Enjoy these irresistibly tasty M&M cookies that are perfectly thick and soft. The pudding mix adds a delicious texture and enhances the flavor.

Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups M&M's chocolate candies.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the instant pudding mix and beat until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the M&M's chocolate candies. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
