❗Yes this is traced! Just mainly for practice and I'll do my own take on it, just wanted to clarify ❗

FINALLY FINISHED MY QPHIL 3.0 DESIGN HOORAY (cant wait to. redesign it again in like 3 months.) (CHECK UNDER THE CUT FOR MY SILLY DESIGN NOTES!!)

I think I said this before but i so. SO BADLY wanted him to have a sleep theme since I always loved how his presence on the island was kinda up in the air. Is it a dream? Is it not? When he goes between the island and hardcore is that change really happening? Who knows.

The idea of making his usual outfit more like a housecoat was super appealing to me, so I opted for this open housecoat look with really heavy frills which were super fun to figure out, and I knew from pretty early on that I wanted to give him a quilt pattern SOMEWHERE on his design, so I thought the inside of the coat would do nicely for a sorta "default state". It also meant I could attribute meaning to the symbols and colours I used. wink nudge.

He has a more subtle angel theme, like with the mobile on his walking stick being a halo with the wing placement further emphasizing this, as well as just his generally lighter colour scheme. When I say sleep was his theme I almost more-so imagine it as like. The feeling of waking up in the morning where you're mostly refreshed but still a LITTLE drowsy. Lots of very spring-y, morning colours.

Just some other quick notes, I always really liked the mod in the server where you could have the crows perch on your shoulder and follow cuz of the lantern, so I thought it'd be fun if I made it so brian just straight up WAS the lantern. So I made him look like one of those wall outlet nightlights!! The backpack being kinda cat shaped was COMPLETELY unintentional but a very welcome result. Missa backpack is real.

As for the alternate outfits, I have a bolas one, as well as an ender king one since I deemed those two the most important. For the ender king I weirdly don't have many notes, like it's fairly straightforward (Save for the elephant in the room but now I'm gonna keep my secrets on why that's a thing). The Quilt design is supposed to be a lighter, easier-on-the-eyes version of the no texture pattern, and I imagine that all the goop and gunk on Phil is hidden under the coat. I imagine it'd look fairly similar to canon so just like. imagine it for now. Might draw it one day. MAYBE. There's some tiny additional colour symbolism but I'll hold my tongue on that and let you guys draw your own conclusions there. I WILL say, however, that instead of his theme being sleep, his theme is "nightmare" (and also kinda sleepwalking since both fit).

The Bolas design was SUPER fun to work with. For starters I wanted the three designs to be in three different states. One with the coat, one with the coat reversed, and one without the coat entirely. Since I wanted to do the checker pattern thing with the possession design, having the sleeveless bolas design worked really well for the shape I landed on, even if it wasn't conventional. and SPEAKING of non-conventional design choices, I decided to go against the usual plague doctor + gas mask fusion design. Which might be controversial... But god. The moment I thought of his mask being a falconry hood, the idea just wouldn't leave my mind. Because of this, the full mask is kinda separated into two parts. The eye mask which kinda also mirrors his usual sleep mask, and the gas mask itself (I kept it in a beak shape since it'd feel odd if i made it any other shape for phil, lol). When designing the whole thing I kept thinking about more apocalypse setting clothing. Like mad max. Or the one gag from that one spongebob movie. Lots of leather. And of course, to match the other sleep themes, the Bolas outfit's theme is "fever dream", although its a bit more subtle. It's easily the weirdest design, The pops of green were simultaneously in reference to the friendship emerald... As well as... Well, the green chain right below the chain on the sickness themed design was probably the most tasteful way I could've chosen to get across vomit without it being too on the nose. (also sidenote, I had a few friends compare bolas phil to... a fly. Which wasn't intentional but it's kinda funny that the guy designed after fever dreams looks a little bit like a bug.) Ok thats it for design commentary I'm gonna go to bedge nyow.

HH/HB Server gets mad at me for making Pentious Tan

I wanted to share Non-Pale. Tan Pentious edit and got dogpiled almost immediately.

Color Coded so people can't complain FAKE FAKE FAKE. The server is not going to be named as it's a pretty big server filled with minors and if you know which server it is, DON'T say it.

People in there are children and I do NOT want anyone getting harassed, this is just another example of people assigning intent. The only party that's uncensored is me.

Blue - Discord Friend Yellow - Someone with common sense. Black - Don't like these people Magneta - Someone not involved. Purple - Actual On Duty Mod. Light Green - Unsure if they are on my side or what Red - Person who said something uncomfortable to me.

