you better not set a single foot on that island if you're not ready to have the piss scared outta you. Whole thing is basically one haunted house and used as a test of courage. Rumors always spread of what you win if you make it past all the scares and traps to the island's center, but they also say no one's ever actually made it.
Ok but also the brothels of port towns that there DEFINITELY are (you cannot convince me otherwise, there's too much money to be made doing that in this world) going HAM for Halloween to entice customers. More pious lands using that fact to prove that the holiday is for degenerates.
Also on that note - despite the Celestial Dragons and their ilk being the richest they'd have the WORST Halloweens cuz they wouldnt understand actual fun if it bit them in the ass. Who needs a city's worth of candy bars over the joy of dressing up and goofing off with your friends or taking your kids out or anything else you could imagine. Their Halloween is cold and sterile and materialistic. Boo to them - they wouldn't be able to handle even a single mischief night 😤
OML I would pay all the money to just have an episode of ASL participating in mischief knight or or or young Shanks and Buggy (who get caught by Rayleigh and brought to Roger, who only encourages them and teaches them better pranks and tricks. Little did they know that was Rayleigh's intention all along). Also with mischief night, none of that pumpkin smashing shit - our boys are better than that 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 (maybe not some of the other ones tho. lookin at you, Kid)

Halloween: Chapter 2 (Joel Miller x OC)
Tumblr media
It was the first time Nicole had woken up in Joel's home. Their typical hookups were at her apartment or occasionally in the back of his truck at some remote location. The fact that he had invited her to stay left her feeling both elated and uneasy.
Nicole glanced over at the empty space in the bed next to her and then felt an instant rush of relief when Joel exited the adjacent bathroom with a white towel wrapped around his waist. At the end of the bed, his beagle, Rudy, stretched his stocky body.
"Hey." He smiled wide and ran a hand through his semi-slicked hair. "Happy Halloween honey."
She snickered. "Yeah you too."
"What are you up to tonight?" Joel made his way toward a tall, black dresser that matched the rest of the bedroom furniture and removed a set of boxer shorts. He gave the dog’s head a pet as he did.
"Probably going back to my little apartment... I'll sit alone and eat the bucket of candy I got for the zero trick-or-treaters that come to my lame complex and sip in some boxed wine." Nicole sighed. "Maybe watch a scary movie."
"That's too bad." Joel dropped the towel and threw on his underwear. "I was kind of hoping I'd have the honor of spending the evening here with you."
She smiled. "Well I can change my plans."
"It's make my fuckin' day if you did."
"Okay." She smiled and tossed the covers to the side rising to her feet. Nicole snatched up the pants and shirt she had worn the night before from the floor.
Joel crossed the room and left a kiss on her lips. "Do you want to go to dinner tonight first?"
"Like a date?" Nicole hadnt craved a relationship with Joel that was more secure and less casual, so when he asked her out in that way, it made her face turn red.
Joel chuckled. "Sure, yeah… like a date.”
"Well then yes... I'd like that." Nicole accepted another kiss.
He playfully swatted her on the butt as they parted and winked. "I gotta go to work for a couple hours... over time. You have the extra key from watching Rudy. Shower, make yourself some cereal, feed the dog if you don't mind. Just lock up on the way out."
Nicole was happy to play house wife. She nodded. "I will."
"Meet you back here tonight at six?"
"Sounds good to me." Nicole kissed him another time.
"Don't rush getting out of here. Ellie Williams might be coming by to fix that light.”
Nicole smiled at him again and then strolled across the room toward the bathroom. As she passed a window that overlooked the neighbor's yard she stopped for a moment and did a double-take.
Staring up at the window from below amongst a collection of sheets blowing on a close line was a man in an all-black jumpsuit and a white mask. He didn't move and gave off the aura of an eerie statue more than a human.
"Joel..." she turned to him as he combed back his hair in the mirror above a bureau.
"Yeah." He made eye contact with her in the reflection at first and then turned when he saw the look on her face. "What's wrong?"
