Between Halloween and not one but two bouts of illness, I have gotten behind on my @britishbakeoff bakes. Guess that means binge-baking as well as binge-watching. For German Week, I made German style pretzels, recipe from @kingarthurbaking. For Pastry Week, it’s Brie, bacon, and cranberry mini-pies from @buzzfeedtasty; full disclosure, I used store-bought puff pastry. Finally for Caramel Week, I made apple cider caramels, recipe again from @kingarthurbaking. Last weekend hike with my bros, im try to eat only Marathon Baker's product along this leisure hike to test my body calories need and burn time. Ternyata unbelievable after breakfast 1 Sado Ballz di Kem Lolo, masih terasa tak lapar di Kem Pacat. Then i decide to eat whole rare bar Iqiebar. Very awesome, and very hype going up and going down like tak lapar for sehari hiking begitu. 😍😍😍 It fill with lot of my fav chocolate like Pepero, Dark Choc, Oreo crumb, choc chip and of course it also have almond, walnuts and hazelnut but not forget dates that can boost your energy. ✌✌✌ Thanks again @marathonbaker25 Mmg tak pernah menyesal eat you product. Tak a break take a Sado ballz. 😍😍 Ooo yea actually started my day with Sado Ballz. ⛅⛅ Its look like Ferrero Rocher but this is better with healthy ingredient. Inside have dates roasted almond (my favourite part gigit almond tu), covered with Syntha Chocolate Protein, and coated again with dark chocolate and toasted nuts. 😎😎 Its size bigger that other ballz and you can see they use 2 wrappers. I got ballz for running 100km. 😂😂😂 Breakfast dulu dengan ballz. Warping purple and green, i forgot which one is banana or mango. Berbaki 5 ketul dari Gopeng Ultra and i only eat 3 ballz if rasa lapar and bosan (akan lapar kalau bosan dan akan kunyah kalau bosan) dan 2 ketul bagi mak. 🍌🍌🍌 Selebihnya saya kunyah Ultra Gummy. Me starting a day dgn makan half of chia seed bar before subuh at hotel. Well not bad rasanya, 1st time makan and i can manage to CP4. Aku xla power laju mana tapi untuk first loop amount calori yg dibekalkan oleh this bar mencukupi untuk layan Gopeng Road. Second loop jgn tanya, aku barai doe. 😢😢😢 Ada sape rasa Gopeng Trail haritu senang?? Korang mmg power kalau ckp mcm tu. 😠😠😠 Two packet not enough for me, cause terlalu baik hati between CP4-CP5 saya share with other pewai runner. Huhu.
