Biography:

Irina was born just before the fall of the Soviet Union in the suburbs of Moscow, alongside her older brother, Vladimir Makarov. As the daughter of a high-ranking politician within the Russian government, Irina watched the Soviet Union crumble, taking her father with it at the age of 4. After her father’s death, Irina grew up with a brother who didn't consider her a sister, but rather a mistake who would often blame her for their father’s death and the failures of the Soviet Union. Irina cut ties with her brother when he enlisted in the Russian military in 1998. Irina would later enlist in 2004.

During her service, Irina was an extraordinary soldier with her fast reflexes and marksmanship skills as she quickly moved up the ranks.

After six years of service, Irina was discharged from the military and soon befriended a former soldier. Impressed with her combat skills, Irina was recruited into the Gruzdev Bratva as an enforcer. Over the years, Irina found a sense of belonging in the bratva, her ruthless methods and loyalty moved her up in the hierarchy.

Sometime in 2021, two members of the crime family broke into Irina’s home one night in an attempt to assassinate her, which resulted in two casualties and an almost slit throat. Discovering Makarov’s involvement in the assassination, she knew from then on that his torment was just beginning. After the failed assassination attempt by Konni, Irina fled the country altered her appearance changed her identity, and traveled to various locations in Europe and Asia.

In early 2022, Irina resided in Las Almas, Mexico, where she would meet Valeria Garza at a small cafe, unaware of the work she does. The two would occasionally meet at the same spot almost every afternoon, which brought them closer together. OVERVIEW

Her father was a rags-to-riches story, who started as a boots-on-the-ground terraformer who rose up the ranks to become the President and CEO of the ASPECT company. Its name is an acronym for AeroSPace, Exploration, Colonization, and Terraforming. ASPECT made significant contributions to Mars colonization, habitation, and terraformation. Her mother became the CFO of REDROCK and was from a family with deep roots in global business which naturally evolved and scaled up to the interplanetary stage. When they met, she was charmed by the silver fox and it didn’t take long for them to embark on a journey to become a family.  Aramonta had a warm upbringing and had never been without her parents’ love. She was free to find her direction and experience things independently, but her parents’ busy careers often left her without their gentle guidance. Maybe that was why things sometimes slipped through the cracks of their attention and they missed the initial signs of her illness.  She was three when she wished she could tell her nanny that breathing made everything feel like knives stabbing inside of her whole body, but she couldn’t find the words through her screams or sobs. She thought that the pain would never stop, but just as the nanny was ready to call her parents, it did. While she caught her breath, she realized that her nanny was screaming in her stead, and for the first time, her eyes took on their reddish sheen. Her parents, unable to part with their cherished daughter, did little to limit her.  As part of her masquerade, she continued the family legacy and became an emerging leader in finance. Aramonta was quickly named the poster child for bridging the wealth gap and creating accessible avenues for financial well-being. Optically, she was a young and fit thirty-something uniquely positioned to change systems and influence industries toward equitable solutions. However, reality as she understood it was fundamentally unjust, and despite its imperfection, as her parents put it, it was still worth saving. initially the mackenzies were loyal allies of the stuarts, never hesitating to offer consul or aid whenever it was needed, and their ambitions were sated by the knowledge that they had the king's ear and that his rule had allowed their family to flourish more. the families' close relationship made it possible for zehra to spend so much time at the scottish court, charming the other nobles and royals. the motive wasn't innocent. her father viewed it as crucial that his children integrate themselves at court and particularly with the royal family but also with other powerful nobles. how else would the clan maintain their power?

zehra set her sights on the third stuart, joanna. she found the princess' company refreshing and in her company, zehra's more wild side was able to shine. upon noticing how interested the princess was in information, she quickly showed herself to be a useful ally. her sharp wit, money, and personable nature made gathering gossip easy, all of which she passed along to joanna or, if asked by the stuart, put it to good use, causing chaos where needed and moving different pieces in place. with time she moved up the ranks until she oversaw the princess' network of spies, collecting whatever information she could, no matter how insignificant in the moment it might appear.

when the king turned greedier, the mackenzies' loyalty began changing. loyal they appeared, the mackenzies were a ruthless family. they would not give the stuart king a chance to turn on them and possibly remove some of their power and influence. viewing the eldest princess as too loyal to the king, the family turned their sights on the younger two. prince calan became their true target as he was next in line as the second eldest; the fact that he was unwed made putting him on the throne more profitable. however, the family wasn't one to not consider all options. if princess joanna proved the better choice for the throne then their support could easily switch.

zehra was deemed the clear choice to win the prince over. charming him was surprisingly easy. her years of spying and knowing the stuarts gave her the knowledge needed to know exactly what words he'd respond best to. it was still a dangerous game, especially as her words drifted closer and closer to treason, causing her to proceed with caution, but nothing had collapsed yet.
