opinion on the side characters
the RCP side characters are rarely talked about, but i'm here to give my opinion about them bc lol whynot
cleany - he's one of my favorite characters; i kinda relate to him because for someone my age, i like cleaning shi alot and itch when something is not shined to the brim
posty - as much as i hate to say it, i really like posty; even if he's a narcissistic asshole, maybe it's his relationship with cleany, maybe not
spooky - idk what to say about him really, he's kinda funny but overall he's ok
cap - i REALLY dislike him; he's funny, sure, but i just have an ick about him huhu; he's an asshole in many episodes, but i can sugarcoat that
the construction crew - i won't specify them one by one bc this list will be long as hell, but bruner is an annoying shit, he's a decent enough person but he's just getting on my nerves lol, dump and max i've got nothing to say they're ok, poke is the best out of them despite being mute, mickey makes me want to kill myself with his voice, but i actually like him as a character because he's kinda funny ig
schoolb - he's a wry bus and i like him but if you humanized him it would be kinda creepy since he's dealing with kids
the kids - mini, rody and benny are children so i can understand their pretty stupid actions, but benny be less of an asshole and i will like their trio
no i'm not ranking the cranes pls
anyways there's other side characters too but i'm only sitcking with the ones that are focused on the most bc i have more ground to get an opinion out of
so yeah i hope you guys like it

Bridging Theory and Practice: Leveraging Bruner’s Cognitive Learning Framework in MaxLearn’s Microlearning Platform
Tumblr media
Microlearning has become a pivotal training approach in modern corporate environments, offering bite-sized, focused learning experiences that align with today’s fast-paced work demands. While microlearning’s benefits are widely acknowledged, the theoretical underpinnings that make it so effective are often overlooked. One of the most influential frameworks that guide the design and implementation of microlearning is Jerome Bruner’s cognitive learning theory. This theory emphasizes the importance of active learning, structured knowledge, and scaffolding, all of which are integral to the success of MaxLearn’s microlearning platform.
Bruner’s Cognitive Learning Theory: A Brief Overview
Jerome Bruner, a prominent cognitive psychologist, proposed that learning is an active process in which learners construct new ideas based on their current and past knowledge. His theory focuses on three core principles:
Enactive, Iconic, and Symbolic Representation: Bruner identified three modes of representation through which knowledge is acquired and retained. Enactive representation involves learning through action, iconic representation relies on visual imagery, and symbolic representation is based on language and symbols. Bruner’s framework emphasizes that these modes are not sequential but often overlap in the learning process.
Scaffolding: Central to Bruner’s theory is the concept of scaffolding, where learners receive temporary support that is gradually removed as they gain proficiency. Scaffolding helps learners build on their existing knowledge, making complex concepts more accessible.
Discovery Learning: Bruner believed that learners are more likely to understand and retain information when they discover it themselves. This active participation encourages problem-solving and critical thinking, making learning more meaningful and enduring.
MaxLearn’s Microlearning Platform: A Practical Application of Bruner’s Theory
MaxLearn’s microlearning platform is meticulously designed with Bruner’s cognitive framework in mind, making it a powerful tool for corporate training. Here’s how MaxLearn applies Bruner’s principles to create a dynamic and effective learning environment:
Enactive Representation: Learning by Doing
MaxLearn incorporates enactive representation by allowing learners to engage with content through interactive activities. Whether it’s through simulations, role-playing scenarios, or hands-on exercises, learners are encouraged to learn by doing. This approach is particularly effective in skills-based training, where practical application is key to mastery.
For example, a sales training module on MaxLearn might include interactive simulations that mimic real-world sales conversations. Learners can practice their skills in a safe environment, receive immediate feedback, and make adjustments based on their performance. This enactive learning approach helps learners internalize skills, making them more readily applicable in real-world scenarios.
Iconic Representation: Visual Learning Tools
Visual representation plays a significant role in MaxLearn’s microlearning content. The platform utilizes infographics, videos, diagrams, and animations to present information in a visually engaging manner. This iconic representation aligns with Bruner’s idea that visual imagery aids in the retention and recall of information, especially when learning complex or abstract concepts.