I sent the render after completing it and using a BG Removal AI Tool to make it a render for my new wallpaper as I am taking Pentious and using him as my own.

People began to point out the "issue"

Saint Pentious's Wife forwards a earlier message from Purple stating "It's their headcanon" Black #1 said "Well if it's your head cannon that it's a good render then there you go"

Black #2 responds with an image definition of Headcanon which is:

Headcanon is a word used in film/television/comics/etc. fandom that refers to something a fan imagines about the characters (such as a scenario or relationship) but that doesn't appear on screen/on the page.

After I posted the image more people started being "jokey" which is impossible to tell and most of these people see others using tone tags. They were trying to make me feel bad about what I did. Labeling as racism and the such. I highlighted a few points that stand out.

Another person, Black #3 responded to the intial post with a caption reading "Bro blackwashed him" and attached is the original concept of Sir Pentious.

Black #3 responded. "But he's pale" and responded in regards to Alastor. "I also noticed that Alastor is still black in his demon form."

I responded. "You think all Londions are pale?"

Black #3 responds to Black #2 "With Adam's colors."

I proceeded to send:

"Thats kinda oddly weird. Like, why do you care what I do, it's not like he's being erased fully. He's still white but tan. Accusing me of racism is wildly crazy and makes me uncomfortable. Please stop it."

A little info on Red, they have numerous times made me uncomfortable, even after I told them to stop, they did not make the effort to apologize or even backtrack, even with Black #4 not taking it seriously. One of the rules in the server is not to make anyone uncomfortable specifically in regards to questions but also had a rule to be nice to everyone.

Red responds to a Vox PFP (Offscreen) with the caption "OVER FIVE YEARS?"

I responded to the conversation: "I fw Pilot Husk's design. I was a fan since the Pilot ages (Al's design more specifically.)" Beforehand Red also tried to make me feel weird for selfshipping with Husk by saying "He's a cat bro." yeah, and? People simp for Loona the same.

Black #4 responded to my uncomfortableness to Red with a skull emoji.

I responded: ":/ What? Personal trigger of mine, is that wrong of me to wish for people to not say that?"

Red once again doesn't take it seriously and tries to paint it as a light ribbing by saying: "it was sarcasm lil bro do u think im a perv or sum."

I responded: "Please don't call me Lil Bro, also, I dont understand tones. You're talking to someone who has Autism."

Red says: "sorry ma am" which isn't sincere in my eyes.

I correct them "*sir."

I clarified to Red on my correction and they were confused because of my name, when my pfp states my pronouns which were Ze/Zir/It/Its which should atleast give them the idea that I wasn't a ma'am.

This is where they made a "Joke" to my hard drive which has files of my Artwork and DBZ stuff. I'm a CSA survivor. You SHOULDN'T make those kinds of jokes to ANYONE especially IF they just joined the server.

I am aware that these people might be minors, but like WHAT THE FUCK? No ONE is this level of pale, I mean it's POSSIBLE but like NOT to the level of Sir Pentious. Also, if someone tells you to stop you do it, you don't continue with a joke.

This is literally making me want to kill myself. I like to thank Blue and Yellow for trying atleast. Sir Pentious was more Tan, he wasn't black or anything he was just more tan. It makes more sense then pale sheet white as snow template base that the fandom designs have.

IMPORTANT NEWS

Hello everyone!! I know it has been awhile i'm active in tumblr since i mostly more active in Discord and i apologies for that :'] but that's not the news that i'm giving for you guys.

The news is that i'm leaving the Smiling Psychopaths AU, meaning that Lovesick!Bobby BearHug or Lovesick AU that i created will NOT have any connection with the Smiling Psychopaths. If you wanna ask why i'm leaving the group? I'm too uncomfortable to explain but Me and Lego aren't friends anymore, again, i have my reason and i'm uncomfortable to explain it.

I'm probably gonna redesign a lot of thing in this blog or maybe make a new one and deleted this one, who knows? As i'm in my final exams so my focus is on that for now but after my final exams, i'm going to focus on my Lovesick AU.

The Lovesick AU is still the same just without the Smiling Psychopaths or ever making them. Also, for @jumptothemoon i want you to put down my Poison!Hoppy's art and everything about her. No, i'm not mad at you but i prefer to not seeing my creations since that was created for Lego, everything i made for Lego, i wanted it to put down. So please, understand me as i wanted nothing to be involved with him. You can make your own Psychopaths Hoppy with your idea, lore and everything.

