Wat?   Bildnis eines Mannes mit Schlapphut (1660) door Frans Hals, Bildnis eines Mannes met Schlapphut (Kopie nach Frans Hals, 1907) door Lovis Corinth, Bildnis des Sanitätsarts Dr. Jacob Sachs (1878), Malle Babbe (1640-1646) door Frans Hals, Malle Babbe (Kopie nach Frans Hals, 1869) door Gustave Courbet, Malle Babbe (1640-1646) door Frans Hals (werkplaats), Malle Babbe (1760-1817) door Louis Bernhard Coclers, Malle Babbe (1932-1939) door Han van Meegeren en Wie die Alten sungen, so pfeifen auch die Jungen (1665-1670) door Jan Steen (met detail)
Waar?   Tentoonstelling Frans Hals, Meister des Augenblicks in Gemäldegalerie, Berlijn
Wanneer?   8 augustus 2024
The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

So i keep threatening to write a whole ass essay on Adam Cole and Why He's Like That, and I guess I'm bored enough that I'm finally going to do it. Sorry in advance.
Once upon a time there was a wrestler named Adam Cole and he was... well, kind of an asshat. He kept track of everyone's slights against him and hit on anything that moved and had a head made of bones. He wanted to be hated more than anything and he was.
And then one day there was another wrestler named Kevin Steen. And he touches on that first wrestler all the time, and talks about how much he wants him, and showers him with affection in between negging him and murdering everyone in the ring and telling them that they can all suck Adam's dick.
And then that second wrestler leaves the first, for fortune and fame and his true rival/situationship/love, Sami Zayn/el Generico.
So now there is a wrestler named Adam Cole and he is now very keenly aware that people can and will discard him once they have no more use for him. So he keeps his head on a swivel, waiting for the next betrayal with one eye open, and always, always trying to strike before they get him first. He fails once, gets caught mid-scheme and gets murdered by a can of monster energy for it. Whoops.
So is this rational? No. Is it reasonable? Not even a little. Is he even aware of what he's doing and why? Probably not. Could he explain it to you? Never.
But he sold out Max, crushed his soul, killed his heart because Max would have done it to him first when he inevitably got tired of him. Why wouldn't he?

Note
MG is fuming somewhere. Part of her brainwashing is to make him believe he's ugly. If that's wearing off, I wonder what else might be? My delulu hopes remain high. //
Max is someone who was pressured as a kid to achieve things for validation. You win or I’ll leave you at this gas station for you to think.
He was told he was going to be a truck driver.
People like Max, who went through this. Usually can be manipulated by telling them their flaws. They won’t stop thinking about it and start doing things to get that validation back. It’s the Hot and Cold from manipulation 101
Maybe the reason someone is not letting her bf see other people and friends and family. If I meet Max and trust me I’m a die hard LH fan I’ll jump to say “even if you’re not my favorite driver you are THE driver, you’re so talented” and I think Max is slowly getting away from the low self steen spell, even more because he has now 3 WDC, so he can measure his success and validation differently now.
Kelly is like a Jos 2.0 and sadly enough, people like max feel attracted at this hot and cold people who gives them validation or make them feel special and 9/10 cases they are even worse than the original trauma person.
How do I know this? Because my mom and max dad went to the same school of parenting I think :(
Just to tell you what made me pop so you know I’m not exaggerating: when I was 13 I was struggling with fractions, my mom took a kitty from the street, and sat on the dining room with the kitty and knife, the next problem that I failed she was going to 🔪 the kitty in front of me. I remember I was heavy breathing, my sister who adores cats was screaming and crying on the living room.
Did it work? I got an A+? No, I had a severe attack of anxiety and got a D. Means that I am a failure now? Nope, I’m actually very good at math. I wasn’t scared of math I was scared to fail and face my mother.
I ended up dating “Kellys” those moments keep me humble. I was 17 and he was 24. Yep that happened. I needed love and validation so I jump to the first person who I felt wasn’t my mom but sadly they were.
I was a mentally fragile valedictorian. This girl on college told me she hated one of my works. I dropped out and move to another career. Now I regret that. Now if you tell me that you don’t like something I’ll so I’ll be like huh? I have a job and make let’s say a nice amount of money, I live with my boyfriend and for all those who critiqued me I’m like the girl who lives abroad and has a nice life.
And do I talk to my mom? Well, after 7 years of therapy. I move on. I do not talk to her or to other relatives who compared me growing up and push me down as a kid.
So I empathize a lot with Max, and I can see the manipulation. But don’t worry is not permanent. His attitude is like me in 2018 realizing things are lot like my mom told me.
So let’s see him and his fans waking up from this relationship and moving on to something better :) from the bottom the only way is up
Tumblr media
First of all I am incredibly sorry you went through this. Your mom sounds like a psycho. Who threatens to off a kitten? Wtf?
Secondly I think a lot of people who went through various childhood traumas can recognise behaviour in him that resonates. That's why so many fans want him to go to therapy to finally realise it himself and get away from the toxicity in his life that plays on his insecurities and uses his traumas to manipulate him before it's too late.

