🌈‘휄든®은 움직임을 배우는 과정을 통해서 자신의 마음과 몸을 공부하는 과정(Mind Body Studies, MBS)’ 이라고, 앞서 올려드린 ‘휄든®이란?’ 포스트에서 말씀을 드렸는데요. 그렇다면, ‘움직임을 배우는 과정’이 궁금하실 것 같아요. 이 움직임을 배우는 과정에서 사용되는 ‘시스템’을 설명해 볼께요. 😊 1. 처음부터 자신의 내적 감각을 통해 알아봅니다. 외부의 권위자가 좋은 것, 맞는 것을 알려주는 것이 아니고, 스스로 진리를 찾는 연습을 이렇게 시작됩니다. 2. 내적 감각을 살리기 위해 교육생이 주의를 기울일 수 있도록 교사는 매 순간의 상황에 적절한 질문을 합니다. 예) 아래 포스트 중 ‘ATM with Grace’시리즈를 보시면 짧막한 안내 중에도 움직임에 대한 안내가 있고 주의를 기울일 수 있도록 인도하는 자각 안내가 있는데, 이 자각 안내는 대부분 ‘질문’으로 이루어집니다. 호기심을 가지고 스스로 자신에 대해 발견할 수 있도록 안내하는 것입니다.
