We realized today that the good news about a Seder for two is that we don’t have share the matzo balls! On the other hand it’s the bad news too. We can’t have our family here to share the matzo balls with. On the other other hand we are having a virtual Seder and each household will have its own batch. Chag Pesach Sameach everyone. Soup

I have made and eaten soup two days in a row. That's okay though because I like soup.

Our apartment was still unfurnished. So we made a makeshift dinner table out of folding chairs. And enjoyed an amazing Rosh Hashanah dinner with Challah bread, apples dipped in honey, matza ball soupita, and grape juice vino. Ety wore a black winter hat because he couldn't find his yamaka. #roshhashanah #matzaballsoup #illustration #comics #art #drawing

Kneidalaj (Bolitas de matzá)

Receta que aprendí este Pésaj y que resulta excelente!!

Ingredientes:

2 tazas de harina de matzá

1/2 cucharadita de pimienta

1/2 cucharadita de sal

1 y 1/2 taza de agua helada

2 huevos

Preparación:

Ponemos la harina, sal y pimienta en un bowl y vamos echando el agua de apoco revolviendo hacia adentro hasta haberla echado toda. Luego agregamos los huevos y revolvemos como "batiendo".

Dejamos descansar unos 5 minutos y si está muy pegajosa y resulta muy difícil hacer las bolitas podemos ponerle más harina de matzá aunque no creo que sea necesario. 

Vamos formando las bolitas y echando a la sopa preparada, dejamos hirviendo en la sopa unos 45 minutos. Et voilà !
