Out of curiosity - you've written Dreams au for Prompto and Ardyn kickstarting the Reunion, plus the Gladio version that became canon.
But what about Ignis? How would the verse where he finds Noctis first look like?
Not gonna lie. This one had me stumped. I never considered that Ignis might be the first to find Noctis (my mistake) and so didn't even have an incling about how it might happen. Until about half an hour ago, that is, when an idea fell from the sky. Or my shower head. Depending on the point of view.
(I wrote this really fast, so it doesn't fit stylistically into the Deep City verse. When I have time, I'll try to write a 'proper' version.)
***
You could say this starts around Noctis's 17th birthday. Ignis hasn't been doing well. Not at all. His friendship with Gladio is splintering like rotten wood and his uncle as been... distant lately.
Ignis does his best to bury his worries with work, but that's only helping so much. What with his work now being a glorified secretary for whatever ministry, board or committee will have him at the time. Still, Ignis does his best. What else can he do?
So, that one fateful day, on Noctis's 17th birthday, when the hurt is rubbed fresh and raw again and there is no work for him to do...
Ignis bakes.
He tries, once again his best, to recreate that one sweet pastry from Tenebrae Noctis liked so much and Ignis could never get right. Once he's done, he goes outside and somehow finds himself in a park in a working class area. Later, he will think is has been fate.
Right now, he doesn't care, strangely glad for being outside his usual haunts, and unpacks the pastries he has brought.
Their taste is warm and creamy and so sweet Ignis can practically feel his teeth rotting in his mouth. Was that the right taste? he wonders and hates that he will not get an answer.
"Yer usin' the wrong types of berry," an old, creaky voice says behind him.
Ignis whirls around and whom he finds fits the voice very well. It's an old woman, bent and with wrinkles deeper than he has ever seen. Her hands are bony and full of spots. Her dress looks more like it's been made from patches than proper fabric. The smell of freshly baked bread hits Ignis's nose.
"Excuse me?" he asks.
"Tha' pastry o' yer's," she says in the strangest accent Ignis has ever heard. "Them berries're too sweet. Yer'll need them from northern Ulwaat. T's colder there, so they need ta be more hardy. 'Too sweet' tha' prince o' yers would say."
Ignis feels ice cold dread creep up his spine. Does this woman know Noctis? Does she have soemthing to do with his disappearance?
"Now, now laddie. Get those thoughts outta yer head. Ah'm simply following the fire to where it'll lead me."
"What...?"
"Fire, laddie. It knows ye got to play a part in the storm ta come, and it likes ye. So Ah'll make sure ye know wha' ta do once the time is right."
"I'm afraid I do not know what you are talking about, Maselle. Excuse me, I have work to do."
Ignis turns around, intend to leave the obviously mentally unstable old crone behind him, but her next words make him stop.
"None o' tha', Ignis Scientia. There's no work waitin' for ye today. Yer uncle is teachin' yer cousin Paxil in the hopes he'll not be a disappointment, an' yer friend'll not get a diagnosis fer his sister t'day."
Slowly Ignis turns around. "Are you threatening me?" he asks, low and dangerous. One hand his inconspicuously reaching for the dagger he never goes without these days.
"Ye can leave tha' dagger where it is, laddie. Ah'm not threatening ye, simply sayin' things how they are."
"How do you know all this?" Ignis finds himself asking through the fog in his mind.
"The fire, laddie. Once ye know how ta listen, it'll never stop tellin' ye things," the crone says and waves her hand in a way that makes it clear that she wishes for him to follow. "Come," she says. "Ah'll show ye."
And against his better judgement - and the usually so large, but now tiny rational voice in his head baring warnings at him - he follows.
Nearly three years later, he stares at the fire burning between his fingers, and follows it's call deep into the ancient bowels of the city.

Editing/Beta Reading Instructions
Hey Peeps, gonna get the rough paragraph out the way first. I promise I'm not always like this but I've had some experiences and I want to make your experience with a beta reader easier.
I will be available for Editing or Beta Reading as long as you all can follow directions. I refuse to work with incompetence. I understand if a person accidentally messes up, maybe you send me a private message before reading through this blog and now I have an email and a message/ask about reading through your story. As long as you correct yourself by following the instructions below, all will be completely copacetic.
That's the hard part! OMC! The rest will be easy, I think. Anyway.

1.) Make a copy of your document and title it "Regine's Copy - [Title], [Your Name], [Date You NEED edits completed by]
You don't HAVE to provide a date if you don't have one. It will not get your work done faster--I prioritize my health and happiness over your writings, apologies. I'll respond to your email with a round about time I can get the piece to you all barring any unexpected complications.
2.) Send me an email, butter me up. Please—for the sanity of my journal that has to see everything you all do to me!—do not just send "Can you please Beta Read this?" I'll provide an example. The Subject should be "Read my Beta" or something equally silly but including the word "Beta" or "Edit". My gmail is [email protected]
Tumblr media
Make sure to include a summary of your story (NOT an outline, think of it as a marketing strategy. How would you convince me to read your story)
Warnings - I'll provide a link for people to use as a guide but if you know AO3, then I would appreciate if you could use the tagging system.
Attach a copy of your story with proper title (not heading on the document, but the document title itself!)
Tell me what you want me to look out for while reading your story. I will focus on anything I know how to focus on but if you want something specific, you need to tell me as much.
If this comes across as mean, I'm not going to apologize, but also I don't intend it that way. I want to be as direct as possible because I've played this Editing and Beta Reading game before and people weren't easy to work with. I figure making specific instructions will weed out the people who aren't easy to work with. If they refuse to follow the instructions, then they obviously won't follow my advice or suggestions.
Happy writing, thank you for choosing me as an Editor or a Beta Reader, let me know if you're disappointed so I can add you to the list with my parents.

When I read the way you described Megumi in the daughter au as the "reluctant babysitter", the first thing that came to me is that: "Damn, Shiki has a walking zoo as a babysitter".
Then came the images of young Megumi and baby Shiki just staring at each other, one in total confusion about what to do with a kid this small, and the other in curiosity with her big blue (cursed) eyes. Then somehow it end up with Divine Dogs being summoned as a playmate for the little girl. (Maybe with some other small Shikigami as well)
On another note, there is something that I have been wondering about: Do you have an estimated number chapters for each arcs before you write, like "This arcs will have X number of chapters, this one Y,..." I have always been curious about how fanfic writers such as yourself planned out your stories.
Also, any chance of all these snippets and aus being posted on AO3 in the, hopefully, near future? I love Zenith and all its glorious Au, but navigating these tags can be a pain in the ass some times. :v
Megumi would be a reluctant babysitter, but still an effective one! I think the Divine Dogs would be very effective in keeping young children preoccupied and out of trouble. The rabbits seem like they would make good playmates too, but at that point in time I don't think they would've been part of his repertoire. Maybe we add some toads for variety haha...
Or, maybe this kickstarts Megumi into working harder to add more shikigami to his roster! Such as: Shiki asks for new shikigami playmates and Megumi tells her he doesn't have any others, and she just kind of nods silently in understanding and doesn't say anything.
The next day Megumi walks through the door a little charred, a little smoking, but with a brand new mini-Nue sitting on his arm.
I don't have an exact number of estimated chapters before I start writing. I can't speak for anyone else, but for me personally, I always have a general idea of the overarching plot and major events before I start writing. Minor details get filled in as I go. Like, for a minor arc I'll tell myself, 'A, B, and C are going to happen,' and that's what I work with. Except sometimes D and E come along for the ride, too, so there's also that...
I do not see myself posting AU snippets on AO3 anytime in the near future, apologies! Like you mentioned, they're rather disorganized and not even written chronologically. Many of them are also responses to Tumblr asks, which only adds to the confusing nature of it all. (For those who are curious, all snippets can be found under the '#Writing' tag.) I have an index of sorts compiled on Ko-fi, but it's still rather disorganized without context. I don't want to post this mess onto AO3 since I think it could very easily get even more confusing.
... I figure that if people are looking through the Tumblr tags, then at least they probably know what they're looking for haha. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Currently I have no plans of posting these snippets on AO3, unless they get developed as proper stories in their own right. Which would probably be a ways into the future, if it ever happens.

For the wip game, the Onahole Establishment?
Christ. This one is literally just. Wank material. Smut written for the purpose of getting horny instead of having fun with characters and worldbuilding and plot, you know? It's literally just a stuck-in-wall kink gone wild premise.
Don't look at me. Or do. Details beneath the cut.
The AO3 summary is:
Welcome to the Onahole in the Wall: the best place to get your dick wet without any pretence or interpersonal connection. Do you struggle with forming connections? Are you tired of small talk and obligatory dates before sex? Then the Onahole in the Wall is for you!
A series of shorts that take place in a brothel where the sex workers are stuck in walls. Onahole in the Wall takes place in a fantasy universe where monsters live alongside humans, but many chapters feature humans only. Individual warnings will apply to each chapter.