"There's a... someone's next door."
Joel joined her by the window and looked around, eyeing the now-empty backyard.
"He was... a man was back there in a mask." Nicole pointed, feeling frustrated by the abandoned backyard.
Joel smiled as he turned to her. "It's Halloween baby."
"He was just staring up here."
He toyed with the strap on her bra. "I would too."
Nicole laughed for a moment but then grew more serious. "He was wearing that white mask. The mask worn by-"
"Michael Myers." Joel finished her sentence with a grin. He toyed with her bra straps again, attempting to be playful.
"He died... right?"
Joel saw that Nicole was genuinely concerned and looked her in the eye. "Yeah."
"I just... I know what I just saw. He was right out there."
"I wouldn't doubt if it was some damn kids again," Joel told her. "Remember how freaked out you were last night? Look how that turned out."
Nicole nodded and ran a hand through her hair and then smiled. "Yeah... yeah I have to stop with the paranoid bullshit."
Joel winked and kissed her again. "You never have to worry when you're with me, honey."
"As you're about to leave." She swallowed hard.
"I can stay until-"
"No, no..." Nicole shook her head. "I'm being ridiculous. Go."
"All you have to do is take this off and I'll fuckin' stay,” he teased with a chuckle.
She laughed and shook her head. "I want to but... go to work. I'll be fine."
"You sure?" Joel glanced out the window again.
"I'm sure."
Nicole stood by the window for an extra second and stared at the blowing curtains. She shook her head and then headed into the bathroom to take a shower.
***
Joel hammered a nail into part of a broken set for a float in the Halloween parade. He stared up at a giant, blow up Dracula that sat on top of a wooden perch.
"Did Ellie come by?" Marlene approached where Joel worked outside on the town green.
"Shit!" He purposely over exaggerated a jump scare. "Don't sneak up on me with a hammer in my hand."
"Did he?" She didn't smile. Marlene was all business.
Joel leaned an arm on the platform. “Not while I was home but I have someone taking care of my dog so I said to keep an eye out."
"I'm sure you do." She practically rolled her eyes.
"I do." Joel continued with his work. "Your kid doesn't happen to have a Michael Myers mask does she?"
Marlene put her hands on his hips. "Do I look like I want her accidentally shot?"
"I'm just asking because there was someone lurking around my property this morning wearing one."
Before Marlene could answer an older gentleman approached them. "That wasn't kids." The two of them turned as the man approached before he went on. "A car was stolen two days ago from Smiths Grove mental hospital."
"Well I'm afraid that's out of this one’s jurisdiction," Joel told the stranger, beginning to hammer in another nail.
"Well it might be in your jurisdiction soon enough. I'm Dr. Sam Loomis... I was his doctor."
"Who's?" Marlene asked and then introduced herself with a handshake.
"Michael Myers."
Joel stopped what he was doing and turned to him. "You're the guy that shot him."
"Regretfully," Dr. Loomis responded.
"Well, we'll look for the vehicle," Marlene assured him. "I'm sorry it was stolen."
"It's not the vehicle that I'm worried about sheriff . It's what's coming for this town tonight."
"And what's that?" Marlene asked.
"The never found his body... you know that right?" Dr. Loomis saw the skepticism in Joel's subtle smirk. "There's nothing funny about it son.”
"I just don't believe in fuckin' ghosts... forgive me Doc."
"When did you see him?"
Joel stared more intently at Dr. Loomis. "What are you trying to convince us of right now?” He leaned an arm on the float again.
"Do you have other people there at your home? Because if you saw him they could be in immediate danger."
Joel stared at Dr. Loomis more intently and Marlene intervened. "Michael Myers died back in '78."
"One would think." The doctor replied. "I'm not here to start a panic. I just want you to keep an extra eye out... Tell the men on your force to keep their mouths shut and their eyes open." He glanced back at Joel.
"I'm going to take a quick break." He turned his back on the two of them and reached in the pocket of his hooded sweatshirt to retrieve a pack of cigarettes before wandering down the cobblestone walkway.
