Okay so like inevitably I'm gonna end up drawing Chainshipping Swap AU stuff, right. Like it is indeed only inevitable lmao

And like that could either go Age Swapping, Role Swapping, or both. But either way, I've had a thought for a while on how I'd still work in Freelance Photographer Lawrence (or still Adam, really, depending on the au) being framed as The Jigsaw Killer 😤

Like a thing of emphasis in the first movie is the whole Kerry pointing out how Jigsaw is giving himself a front row seat to watch this trap and that trap, and I still think that could be tied into framing a photographer... Like who's to say that the person on the other side of that wall wasn't taking pictures of the gruesome scenes. And y’know you could still have the whole 'Lawrence/Adam's Pen Gets Placed At The Site of a Trap' thing happen, or to shake things up it could be camera equipment that was seemingly 'left behind' on 'accident' lol. Either way, they'd be traced back to their owner, and then uhh Knock Knock Here's The Police

And then y’know. There's also the whole iconic fandom bit of 'WHO IS TAKING PICTURES OF THE VICTIMS BEFORE THEY'RE KIDNAPPED' lmao, which could also be an element here to further incriminate a photographer 👁

But yea UH this is just one of the many things I've been meaning to talk about for a while HSKGK, so uhh that's one more off the checklist LOL

I want to say that I am really liking this newfound rivalry that Tango and Joel got going on.

Because a) I love them a lot and b) they are more similar than most people realise.

They were ultimately alone back in Third Life. Tango got betrayed which isolated him, Joel went red first, which isolated him. They actually found their soulmates in the Double Life and were happy. Then their homes burned and it caused them great pain and agony. On Limited Life they had rivalry with their soulmates, which felt like it was so over. And Secret Life reignited the hope and also took something away from them. And in Wild Life Tango was mirroring Joel's Last Life arc. And they are both losers in this stupid game. They still choose to keep people close, even if they caused anguish before. They are both so deeply intertwined with their anger that it's impossible to imagine themselves without it. And they hold grudges for a long time and always want revenge by any means possible. But also they are oh so gentle and caring people behind all of the anger and pain.
