What is up with the amount of people constantly repeating “Jason was the first son” and Dick was a sibling/ partner. Dick was taken in at 8 while Bruce was in his 20s. That’s not an equal that’s a child. Dick might not have seen him as a dad at first, from his POV the relationship might have been more dynamic but from Bruce’s POV that was always his son. yes Bruce did the same things for Jason that he did with Dick, he took him out on a fishing trip, he made sure his home work was done, he parented him. What is the need to throw Dick and Bruce’s relationship under the bus to make room for Jason being the first son. It’s simply not true.

i was starting to kind of slow down on progress for DYWTK and i was feeling kinda sad about it because i couldn’t figure out why i wasn’t able to speed-write entire 6k word chapters in one sitting like i usually do and then i realized i once again haven’t been taking my mood stabilizers properly 😬 two days into taking them at the right dose and i’m slamming out entire fucking chapters again. so the moral of this story:
