Baby Mario: ✨Big Weegee✨

I sometimes wish, in Partners in Time, Baby Mario paired up with Luigi and baby Luigi paired up with Mario. The brothers ever.

In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, if the Baby Spin move is performed on top of the giant mushroom near Hollijolli Village and the babies spend enough time spinning down to one of the other mushroom platforms, the babies will assume a glitched state in which they no longer seem to interact with most of the environment.

Note how after landing, the babies are able to walk on air and no longer activate battles when touching enemies. It is no longer possible to retrieve the babies from this state as Adult Mario and Luigi will also pass through them.

kamek kidnapped baby luigi to be prince bowser’s playmate

luigi got lost and prince bowser was like ‘it’s free baby/ friend’

luigi just wandered into koopa kingdom, kamek’s looking for his parents, and prince bowser is watching over him until they’re found

this is either an alternate universe where their kid versions are friends, or it’s from the partners in time game and their younger selves are hanging out for a bit

I've been thinking about a Partners in Time AU (Second Hand Interchange AU) in which when Luigi falls into the time hole, rather than Mario being able to follow him, Baby Luigi is instead taken and spit out into the present (a way of the timeline trying to keep equilibrium).

The events of Partners in Time occur (Princess Peach missing, Shroobs invading) but with Luigi and Baby Mario in the past, and Mario and Baby Luigi in the present. I'm most likely going to continue adding to this. Let me know if anyone's interested in seeing more!