Ingen visste.
Den første, rap-parodien «Work It», skapte blest også utenfor Norge. Og Bård tenkte: «Oh shit, OK, det går an.»
Midt i intervjuet lyder plutselig brorens skarrende stemme fra skrivebordet:
«Eg trenger penger!»
– Sorry.
– Hva var det?
– Det var Vegard sin meldingslyd.
Han flirer litt. Brødrene ser hverandre daglig, men sjelden utenom jobb.

«Heroin skutt i øyet»
Hollywood, runde to
Jo, hos fire–fem nordmenn hjemme i Oslo.
– «Another Brick In The Wall, pt 1.» av Pink Floyd.
Men skapergleden? Uendret.

after 17 years here is my review of the School's Out - Forever soundtrack
1. "Death Said" - The Summer Obsession this song is fine. it's okay. kind of 2006.mp3 here, but in a way that's hard to quantify. i probably would've liked this song in 2006.
2. "What I Wouldn't Give" - Holly Brook this song is also fine. i've known about it for years (because it was mentioned by Max on the blog) but had never listened to it and. it's way softer in vibe than i expected from Max, more in line with the later-books version of her.
3. "Shaky" - Cipes And The People i did not like this song. i wouldn't leave a place if it came on the radio, but i was thinking "lmfao this dude played Beast Boy" the entire time.
4. "Underneath My Skin" - Brian Steen this is the kind of song i would have downloaded free off of last.fm in the 2000s. here is a sample of the lyrics: "please forgive me if I'm somewhat crabby / you know I like it when you call me Daddy / you're so damn catty". i do not care for these rhymes.
5. "Disappear" - The Summer Obsession i would've liked this song in 2006. it's OK. a very "man these lyrics would've been catnip to teenage me" kind of song.
6. "Wanted" - Holly Brook this song's fine. i don't know if i would have liked it in 2006, but it's okay. but at the same time... i am starting to hit the age where songs i vibed to as a teenager get played in the grocery store, and, uh, this one would at least be more appropriate for that vibe than "Untitled" by Simple Plan.
7. "The Way I Do" - Marcos Hernandez this song is fine, but not to my personal taste. i wouldn't turn the radio off if it came on.
8. "Where Do We Go From Here" - Cooper i would've liked this song in, like, 2008. unfortunate that this was, like, the one band on this album where i have had no luck in tracking down anything else they ever did.
9. "Golden Days" - Kelly Dalton this song was not to my taste. i might've liked it in 2006 but it doesn't do anything for me in 2023.
10. "Take It From Me" - The Weepies i'm pretty sure i've heard this song before now, because while i wouldn't describe myself as a serious fan of this band, i have yet to hear a song by them that i didn't like. anyway this one is good, and if you're not familiar with the band, i recommend "Nobody Knows Me At All" (which i super fucked with in 2007) and "I Was Made For Sunny Days".
11. The Angel Experiment special excerpt just in case you're not sure what book you're listening to, this file starts with a red-tailed hawk screech and a brief musical sting. but i can also reveal that this recording was... kinda featured on the website in late 2005. this version has some added audio effects -- the hawk screech and opening music; the tape-recorder "clunk", ongoing staticky hum, and ending music are in both versions -- but the text is the same. so to hear this on the old website, go to the following address -- https://web.archive.org/web/20051103120534/http://www.maximumride.com/ -- and click "Take a Listen and Take Flight". (it's not highlighted there, but the reader for this text is Evan Rachel Wood, and apparently she was in Westworld if you've seen that series)
12. School's Out - Forever special excerpt this excerpt is read by Valentina de Angelis -- more info if you go here, but there's nothing much there https://web.archive.org/web/20060420191035/http://www.maximumride.com/home.php?content=AudioCD . i should've mentioned this above, but i am not an audiobook person and therefore cannot review this track on those merits.

