In which Roxie gets lost at Walmart!!

No warnings, but Julie, Gideon, and Matthew are in a relationship as well :))

It started simple enough: shopping run for the house. They needed chips, cookies, and other things to make for dinner. As soon as Ramona and her girlfriends, Kim and Roxie, entered the store, Roxie made a beeline for the carts. She hopped into one, knees pressed against the grating of the cart. Her fingers curled around one of the sides with a wide grin, “c’mon! ‘Mona, push me!” Ramona sighs, and moves to the front of the cart.

“You are a child,” Roxie giggles, adjusting herself to where she was sat completely down in the cart, “how are we supposed to put stuff in the cart?”

“Just around me, ‘Mona!” Kim sighs, and moves to the cart carale.

“Want me to grab another cart?” Ramona nods once, and Kim drives the cart next to the one Ramona has a hold on.

“Thank you, sweetheart,” Ramona kisses her girlfriend’s cheek, Kim’s face turning a light pink.

“Hey! Hey! ‘Mona! I want a kiss!” Roxie puckers her lips, and Ramona circles around the cart, lightly kissing Roxie. Roxie giggles, a large dopey grin on the blonde’s face. Ramona smiles softly and goes back to the front of the cart, and they make their way further into the store. Along the way, their cart is filled almost to the top, “jesus, how much sugar do you need?” Kim grumbles, and Roxie huffs.

“Don’t be mean, K!” Roxie’s cheeks puff out in frustration, and Kim shakes her head, kissing the blonde gently on the cheek.

“Sorry,” Roxie giggles again, “you’re such a dope.” the redhead allows a small grin on her face.

“Alright, Roxie, can you grab me some toothpaste? Down that aisle?” Roxie nods with a salute, and jumps out of the cart and into the aisle that Ramona pointed out.

“Oh, I think I grabbed some toothpaste a little while ago,” Kim remembers, and Ramona smiles at the redhead.

“Thank you, sweetheart,” Ramona then walks towards the aisle to call Roxie back, but then her eyebrows furrow, “Roxie? Honey?” Roxie isn’t in the aisle.

“What’s up, ‘Mona?” Kim drives the cart towards her, and Kim blinks, “where the hell did she go?”

“I don’t know, I’m sure I saw her go down this aisle.” Ramona moves towards the next aisle, no blonde.

“Roxie? Sweetie?” Kim calls, looking around the store, “there is no way she got lost. It’s a Walmart.” Ramona shrugs, and they begin on their search. The two women look through the Walmart that they frequent at least once a week, looking for their hyper girlfriend.

“Where could she have gone? We only left her for a minute!” Ramona starts to slowly panic, eyes searching through the crowds of faces at the store.

“We’ll find her, ‘Mona,” Kim pats Ramona’s shoulder, and then they hear it. The loudest yell known to man.

“‘MONA! KIMMY!” Ramona and Kim’s head whip in the direction of the voice, but they feel a force bump into them. It was Roxie, holding a package of cookies.

“Sweetheart, where’d you go?” Ramona asks her calmly, and Roxie blinks.

“To the cookie aisle?” Kim groans, a laugh leaving her.

“Of course. The fucking cookie aisle. Jesus, Rox,” Roxie sets the cookies into the cart, wrapping herself around Ramona, “are we ready? I think we’ve had an eventful day today.” Ramona and Roxie nod, and so they follow Kim to the checkout.

“How can I fu–oh, it’s you Ramona,” Julie Powers is working the register, her nametag a little faded.

“Wow, I didn’t know you worked here Julie.” Ramona begins setting things onto the conveyor belt.

“Yep, just started. Had to pick up another job, it’s getting hard to keep chips in the house with the heathens.” Julie, of course, was talking about her two partners, Gideon and Matthew.

“I feel that,” Ramona looks over at Roxie, who huffs again, “don’t give me that look.”

“How are you guys doing? I notice that all three of you are in one piece.” Julie scans the items quickly, setting them in bags.

“We’re managing,” Ramona turns around to Kim, who is already moving to collect the bags and put them in the empty cart, “thank you, sweetheart.”

Once all of the groceries were scanned and Kim had collected the bags, Ramona paid for all of it. Roxie stood close to her side, eyes locked on the cookies. She would probably kill for them.

“Cool, here’s your receipt,” Julie hands it to Ramona, and she shoves it into her bag, “have a nice day, maybe we can get together for a—I’m not sure what to call it.”

Ramona chuckles, “I get what you mean, and yeah. I’ll text you later?” Julie nods, and then Kim pushes the cart, Ramona and Roxie following along.

“‘Mona-a-a!” Roxie whines, and Ramona looks over at her girlfriend.

“What is it, honey?” Roxie wraps herself around Ramona, and the taller girl wraps an arm around the blonde.

“You guys thought I was lost, didn’t you?” Ramona raises a brow, and Roxie snickers.

“I was using my super sneaky skills. The art of deception,” Roxie pulls away from Ramona to swipe her arms arond, “I disappeared and then reappeared!”

“That’s nice, honey, but we were worried.” Roxie drops her arms.

“Sorry.” Ramona smiles and opens her arms, allowing Roxie to hug her.

“Am I going to load the car by myself?” Kim is standing at the car, hands on her hips.

“Of course not, sweetheart, we’re on the way.” So with that, the three girls loaded the groceries into Kim’s car, and then they got in and headed home.

•For anime Gideon his “emo” looking hair looks like that because he doesn’t really take care of it, I mean he’s the CEO who’s gonna tell him he can’t do that right?

•He know more than 1 language, not sure which ones but maybe like Japanese and Spanish?

•He need therapy in every version

•He’s, you know…💅

•He’s the kid who reminded the teacher there was homework when he was the one one who did the homework

•Daddy/Mommy issues maybe?

•Learned sword fighting just to impress people on reunions and stuff

•The kind of person to get too reach to young so he doesn’t know how things work in the actual world, I mean, who gets a reservation at Macdonalds??

•Again with sword fighting, that and samurai’s and stuff are/where one of his special interests at some point cause he has like this whole room of swords and armors

•He never learned how to cook because of my statement from before

•The first time he did cook was what we saw him bake with Lucas Lee, and with his enormous ego he actually thought it was

•Doesn’t quite know his family cause he left them very early in his success

•His social battery runs out pretty quick in big crowds (like business meetings/parties) so he’s learned how to look social anyways

•Definitely neurodivergent just not sure what flavor

•I totally ship him with both Julie and Matthew cause like, “evil polycule” and I love that
