Hello everyone! ^ω^ 💚 I've just got home from my holiday, and I decided to take some pictures of my bedroom :3 I moved in with my Nona and Grandad almost a year ago (my sister and I had to share a room at my Mum's house, and since my Nona and Grandad only live 5 minutes away, I decided to move in with them x'D), and I've really managed to make this space my own! :D 🌈 The first picture is my bedroom door, and the second picture is of my bed. Then there's my bathroom door, my shelves and my sofa thingy! ~ I love it so much!! It's one of my safe places, and it's full of my favourite things!! Ahh it's so good to be home ❤

I downloaded a really fun colouring app! It's called Kids Colouring Fun, they have a bunch of really cute pictures to colour, you can choose from a bunch of colours (even glittery ones!), and it's free! I really recommend it! ❤

Today’s reminder is to be intentional about your healing. Often times it is easy to fall into the trap of expecting a magical place of goodness to arrive without our earnest efforts. I know working to recovery is hard and sometimes tiring, but the efforts are worth it. Mama swears. 

Don’t forget, little ones! Have you had something to eat and drink today? Have you taken any medication and vitamins you need? Can you spare some time to get fresh air or take a walk to admire your surroundings? Be safe and take care. Mama loves you.