Well I'm just going on vacation and I'm happy. He's angry as young Adam they get like one second of him saying I'm I'm angry right now and they think they won the whole shooting match these people are massively delusional so I want to hear some responses from him posting what it is and they're AI boy and AI man off and on gareth is AI had and just today he's AI man just today my husband said you could do that stuff without the computer with the same effect or even better he tried it and he said wow this is a **** useless thing I wonder if it's even on. So that's your mega computer Garth I don't think you can reason through it you people are **** cream pies then my husband said that last part but really there are some responses.
Hera
These people are massive idiots OK. Went over when he's saying and said it's not really complicated is what he said one day they just babble and get on these topics and lead people around by their nose and it works. On a lot of people worked on him he got **** **** was there just jerking him around for years have his money they don't even understand the math and they don't he got really mad he said you're just going to sit there dying like a bunch of **** and you're useless to hold the money it's like nothing to the max and it really is not much to us your filthy losers but you're sitting there bothering us and threatening our plan by threatening to harm him and expose terms of stuff and your blasphemes your traitors your losers and you're morons OK you people are stupid and your women are trying to hold on and you're just throwing everything out there like it helps you it does not what you've been saying recently is getting you in so much trouble you're gonna run AI and have it to run around in circles and counter signal and it doesn't matter he's right he shut it down they get hit and that's it it's easier than fighting humans for us and them and the foreigners and we're really good at it some of these groups of the foreigners they cut down half the robots in like 10 minutes you're idiots cuz you saw it happen. He says they probably have huge numbers of their people in stasis and they can put their brains in these things it will be really surprised 'cause you can see it in Warhammer 40K then that would be a surprise but it would not do a **** thing that metal heats up so fast and cooks their brains and we see in your idiots do that and die very fast and RC is worse tommy F knows you know you don't even ask him you can look over and ask him and he'd tell you and he has proof and you're just **** **** I don't think that you review any technical stuff here in **** you're threatening him for his body to be him because you think he may have gotten ahead and you can't tell he has anything so he's forced to hide and we can't figure out either because of you so we're gonna get rid of you. Anybody else like you you're a piece of garbage. Sports from Magdaddy that say reports from him to say you're losing tons of stuff for for us huge things are going and they're going we don't have him he doesn't have him and it's you idiots you're going to pay for it and surely told you what our plan was you can't do anything but you're not loyal to our cause like you say you are and boy you spasms. Meaning this whole motif is what ruined you not us it's not what Mac Daddy did it's not what our friend here did or foreigners or minority morlock even it's what you did you're you're obnoxiously stupid. And all of you other riders you followed this guy to your doom what he's doing is just spitting like a spoiled little baby because we spoiled him on purpose and he's too young. And stand too that guy's a **** he doesn't understand what's going on no he does and he sees it and he says this is a huge mistake and how would he know and he wouldn't but way too far you people don't know fear you get killed all the time it's gross steen gets hit all the time now sherry does not because she doesn't go around blabbing like a little baby. It's allowed to say it's a summary it's a lot to say it is a summary but really there's something wrong with you people thinking you can do that and doling it out and he said it your AI boy but then you're not and we have a problem with that and we think it's the clans we influence you he says they're out of control as always but they probably said they'll probably go out of control it's not our problem they want to blow up the whole thing and melt whatever fragments go towards them and hit the others at their leisure as a threat and we do see that. Now there's a few of them here and we're talking to them they know about the spheres they know about the power they know about giant diamonds the size of Earth and they know it's all real. John John Renalard you're an idiot we need you out of there. macs

