YES, the Lady bred her bloodline with the intention that they would die as sacrificial lambs and be a meatsuit for her undead Criston Cole Champion.
I said those things on twt a year ago
But instead a bunch of freaks (all katherine haters) called me a "miS0gYniSt🤪" for simply stating a fact
You know what's misogynistic? Hating on Katherine because she's a soft femme girl.
I dislike the Lady because of her hypocrisy. In fact, the Lady were a man I'd hate her a billion times more, and if Sarcean were a woman (Femcean supremacy!!! I hc him as genderqueer tbh) I'd stan him a zillion times more.
#proof that I will still passionately loathe the Lady if she were male is how I was vocally anti-Dumbledore when i was a HP fan#i LOATHE all kinds of Light Side figureheads they're ALL HYPOCRITES#being a cis gay man doesnt make em any more bearable#Rhaenyra is a fem Sarcean tho they whitewash her in the show!! Boo give me my unapologetic tragic war criminal queen#like i said: do check my socials about any bad things against Katherine cause i never said any😘😘#sarcean#will kempen#dark heir#dark rise#dark heir spoilers#visander#the lady#white death#katherine kent#not Me stanning TONS of female characters#only to be called misogynistic for refusing to stan this#cosplayer con artist hypocrite who walks&talks like my abuser

#maybe I was naive before and/or maybe I'm just bonedead tired af and not making much sense (i know I am)#bue the thing is if you had asked me before this night why the USA have never had a female president unlike so many comparable countries#I would have...attributed like 50%-80% of the reason to structural causes and the obsession with male candidates#yes there are extremely regressive and misogynistic regions and subcultures in the US - but that is true for most countries!#it is also a country with some VERY progressive people#and I don't know any country where so many people are so constantly actively and vocally arguing in favour of FINALLY having a female leade#so yeah I attributed it mostly to the general obstacles for female politicians and how elections in the US work and even past candidates#and I guess a big part of me wanted to believe that all this clownery of men saying they feel emasculated voting for a woman#was just a special sub-category of freakishness that gets pushed into the spotlight during the election#but at this point (dead-tired and annoyed as all shit)...I'm at the point where I say the United States have an almost unique problem#with voting for a woman + the idea of having a female president#maybe it's the huge role of the military and the president as leader of the troops or maybe it's the impact of evangelicals on the culture#maybe it is the role of gender roles in pop culture being so deeply entrenched#obviously this election racism and Harris being a woman of colour also plays a huge role#but at the point I am it genuinely feels to me like there's a very specific hang-up in the US regarding female candidates#and I know a lot of people are going to end up saying: 'oh it has nothing to do with it it has nothing to do with gender'#and I would have had that discussion and said that the issue with discrimination is that often you can't prove the individual case#but at this point....specifically with the US I have a hard time being like 'maybe it was maybe it wasn't' in regards to this factor#sorry to say

LRT that is such a thing with queer fandom spaces tho. It's like that post that's all "yeah your story is so gay but how are you treating your female characters" you know?
like yeah it's great that this is the queer fandom website but a good chunk of the time that just means placing a lot of focus on the white guys and that's still not great lmao
#this isnt anything I just need to spit my thoughts out somewhere#but it's been kinda bugging me ever since folks got all bug eyed about the bg3 romance stats#all the brushing Shadowheart's popularity off as straight guys that dont actually care about character depth#first of all saphic women and bi/pan exist believe it or not queer does not always = attraction to men#and believe it or not many straight men do have actual thoughts in their heads besides 'oooh im a tough guy banging a hot girl'#like do you guys actually go outside and talk to people or is your only experience with straight guy gamers angry youtube comments?#even just sticking to the internet you can find folks on reddit having discussions about her whole deal with Shar/Selune as early as ea#people have always been interested in her story#it just feels weird to brush off a female character's popularity as just being shallow#while considering the vocal online love for male characters to be inherently more deep#again this isnt anything it's not a call out sometime a bitch just needs to be petty and vent yeah?

sometimes I think about writing and singing music not because I’m an incredible singer but because no one has my fucking voice, especially in popular music, and its disheartening to be born a girl, told you’ll only get girl roles or try to voice match other girls, or ‘sing with the girls’ and then only be able to match male voices because you’re a fuckin tenor and not anything higher. I can’t think of any girl Broadway roles I can hit all the notes on. Most songs I love I have to pitch down for myself or use falsetto for singing along to. It bothers me a lot less now because I’m an adult who’s more secure in myself but as a teen in kids musical theatre it FUCKED with me, BAD style. And I know for a fact that even now when I hear people with a voice like mine singing I get excited and immediately invested in their work because they’re like ME, finally, for once. A brother in this world of being afab and having the voice of a recently pubescent boy forever. Maybe I should be that brother too.
#Using randomly gendered words because that’s me now but hey#Regardless of if you were born afab and are a girl 100% or if you were born afab and are someone else#It STILL sucks to always be grouped along with ‘girls’ just because of your voice and realize#You CANT hit that. You can’t hit the mark for ‘girl’. You’ll never achieve that without like. Hrt#Just say THE VOCAL CLASS. Like. Sopranos sing with this. Tenors with this. Bass with this. Etc#Then it doesn’t hurt! But nooo instead they’re looking or ‘sing with the other girls’ and you fucking can’t#And it gives you a crisis at age 14#Anyway all I know is when other people who were assigned female at birth and aren’t on something they changes ones voice#and just happen to have born with the same deep ass voice as me. It makes me proud to hear them use it#Because not enough people do. It’s like we’re all collectively embarrassed or something#I see so many sad posts from teenagers posting their dream roles and the reason they won’t get it is ‘girl’#and it’s like. I remember being that kid. Never able to get a female lead because of my voice. Never able to get a male lead because of gir#Even though my voice and appearance could easily swing male. Nope! You’re GIRL. So you’re doomed to background forever :)#I got 1 lead role and it was when I was at my most feminine and was also for a villain that was a fat hag#I LOOOOVED playing her im aunt sponge forever. BUT. Never getting one again after that… showed me. Something#More gender blind casting and more songs just written for tenors please#doing just ONE of those things would probably solve the issue#But both please because I’m greedy and I want what I couldn’t have for every kid today#(And also me in the future in adult community theatre. Haven’t had time/too intimidated so far but I WILL go back)#And before anyone questions the language on this post. I STRUGGLED with how to word it#TERFs begone. I love trans people. I am nonbinary and some form of intersex (pcos).#I just word it this way because of like. Where we all start#Whether we stay GIRL girls or realize we’re somewhere in between. It crushes us either way to have the ‘wrong’ voice to do anything#Because it did me at first. And I’m otherwise GLAD to be confusing#I’ve come to love my deep voice it baffles others and they never know what to call me it really helps the whole ‘what am I’ presentation#But. In terms of certain things. Like being in theatre in the deep south#It certainly does not help and can be disheartening#Especially back when I was younger and more self conscious#lion’s lair

