Blitzen from 'Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard' (2015) book series has no canon birthday, so I give him 6th October coz F is the 6th letter of the Latin-based alphabet used in Modern Scandinavia and this way Blitzen has something indirectly linking him to his divine mum Freya similarly to how his & his bio dad Bill's respective names both start with B. Plus October is Drawfism Awareness Month and Blitzen is in canon a dwarf (although, his exact biology isn't explained in the story).

Both from the whole getting venom to the face every few hours and the fact that mythologically Fen, Hel and Jormie were taken at night.

alex fierro makes references to hispanic pop culture moments every two seconds, she told me herself. i live for that headcanon and for that hedacanon only.

magnus accidentally summons flowers with his frey son powers and alex immediately goes "¿Y ESTA ROSA?" sam carries him up to valhalla and in his head he is recreating the papalote episode from la rosa.

after a discussion finishes on floor 19 she'll say "caso cerrado" (also i love the idea of her meeting leo and it going like that one episode with the luna girl. "y tú te llamas leo. your name is not 'i read' or something")

he'd translate the name of groups and artists ironically. like yes, he ha a mi romance con el chema phase

i feel she would love these kind of images (kurt cobain one gets bonus points)

sharing a headcanon i’ve had for a while: imperial gold can be deadly to einherjar, even in valhalla. imperial gold has that little quirk where it literally saps one’s soul, and what are einherjar? physical souls. using that logic, if an einherji gets stabbed/slashed/shot with something made from imperial gold, the metal would consume part of their essence/soul/whatever they’re made of.

(Part one)

Mallory [to a camera]: Right, so sometimes, Halfborn does these...how do I describe them?

Magnus: Experiments?

Alex: Tests on the human limits of pain and misery to see what can break his mind and soul?

Mallory:

Mallory: Both work, honestly.

Mallory: Either way he's a dumbass, and this week he's decided to see how long he could go without sleep and so far he's tried to eat his own hand, convince us that we were aliens and—

Alex: And it's hilarious

[Day One]

Halfborn [slicing the air with his axes]: Honestly? I feel so energetic that I could kill a whole army right now!

[He throws one axe across the hallway just as TJ was stepping out of his room]

TJ: Hey-! [Gets beheaded]

Halfborn: Oops? Eh, he'll be fine!

[Day Two]

Halfborn: I think the less sleep I get, the stronger I become!

[Day Three]

Magnus: You good there buddy?

Halfborn: Yes, perfectly fine. I just needed to lay down for a sec, but then I'll be back to kicking names and taking ass!

Magnus: I-that's not how—

Alex [trying not to laugh]: Shh, just let him be Maggie. If he wants to kick names and take ass, let him.

Halfborn: Is it still called cannibalism if you try to eat yourself?

Halfborn: Self-cannabalism?

Halfborn: Ingestion of thyself?

TJ [pauses in eating his breakfast]: Dude, you're gonna make me lose my appetite.

Mallory: Halfborn, take your hand out of your mouth right now or I will chop it off and feed it to the wolves.

Halfborn: So the wolves can eat me but I can't?

Mallory: I swear to Gods—

Halfborn [to Magnus]: This...this is your father

Magnus:

Magnus [Pointing to Halfborn's palm]: That's a cockroach.

Halfborn: [Gasp] Show your father some respect!

Magnus: But that's not my father.

Halfborn: What are you talking about? You look just like him!

Magnus:

Magnus [turning to Alex]: I feel like I should be insulted by that.

[Day Six]

Halfborn: I knew it! I knew your evil plan was to disguise yourselves as humans so it would be easier for you to take over the world! Well guess what, scum? I won't let you do so that easily! Prepare to die!

TJ: For the last time, we aren't aliens.

Mallory: Who are you calling scum you motherfucker?

Magnus: And we're all kind of already dead.

Halfborn: Lies! More words of your manipulation—

Alex: Should I just kill him now and put us all out of our misery?

[Day Seven]

Magnus: Good news, Alex didn't have to kill him—

Alex: That's bad news.

Magnus: —cause he passed out on his own yesterday. But now he's just...sleeping like a rock in the middle of the hallway.

[Halfborn's loud snores can be heard in the background]

Mallory: Idiot couldn't even make it to seven days

Magnus: But...should we move him?

TJ: Maybe I should kill him as payback for Monday—

TJ from MCGA is the type of guy to see the position of class president, sign up “just because”, and actually win. He’s the type of guy to be in maybe too many sport teams. In his free time he buys cheap firecrackers and lights them up in the school backyard between periods but that’s irrelevant to my point

1 of my canon-compliant headcanons is that Alex Fierro & Leo Valdez would become platonic friends if they met (initially not getting along, but it wouldn't take a long time for them to overcome their differences; they'd relate to each other due to having some very similar experiences). Another is that both (even before meeting each other) annually celebrate Día de los Muertos.

Helblindi

Helblindi is a year younger than Loki.

Being so close in age, they're also really close.

Helblindi has a guide dragon (her name is Star and she hates Loki's guts)

He was born with bad eyesight which just got worse and worse with age.

Hel is named after him (you can guess why)

He will let all the nine realms burn for his family (especially Loki. He has been kicked out of several meetings for saying that)

His fatal flaw is loyalty.

He has a tail.

He was born with red hair, also used to have some leaves in his hair (a trait from my Laufey design)

He's 3 years younger than Helblindi

He takes more after his father powerwise (do not compare him to his father in any way in infront of him tho)

He is king of a part of Jotunheim despite being the youngest of Laufey's children

He's ace

He's charismatic like Loki and uses it to his advantage

He litterally is the quote: 'my father is the worst man alive and I am his favorite child'

Not that close to Loki. He feels bad for him and cares for him, but not enough to try to help him escape and they don't exactly know each other that well anymore.

He'd let his family burn for the nine realms (or even just his kingdom) but cry about it while doing so

His fatal flaw is responsibility? I literally don't know what to call it. But basically he follows the sacrifice one to save many thing and usually puts his responsibilities before his relationships.

I picture Maggie with the cutest big ole down-turned(?) eyes and rlly cute-looking. Also lips perfect for Alex's smooches.

For Sam's hijab style, I went with one I see most commonly worn by teens in my country. I think it's very cute on her, but I'm not sure how it would be practical so in future Sam art, I'll probably experiment with diff styles and see what sticks.

I think Alex is the most similar to the book descriptions and official art here tbh, but I love the idea of her having a few moles, bigger hair and thicker brows. Also maybe slightly taller than Maggie.

but I'll make a separate post where they're all full body and their heights are according to what I imagine !
