In the reign of the galactic empire over the galaxy mandalore wasn't in their mercy, clans of the planet rebelled and some choice to side with the empire just to save their own skin, clan Arc divided into 2, one lead by jaune's mother sided with the empire to save their clan, the other lead by jaune's father to fight the empire in gorilla warfare jaune joined his father, he was given a mission by his father to destroy any ship that carries troops or supplies that head towards the planet.

"You betray the Arc name!"

"I betray no one! Everything I do, I do for the sake of our family!"

Jaune sat at the top of the stairs, listening to his mother and father engage in their back-and-forth. They fight, as parents normally did, but they'd grown longer, louder, and especially more heated. He grit his teeth as he listened to them argue whether or not to support the Empire. He didn't know why his mother supported them, other than to protect her family. Jaune's father, however, was especially adamant in refusing their help.

"I gave my word that I would fight all evil! Even if it came knocking to our door!"

"Fighting back will only lead to our children's death! Why can't you understand that?!"

Jaune felt snot dribble from his nose and tried to inhale it back in. The sound stopped the arguing, if only for a moment. Suddenly his mother was halfway up the steps, faster than he could think to run away.

"Jaune?" She looked down, her blue eyes piercing the dark. "Why are you out of bed?"

"I..." He gulped. "I heard you and father fighting."

"Oh, no, we were not fighting, honey." His mother cooed, hugging her only son. "We were... talking. Loudly."

"You were angry." Jaune whimpered.

"I was." She agreed. "But only because your father refuses to see it my way."

"Will... Will he be angry tomorrow?"

Tomorrow was Jaune's first day of field training with his father. The two would leave for the week, where Jaune's father would teach him the survival skills he needed to become a Mandalorian. A true Mandalorian. Just like his parents.

"I don't think so." She stroked Jaune's cheek, wiping away his tears as she guided him to bed. "But you need your rest. All of you will. Because what matters the most to an Arc..."

"...is family." Jaune finished as he climbed into bed.

His mother smiled. "Good night, Jaune. Know that your father and I love you. All of you."

Jaune did not want to spend his weekend like this. He received a message from his father, warning him of an Imperial supply ship incoming. Most of the time, he would ignore these notices, but attached to the file was a personal message from his father. In it, he explained all the horrible things the Empire had done, are doing, and will do if left unchecked. Normally, he would just pass this off as propaganda if it weren't for the last words of the message.

'Do the right thing, Jaune.'

And now he was here, on top of a hill, camped out next to a high-grade mortar with coordinates ready to be punched in. Once the numbers were in place, the mortar would fire its payload high and detonate after a certain time. Everything was calculated down to the micro-second. As he stared at the mortar, he couldn't get the words out of his head.

The right thing. What was the right thing? Was the right thing to blow up a ship carrying supplies? Supplies people relied on to survive? The cost for those supplies, though, was absolute servitude. A collar for a bowl, as his father described it.

His mother would say different, though, saying that the evil the Empire engages in is small in scale compared to the alternative of allowing the planets to engage in their own rule. If left alone, the planets would attack each other, breaking out into an all-out galactic war where countless innocents, or even more, would perish. Thus, the Empire would rule the galaxy and Jaune, his sisters, and their family would be kept out of harm's way. And all it costed was unwavering servitude.

Jaune felt like he was caught in the middle of a war, an unexpected collateral casualty that had to be forced to ally with one side over the other. Attack the supply ship, risking war with the Empire, and he sided with his father, forsaking his mother and everything she believed in. Leave the supply ship alone, maintaining allegiance with the Empire, and spit on everything his father trained him to be.

'You don't... hurt people, do you?'

Ruby's voice came into his mind. Her voice quaked when she asked him. He told her no, and only harming others for the sake of his bounty hunting training. But this... This wasn't bounty hunting training. This was sabotage, resource choking. It wasn't like he was attacking a village and taking its people for slavery. In this mission, he would be able to

'Be able to what? ...Hurt more innocent people without aura?'

He winced at Blake's words. The Empire supported those with aura, and he doubted everyone receiving their supplies had aura, but they would still get their fill. Could he really risk their lives by attacking something that was part of something as large as the Empire? Something like that was too dangerous, too chaotic. It wasn't his style. It wasn't the kind of Mandalorian he wanted to be, the kind of Mandalorian he is.

'What kind of Mandalorian are you?' He asked himself, the same as when he and Ruby met.

'The kind that hates flying.' He grinned.

'I like to think of myself as a rebel.' He smiled.

'But my honor is forever.' He grimaced.

