One of the early jokes is how funny it looks that he's in the middle of a threeway with TWO GUYS!?!! OMG.

They don't have sex, he's still into his ex-gf, he's saving the world to have a chance with her again, and the movie ends with their perfectly acceptable heterosexual romantic tension. The love of a woman and a man is central to the movie's entire premise and climax

Congrats on the cool fight scene. I like subtextual sexual tension between men too. The artistic play on violent and bloody fighting as a proxy for sex is GREAT for two characters defined by being self-healing superheroes. It was well choreographed and fun.

But that's it? They didn't have sex, they don't have romantic tension, they don't have sexual tension beyond funny jabs. For many people watching, it was ONLY "omg it's almost like they're- OMG ITS ALMOST LIKE TWO MEN HAVING-"

I'm sorry but maybe it's not the faggy faggy fag fag movie just because part of geek culture is finding it HILARIOUS that a man is SO crazy and ZANNY that he also hits on men. Maybe just because they allude to a character being into men or dick, often for a laugh, doesn't make this interesting

I liked the movie too, but Jesus Christ. Is that the best we're accepting for same-sex-attraction or bisexuals? It's fun to watch a man love a woman and super funny when he maybe also likes cock? But in a FUNNY MARVELDISNEY WAY GUYS!?

i think my friend and i actually headcanoned that he was born like a year or two before the crash and was carol's shadow like the two didn't go anywhere without each other and so when she came back he pushed past the hesitation everyone else had and proceeded as normal with his mom being back