I gotta be honest, I don’t engage with the Criminal Minds fandom (despite having watched all of the original show + Evolution and read up on as much of the spin-offs as I could) because I don’t like how prevalent the racism and sexism and infantilization is in the fandom. There’s just enough of all that shit upfront that I don’t want to dig any deeper than I already have. I’m good, I get enough of that shit in fandoms that I’ve been apart of for years I’m not gonna let this shit sully my love for this show anymore than it already has (especially considering the show’s writing itself is not devoid of these faults).
I’d rather just love the show and dissect it and write analysis and fanfic for it and shit on my own.
My fav characters (just cause & kind of in best to least order): Penelope Garcia (she’s literally me, I love her), Derek Morgan, Emily Prentiss, Jordan Todd, Matt Simmons, David Rossi.
#like I’ll never forget or forgive the amount of vitriol Jordan Todd got and still gets from fans despite barely lasting on the show#the hate is disproportionate and reeks of nothing but misogynoir#criminal minds#just the way I saw Ashley Seaver being talked about and how misogynistic the language being used to criticize her character was enough to#throw me off of the broader fandom— and I don’t even like her like that she was just there#criminal minds critical#then there’s how much of the larger vocal parts of the fandom shit on Derek without taking any of the nuances into account from his#character (like they do with there white favs)#and how much bad faith readings of his character are put into people’s opinion pieces of Derek#and I just don’t fuck with that#like it’s weird that all the white characters in the BAU get whole dissertations when people write hcs but the black ones (even Derek) will#get some generic ass hc that’s not even character specific#like everyone gets these well thought out ‘what they’d smell like’ hcs that’re 1-2 paragraphs long & Derek’s is one line that’s just like:#‘he smells like axe body spray because he’s a fuck boy duh’ and that was it#like just no fucking care or effort (Derek is a black man & a womanizer - he’s too refined for the ‘fuck boy’ title) y’all know he smells#like that good expensive cologne that Penelope couldn’t get enough of and that lingered in a room after he left#don’t play with me#I hate how much Reid gets babied too and while he’s not one of my fav characters I still really like him but how much he’s lowkey watered#down in fandom to be the ‘poor little skinny white boy meow meow’ is annoying as shit and undermines his character (in my opinion)#even how centered the male characters are irritates me to some extent but this fandom has more female leading ships than most#the shipping culture is also just toxic af despite that#but yeah#I could say more but I don’t feel like typing in the tags anymore#BYE HEIFERS#✨trix speaks✨

every newer gen kpoppy who calls it revolutionary every time a big name bg member wears something vaguely skirt-like should be required to watch lee sungjong of infinite putting his whole pussy into performing coming of age ceremony by park jiyoon wearing the song's classic form-fitting black side-slitted dress with zero gimmicks way back in 2012
#its Required Material re: historical kpop genderfuckery#no but im 100% for real. this was in the middle of the era where bg members doing gg songs in drag and whatnot was a really#common gag at concerts and in variety shows and whatnot- especially using bg members who were/are considered the most effeminate#basically it was a big Joke and never taken seriously. alot of the time the dances would be exaggerated and whatnot and yeah they#werent like. REAL covers. werent usually respectful of the original gg/female idol's work and all that. haha man in dress type humor#i know if you're old enough to be following me and into kpop you probably know this already and im talking into space but whatever#anyway. sungjong said fuck that and fucking killed it with a genuine live cover (dance And vocals) of coming of age ceremony#which- as you can imagine based on the title- isnt just an iconic female idol song but one that's blatantly about female sexuality#and whatnot. wore the dress that's in the original mv (or something very similar) and didnt play it up with a wig or anything like that#(like what's usually the case when male idols cover gg songs to make it more clear that its a Costume and they are Crossdressing rather tha#just. being a guy and wearing a dress.)#did not shy away from the sexiness of the dance AT ALL to the point of riding the floor at one point more or less which. god fucking damn#but anyway. it's totally true to the original and is unapologetically sexy in an inherently orientation-fucking gender-fucking way and GOD#wish it got more attention than it did because THAT is revolutionary. thats the first performance i ever saw where a male idol did a#female idol song in the original female idol outfit live without any gimmick or even the implication that it COUNTS as drag. its SUCH a#big deal imo. and it helps that its really fucking hot but thats neither here nor there. anyway. i know its been years but i still have so#many feelings and opinions about sungjong's coming of age ceremony performance ghfgjhdgfdh WATCH IT#sungjong#infinite#kibumblabs