When he felt he was out of an ear shot of the two of them he reached for his cell phone and called Nicole. After a few rings, she picked up.
"Hello..." Nicole answered the phone and reached down to pet the beagle who brushed up against her leg.
"Nic... you haven't seen that asshole outside again have you? From this morning?"
"No." She swallowed hard having distracted herself enough to put it out of her mind. "Why?"
The dog began to bark and ran toward the front door, prompting Nicole to rise to her feet.
"Just... keep an eye out," he told her.
" Is something actually wrong? Should I be-"
"Some guy is down here talking about a stolen car and some shit."
"Was it a station wagon?" Nicole felt her cheeks grow hot and then headed toward the door where the dog began to claw as it continued to bark.
"I'll ask him," Joel told her. "Just... be careful. Call the cops if you see that guy again."
Nicole focused on the front door and tiptoed the rest of the way. She swallowed hard and went against her instincts, pulling the door open to let the dog go investigate whatever it was drawn to. When she pulled the door open she let out a loud scream.
"Nicole!" Joel shouted on the other end. "Nicole!"
She continued to alternate her screams with the person on the other side of the door until it registered in her mind that she was face-to-face with Ellie.
"Holy shit..." Nicole put a hand on her forehead as the young girl’s jaw dropped open in awe from the shock of the moment.
“Fuck,” Ellie breathed the word.
"Nicole..." Joel's voice continued to summon her desperately from the receiver.
"Joel, I'm sorry." She huffed a deep breath and then laughed. "Rudy was sniffing something out." Nicole looked Ellie in the eye and let out another decompressing breath. "I heard something on the porch and it's just Ellie."
"So I fuckin' tell you to be careful and you go out to investigate a strange noise on the porch after seeing a man wearing a mask in the neighbors yard... that's a special kind of stupid."
His tone was scared and angry. Nicole couldn't blame him. "I know... I just..."
"I'm sorry," he said right away. "This guy that's here has me spooked. I just want to make sure you're alright.”
"I'm okay," she assured him.
"Do me a favor. When the kid leaves come down to the center of town. I'm workin on shit for the parade down here."
"Okay." Nicole was more than happy to go see him but she knew he wouldn't have asked her to come by while he was working unless he was legitimately worried.
"Thanks. Text me when you leave."
"I will." Nicole hung up and turned her attention back to Ellie. "I'm sorry," she said to her with a laugh. "You scared me."
"Well, it's Halloween," Ellie said with a smile. "Everyone's entitled to one good scare."

Ectoberhaunt Day 10: Creepy/Wet
Summary: A ghost dog and several feral ghost children and one Little Baby Man become menaces across town together the week of Halloween.
AO3 link
It started with an idea the youngest half ghost had while getting affectionately licked by the pup who chose her template as his person.
Halloween is coming up and what could be more fun for a ghost than to scare some people? But first, she needs a target.
As she looks for one, big, bright eyes watch from the shadows passed by. Curious to what she was doing.
She was so lost in thought on who to prank that the figure easily snuck up on her. Turning around only to come face to face with a ghost around her size. Startling her enough to let gravity take hold.
This ghost had pinkish purple-y hair in a cloud like texture and look and an oversized hooded jacket with pom poms dangling from it. Their tongue is in an eternal 'blep' poking out and stitch like markings up and down in the middle of their face. Topped off with a worn giraffe plush wearing an orange cape on their head, peaking out of their hair.
"Hi. Sorry for scaring you, we wanted to see what you were doing. It looked fun."
Their voice was quiet and unsure, yet excited.
Before Dani could give an answer, Cujo popped in and tackled the new ghost down to play. Licking the newcomer and then going off to play with the smaller, more animal shaped, ghost like the excited puppy he is.
Deemed a friend by the dog, she doesn't see a reason why to exclude a fellow ghost kid.
"Sure, I don't see why not. What's your name, though? Never seen you around Amity Park before."