He looked to the distance and saw the ship was coming in close. There would be no more waiting. It was now or never. Do or die. Father or Mother. Standing up, looking at the mortar, he made his choice.

RWBY: Jaune Arc Mandalorian AU: Jaune’s Starfighter

**During the last Two Years at Beacon, Jaune and his friends all got along he managed to have a very loving relationship with Yang and the two Teams became power houses after their first year, but on one night they played Truth or Dare Jaune Revealed in a Truth he has a Starfighter to help him go earn some cash from bounties in space given to him by his Bounty Hunter Mentor; Boba Fett.**

(Night of the ToD game night)

Ruby: BULLSHIT! I call BULL!! SHIT!!

Yang: Ruby! Language! I’m sure Jaune is just joking

Jaune: who said I was?

Yang:…huh?!….

Teams RWBY & (J)NPR: ………EEEEHHHH!?!?!……

They all yelled in shock and saw that he wasn’t joking at all.

**The very next morning he took Team RWBY and his own team down to Ozpin private landing bay for Beacon where bullhead ships were kept, they all soon saw a ship that was covered in a large grey tarp and once they walked over to it Jaune grabbed the tarp and revealed his Starfighter.**

Ruby:…oh wow…(eyes shine and she begins to drool)…

Weiss: mhm this is quite a spectacle~

Blake: I mean I’ve read these in science fiction books but never thought I’d see one in person

Yang: that’s fucking hot babe~💕

Pyrrha: Jaune you always continue to surprise us

Nora: I WANNA RIDE IT! I WANNA RIDE IT! I WANNA RIDE IT! AND I WANNA BLOW STUFF UP WITH IT!!!

Ren: Nora No! (He said trying to hold her back)

Jaune: I’ll think about it Nora, anyway this is my Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor, years ago it was originally made for a old warrior race of people known as Jedi but they all went extinct and are only a few left in the Galaxy, as from what my mentor told me when he got this for me

Jaune: yeah it was a gift after I completed my training, but despite it all I wear his family crest on it to show my thanks to him and to honor my mentor

**Suddenly Weiss interrupted**

**everyone looked at the pin up with blushes, some covered their mouths and some looked at Jaune with a cheeky smirk, but Yang mostly was looking at it in embarrassment but also a little bit happy on the inside seeing Jaune still thinking of her when he’s away**

Yang: J-Jaune WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?!

Jaune: now Yang come on I can explain

What I get out of combining your AUs is that Jaune was adopted by the Arcs (who are Mandalorians), has debilitating medical issues that hindered him in becoming a huntsman, finds out he was abandoned by his bandit queen birth mother and has a twin sister, is physically abused in a myriad of ways and tortured after an extended sojourn in Mistral, and is isolated & tortured by a demon until he disassociates from the amassed guilt. But Armored Angel is canon so it all evens out. :)

I’d like to make a suggestion of a Mandalorian AU for RWBY that has Jaune as the Mandalorian and Adrian as baby Yoda

I hope you don’t mind a few thoughts? I know I’m like a million years late... Take what sounds good and let me know if I’m getting too off base.

I can see the Arcs favoring more classic weapons, especially if they’ve been in the family for a few generations and seen some duty. They made things to last back in the day. Maybe something like a falcion and pavise for Joan? (check out Shadiversity on youtube for a better explanation for the pavice) Thought about a halberd but Sky from CRDL has one. Or is that a pole ax? Either way, CRDL should stay as first years.

Jaune has a little bit of a reputation. With his history, tactical ability, and broken af semblance of his, it’s easy to see. He’s sometimes called the White Wolf, as a playoff of the White Knight/Lone Wolf bit. No relation to Geralt or Jon Snow. Maybe his team name was something like JSMN? To stick with a blueish color.

Maybe it’s not just that his other teammates left to start a family, but also when Jaune’s partner died, the reality of being a Huntsman shattered their romanticized vision. They just couldn’t handle it and retired. Jaune had a better understanding of the reality being from a Huntsman family, but it still hit hard. Especially in the first year.

Some counseling and changes to his schedule, he’s still a student. While he can’t partake in any Team exercises he can still learn. He got no end of grief from his years’ asshat team for being a ‘failure leader’. There are those anywhere you go.

We’ve seen Jaune after Pyrrha, so it’d be similar here but a little different. He has more support here, but he also lost his whole team instead of one person. He’d keep mementos of his lost comrades, even if two are technically still alive. Maybe he’d keep their weapons or something? I’m biased on a hand cannon a la Cayde-6 from Destiny, Doomguy’s super shotgun, or some gauntlets like a Mandalorian cuz I don’t think giving someone your power is a thing like what happened to Kakashi. Give this boy a little range in his arsenal.