The first chapter is an explanation, and a bit of an exposition dump, the second chapter is a brochure for the Onahole Establishments, and the third chapter is an actual short story set there. I left it open ended so that if I got horny enough to write about the concept again i could just add more chapters.
I think I had two more WIP chapters floating in mind. The first involves a person becoming more and more certain that they know the identify of somebody they're fucking (unclear if they DO know). And the other is size kink focused and unplanned. Like an orc goes to visit and normally they struggle to find service, but there are a handful of stations that are monster cock friendly.
I don't know why I find it more embarrassing than. Wyvern gangbang from TWB. Or Demonic foursome from Movie Night. I think maybe because it's. 1) The first porn I wrote and shared online. and 2) the vibe is different.
Just. I'll share a snippet of an unfinished chapter, but you'll see what I mean by different vibe? I can't explain it. This particular chapter is very male gazey? I don't know.
The nameplate had labelled her as one “Moaning Misty”, and she had been thoroughly fucked. Her ass and legs potruding from the wall, with her wrists bound behind her through separate holes, Ardel could have done as he liked with her. Her ass cheeks were already read and covered in welts. Crude words had been drawn on her thighs, and there were arrows pointing towards her holes. A tally had been inked onto her with permanent marker along her backside. Somebody had inserted a plug in her ass, and her pussy was twitching and slick.
His proper and uptight neighbour, who wore blouses and pencil skirts, and worked overtime at a desk job somewhere? He couldn't be sure - it was so unlikely. But his cock throbs as he imagines her face on the other side of the wall, eyes rolled back, tongue lolling about, fucked into a stupor. If only there were some way to know. Unbidden, his hand reaches out and cups her ass before he can think sense. He pictures her whimpering as another patron gets ready to use her, wishes he could reach forward to fondle her breasts.
If this were his demure, proper neighbour, who wore sundresses and smiled vibrantly when she left for work each afternoon - Ardel’s cock throbs at the image. He couldn’t be sure.

😅🎢🎶🛠⛔🌞❌💲🧐🎃🦅👀🤗💞🤲😬⌛ anyfandom!
Ahhhh thank you so much for this! Sorry it took a while there were so many to answer <3
😅 What's a story or scene you've created that you're a smidge embarrassed exists?
Anything from the very very early days of my AO3 account lol. They weren't bad but there's definitely so many things when I go back and read them where I would write things a lot differently now
🎢 Which of your fics would you call your wildest ride?
Oh man. Interpreting wildest ride in two different ways here.
1 (craziest/most disturbing): Let Me Crawl Up Into Your Mind
2 (wild ride plot-wise): Fate and the Fall
🎶 Do you listen to music while you write? What song have you been playing on loop lately?
Yes!!! Some songs from recent writing playlists:
this is me trying by Taylor Swift
The Cause by Tommy Lefroy
Paul Revere by Noah Kahan
reckless driving by Lizzy McAlpine
Letter to an Old Poet by boygenius
Partners in Crime by FINNEAS
tolerate it by Taylor Swift
Colorado by Renee Rapp
You Could Start a Cult by Niall Horan w/Lizzy McAlpine
⛔ Do you have a fic you started, but scrapped?
So many 😬
🌞 Do you have a preferred time of day to write?
Honestly either early in the morning right after I wake up or middle of the night lmao. Middle of the night has given me some of my best writing for real but at what cost
❌ What's a trope you will never write?
I don't like to say never on any tropes because I think with the right idea any trope can be done well. Some things that I tend to stay away from are heavy mental health fix it style stories because 1) I don't feel qualified enough to write that well and 2) I don't find them super interesting usually. Exploring darker storylines is always more fun for me, or mayyyybe the occasional fluffy romance lol
💲 Would you ever open commissions?
For fanfiction based on someone else's intellectual property, no, because there are legal issues there. For writing in general maybe, but I don't see a huge market for that
🧐 Do you spend much time researching for your stories?
Way too much time
🎃 Do you write fics for certain holidays? Which is your favorite holiday inspired fic?
Occasionally! Maybe Sleigh Bells Ring for a favorite. Most of the holiday pieces I've written have been very fluffy lol
🦅 Do you outline fics or fly by the seat of your pants?
It's a mix. Usually seat of my pants, but if I have a lot of details worked out in my brain already then I'll outline
👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please!
