Oh. Oh. I just had an idea, if Mars is the hottest planet and Rei is known for being warm; does that mean Venus - as the coldest inner planet - make Mina naturally easily cold? Lil maybe her hands are always cold so she always likes to be near Rei for warmth?

(Sorry, this is me just remembering what I learned about planets in elementary school and seeing how those temperaments affect the girls and wondering your take as someone more knowledgeable on the manga/anime.)

I always adore the idea of the girls having different body temps, tolerances and other mild quirks/inconveniences even when not transformed. I have talked about it in the past that it's such a fun concept to play with.

That said I don't often relate their powers to the planet itself, mostly cause they don't really line up most of the time. Except Jupiter that actually does have the biggest storms in the solar system.

I just find it much better to relate them to their mythological powers instead.

Cause like, don't quote me on it, but I'm pretty sure Venus is actually one of the hottest planets in the solar system. Its atmosphere made of some specific element causing all the heat to stay trapped inside, like a greenhouse effect. Mars is relatively cool, even compared to Mercury. Which gets incredibly hot when facing the Sun and incredibly cold on the side facing away. Or even like Uranus, Uranus is believed to have an ocean under it's atmosphere.

If you asked me I'd say it's actually Ami who tends to go to Rei for warmth, she's p much always cold, but especially after fights.

Mina doesn't mind the heat either though.. it's a nice excuse ;)

Ami is Amy (tho I remember them writing it as Emi, which is how you'd phonetically write Amy in Italian)

Rei is Rea

Makoto is Morea (it's hard to explain but for Rea and Morea, the 'Rea' part is pronounced with the Eh sound, with the E sounding like you'd say in elevator, NOT like you'd say E in eleven)

Minako is Marta

Chibiusa is still Chibiusa (pronounced with a closed 'ch' so 'k', Kibiusa), and they do call Sailor Chibimoon 'Sailor Chibiusa', which is the dumbest thing ever

Haruka is Heles.. I think

Michiru is Milena

Setsuna is Silvia or Sidia, one of the two

Hotaru is Ottavia, which is actually kind of a dope name ngl

Mamoru is Marzio and Tuxedo Mask is called Milord (rough..)

Also, it's pretty fun, but senshis are called the equivalent of warriors or soldiers, instead of scouts or guardians. And they called themselves paladins when doing their speeches. Like paladins of justice.

I didn't watch too much of it cause I was too poor to afford it and they'd barely ever show it on TV. I just stalked it my entire life p much and I have rlly fond memories of it, though I'm sure it's really bad if I were to watch it now.

Are you referring to the fact that Mina is her dic dub name? That's not why I call her Mina, I literally never watched the dic dub. I'm Italian. Not American.

Mina is just a nickname for Minako the same way Mako is a nickname for Makoto.

I LOVE everything about this. It is gorgeous, thank you so much. The coziness of it despite it coming so obviously right after a battle is the kind of thing I absolutely love. What do you imagine being the art most people know you for?

I mean.. if you're asking for the most popular, the SpongeBob sailor mercury piece has like a total of around 200k likes from the two times I posted it on twt.

Though I don't think most people associate me with that and tbh I'm pretty glad about that lol.

I would say it's a tossup between the Hotaru guardian angel or the Ikuko sailor moon hug, I'm happy being associated with either of those. They both touch the type of sm content I like to align with the most.

Weirdly enough I got some people telling me they know me from my old comic (?) which is .. wow. I do feel bad about leaving it very unfished but it just wasn't it. I got it peer reviewed by a friend and even looking back at the drafts, the writing was disappointing at best and a lil offensive at its worst. I figured I could do better in a future project instead, and tbh I kinda did, with the lil Destiny comic.

Lastly I have had a total of 3 people telling me they found me from my silmil redesigns. VERY proud of that number lol. (especially for a series still in hiatus)

Yes.

I'm assuming you're meaning to use the term 'alien' as in like "you're not human" type thing. Almost like an insult. Then yes, absolutely none of them would like that.

They are aliens if you wanna get extremely in depth with it, but they were all born from human parents. They grew up on Earth, shared experiences and feelings like every other person.

Imagine if you called Usagi an alien in front of her parents, they would prob wanna beat the shit out of you and I can't blame them.

And yes, I'm talking to the internet people who keep calling Ikuko Usagi's "step-mother". Quit pissing me off.

You got any magical girl recs that aren't sm, rgu or pmmm?

Again, I'm not the best person to ask this since I'm not a big fan of the genre, but I recommend watching Flip Flappers. It's short and I really enjoyed it.

Other than that, I haven't watched these, but I heard they are good, so maybe you can look into them : Revue Starlight, Princess Tutu, and Doremi. This last one is aimed at a younger audience, so maybe you can see it with your kid or young relatives. I heard it's actually really good. Personally, I watched only a couple of episodes when I was young, and I still remember them quite fondly.

Hello! I really need your help! You have already helped me buy tourniquets several times (recent fundraiser with report). But, unfortunately, the war is not over and the russians continue to kill Ukrainians: both civilians and military. russians have already killed my father. My father had no chance: I won't tell you how terrible his death was. I'll just say that someone has this chance. And we have to save them.

Tourniquets can stop bleeding! They can save someone's life! I beg you not to be indifferent and help: like, reblog or donate if you can. At least 10 tourniquets are needed, 1 costs 650 UAH, which is about 16$ (the price has increased a little, yes). So, we need $160 at least. The more funds: the more tourniquets. As usual: when I receive the tourniquets, I will give them to local volunteers.

For the longest time if you asked me who I think would get together first between reinako and makoami (and who I believe would be more interesting story and character wise) I would've always said reinako.

I even wrote it that way in my lil rewrite thingy, but I don't know, the more time passes, the more I'm finding myself thinking the complete opposite.
