Supernatural Harem Reader snuggles closer to Maddox in the summer and Baron in the winter. It's not like they do it intentionally- The living toaster that is the demon leaves Reader in a pool of their own sweat while with the reaper they've lost feeling in parts of their body more times than they could count from the combined elements of the cold and the icy temperature of Mad's skin. They make arrangements so none of their housemates feel left out- Wearing a sweater while they sleep or positioning several fans at the end of the bed. On milder nights, Reader can comfortably be sandwiched between the two with their opposing elements perfectly balancing each other out - ensuring everyone gets their rest and needed cuddles.

Where is Alasdair in all this? The angel is their pillow. The cool inside they never have to worry about flipping over. Reader can have the most stressful day imaginable, but the second their head falls on Al's lap they're out like a light. Perhaps him being their guardian angel provides them with a spiritual level of relief. Maybe angel feathers are just softer than any pillow they've ever laid their head on. Baron gets heated seeing Reader sleeping so soundly in Alasdair's arms - bundled up in his wings. The angel is a fucking cheat and he's using an advantage to steal the demon's mate.

Maddox, as always, is just thankful for the days Reader clings to them like glue. They're fine with waiting - they prefer to watch Reader sleep anyway

Backstory: CW: torture

Being raised in the Enclave, Maddox was an excellent scientist. Ruthless and obedient, he doesn't talks much about his past while he served the Enclave, however, there are quite a lot of rumours about his work regarding pain tolerance and dubious torture methods to extract information from prisoners. Having studied to become a neurologist, he ended up not becoming an actual doctor as he prefered his side job way more. His interest over supermutants and ghouls along with other creatures made him desert to pursue his own research, however, he ended up falling in the hands of the Brotherhood of Steel.

Loosing the sight right eye during an interrogatory, he would meet one of his fiercest rivals, whose encounters with would become more and more violent. The spark of pure hatred between Sergeant Red and Maddox branded their relationship, as for once, Maddox was experimenting the same torture methods he used to do with Enclave prisoners over himself. Sergeant Red, frustrated by his lack of reaction, decided to take him to the desert to finish him off. After his legs were broken, Maddox was dropped in the middle of nowhere.

As the luck seemed to be in his side, Maddox crawled away until a group of Followers found him. Staying them for a while, he ended up recovering. As soon as he was able to walk, Maddox fleed, seeking for a new place to stay.

Stumbling upon an empty vault, he settled there to start his new proyects. While his favourite subjects are human, he prefers if they belong to the brotherhood of steel or to the legion.

Au: After a last meeting with Red, Maddox would be torn to pieces. Using a vial of his latest research, which combined FEV with cazador DNA, he became a manbeast.

Doesn't know a thing about periods, but mate is in pain = I must drop everything to do what I can to eradicate their suffering.

With a quick crash course, Baron is in even more awe of you. "Every single month?!? Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?!"

His arms are your throne- If the moment doesn't unsettle you further, Baron will carry you wherever you need to go if you absolutely have to get out of bed.

Dude's practically a living heating pad already so snuggles are a must if you're up for it. Compliments and horn rubs make his skin nice and toasty.

Maddox

Offers you their hoodie first and foremost. It's big on them and comfy, like a good comfort blanket should be.

Tries to distract you from your pain- They'll raid the medicine cabinet for whatever pain relief is available and would work best for you, and while they're kicking in Mad would create a little pillow palace for you in bed or on the couch. Whichever works best.

Plays videos games with you or if those aren't up your alley/sitting up right makes things worse for you - sets up a mini theater wherever you're located with snacks, blankets and of course shows/movies for you both to binge.

Alasdair

Angel mom. Knows you're suffering even before you tell anyone. Really pushes the mommy status by monitoring your diet since certain foods can make cramps worse. Will get off your case if you press him, but if you're fine with the arrangements he'll prepare you meals that are both safe and foods you enjoy.

Did his research before coming to earth and likely has products tucked away for occasions such as this. Heating pads, pain medicine-

Will happily lend his wings if you need a softer place to rest your head. May also take the advantage to read you some of the books he's gotten into lately.

Dea

Funnily enough, they're like a perfect combination of all three.

Wraps you up in their robes which feels like the safest material known to man. Stresses themselves to the point of feeling faint if you choose to walk around on your own, but respects your decision if you decide to.

Dea's tears actually cure most ailments mortals may face. Understands drinking their tears might not be the most pleasant experience for you so they'll cook/bake them into something you enjoy.