"Oh! Ummm," the newcomer twisted their long sleeves before answering, "I'm Stuffie! Friend to all plush creatures and companions! Nice to meet you!"
Their bouncy answer was accompanied by flappy hands in their oversized sleeves and the giraffe plush flying up in glee, making a high pitched squeak in agreement.
"Who's that?" Dani was curious, she knew some ghosts had objects that were empowered by them and tend to be linked to their obsession in some way, but she has not seen one have sentience.
Well, unless Youngblood's skeleton companion counted?
Questions for later.
"That's Raffi, my best friend! She sometimes goes by Super Raffi, hence the cape. Would you like to hug her?"
Amused, Dani agreed and a comforting hug was paired with an unexpected lick from a long, somehow wet, giraffe tongue via ghostly plush.
"Aww, she likes you!"
The two share a laugh as the young Phantom explains her desire to prank and give a good scare to some people on Halloween. She still just didn't know exactly how to go about it. Two minds now are able to plan much easier with different ideas getting tossed around. The two animal companions played a fun game of chase, going in circles the whole time.
Unaware that a third, small creature had joined the two playing animal-like companions.
Mischievous spirits of restless children plan and wait.
Excited for a good Halloween haunting.
Biding their time blending in with trick-or-treaters, collecting candy along the way, until the house grew dark.
When the night came, they found their first victims.
A group of older kids acting like nothing scares them from living in Amity Park. Clearly plotting to TP someone's house... Or multiple someones from what could be seen or heard to passer bys. Doesn't matter anyway.
What they didn't know what waited them in shadows of the deepening night.
Giving the signal for their plan, the two humanoid ghosts get in position and Cujo grows and hides with his invisibility, a trick Dani worked hard making sure he'd listen to.
Eyes seemingly coming from the walls, staring from the darkness.
Liquid dripping onto them from above. A smell wafting onto them, warm and wet.
A creepy chant started from all sides.
"Trick or treat! ~
~Smell my feet~
~Give me something good to eat~~~"
Overlapped voices coming from different directions, moving around slowly as the come closer.
"If you don't~
~I don't care~
~I will give you some nightmares~"
A short giggle from at least three voices from no concrete direction followed the haunting rhyme.
All it took was a single tap on the shoulder and something small yet soft landing on a head for one kid to run screaming, followed by their friends. Forgetting their candy.
Leaving it to the spirits.
SCORE!
A great scare and a new friend made all of this worth it!
The new sweets didn't hurt, as well.
Dani and Stuffie found an isolated part of the park to sort their new candy, making a third pile for Raffi who loves chocolate. She is willing to share but she loves not having to!
Cujo chasing the extra friend that was with them, uninterested in the candy with his toy and new friends to play with. At least the candy won't kill him if he does try something.
"So, who is this little guy?" Stuffie asked, cheeks puffed like a chipmunk with candy before swallowing as if they were in cartoon.
"Oh, that little guy hangs out around town, mainly by my cousin or his friends. We don't exactly know how he came to be or where he came from, but he looks just like Phantom but somehow more fight-y. Heh heh." a laugh came out just thinking about it, "We've taken to calling him Little Baby Man, though. So I guess that's his name."
"Aww, he's cute!," they exclaim, "And I can tell Raffi likes having two new friends, here! I liked meeting you, too! Does this mean we're friends?" Stuffie asked her with bright sparkles in their eyes.
"Sure," Dani laughs, charmed by her new friend, "I don't see why not after all!"
Stuffie wiggled happily before responding, "Would you like it if I make you a plush friend? It can be of anyone or anything! I, uhm, don't really know how else to say this, but I like being around you and I want to give a plush friend custom made just for you! You can even take it with you on your travels when you leave next! That is, well, if you want it? I don't really know how to make friends, to be honest."
"Let me think about what it will be, OK? I don't really have many friends, either!"
"Sure!"
A reply given in a sunny smile before their small companions got their attention by trying to lay on them or bury themselves into the candy piles.
Laughs were heard all around from the abandoned park.
This was the greatest Halloween either has ever had.