I have a TBOSAS piece that I'm working on where Coriolanus's punishment after cheating in the Games is to be sold as a sex worker (similar to how Finnick was in THG series) rather than being forced to enlist with the peacekeepers and he ends up with Strabo Plinth as a client.......
🤗 What advice would you give to new fanfic writers that are just getting started?
I cannot recommend enough just... doing it. Everyone worries so much about it not being good enough, but just like every other skill, you'll never get better without practice and just doing the damn thing over and over again.
Also read a lot. Read fanfic and actual books. You pick up a lot of things as a writer when you're reading other people's work. Sometimes you'll see certain ways of writing dialogue or inner monologues that you love and want to incorporate into your own writing. Sometimes you'll see things that pull you out of the story or don't flow well, and you'll learn that it's something you don't want to include in your writing. All of it is useful.
And MOST importantly, please please please learn how to properly format your dialogue 😭 (this is just a pet peeve of mine, but SO MANY fics don't have proper dialogue formatting)
ex: "This is the correct way to format a spoken sentence," she said sternly. "When you write a spoken sentence followed by a dialogue tag, the dialogue tag is PART of the sentence, so you should end the 'spoken sentence' with a comma, and then add the dialogue tag (starting with a lower case letter if it's not a proper noun), and then the sentence ends."
"This is correct too!" she exclaimed.
"This is also correct," she explained, "because the dialogue sentence hasn't ended, it was just interrupted. When dialogue is interrupted, but the sentence hasn't ended, the dialogue tag is surrounded by commas, indicating a whole, ongoing sentence."
INCORRECT EXAMPLES:
"This is not the correct way to format a spoken sentence." She said, crying a little bit on the inside.
"Neither is this!" She exclaimed.
"And neither is this." she sighed, rubbing at her temples as intentionally writing dialogue incorrectly began to trigger a headache.
💞 Who's your comfort character?
For Hamilton/Amrev, it's probably Hamilton. Sorry, basic bitch answer.
For TBOSAS it's Sejanus <3
🤲 Would you please share a snippet of a wip?
A snippet from the TBOSAS AU with Coriolanus and Strabo Plinth that I mentioned above 🙈
But fighting? Fleeing? He thought back to the arena. The way his heart had pounded as he smashed at Bobbin until he laid unmoving on the ground.  He refused to let that sort of response control him again. He was better than base instincts. Especially here. This wasn’t life or death. All he had to do was play things smart, and he would come out on top again eventually.  And then everyone who ever tried to make him feel small would pay.
😬 Which of your fics would you be most horrified for friends, family, or coworkers to stumble upon?
Literally any of the smut lmfao.
But specifically the Henry Laurens/Alexander Hamilton fucked up intern AU, Let Me Crawl Up Into Your Mind, and A Royal Affair are probably all up there for top contenders
⌛ How long does it take you to write a fic, or a chapter?
Highly dependent on a lot of different variables (what I'm writing/whether it requires research/what else is going on in my life/level of motivation and focus/etc). Anywhere from a couple of hours to a month lmao

As I get closer and closer to actually being able to post my WIP on AO3 I have to figure out the hardest part of fic writing... the tags 😓 idk if it's just me but I've always struggled to figure out proper tagging etiquette on that site. Maybe y'all can help me?
I think I've decided to rate it 'Mature' mainly for the frequent suicidal ideation/attempts (though I honestly think a level-minded teen could handle that topic just fine). That will definitely make it into the main tags too, it's a whole character arc and themetically relevant part of the story that is nevertheless dark and good to warn readers of.
Where I tend to get stuck is the smaller instances of potentially triggering things. For example, Aston hits his son once (1) in chapter 3, then that never happens again for the remaining 25 chapters. Should I still add "domestic child abuse" to the main tags, or is it enough to put a warning in the author's notes of the relevant chapter (with specfics on where it begins and ends in the paragraphs, like how some YouTubers mention timestamps in their videos so viewers can skip certain topics)?
I personally would prefer the latter so I can avoid just the upsetting part and enjoy the rest of the story. To use myself as an example, I am easily squicked by vomiting. If I see a fic tagged with vomiting I will most likely not read it because I assume if they tagged it it must be relevant enough to be noted, but I actually can handle it being mentioned once as long as there aren't any graphic details. In fact I can think of a specific fic I enjoyed that did NOT tag for vomiting and only mentioned it briefly so all I did was wince a little and move on. If it had been in the main tags, I never would have read it.