For instance, technical training on software usage might involve step-by-step video tutorials that visually guide learners through the process. The use of visual aids not only makes the learning experience more engaging but also supports learners who might struggle with purely textual explanations. By leveraging iconic representation, MaxLearn ensures that learning is both accessible and impactful.
Symbolic Representation: Language and Knowledge Structuring
MaxLearn also incorporates symbolic representation by using language, symbols, and structured content to convey information. This includes written content, quizzes, and assessments that challenge learners to process and articulate their understanding of the material. Symbolic representation is crucial for topics that require precise knowledge, such as compliance training or technical documentation.
MaxLearn’s content is structured to move from simple to complex, following Bruner’s recommendation that learning should be organized in a way that allows learners to build on what they already know. For example, a compliance training module might begin with basic regulatory principles and gradually introduce more complex legal scenarios. This structured approach helps learners to scaffold their knowledge effectively, making it easier to navigate the learning journey.
Scaffolding in MaxLearn: Supporting Learners Every Step of the Way
Bruner’s concept of scaffolding is a cornerstone of MaxLearn’s platform, providing learners with the right amount of support when they need it. MaxLearn’s adaptive learning algorithms assess the proficiency level of each learner in real-time, adjusting the difficulty of the content and offering hints or additional resources as needed. This personalized support ensures that learners are not overwhelmed and can progress confidently.
Gradual Removal of Support: As learners become more proficient, the level of support is gradually reduced, encouraging independence. For instance, a new employee might begin with guided modules that include step-by-step instructions and frequent feedback. As their understanding deepens, the platform introduces more open-ended scenarios that require independent problem-solving.
Just-in-Time Learning Resources: MaxLearn offers just-in-time learning resources that provide immediate assistance. These resources can include explanatory videos, contextual hints, or links to relevant articles. This approach not only keeps learners on track but also fosters a culture of continuous learning, as employees know they can access help whenever they encounter difficulties.
Feedback and Iteration: Feedback is a critical component of scaffolding, and MaxLearn excels in this area by providing immediate, constructive feedback on quizzes, simulations, and other interactive activities. This feedback loop helps learners understand their mistakes, reinforces correct responses, and encourages iterative learning—key elements of Bruner’s scaffolding concept.
Discovery Learning: Fostering Exploration and Critical Thinking
MaxLearn embraces Bruner’s advocacy for discovery learning by designing courses that encourage learners to explore, ask questions, and solve problems on their own. The platform’s interactive modules often include scenario-based learning and case studies that challenge learners to apply what they’ve learned in realistic situations.
Scenario-Based Learning: Scenario-based learning puts the learner in the driver’s seat, allowing them to navigate through complex situations and make decisions based on their understanding. For instance, a cybersecurity training module might present a simulated security breach, requiring the learner to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. This hands-on approach helps learners internalize knowledge and develop practical problem-solving skills.
Gamification Elements: To further engage learners, MaxLearn incorporates gamification elements that make discovery learning both fun and rewarding. Badges, points, and leaderboards provide a sense of achievement and motivate learners to continue exploring the content. These elements tap into the intrinsic motivation that Bruner emphasized as essential for deep learning.
Critical Thinking and Reflection: MaxLearn’s platform also promotes critical thinking by encouraging learners to reflect on their experiences. Post-activity reflections and debriefs allow learners to analyze their decisions, consider alternative approaches, and understand the rationale behind best practices. This reflective process not only reinforces learning but also cultivates a mindset of continuous improvement.
The Organizational Impact of Applying Bruner’s Framework
Applying Bruner’s cognitive learning framework through MaxLearn’s microlearning platform has significant implications for organizations. By structuring learning in ways that align with how the human brain naturally processes information, MaxLearn enhances the effectiveness of training programs, leading to better knowledge retention, skill acquisition, and job performance.
Accelerated Learning and Onboarding: The scaffolding and discovery learning approaches reduce the time it takes for new hires to become productive. By gradually introducing them to their roles and responsibilities through scaffolded microlearning modules, new employees can quickly gain the confidence and skills needed to perform effectively.