He’s respected by his colleagues and popular with the juniors, except for said asshats and Joan. They’re siblings; you can’t not dunk on your siblings. Siblings are your best friends and worst enemies sometimes. It serves as a good icebreaker between him and RWBY and JNPR. All three team leaders acting like total goobers drive Weiss up a wall.

“Ooohhh, your brother is rather fetching too Boss Lady. Are all Arcs this attractive?”

“Nora!”

“Yeah, Nora. How dare you place her on my level. She needs a lot of work to catch up to the good looking one.”

“Jaune, you have some shit on your face, let me clean it up.” *Lifts fist*

“You’re just jealous that I’m the favorite son.”

“You’re the only son! You have no opposition! I have to compete with six other girls! Get on my level noob!”

*Sibling slap fight ensues.*

He’s a little jealous of the teams with full members. He knows it wasn’t his fault, but emotions and logic rarely coincide. It’s still a sore spot for him and the one thing that Joan will not razz him for. Nor will she allow anyone else. Very nearly took off Weiss’ head when she said something stupid. Arcs are known for their loyalty, but sometimes it can be rather problematic.

an au where volume 7 jaune (minus the hair) is a huntsman one year senior to team rwby and rvn (raven) jaune lost his partner in a mission gone bad, and his other two teammates retired to start a family. jaune being the guy he is still helps up ruby when he finds her in a crater and tries to help the teams out when he can, though with his semblance and leadership skills he's pretty busy helping other teams too.

Upperclassman Jaune AU! (Or Jaune Sempai AU XD)

Two things that I’d like to add is that Jaune’s younger sister (I know he’s the youngest but hey, it’s a AU peeps) takes his place on JNPR so they’re still at Beacon! The second thing is that I’m making him a third year instead of a second year like Team CFVY since I think that could be a bit more fitting.

I’m totally up for this idea!

Jaune was walking alongside the young girl he’d helped out of a crater in Beacon’s courtyard. Man Professor Goodwitch won’t be happy about that. “Sooo. aren’t you a bit young to be going to Beacon? I was only at combat school when I was your age.”

Ruby blushed heavily and seemed to get even more awkward around him. “Yeeeeah I was too.... buuuuut I-I sorta stopped a robbery, and then this Huntress appeared who turned out to be a Professor here. She took me to the police station and started scolding me. Then the headmaster of Beacon walks in with a plate of cookies and asked me how I could fight so good and then he asked if I wanted to come here to Beacon

Jaune stared wide eyed at the smaller girl. Not only did she start talking a mile a minute, but she started making over dramatic hand gestures like karate chops and waving them at Beacon’s tower. He honestly didn’t even catch the last few bits of her explanation, just that it was something about a sister.

Oh crap, sister! Joan! She was arriving today too! He had completely forgotten that he was at the Bullhead docks specifically to meet her! She was gonna be so pissed...

Thankfully he still had some time to see if he could find her. “Well, here you go. All of the other attendees should be waiting right through that archway ahead.” For good measure, he pointed to it as well. “I have to go though. Good luck with initiation!” Jaune sent one last smile to the girl before speed walking back towards the docks to try and find Joan.”

“O-oh! Thanks! You too! Wait... I-I mean good luck with your...” Ruby watched as Jaune walked away, feeling really embarrassed at her failed goodbye. “... stuff.” 

Ruby turned to walk through the archway to the ceremony, but stopped quickly when she thought of something. She spun around and called out to the still walking away older student. “Hey wait!” Jaune stopped in his tracks and looked back at her, clearly puzzled. “W-what’s your name!?”

Jaune realized he never actually introduced himself and got embarrassed, but answered none the less. “Jaune Arc! And yours?!”

“I-I’m Ruby Rose!”

“Well Ruby Rose, I hope you enjoy the ceremony!” 

Ruby smiled and nodded. “Wait, the ceremony?.......THE CEREMONY!” Ruby turned on a dime and rocketed through the arch to attend the ceremony she totally hadn’t forgotten about. Jaune chuckled, remembering his own ceremony briefly before he started his walk again.

With any luck, Joan wouldn’t be so upset as to try and guilt trip him for the next week.

-Pyrrha and Jaune are at a local farmer's market. Pyrrha is dressed like her usual jedi self and Jaune is bringing in some produce.-

Pyrrha: Jaune... you don't seem a local of this planet. You're much bulkier than the usual people I've seen here.

