Like Cristinas latina you know the moment she hears his full name her mind is definetly going to THE mark anthony salsa singer. He was married to Jlo. We all know they still write every song dedicated to eachother and is super popular in latin american music. Tias everywhere love him.

I'm actually embarrassed I never thought about this before. My aunt listens to him all the time. Cristina 100% plays a bunch of his songs for Mark. Mark loves him, a lot more than he cares to admit. He plays all his songs for the rest of the Blackthorns.

Quando a ultima estrela deixar de brilhar.

Eu conheci o Mark quando tinha 14 anos. Era um começo de noite, fazia um frio exagerado dentro do chalé e eu estava tentando me aquecer no calor da fogueira da área comum. Não devo ter causado uma boa primeira impressão a primeira vista, talvez nem mesmo a segunda ou a terceira. Mas eu lembro de cada detalhe, da forma como ele sorriu a primeira vez e de como me olhou, e inferno... Os deuses sabem o quando eu me perdi naquele momento. O amei desde a primeira vez e o amaria mais a cada dia passado.

Não foi um início fácil, eu mesmo cometi tantos erros que até hoje me envergonho cada vez que recordo. Também foram infindáveis as vezes que passamos por momentos difíceis juntos. Mas o detalhe era esse, sempre passamos por tudo isso juntos. Foram 21 anos juntos. Até que veio o fim e eu precisei partir. Morri nos braços dele, sentindo o calor de seus lábios trêmulos e frio de suas lágrimas salgadas.

Deixei o Mark sem um irmão e um companheiro. Também deixei a Lívia e o Otavian sem um dos pais. As duas crianças eram nossas centelhas de vida, a síntese de nosso amor, foram um presente resultado de muito sacrifício, vivíamos por eles e para eles. Eu não queria ter os deixados, mas quando se aceita viver como um semideus nos precisamos assumir os riscos e tentar ao máximo proteger quem amamos, mesmo que custe as nossas vidas. Foi exatamente isso o que eu fiz, dei a minha vida para garantir a deles.

Costumava dizer ao Markus que o amava tanto que nosso amor seria a ultima coisa que restaria no Universo quando a ultima estrela deixasse de brilhar. Seria o brilho constante e infinito a aquecer a imensidão fria e infinita no silencio da morte de tudo que já havia existido.

Só que a morte no meu caso foi apenas uma aventura seguinte. Havia toda uma mistura de sangues dentro de mim, a minha mãe não era a mulher insensível que eu imaginava que era e eu tinha uma ascendência um pouco diferente da que pensava ter. Era um assunto longo e complicado. Mas foi me dada uma nova chance para lutar em nome de um novo deus, não era grego como os anteriores, mas ainda assim era um deus com um exercito de guerreiros mortos e eu era um deles.

Nunca me foi proibido voltar ao mundo dos vivos, mas pra mim era um pouco subentendido que não era permitido. Contudo haviam meios e se eu fosse esperto o suficiente eu poderia escapar e retornar, nem que por um breve momento. A primeira vez foi um pouco difícil, eu devo ter ficado umas duas semanas morto até aprender como retornar. Quando aprendi a usar as passagens pela arvore do mundo eu consegui acessar o mundo mortal, ou como agora mais ouvia constantemente, o mundo médio.

Quando consegui achar os três o Mark havia mudado para a cabana que tínhamos combinado de morar alguns meses antes da minha morte. Era a velha cabana na Virginia que havíamos reformado. O meu velho cão infernal guardava a entrada da cabana junto do cão infernal do meu irmão, mas eu sabia que não era mais o mesmo Anthony, aquele corpo era outro e era novo, apesar da aparência ser a mesma, talvez causasse alguma hostilidade, tive que passar pelos vigilantes caninos em silêncio, até a janela do quarto do Mark.

A janela do quarto principal da cabana estava aberta. O vento frio da noite entrava por ela e o Mark estava deitado sobre a cama, como quem tivesse acabado por adormecer e esquecido de cobrir o próprio corpo com um cobertor. Havia uma cadeira ao lado da cama, minha espada estava apoiada sobre ela, junto do meu elmo e do meu escudo. Meu próprio anel de adamantino, o par exato do anel que o Mark usava em sua mão, estava sobre a escrivaninha ao lado da cama. Tudo ali indicava que era como se ele estivesse me esperando voltar, quando olhei por cima dos ombros, para a janela, pude notar que os cães continuavam dormindo. Eu de fato havia voltado.

Fiquei alguns minutos olhando o Mark dormir. Deitei ao lado dele em nossa cama e cobri nossos corpos, ele estava frio, gelado, tremia, mas meu corpo era quente, mesmo sendo o corpo de um morto, era o suficiente para o aquecer, dormimos juntos e eu pude ouvir ele chorar nos primeiro momentos e depois relaxar quando virou-se para mim e sentiu a realidade do encontro de nossos lábios.

Aquele primeira noite de fuga foi a primeira de várias, eu consegui encontrar com ele por diversas vezes, eu só conseguia ficar fora de Asgard por uma noite, minha mãe me ajudou por diversas vezes a escapar dos lobos e dos olhos vigilantes. Mark havia me prometido não dizer a ninguém que aqueles encontros ocorriam, nem mesmo as crianças, era doloroso pra mim não poder ver meus filhos e eu conseguia ver nos olhos do meu irmão que ele pensava o mesmo. Foi gradativo, fazer as crianças entenderem que o pai continuava morto, mas podia retornar uma vez ou outra para visita-los.

Com o tempo eu consegui conquistar o direito de passar até cinco dias fora. Passava esse tempo com eles na cabana com o Mark e nossas crianças e se fosse para fora dela precisava disfarçar minha presença - Era fácil com o manto de penas da minha mãe –, se fossemos receber visitas teria que ser alguém de confiança e então assim continuamos a viver... Estávamos juntos, não importava muito o que aconteceria no futuro, o sorriso dos três era o suficiente para mim.

Mesmo com todas essas dificuldades eu podia me sentir mais vivo do que nunca. Meu sacrifício havia valido a pena. Me lembro agora do jovem de 14 anos que morava sozinho em seu chalé e em como sua vida mudou quando precisou dividir espaço no porão com a pessoa mais importante na sua vida. Qualquer coisa valeria a pena ser feita pelo homem que eu amo e eu amo cada átomo do meu Mark.