Personalized Learning Paths: MaxLearn’s ability to adapt content based on individual learner needs ensures that training is relevant and efficient. Employees no longer have to wade through generic training materials; instead, they engage with content that directly addresses their specific challenges and learning gaps.
Enhanced Problem-Solving Skills: By emphasizing discovery learning, MaxLearn helps employees develop the critical thinking skills needed to tackle complex problems. This is particularly valuable in industries that require quick decision-making and adaptability, such as technology, finance, and healthcare.
Continuous Learning Culture: Finally, the application of Bruner’s principles fosters a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Employees are encouraged to explore, experiment, and engage with new ideas, leading to a more innovative and resilient workforce.
Conclusion
MaxLearn’s microlearning platform, grounded in Bruner’s cognitive learning theory, exemplifies how educational principles can be effectively translated into practical, real-world training solutions. By leveraging enactive, iconic, and symbolic representations, scaffolding, and discovery learning, MaxLearn not only enhances the learning experience but also drives tangible business outcomes. For organizations committed to fostering a skilled, adaptable, and forward-thinking workforce, MaxLearn offers a pathway from theory to practice that delivers results.

QUESTIONS ⁉️
1. My favorite character is Jin.
2. This might surprise a lot of people but my favorite season is season 2. While I loved the rescue team centered episodes of the later seasons, I think that this season deserves some love. I absolutely love the stupidity of the citizens in this season, and the two parter at the end is actually one of my favorite episodes.
3. My least favorite character is Poacher. The citizens may be a pain in the ass but atleast they don't commit literal crimes (My least favorite character in terms of likeability is Bruner, jumping on the Bruner hate bandwagon. It's phenomenal how so many people in this fandom seem to dislike him).
4. Haven't seen it yet. How long does one have to wait for an English dub (I heard there's a Russian dub, and I can speak Russian so I might try to find that)?
5. Give the side characters more depth than just one note character archetypes (pls), and more Jin centered episodes. Plotwise, I think the show could go a bit dark, have more episodes centering around issues that are harder for a child to grasp (mental illness, incarceration, death, etc.). Maybe have the desert rescue team make a return instead of just a one off team. And a movie.
6. Lifty, my son /j. Other exceptions are Max (Yeah, I know, surprising) and Cleany.
7. No one.
8. Thomas the Tank Engine.
Dear robocar poli fandom i had a question for you all to answer...
1.what is your favorite character?
2.favorite season?
3.character that you hate/dislike?
4.what is your thought about season 5?
5.what is your hopefull future story if roi visual released season 6?
6.favorite character beside the rescue team?
7.who is the most rescue team that you guys simp is?
8.favorite tv show beside robocar poli?
(if you want to answer it! Please reblog☺️☺️)

Making Fishers of Men
Today's inspiration comes from:
In the Footsteps in the Savior
by Max Lucado
"'But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear.
But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”
And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”
So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. — Matthew 14:24–32 NKJV
The Sea of Galilee can be fickle. As famous lakes go, this is a small one, only thirteen miles at its longest, seven and a half at its widest. The diminutive size makes it more vulnerable to the Golan Heights winds that howl out of the mountains. Low pressure storms turn the lake into a blender, shifting suddenly, blowing first from one direction and then another. Winter months bring such storms every two weeks or so, churning up the waters for two to three days at a time.
Galileans came to expect storms. They were a part of the topography. They still are.
LIFE COMES WITH STORMS
Atmospheric conditions of our fallen world churn serious turbulence. Health crises. Economic struggles. Unwanted invoices and cancer cells that howl down on our lives and turn life into a bull ride.
Peter and his fellow storm riders knew they were in trouble. Sunlight was a distant memory. Rain fell from the night sky in buckets. Lightning sliced the blackness with a silver sword. Winds whipped the sails. The boat lurched and lunged like a kite in a March wind.
The boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. — Matthew 14:24 NKJV
Descriptive phrase, don’t you think? Apt description for the stormy seasons of life. The gusts and the gales turn contrarily against your wishes, leaving you “in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves.”