Jaune: Oh that's because I'm Mandalorian.

Pyrrha, almost dropping a levitated crate: Huh?

Jaune: It's a long story, but basically my mom was this really cool Bounty Hunter back in the day. Even taught me and my sisters how to fight! She used to come here and hideout until it was clear for her to head back out.

Pyrrha: Then why'd she stay?

Jaune: Dad. Apparently she was really into dorks. Don't see the appeal though.

-Jaune then proceeds to trip over his own shoes and land onto the ground.-

Pyrrha, holding back a laugh: I can see the certain appeal...!

-Pyrrha helps him up, and pats the dirt off of him-

Jaune Arc Mandalorian Armor AU: (Dragonslayer) The Blonde Hunters

During a training mission, Team’s RWBY and JNPR go out hunting and Yang being the curious girl she is tried to take a good look at Jaune and see what he looks like under the helmet.

Sadly it fails due to Jaune being a very skilled and trained Mandolorian managed to stop her, after she got mad at him Yang got a talk to with Blake telling her to never disrespect any religious beliefs of a Mandolorian, and if she ever took of his helmet and saw his face he would no longer be a Mandolorian and would renounce his status as one.

Yang didn’t think once that doing something like that would be so bad especially when it comes to someone’s beliefs, she thought she was just joking around but she realized she was just acting like a child not understanding the consequences of doing something like that, in that moment she decided to apologize to him.

Yang decided to try and apologize to Jaune, but suddenly during a building search, the ground beneath Yangs feet began to crack and crumble, Jaune in his moment realized this and jumped for her, as the floor collapsed he grabbed her and held her close as they both fell down a deep abyss that lead to a crystal cave.

(Two Hours Later)

Yang woke up and looked around to see that she was in a crystal cave her leg was scratched and cut from the falling and was patched up by Jaune, who she soon saw was making a fire, he explained she had been out for two hours and had tended to her wounds. Yang however saw he was also injured she could see blood dripping from his helmet, she saw his visor was cracked, and some scratched seen on his helmet he obviously hit his head protecting her.

She began to see him feeling weak and decided to help him, he wasn’t ok with her removing his helmet but realized he needed medical help before he could lose more blood. So for this one time he allowed her to take his helmet off to help him.

When she took off his helmet she saw an extremely handsome face beautiful blonde hair and he had some scars, on his cheek and on his chin. She couldn’t help but to gush and blush at the sight of him, like a knight out of a fairy tale.

Once she helped him with helped him with his injury, he reached for his helmet only for yang to stop him and then said her apology with tears, and then also to thank him with a passionate kiss.

(Another Two Hours Later)

Soon they were both found by the teachers and students and rescued and taken to the infirmary, that day Yang realized the importance of respecting a Mandolorian’s religious beliefs and also falling in love with Jaune.

Jaune and Yang both agreed that what happened in that abyss will stay between them both, and Yang also agreed she’d respect his wishes, if he’d agree that only she can see his handsome face.

Voilà une série Disney surprenante par sa qualité d'écriture, sa réalisation soignée, ses acteurs impeccables, et son respect pour le matériau original. Car, et c'est toute la beauté de cette œuvre, c'est qu'elle renoue au plus près avec la saga originelle (les films 4 ; 5; 6 donc – ou 1 ; 2 ; 3 si vous êtes de ceux pour qui pré-logie et post-logie n'existent tout simplement pas). Située chronologiquement entre les épisodes 6 et 7 de la "grande" saga, elle nous amène à la découverte de quelques planètes, d'aliens cosmopolites, d'ambiances de la bordure extérieure où la loi n'est pas toujours présente. Elle nous renvoie au thème de la frontière du Far-West américain et cela, toujours en restant au niveau humain. Elle permet aussi d'entrevoir les rapports de force et manières de faire des deux grands belligérants, à savoir l'Empire et la Nouvelle République. Et comment tout cela est vécu par les gilets jaun.... heuu pardon...par les vrais gens et influe sur les colonies lointaines. Je retiendrai particulièrement et dans le désordre : • Le fait, rare, que l'on ne voit jamais le visage du personnage principal. • Cet échange improbable entre deux scout troopers alors qu'une scène dramatique se déroule non loin. • La présence de Gina Carano (qui est toujours appréciable) • Les thèmes humanistes abordés et notamment le rapport humain/robot. • L'exploration de l'Univers Star Wars avec sa faune et sa flore ô combien méconnues ! En conclusion, une série riche servie par un casting de qualité.