I’ve plummeted deep into the brainrot and no soul can even fathom being able to pull me out of it don’t even try because it’s a lost cause :))
Enjoy the silly spur of the moment cover I did while seated in the car Thursday (the 8th if I remember dates correctly). Was on the fence about posting it anywhere but hell why not. I tried to make one with cleaner audio quality but hated how my voice inflections sounded so this is the best version we’ve got a hold of currently!
#oh yes it’s so normal to pretend to be a TV head yes what no absolutely real#it’s funny because if I ever cover one of these songs on YouTube I’d never title them as ‘female cover’ or whatever#I know some people market they’re singing like that when singing a part originally by a male character but-#when I’m singing I want to EMBODY the guy like I want to BECOME him#even just for a moment when singing it’s all an act and getting in character and immersing yourself into the narrative#there ain’t nothing about drawing attention to myself separate from him we morph into the same entity lol#although clearly I could never match up to his vocals like damn#not like it’s a contest anyways tho I just enjoy singing <3#speaking of which I wasn’t sure about posting this anywhere due to glimpses of my face in the reflection#usually I’m discreet about showing myself for personal privacy reasons#however not like it’s taken at a good angle and my face has been exposed by friends or family before (smh lol)#so whatever have it as a bonus treat who even cares#we are just here to enjoy the silly fella singing Broadway and supporting his ambitions here that is what we stand for#hplonesome art#random

Sometimes the fact that GRRM has, amid all his efforts to have nuance and a wide spectrum in his female characters and to deconstruct certain tropes, played the daddy's girl tomboy in contrast to the hostility or complete elimination of the female figures in her life trope completely straight over and over again, with basically every female warrior he wrote, from his female lead to two whole secondary POVs to one note extras (with the exception of the Mormont ladies yeah at least, maybe when we get more Alysane content I will be less grumpy about this), leaves me kind of bitterly shocked tbh
#have seen a very rightful post that people are vocal about ned favoring arya but not so about cat favoring sansa and while part of it is#yea some people can't read etc on the other its also true that the first is a living onpage subtle dynamic and plot relevance and#the second is. stock recollection of generic my mom told me to brush my hair :( episodes between characters who never interact#and that kinda contrasts with other things we know of cat: like she clearly did not overvalue primness in her childhood memories. she takes#to other willful ladies so quickly and this with arya already having plenty of negative female figures with sansa jeyne and septa mordane#idk i get why the fandom isnt too focused on this. not ideal for when what is being done is objective analysis of the text ofc. but i feel#ignoring lazy male writing is kind of a fandom tradition even if here the well is poisoned for any deviation from canon sadly#with the distortion at play from that side#i have not tagged the canon nor any character's full name so huh if you see this in any tag i apologize and that wasnt the intention#i also strive heavily in my writing to subvert this with asha as far as canon supports but one my mother raised me to be bold doesnt really#change the fact that is def a case of complete elimination of the female authority figure in practice#op

7 years ago, on June 3, 2016, Xiao Meihua was released on UTAU!
Here's an illustration by flamingo-sama of Meihua placing a flower crown on her male derivative, Xiao Meiye's, head! A lovely time together~!
As seen you can see, similar to Xiao Shancha and Xiao Naidong in February, Xiao Meihua and Xiao Meiye are wearing new official outfits! These were designed by @fiorrie and they are free to use in songs if you'd like (please credit fiorrie if you use them)! Fanart is also okay! We hope you like them! Enjoy!
Happy 7th Anniversary, Xiao Meihua~! ❤️❤️❤️

Do people who use VOCALOID/Synthesizer V/vocal synth softwares in general feel attached to the first voicebank they got? Hatsune Miku is of course the most well-known/popular voicebank, but I feel attached to Tsurumaki Maki ‘cause she’s the first (and only, so far) SynthV voicebank I got
#dusk rambles#synth v#synthesizer v#弦巻マキ#tsurumaki maki#Vocaloid#ボカロ#ボカロイド#Hatsune Miku#初音ミク#Tsurumaki Maki sounds very nice in a low active & gender factor#(also I love that SynthV literally has a gender as an adjustable factor#(it’s not a male/female slider though it’s literally by number like the other sliders)#the higher the gender factor the more ‘typically’ feminine the voice sounds#but of course it depends on the note sang and voicing and other stuff too#the same note with different gender factors (for two different vocal tracks)#doesn’t make the note itself lower