In the middle of a divorce, tossed about by guilt. In the middle of debt, tossed about by creditors. In the middle of a corporate takeover, tossed about by Wall Street and profit margins.
But after as many as nine hours in the sea, the unspeakable happens.
It is in storms that He does His finest work, for it is in storms He has our keenest attention.
JESUS COMES, COMMANDING THE STORM
The disciples spot someone coming on the water. They assume it’s a ghost and cry out from fear.
At about four o’clock in the morning, Jesus came toward them walking on the water. They were scared to death. ‘A ghost!’ they said, crying out in terror. — Matthew 14:25–26 The Message
They didn’t expect Jesus to come to them this way.
Neither did we. We expected Him to come in the form of peaceful hymns, or Easter Sundays, or quiet retreats. We expected to find Jesus in morning devotionals, church suppers, and meditation. We never expected to see Him in a divorce, death, lawsuit, or jail cell. We never expected to see Him in a storm. But it is in storms that He does His finest work, for it is in storms He has our keenest attention.
Jesus replies to their fear with an invitation worthy of inscription on every church cornerstone and archway:
Courage! I am! Don’t be afraid!
I like that translation by Frederick Bruner. More common readings, such as “It is I!” or “I am here!” lose the full force of Jesus’ pronouncement. Jesus is not merely announcing his presence on the sea; he is declaring his power over the storm. He’s not saying, “I am here.” He is saying, “I am.” He is saying what God said to Moses through the burning bush:
Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I am has sent me to you’. — Exodus 3:14 NKJV
This is what God said to Abraham in the desert:
I am the Lord. — Genesis 15:7 NKJV
and to the Hebrews in the wilderness:
I am He, and there is no God besides Me. — Deuteronomy 32:39 NKJV
This is no cry of identity; it is a claim of divinity. Is anyone in control of these winds? I am. Who is in charge of the torrent? I am. Is anyone coming to help? I am.
“Courage! I am! Don’t be afraid!” With these words Christ claims the position of Chief Commander of the Storm. Peter, much to his credit, takes Jesus at his word.
Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water. — Matthew 14:28 NKJV
Peter would rather be out of the boat with Christ than in the boat without Him, so He calls on the commander to command. And Jesus does.
So He said, ‘Come.’ And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. — Matthew 14:29 NKJV
For a few historic steps and heart-stilling moments, Peter does the impossible. He defies every law of gravity and nature: “he walked on the water to go to Jesus.”
I can’t help but wonder how Matthew felt as he wrote that sentence. Surely he had to lower his pen and shake his head. “Peter... walked on the water to go to Jesus.” My editors wouldn’t have tolerated such brevity. They would have filled the margin with questions: “Can you elaborate? How quickly did Peter exit the boat? How cautious was his first step? What was the look on his face? Did he step on any fish?”
Matthew has no time for such questions, however; he moves us quickly to the major message of the moment.
WHERE TO STARE IN A STORM
But when [Peter] saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, ‘Lord, save me!’ — Matthew 14:30 NKJV
A wall of water eclipses his view. A wind gust snaps the mast with a crack and a slap. A flash of lightning illuminates the lake and the watery mountain range it has become. Peter shifts his attention away from Jesus and toward the squall, and he sinks like a brick in a pond. Give the storm waters more attention than the Storm Walker, and get ready to do the same.
God wants us to look for good news and seek out the accomplishments of His work.
His call to courage is not a call to naïveté or ignorance. We aren’t oblivious to the storms. We just counterbalance them with long looks at God’s accomplishments.
We must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it. — Hebrews 2:1 NASB
Do whatever it takes to keep your gaze on Jesus. Memorize Scripture. Sing hymns. Read biographies of great people. Ponder the testimonies of faithful Christians. Walk to the sound of His voice. Make the deliberate decision to set your hope on Him. And when your attention turns away, bring it back."'

wrote an arcana story for jimmy, using very surface level observations of the arcana, didn't go too deep with it.
The Fool; empty, zero; at which we all start. Represents infinite possibilities. James Morgan McGill is The Fool of this journey.
