mary: leah sava jeffries. SHES SUCH A QUEEN UGHHHHHH and she totally embodies mary's sweetness as well as her humor (good-naturedly teasing aryan and walker by calling them dumb or something similar)

dorcas: corinna brown. she is so funny and confident and DROP DEAD GORGEOUS TOO- she's just so dorcas

barty: dallas liu. DALLAS IS SO FINE BRO- and we already know he can play a zesty badass villain (thank you live-action avatar)

evan: omar rudberg. omar is so ridiculously gorgeous, but as Simon in Young Royals he does it in a quiet way, and i feel like that matches up with evan perfectly

the wolff mother. probably gave birth to three toto wolffs. had stolen the hearts of the grid (might do it again by proxy). current situation: at home in london due to baby adelmo's unfortunate case of croup. thank god for toto, she didn't have to spend her weekend worrying about three kids under six.

Stevie Marlene Ford Hamilton (née Hearth) - ferrari's biggest threat

actually the person who keeps encouraging charles to go off in front of the camera since no one in the team would listen to her proposal to give the drivers a proper strategy. also known as Tie Stevie. current situation: cannot attend the baku race weekend due to her own work commitments, leaving toto no choice but watch the kids over by himself.

Sylvie Edson Ford Hearth - red bull's biggest non-driving menace

gives christian horner a run for his money whenever possible (has expressed her blatant dislike for him on tv but she still "respects" him to an extent; she likes toto better). max verstappen's lady macbeth. also known as Aunnie Vie (no 't' in auntie). current situation: cannot cause minor inconvenience in the red bull garage at the moment due to her photoshoot gigs and paperworks waiting for her in her red bull headquarters office.

Aimee Yael Edmundson Hearth - the more-private hearth sister

is on the lookout to make sure that lando norris and oscar piastri doesn't say anything that can jeopardize their own careers. the only sister who doesn't like to be in front of the camera. on toto's protection list. also known as Auntie A. current situation: won't be attending the baku race weekend due to some unknown reason. something about staying in monaco with charles' mother, pascale.

5. what book do you think everyone should read?

invisible women by caroline criado perez! it’s a work of nonfiction that details the way in which the world is, essentially, designed for men as the default, and the many ways in which lack of data that takes gender into consideration makes society more inhospitable to women.

i also think that in the dream house by carmen maria machado should be mandatory reading, especially for gay women. it contains some of the best writing i have ever read, and the ideas and perspectives she provides are so important.

the fire next time by james baldwin, because i remember reading it and thinking that this is something that everyone should read.

and finally, the wall by marlen haushofer, just because it’s my favourite book of all time, and it has such a unique premise. i don’t think it would leave anyone unmoved.

11. what book do you want to read but haven’t?

i fear there is a countless amount of books that i want to read but haven’t yet. however, one that i really need to get to is sister outsider by audre lorde, i’ve had it on my bedside table for over a year but still haven’t started reading it…

also, a more recent addition to my endless tbr list is written on the body by jeannette winterson. i’ve adored every book i’ve read by her before, and a few days ago i saw this

review that lucy dacus had posted on goodreads. and if her verdict is “personally, i’m gay,” i simply have to read it.

i also have to mention war of the foxes by richard siken which i’ve been meaning to read ever since i read crush (@somethinginthestatic i promise i haven’t forgotten about it)

usually i don’t, i prefer to focus on one book at a time. however, i have to do it right now to balance my reading for class with my Other reading.

I have indeed fallen into the Harry Potter OC hole I thought I escaped (Harry Potter was the first fandom I was ever in and even though I haven't engaged in a long time, my friends ocs are getting me back into the oc side of it) so!! Matilda Griffiths (Rachel Zegler FC), James Potter ship. This is the plot bunny I answered here that is also partly to blame for this. Half-blood, Ravenclaw, Remus' best friend since childhood. Thinks the other Mauraders are annoying and not worthy of being friends with Remus but does think James is cute. She's very angry about that and will not admit it to anyone.

Kieran Quill (Taylor Zakhar Perez FC), Sirius Black ship. Muggleborn, Gryffindor, honestly thinks he's kinda a Big Deal for no reason other than hot boy arrogance so him and Sirius have fun little flirting battles. But he's really good friends with Marlene McKinnon who is honestly just over hearing about Sirius

Golden Trio Era

Elio Malfoy (Tom Blyth FC), Luna Lovegood ship. Pureblood, Gryffindor, twin brother of Draco so him not being a Slytherin was an issue for him and his family but he does slowly get over it. Gets over his prejudices because hey not being surrounded by the Malfoy's helps a lot, who knew. Ron lowkey becomes one of his best friends I'm happy for them

Catherine Ainsworth (Madelaine Petsch FC), Cedric Diggory ship. Half-blood, Slytherin. Raised by her single muggle father, she had no clue she was a witch until the letter arrived, and evidently her father had no clue her mother was a witch until then either. Does not care for some of the Slytherin bullshit but also is still incredibly proud of her house, dates around a bit

Johanna Barnes (Josephine Langford FC), Ron Weasley ship. Half-blood, Hufflepuff. Has been pining for Ron since they met but swears she will never tell him. Becomes really close to the Golden Trio but also Neville is her favorite person ever, loves Astronomy and parties

Cadmus Lestrange (Casey Cott FC), George Weasley ship. Pureblood, Slytherin. Son of Rabastan Lestrange, has never really cared about what his family says but pretends he does and really seems like the picture perfect pureblood Slytherin son. Knows once he's old enough he's going to defect from the family, just wants to wait until he has a set plan (the war obviously detracts him from this plan and he is mad about it)
