"There is," said the marzipan pig, "such sweetness in me!"
"The Marzipan Pig" by Russell Hoban is one of my favorite books. During the pandemic, @pgoedi from @communitybookstore read it and I drew it. Found it again and wanted to share it. This makes me want to draw live again. It is such a nerve racking thing and so fun!

Question for my non-Scandinavian tumblr users - do you guys have a Christmas tradition of making little figurines out of marzipan together in December? Sometimes decorated with mini candy? Cause I’m doing that today (like every year) with my fiances family and I’m wondering if other countries do that too

Marzipan!!! Mangalitza pig woman!! Doodles kinda old and she's mostly makes so that I could get a hang of her anatomy. Her style is kinda 70's. Doesn't really have a defined personality, exists to be cute for now <333
Below are other additional drawings @kiki-dohedo drew me, with her ocs Rory and Ali!! Wonderful art!!! Thank you 🥺🥺🥺

Note
the telepathic toy distress signals would be like "GIRL HELP!!!!!!!!! i fell off the bed :(" lmao
i think in such a case, in favour of not traumatizing someone by either knocking on their window to ask them to pick up their toy or breaking in to do it for them, i would simply have to beam back "well stay strong 💕 send me another if its been more than a day and your carer is home ignoring you Then i will intervene"