The Magician, Ignacio Varga; represented by the card of capabilities. He takes initiative, is resourceful and is cunning, but his refusal to total in the long term and consequences of said actions shows his immaturity.
The High Priestess; Kimberly Wexler, the card of inner knowledge. "You don't save me, I save me." Intuitive and knowing of herself, Kim's belief in her gut feeling and instincts push her forward to opportunities. Her "More."
The Empress; the card of motherhood and fertility. The Empress represents Jimmy's desire to enjoy a full life with Kim and going into practice as a team, his conceived brain child; Wexler McGill.
The Emperor; Hector Salamanca, shown by the card of fatherhood. A taskmaster that is stubborn in his ways and has high expectations that some (Tuco) struggle to meet.
The Hierophant, Charles McGill; the embodiment of this card. A mentor and scholar; places high value on formality and tradition in regards to the law.
The Lovers; Jimmy is trying to find balance within himself. Am I just Slippin' Jimmy, or am I that and then some? Am I trying hard enough? He & Kim are also finding their rhythm as a couple.
The Chariot, Gustavo Fring; represented by the card's meaning of ambition, focus, and hardwork. Gustavo is rewarded by many small victories, but they are always momentary, yet he continues his pursuit.
The Justice, Howard Hamlin; a card of knowing what is right and wrong, what is fair. Howard's introspection of his actions lead him to being honest with both brothers McGill, valuing the integrity of them both more than anything. The Justice in reverse, being treated unjustly and his resulting fate.
The Hermit, the card of self-reflection and solitude. Jimmy has come to understand that no matter how hard he tries to fit into the mold of what others want, he simply does not fit properly. Jimmy begins his bagpipe serenade and ends it with his firing from Davis & Main.
The Fortune, a card of fate, of destiny. "I know you. I know what you were, what you are—people don't change, you're Slippin' Jimmy! And Slippin' Jimmy I can handle just fine but Slippin' Jimmy with a law degree is like a chimp with a machine gun! The law is sacred! If you abuse that power people get hurt! This is not a game! You have to know — on some level I know you know I'm right! You know I'm right!"
The Strength, Tuco Salamanca, the true potential of the card unexpressed. A bluster of passion and power but had yet to learn restraint. Tuco is daring and courageous in a sense of the word, but instead of tackling the challenge internally; the card's true meaning, he externalizes. Perhaps if remaining sober, he would have shined with the resilience of the card.
The Hanged Man, Michael Ehrmantraut, a man who is stuck and trapped in feelings of uncertainty. Mike is always standing at a fork, unsure of what path to take and if the one he took was the right one. Dedicado a Max is Mike's choice of taking the road where he accepts things as they are and as they come.
The Death, a card of transition. The old end and the new begins. The death of Jimmy McGill and the birth of Saul Goodman.
The Temperance, a card of growth, we see Saul begin to expand from bruner phones and tracksuits to legal representation and spiffy ties. Saul is clear in his goals and confidently moves forward.
The Devil, Lalo Salamanca; represents temptation. Lalo tempts Saul with monetary gain with the offer of becoming a friend of the cartel. The illusion of The Devil leads Saul to the impulsive acceptance.
The Tower, The card that shows the collapsing of one's ideals. Chaos, destruction, trauma. Howard's murder and subsequent leaving of Kim has left Saul alone in the rubble of his life. There seems little for him but –
The Star, the card of hope, pushes Saul fully into the crafted persona and becomes a criminal lawyer. He prospers.
The Moon, Walter White, represented by the card of illusion. The Moon signifies Walter's unfaced insecurity with being seen as inferior and the resulting anxiety of it. Walter to Saul is the illusion of big monetary rewards. The Moon reversed, Saul more than once doubts continuing on with Walter, the risk to his life and career too great, but is always drawn back under.
The Sun, Gene Takovic, shown by the card of true achievement. Gene is the culmination of all the versions before him; Jimmy, Saul, Viktor. He proves to himself that he hasn't lost himself under the weight of fear, dough, and icing.
The Judgement, the card that awaits us all at the end. Gene, Saul, Viktor, and Jimmy all face the consequences of the bad choice road they have traveled. The Judgement is 86 years.