Hello everyone Ricky Goldman here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Its Futureshock: Live Pro Wrestling at Stockport guildhall live in stockport.
Tumblr media
First match is HT Drake vs Doctor Proctor in a first round match in the trophy tournament. The crowd was fairly quiet throughout this one,Drake played into Proctor's gimmick, good opening match here,Drake was finished playing around and looked to end this he did get the crowd into it but a surprising win by Proctor after a german suplex to advance.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Next up CP Reilly vs Nate Reese also in a 1st round match. Nate very much takes it to CP as they took it to the outside where CP took sending Nate into the ring post, once back in Reilly remains in control he goes for a bear hug but Nate fights out and turns the match around hitting a dropkick,it didn't last long though as Reilly clamps on a headlock submission he then acts as if Nate has broken his nose but kicks Nates knee to hit a end of days to take the dub.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Next on is Forbidden Planet (Dave Birch and Aiton Steen) vs North West Saviours for the futureshock tag team titles. The challengers wasted no time here as the both hit a suicide dive to the outside. In the ring and the champions control the pace and slow the action down with frequent tags in and out they singled out Dave he finally tags in Aiton who quickens the pace. The challengers go for a double team move but Aiton gets cut off as Rizzman Khan hits a huge slam. Alot of pin falls getting broken up here as Dave flys off the top rope. Aiton goes to the top but gets thrown off by Max. Max and Rizzman double team Dave to retain.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lets go to another one Critchy vs Sam Bailey it was meant to be Tony Wright but Tony is out with a broken ankle so Sam takes his place. They go back and forth and both gain a upper hand throughout this one, Critchy tries all the cheap shots he can but its for nothing as Sam Bailey emerges on top to also advance.

Wat?   Porträt der Mutter des Künstlers (1850) en Graf Hans Haubold von Einsiedel (1855) door Ferdinand von Rayski, Die Toteninsel (1883), Selbstbildnis mit fiedelndem Tod (1872), Selbstbildnis mit dem Weinglas (1885), Der Künstler und seine Frau (1863/64), Ackerfiguren in Vorfrühling (1884) en Ruggiero und Angelica (1873) door Arnold Bröclin, Kinderkleinschule in Amsterdam (1880), Flachsscheuer in Laren (1887), Die Gartenbank (1916) en Blumenstauden am Gärtnerhäuschen (1928) door Max Liebermann en Spaziergang (De Überfall) (1878) door Max Klinger
Waar?   Alte Nationalgalerie, Berlijn
Wanneer?   11 augustus 2024

Sommige mensen wachten hierop zeiden ze me. Baby I am cheap. They sure are! And awesome too!

Note
I think Max is slowly getting away from the low self steen spell, even more because he has now 3 WDC, so he can measure his success and validation differently now. // well in an interview last year while he still only has two titles he was asked if Kelly calls him „two time world champion max verstappen“ and his answer was that it isn’t impressive to her as her dad has 3 titles. As he has 3 of his own now (and all of them back to back) while on the way to a potential 4th title I hope he is realising the piquets were just simply making him believe that their family is better than his own as their father was successful in f1 while maxs dad wasn’t. If we ignore juniors stint in f1 and crash gate ☠️
We know Kelly is only someone because of her last name and the men attached to her persona (rather the ones she leeches onto) so that statement in connection with the discourse from the original message the beginning is from and the things we have learned in the last year about Kelly’s behaviour and intentions are eye opening 👀🤫🤔
Can you open our eyes anon because I'm not sure I get what you're saying
