I don't know this gonna make me sound overdramatic or not, but I honestly think leaks of unreleased media (like tv show episodes) should be illegal and anyone who leaks them should get some kind of charge.

I don't care if the original material that gets leaked was produced by a big company or a creator you don't like, there is no reason to leak someone else's hard work of the media before said media is ready to be released before the public.

…. And the characters are anthropomorphic animals—

It's hard for me to say, cause there are other things I like aside from sm rn, but I have little to no interest in making content for them.

Tho I guess if circumstances were different I would've really liked to make liminal space photography and art to post online. I LOVE liminal spaces so much already so I could easily see that transition.

#not fandom tagging 'cause im shy ._.#even in those 6 episodes there's so many more screenshots i could have taken. this show mainly consists of pure cartoon physics and gags #none of the episodes were very raven-centric tho rip #whoever drew robin on the glass deserves a raise that one's living in my head now 😂 i can't get over it it's such a mood #it's like the sicko meme but more unhinged it's perfect 😂#also look at the composition and the framing in these it's actually so good. the visual clarity really makes the humor land better #when you've got fast-paced snappy animation it's so important to have visual cohesion so the audience can follow the whole sequence #props to the storyboard artists you guys are the realest

my toxic trait is that I absolutely am one of those people that will not remain interested in a show for long if I don't want to fuck at least one of the characters

#the reason why i watched supernatural for as long as i did was bc i thought the impala was hot.#(that's a hyperbole for the bit; i also thought gabriel was hot. and uhhh... abaddon? the hot demon lady yknow)#this isn't ALWAYS true like there are some cartoons that i still enjoy watching #like no i don't watch gumball bc i want to fuck any of those ridiculous lookin cartoon animals. i just think it's hysterically funny #i think it's mainly comedies and animated works that get a pass bc otherwise i probably wouldn't watch any of those :V

Something I really especially love about btas is that every character is just… a human. Batman doesn't just show up and incapacitate 30 people no issue, he has to fight and brawl with just 1 or 2 henchmen. He can be taken out by hits and poisons and such. The rogues have to surrender when the cops get guns to their faces, and can be overpowered even by normal people. Joker isn't some pure evil incarnation of the Devil or whatever, he's just… a really bad man. Same for every other villain and character. And Bruce actually gets to show personality and emotion beyond Brooking and Grunting. He makes jokes and laughs and gets sad.

I'm really getting to understand why people call this the best Batman adaptation.

it is 1 am and i'm proposing the term 'contextual attraction', as in someone being attractive within their own context (such as anime characters in the context of anime, weird ass creatures in the context of weird media (or just media that gives them an interesting personality), book characters being attractive even though you can't see them etc), because i'll often see people outside fandom(s) be like 'how can you be attracted to this (antropomorphic) dog' (in a show where the characters are all/mostly antropomorphic animals) or 'of course that anime guy isn't attractive he's just lines' and it's always a matter of that character being attractive within their own context and their world's rules. in this essay i will-