The World, Jimmy McGill, coming full circle, back to zero. Having found his true self; he watches Kim leave through the open prison gate, ushering in a new set of infinite possibilities.

Shaba la bala? (Hva er klokka?)
Tumblr media

you're all going to hell two
(chapter 2, part 1)
tw: mentions of $u|c|d3, murder, invasion of privacy,
"Mickey's dead?"
Lifty's innocent voice shriveled up.
"...Yes." Terry said blankly.
The port was dead silent.
"As if you guys actually cared about that man." Camp commented negatively, polishing his newly furnished caterpillar house. "He was so forgettable-"
"Yeah, but he didn't deserve to die." Lifty lamented. "I mean, die in that way."
"It's possible he killed himself?" Terry questioned as he kept loading Lifty's forklift with boxes. "It's his cement mixer after all."
"He's an asshole. What kind of asshole would want to commit suicide if they're so full of themselves?" Camp retorted back.
"Then someone killed him..." Lifty eloped.
"Of course someone killed him, idiot!" Camp shouted back in shock of the utter stupidity. "I just don't know who..."
"You can't make a response yet." Terry said. "There's barely any evidence to work with-"
"It's not a suicide." Camp reassured.
"I don't want to believe the your word, Camp," Terry followed after, grief stricken in his voice. "It's just... shocking."
Lifty's eyes glowed. "We could investigate the case more! We could ask more questions to Spooky-"
"It's not the right time, Lifty. The man's traumatized as fuck." Camp stated almost immediately, making Lifty's happiness die down. "He already played his part, and we're not specialists at this type of case!"
"But I heard that-"
"Let;s just get back to work." Terry quipped, a smile on his face. "Lifty, bring them to the trailer."
Lifty pouted, but he followed orders. He kept the forklift going.
Camp put the towel down, looking at the orange sky.
"It's not a suicide." he repeated.
It was silent.
"The funeral service is at Tuesday morning." Max unhappily said.
The construction crew was filled with sadness and dread and everyone was a mourning mess.
Well,
expet Poke and Bruner.
They blankly stared at Mickey's dead, grayish, cemented body under the glass of the casket.
"You shouldn't have followed us, bitch." Bruner forced a laugh, but it ended in pity.
Poke glanced at the other man with sad eyes. He tapped Bruner's shoulder.
"We need to talk."
Bruner hissed, eyeing the coffin. The two solemnly went outside. They glanced upon the faces locoed with despair and sadness.
"We should tell them." Poke gestured.
Bruner didn't answer. A pang of survivor's guilt hit the two like a shockwave, but Bruner was still shaken uo from the events.
"Oh, there you guys are!" Mr. Builder's raspy voice was easy to recognize. Both people looked up to see their boss. "Gonna leave now?"
"...No." Bruner said straighforward. "We're just looking for... a breath of fresh air."
Mr. Builder's smile was of sadness. "It hits hard, y'know? One day you're having the time of your life, the next day we're doing with funeral preparations." He let out a depressed sigh.
Bruner wanted to say sorry so bad.
Camp atayed awake most nights, but this was for an unusual reason.
"Lifty," he whispered, shaking the young worker from his premature sleep. "Lifty!" he repeated.
Lifty opened his eyes groggily. "Eugh... why?" he asked.
"My trailer's down, can I please use your forklift?"
Lifty blinked the sleepiness in his system. "But why? Can't you... just use Terry's?"
Camp sighed. "Do you really think I would walk a mile to his house?"
"Yes?" Lifty fathomed, rubbing his eyes before yawning. "You're fit and healthy. I live off of food stamps and coke-"
"Just let me borrow the forklift." Camp jeered, "Please."
"O- ok." Lifty finally answered. "But you could've just called me-"
"I don't have your number." Camp immediately said as the smile in his face grew. "Thanks." he highlighted as he left the room, leaving Lifty basking in the dark.
It was incredibly weird driving a forklift at night, but Camp didn't care. He only cared for the truth.
He stopped at Spooky's house, the array of tires was enough for him to recognize it. He jumped down the forklift and scanned the area.