I guess my confusion boils down to whether the tags of a fic are meant to convey EVERYTHING in a fic or just the most relevant aspects. I've heard tagging compared to a nutritional label before, but unlike those I feel like AO3's current system just doesn't allow you to convey the ratio of its contents well; to me, a 500 word fic that mentions a squick is worse than a 50,000 word fic where that same squick can be easily drowned out by other non-triggering events. I'm just worried that tagging my fic with "child abuse" will make it sound like it's ABOUT child abuse when that's only a very small part of it, like calling a cupcake salty just for containing salt. But I suppose for someone allergic to salt it might be better to be told that immediately, instead of in a missable author's note.
And this isn't even getting into some of my other confusions around AO3, like knowing the exact popular phrase to describe a trope--- I recently posted a fic in which the type of love the protagonist is feeling is left to interpretation, with room for platonic or romantic readings. I'm certain there's a term for that in fan fic (I definitely toggled the "other" button under relationships), but my inputted tag "ambiguous love" didn't seem to be a thing, only "ambiguous relationship" which is NOT what I had in mind--- the relationship dynamic is established (at least to the characters), it's just the internal feelings of one character that are loosely defined on purpose. But I suppose this one's up to the tag wranglers, though I wonder sometimes how accurately they can assign intended meanings to the tags without reading the fics for context.
And I have plenty of other questions too, most but not all relating to my particular fic: Does a chapter set partially inside the Rockgagong count as vore? (it's a little more graphic than canon but that's a very low bar and I'd hardly say it's intentional). Is it okay to tag things that haven't happened yet in the chapters I will be posting first, or will that confuse readers who are expecting those tropes to appear already because they have been tagged? (I'm worried I'll forget to update the tags once the relevant chapters are posted). If a relevant trope would be considering a spoiler is it okay to not tag it at all? (my instinct would be to still tag it, especially if it's something potentially triggering, but I also personally would rather not know so I could maintain my emersion instead of waiting for the thing to happen). Feel free to weigh in on this, friends, as you can see I'm generally clueless and prone to overthinking 😅

20 Questions For Fanfic Writers!
No way I got tagged by the really awesome @h4mm132l1c3, and ill tag a couple of other people too probably
1: How many works do you have on Ao3?
Currently I've got 59 things on AO3!! There are a couple more on my long-defunct wattpad though, and I've got a bunch of December whump I need to catch up on too so there will be more
2: What's your total Ao3 word count?
72,774!! Wow!!! And like...90% of that is oneshots! Go me!
3: What fandoms do you write for?
Currently writing for DSMP and QSMP the most atm :O I also write for the PJO fandom, Homestuck, and DR on occasion, too. I get very tempted to write for Stardew Valley and Scott Pilgrim, and I have been. More than tempted to write CareBears stuff too. I'm in deep chat
4: Top five fics by kudos?
(Un)Lifetime Achievement Award, Take Your Secret Son to Work Day, Las Nevadas and the Frozen Fox, Alone I Began, and Of Lost Gods!
5: Do you respond to comments? Why/Why not?
For the most part yeah! I don't get too too much interaction and I just get!! So excited when I get comments! I love seeing what people say and I love to respond! But sometimes I don't, often cause I don't know what to say lol
6: What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
hmmm,,,good question! Probably Why Do I Cry? or maybe Famous Last Words? Gone are the Joys I Knew? I don't really know! I write a lot of sort of mopey sad fics ig LMAO
7: What's the fic you've written with the happiest ending?
mmmmmmm,,,,not sure for this, either! My Fundy Fluff Week stuff is all supposed to be sorta fluffy which is probably happy
8: Do you get hate on fics?
Not hate, per say, but comments on the accuracy of my characters, which kinda stabbed my ego a bit lol. It was a nice comment! But the way it was worded was so ouchie!
9: Do you write smut?
I've. Been tempted. As of right now I haven't, though!
10: Do you write crossovers?
Another one of me being tempted!! I haven't yet but I LOOOOVE to read them and so I'd love to write one sometime. (We aren't counting my old VLD Steven Universe au.)
11: Have you ever had a fic stolen?
I don't think so! Fingers crossed it hasn't happened lol I doubt it would
12: Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope! But if someone were to want to, I would say go ahead! Just send it to me so I can see :D sounds so cool!
13: Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Very recently was my first time doing a proper co-write/collab, which I did with my lovely friend Seven! I would love to do more they're so fun (and probably one of the only ways I'll easily end up writing a multichap KEKW)
14: What's your all-time favorite ship?
ouuuuu ive got a lot of pairings I really really cherish. Jercy my beloved, uhhh Valgrace is so silly, I like to consider myself one of The Kamuegi writers ever, and Pumpkinduo kind of holds an insanely special place in my heart
15: What's the WIP you hope to finish but doubt you ever will?
