2023 Updates!

Hi, friends!

I've spent the entire Mars + Mercury Rx re-doing my website, honing in on what I want to write about, what I want to say, what art I want to create, and how to move forward. I took Late Nov until Mid-January deciding how I want to show up in the world since 2020 completely destroyed my career AND my performing gigs. I have realized that I have an entirely clean slate, and I should make the best of it!

Not only am I in school, but I am a performer, and have a Patreon where I get to express myself, and share my favorite retro or retro-sounding movies, artists, music, and games with everyone. It is a collab with my partner, The Astral Stereo Project. Together we are Starship Lounge Productions [ formerly Van Astral Production ]. We have a lot planned for this year, so if you're into that, give us a follow!

I am also a singer and lyricist for a band called Gemini Paladin. We just released our first E.P. called " A Stellar Occultation ", and you can check it out on bandcamp, and support us if you'd like!

As for the website, The Mad Sorceress Grimoires, I listened to trusted friends talk about my strengths as a writer and artist, and re-did the appearance of my blog, as well as edit all of the blog posts. You can check out my posts here, like my post about working with the energy of Mars in a Sagittarian 8th House [ my natal placement! ]. I figured since Mars is direct in the opposite sign of Sag [ Gemini ], it's a good time to hype the post up again.

Anyway, I am SO amped up for this year. I feel like I have been planning stuff since LAST year, and I am finally able to tackle these projects.

There is so much material here to sink our teeth into, but let’s focus on the keywords “priesthoods”, “sweet singing”, and “ornamentation”. Of the Major Arcana in the tarot, Taurus is associated with The Hierophant. In the dictionary, the definition of hierophant is: “a person, especially a priest, who interprets sacred mysteries or esoteric principles.” How interesting it is that in mainstream Sun Sign Astrology, Taurus is associated with being “basic, slow, lazy” and having “no definitive qualities,” and yet, with all of the Astro-weather falling in the sign of Taurus currently, we are feeling a massive, very-much-not-boring, and inarguably greater spiritual shift collectively.

I’ve had personal experience and improvement with both PCOS and Adenomyosis when navigating food in this way. Remember: not everyone is created the same. What works for one person, may not work for the other. My advice for anything: experiment, monitor your symptoms, and decide if something is beneficial to your or not.