"Hello?" he sing-songed.
The door creaked open.
"Camp?"
Camp smiled underneath his pain. "Oh, hi! Can I talk to you?"
Spooky hesistated, his hands clutching the door. "About- about what?"
Camp was on thin ice. "Mickey's death."
Spooky felt his stomach drop. "Why?" he asked.
"I need an explanation."
Spooky sighed, pulling the door open. "Come in." he said, his mouth dry. He left Camp oggling for information.
Camp took his time, admiring the vintage, yet incredible aesthetic of the mud staining his walls. He grimaced at the sight of dirty stools, but he sat anyways. His meter for gossip was up the roof.
"So?" Camp started.
Spooky quivered. "It was scary, man."
Half of Camp's being regretted the invasion of privacy, but deep inside he knows he can solve this.
"I could- I could hear him screaming under all that cement." his voice shaked terribly.
Camp pressed his lips in a thin line. "Did you notice anything?"
"Red lights."
Camp's ears perked up.
"I saw read lights." Spooky said, "I told Poli about them but... but he just brushed it off." Camp raised an eyebrow.
"Why?" he was as confused as Spooky.
Spooky shivered. "Please stop talking about it."
Camp's lips pressed into a thin line. A pang of guilt engulfed him, yet he still wanted to continue asking questions.
"I'm-" Camp eloped. "I'll stop."
Bitterness fumed in his mind.
When he left Spooky's house, he still wanted answers. His palms were sweating as he thought of the red lights Spooky talked about, how the rescue team dismissed their existence, not even thinking about it further.
Yet one thing he can say is that it wasn't a suicide.
He felt tearing up as he returned the forklift to Lifty's apartment.

Ages: Bruce is 46; Alfred is 71; Dick is 33; Babs is 35; Jason is 28; Tim is 25; Steph is 26; Cass is 28; Kate is 44; Julia is 46; Charlie is 22; Bette is 26; Damian is 17; Sasha is 18; Harper is 23; Cullen is 17; Luke is 24; Duke is 20; Claire is 19; Helena is 24; Carrie is 18; Alina is 12; Tiff is 15; Nell is 12. ‘Alice’ is 44;  David is 40; Tam is 26; Atha is 17; Mara is 15; Timothy is 11; Heretic is 8 (~20); Tallant is 7; Mar’i is 7; Jake is 2. (2 years)
*Events: Minor time skip. The White Ghost attacks Damian, revealing Ra’s had transferred consciousness to a new, destabilizing host, and planned to use Damian as his new host. The Batfamily protects Damian, and the White Ghost, actually Dusan al Ghul, offers his body as Ra’s al Ghul’s new host. Ra’s succeeds, but a part of Dusan’s consciousness stays with him. The Batgirls finish training when they are respectively 19, 17, and 15, being known as “Neon Batgirl (Carrie)”, “Pink Batgirl (Tiffany)” and “Little Batgirl (Nell)”. Nell works mostly as Steph’s sidekick. At some point, Damian becomes Flamebird, both solo hero and partner to Nightwing (who can either be Dick or Steph at this point). Talia, Heretic, Tallant, Athanasia and Mara lead the League of Assassins, becoming more allies to the Batfamily, but still a group of deadly, death cult-ish assassins, although now they function on more neutrality than evil. Bruce passes down the mantle of Batman to Damian, who makes Jake his Robin at age 13. Kate passes on the mantle of Batwoman to Carrie. Terry McGinnis is born.

Jake resigns being Robin at age 19, preferring to start a more ‘normal’ life. Damian eventually gives up being Batman at age 34, feeling as though what he always wanted when he was younger was no longer wanted, no longer needed. Bruce picks up the mantle again, although he is not out frequently as Batman due to old age. The need for Batman seems to pass, although Jokerz gangs are beginning to rise after the Joker’s apparent death a while back.
