Constance Tipper (16 February 1894 – 14 December 1995)
An English metallurgist, Constance Tipper (born Constance Fligg Elam) studied engineering at Newnham College in Cambridge in 1912. She would go on to hold a number of positions at various laboratories in the UK. By 1949 she had gained a position at Cambridge University, becoming the only full-time female faculty member in engineering. Tipper's research focus was primarily on the strength of metals and she is most well known for her work establishing existence of the ductile to brittle transition temperature in steels in the 1940s. The Tipper test is still used today to determine the brittleness of steels. She is also noted as the first person to study metal fracture surfaces using scanning electron microscopy.

I drew a reference sheet for Garu Orochi for the first time since his last ref update in late 2021.
Although he wears a few different but similar outfits, here is one version of it for simplicity's sake. This reference also includes his hair angles, accessories, some of his snake features, and any tattoos and scarring on his body.
There will be a separate ref for his appearance when his hair is tied up, when he is wearing his reading glasses, and for his non-work outfits.

What is the Seebeck Effect?
More than two centuries ago, a German scientist named Thomas Seebeck discovered an unexpected property of physics: Metals and some compounds are good conductors of electricity as well as heat. He found that when he combined two of these materials and then applied heat to one end while exposing the other end to cold, a small electrical voltage was created across the materials. Today, this property, known as the Seebeck Effect, is used to power many NASA science missions that explore the most extreme environments in the solar system.