(Un)Lifetime Achievement Award as sad as it sounds. I love it so much and I'm so insanely proud of it and I love the story but there's soooo much planned and the person I was planning it with hasn't spoken to me in a while. I have hope that I'll finish it someday! Or at least get another two chapters out!
16: What are your writing strengths?
Uhhhhhhh,,,,I don't. actually know! I do a lot of flowery sentences ig? and I think I'm pretty good at angst and similar things
17: What are your writing weaknesses?
Making (and completing) multichap fics, getting ideas to write, finding the motivation to write, and I am definitely bad at planning things out in advance
18: Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
I've done it pretty sparingly in the past, because I want to incorporate other languages and loooove language, but don't know any of them very well aside from English. But I try to do a lot of research before I add something in, and am 100% open and insistent that someone correct me if I messed up, or if there's another way to go about saying what I'm trying to say, or just to tell me more!
19: First fandom you wrote for?
Never published because I was a kid and it was. So Bad but !!! It was actually for the Minecraft Roleplay series Mary and Dad's Minecraft Adventure (MADMA) back around 2011-2013. I've been in mcrp hell for. a LONG time jesus christ
20: Favorite fic you've ever written?
ohhhh good question. Fullbury Records is very special to me and I'm ALWAYS thinking of what to add to that series, and (Un)Lifetime Achievement Award ofc is also very special to me. I think Heart to Heart is going places once I get back to writing the next chapter, too But I'm also veeeerrry proud of Famous Last Words, and it's very special to me as a projection piece LMAO
Tag time!!
@dyke420-69 @sparrowsong07 and anyone else who sees this and wants to do it lolol be sure to tag me so I can see :D

Thanks for the tips/help! I think overall this is helpful, though I still need to figure tags for later sections of the story if/when i write it. Mainly things related to relationships (in my brief time on Ao3, I'm pretty sure there are some tags for relationships that are more broad. Like "male/male" and the like?
There's also the more tropey tags, but that'll be fine for me to work on on my own. Add some more as I go if I think they're important/notable.
As for content/trigger warnings, aside from general Worm stuff (violence, blood, maybe gore but I don't know, etc. etc.), I'll probably have to just hunker down and hope I can figure out proper tags for the story's content as I currently have it out. Would it be better to just add them when I begin, even when the current content might not directly cover such topics?
I kinda wanna try to write the first draft-ish of the first few chapters of my (potential) Wormverse fic thing soon. Wouldn't take place in the canon Worm world, instead an au Earth Bet as to avoid the original plot interfering
If I do, I might ask for some advice on how the hell to use Ao3 tags? Because Ao3 is pretty much the only place I can think of to post it other than Space Battles, and I'd rather not touch that site with a 300 foot pole
Also, have finally decided on my current title for it: Shine. Since it mostly follows Artir, aka the hero Lustrous (see my first ever post about my Worm ocs), I think it's a fitting title. Also no 4 letter word equivalent exists to my knowledge which would work for the gem-related pun thing
(Super big side note: fuck you mobile tumblr. Why does bolding/italicizing one word sometimes cause the whole paragraph to be affected?????)

Hey, I was going through the reverse snow tag on ao3 and found the ghost of eobard thawne and I was wondering if you're planning on keep updating that story? The second part had a sort of open ending and I'm super curious about it (also would love to have caitlin and thawne have a proper happy ending maybe?) And yeah, just asking. Hope you have a good day!
Aw, thank you so much for writing, Anon! 🤗 Oh man, I haven't thought about that one in a long time, I hate to admit. 😳 So long, in fact, I don't even have it on my WIP list. 😬 You're totally right, that series wasn't actually finished, though the first two fics in it are done. But there was always meant to be a third one to conclude things. As I was working on it, the show absolutely torpedo'ed the ever-living heck out of a big part of it to the point that I sorta put it aside until I could figure out whether to ignore or incorporate it (it was when and how the show split Caitlin and Frost).
However, now that quite a lot of time has passed, I'll add it back to my WIP list and hopefully be able to do that final fic (originally titled "Split" but will probably change now 😉) to finish things off. I'm planning on participating in the final Snowells Week this year, so if nothing else, hopefully I can include it in that! 🤞😣🤞
I'm so glad that you enjoyed the first two fics enough to ask about the series! Thanks so much again! ⚡💖⚡