Ages: Bruce is 63; Dick is 50; Babs is 52; Jason is 45; Tim is 42; Steph is 43; Cass is 45; Kate is 61; Julia is 63; Charlie is 39; Bette is 43; Damian is 34; Sasha is 35; Harper is 40; Cullen is 34; Luke is 41; Duke is 37; Claire is 36; Helena is 41; Carrie is 35; Alina is 29; Tiff is 32; Nell is 29; Mar’i is 24; Jake is 19. ‘Alice’ is 61; David is 57; Tam is 43; Atha is 34; Mara is 34; Timothy is 28; Heretic is 25 (~20); Tallant is 24; Terry is 6. (6 years)
**Events: Matt McGinnis is born. Bruce officially retires as Batman at age 68. Terry’s father is killed when he is 18 and when Bruce is 75. This leads Terry to become Batman. Batman Beyond events occur, which may lead to the death/retirement/birth of some characters listed or not listed.
Ages: Bruce is 76; Dick is 63; Babs is 65; Jason is 58; Tim is 55; Steph is 56; Cass is 58; Kate is 74; Julia is 76; Charlie is 52; Bette is 56; Damian is 47; Sasha is 48; Harper is 53; Cullen is 47; Luke is 54; Duke is 50; Claire is 49; Helena is 54; Carrie is 48; Alina is 42; Tiff is 45; Nell is 42; Mar’i is 37; Jake is 32; Terry is 19. ‘Alice’ is 74; David is 70; Tam is 56; Atha is 47; Mara is 47; Timothy is 41; Heretic is 38 (~20); Tallant is 37; Matt is 11. (13 years)
Events: Matt becomes Robin when he is 15. Comic book Batman Beyond events occur, which may lead to the death/retirement/birth of some characters listed or not listed.
Ages: Bruce is 81; Dick is 68; Babs is 70; Jason is 63; Tim is 60; Steph is 61; Cass is 63; Kate is 79; Julia is 81; Charlie is 57; Bette is 61; Damian is 52; Sasha is 53; Harper is 58; Cullen is 52; Luke is 59; Duke is 55; Claire is 54; Helena is 59; Carrie is 53; Alina is 47; Tiff is 50; Nell is 47; Mar’i is 42; Jake is 37; Terry is 24; Matt is 16. ‘Alice’ is 79; David is 75; Tam is 61; Atha is 52; Mara is 52; Timothy is 46; Heretic is 43 (~20); Tallant is 42. (5 years)
*NOTE – Past this mark, some characters may have children not listed, may die but still be listed, retired but still listed, changed names (real, superhero, or code) but the name change isn’t stated, or new characters may have joined the Batfamily but aren’t listed. Events and ages past this mark are rough and general. This becomes more fanon-ized than previous events and ages, taking events from Elseworlds timeline.
**NOTE – The events of Batman Beyond might happen minorly or majorly altered in this fanon universe of events from the actual animated and comic series of Batman Beyond. This is both due to the timeline of event changes, and because I, personally, like to imagine Terry and Matt are able to go back to the past, or at least, this universe’s past, slightly different from their own, where people like Tallant and Carrie and Alina and Mar’i that don’t seem to exist in their own universe’s future exist here. Why do I do this? Because I like to imagine what it’d be like for Terry and Matt to exist at their ages, with their backstories intact, at the same time as when Alfred is alive, and Dick is like 20-30, and Damian is 10-17, because it’s fun. That’s why.
***NOTE – Jason’s resurrection can go one of two ways. 1) He crawls out of his grave and is catatonic for two years due to that timeline alteration stuff, taken in by the League of Assassins during that, and then Talia fully resurrects him via the Lazarus Pit at age 18. OR. 2) Ra’s and Talia take him out of his grave and put him in the Lazarus Pit shortly after his death, therefore he is resurrected at age 16. He trains with the League until he is 18-19.
Apologies for any screw-ups! This takes events and ages from the main continuity of canon, Injustice, The Dark Knight Returns continuity, Dark Prince continuity, Elseworlds, DCAMU, Batman Beyond, Teen Titans, Young Justice, etc., and general fanon!
Again, likes, notes, comments, reblogs- appreciated!

They didn’t expect Jesus to come to them this way.
— vv. 25–26 The Message
— v. 29 NKJV
But when [Peter] saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, ‘Lord, save me!’ — v. 30 NKJV
