And now for a big one!! Here's something I made for last year's Odaiba Memorial. I had been planning it since the previous year and it took me a while to complete but I'm so proud of myself for having finished it in time :')

Digimon has been a huge part of my life since I was very little and I grew alongside the various seasons of the anime so I wanted to pay a little homage to it by drawing all the main protagonists so far! If you check the individual posts on my Instagram you can read a little about my experiences and memories with each season~

This made me realise how realistic Takato is as a character, cuz of his honest reactions

He's not idealised like Taiki or Tagiru, he can cry or panic when stressed cuz he's only a boy, but you can also see how he grew through the journey, and gained confidence

After Guilmon had evolved/digivolved for the first time in battle, Takato was at first afraid of him until he feels the tears from Growmon/Growlmon's eyes. Poor Growmon/Growlmon is sad to see Takato scared of him.

Headcanon: Scents

I can't find any scent guideline for my favorite characters, and I am quite sure there're no A/B/O fics in AO3. Although this's not for A/B/O, and just a headcaon, but you know what? Be the change you want to see.

"Fragrance": a light, comforting, chill, easy-to-notice scent that you will catch when passing over.

"Odor": a strong, clear, direct, hard-to-notice scent that you only can see when they are having strong emotions, with different shades based on their feelings.

"Smell": a specific, hidden, deep, important scent that you can't feel except when they are really close to you, see you as their important one, and have no caution to you.

Now for the list:

Yagami Taichi has a mixed scent of light peppermint fragrance, energetic dark chocolate odor, and chill cedarwood smell.

Motomiya Daisuke has a mixed scent of cloying honey fragrance, burnt bacon, and tender maple sirup smell.

Matsuda Takato has a mixed scent of viscous vanilla fragrance, spicy cinnamon odor, and soft bread smell.

Kanbara Takuya has a mixed scent of vibrating campfire fragrance, spicy barbecue sauce odor, and smoky coal smell.

Daimon Masaru has a mixed scent of amber fragrance, warm meatballs odor, and sharp brown sugar smell.

Kudou Taiki has a mixed scent of flour fragrance, tropical pineapple odor, and fresh green apple smell.

Akashi Tagiru has a mixed scent of new cupcake fragrance, zesty orange odor, and bitter ozone smell.

Shinkai Haru has a mixed scent of comforting lavender fragrance, old paper odor, and gentle plain yogurt smell.

Amanokawa Hiro has a mixed scent of soothing green tea fragrance, calming almond odor, and strong white chocolate smell.

Actually I wanted draw him with Hikari but ended up drawing him Takeru, I love their hate-love dynamics better than others. And I'm excited see them in new movie because the movie will coming in my country.

Daisuke: Not a big difference, y’know? When you had one Arukenimon trying to do awful things to everyone back home…

Takato: But she didn’t try to eat you, did she?

Daisuke: Nope! At least that!

Takuya: There was an Arukenimon-lady somewhere in my world’s Digital World, but she wasn’t evil at all…?

Hiro: It’s okay, she didn’t eat me and was reverted back into a DigiEgg by GulusGammamon.

Daisuke: … Y’know, I wonder if the one I met and her partner Mummymon had turned into DigiEggs… I think they weren’t that bad…?

Takato: I’ve written fanfiction and theories trying to prove this is possible! The staff never denied about them coming back, just not at the moment if I remember correctly!

Takuya: Takato, no offense but when you talk like this around Daisuke it might sound… Insensitive.

Daisuke: ?! Are you kidding me?! Is there a way to bring them back?!

Takato: Yeah! I’ve been musing about it for ages and years! Oikawa-san was what inspired me to make Guilmon after all!

Daisuke: Wow, that’s so cool!!

Takuya: Uh, guys… We’re not here to start gushing about that?