Anyway, i'm thankful for everything in the Smiling Psychopaths AU but this is a goodbyw for that AU and a HELLO to the redesign Lovesick Au (soon) :]

Sonic also very much HAD gradual design changes between 1991-7...it's just that the general public didn't give a shit. We go from this tubbiness

To long legs and hair mcbrow here. Hoshino did Sonic CD and R 2D art, and the diff between that and here is still indicating an overall evolution. Only Amy and Eggman drastically changed, which for the former I'm glad. Better than being a literal girl Sonic clone. The rest are just continuing a trend then adding iris color

But really I feel Sonic Team did the redesigns to welcome a new era, given how Japan unironically forgot about Sonic. It's jarring- if you ignore 6-7 years of the franchise, but also distinctively full of much needed energy given the crap 1995-7 period.

Similarly I feel we're missing cultural context; both the US and Japan had a problem with associating design with specific tone, so you ended up with typecasted designs. Sonic despite having attitude and games like 3K WAS associated to being a cutesy generic mascot inferior to Hello Kitty in Japan, which is not a good thing. Almost all noncanon manga further just divorced itself from actual game tone to be a parody or cutesy manga, which both Naka and Oshima didn't like, same for early Sega Harmony Calendar art.

The US market had a forced redesign that lasted till 1994 that while ass, unfortunately just lended to the idea of not accepting a design as is, regardless of tone. So Sonic Team gave in to that for Adventure, which a competition was held in 1997 to see how it was recieved. Uekawa won ironically cuz he had the safest design, but took elements of Okano's art later to add flair and zaniness as it'd defeat the point otherwise

I feel Capcom had a similar problem with Megaman: they didn't feel comfortable with solely using the same design for bigger stories, so they opted for the more adult X spinoffs, and then similarly did the same for Legends and Battle Network (ironically I feel this backfired). Even Ruby Spears attempted to be faithful for their show pilot, but test audiences didn't like it, so we got a mediocre jocked up muscle Mega Man. While in Japan the anime OVAs were very cutesy and basic, despite games being more action oriented

It's hard to say if this issue disappeared now, and I feel it's revisionism to say "oh, if the redesigns didn't happen, no one would be mad" cuz the truth is...Sonic would die if he didn't change harder

I feel both ignoring every middle design and just lumping Sonic as "Classic" "Modern" is a very stupid thing as both are fucking subjective and tempermental terms. Adventure isn't "modern", and anything with sentimental value and nostalgia is "classic". Heroes is fucking over 20 years old, and can be considered one to some, as unpopular of an opinion that is. Sonic Team didn't have eras awkwardly like that in the 10th Anniversary book, and even said "Sonic will continue changing", but after 10 more years of the fandom, original creatives outside Iizuka leaving, and game reviewers destroying nuance and history, they forcibly had to split him like so for Generations. I see the same fan mentality outside Sonic for Golden Age era cartoons, it's maddening. Just look at Looney Tunes fans on how they treat Daffy, it's the same shit

Sorry for ranting, but I hate when history and evolution are ignored just to make strawmanned points when it boils down to "wishful revisionism under MY misnostalgia/control". I saw someone make an SA1 mod to make stages "More classic" with checker spam when not only is that term bullshit, Sega and Okano literally showed us concept art of Adventure stages before the char designs tweaks, and it's the exact same texture and bg prop set as final. That is maddening

At the risk of being blunt, I'm aware of all that. I assure you that I could never forget American the Assface and Ivo No-Eyes no matter how much I'd prefer to.

As for Mario, his earliest designs had the excuse of it not being fully set in stone yet, and with the N64 era onward, they generally only involved slight proportion changes or subtle details in the clothing and what have you... much like Sonic in the years between 91 and 97, American Assface and other questionable SoA decisions notwithstanding. The point is, Mario wasn't redesigned for the explicit purpose of seeming like a more mature bing bing wahoo man. :P Neither was Kirby, who I used for reference due to his reputation of fighting eldritch abominations and occasional dark subtext despite resembling a pink blob with stubs for arms.

Finally, I can't speak for how others choose to use the terms, but I use Classic and Modern for simple convenience. I agree that there should never have been an official line in the sand between the two, at least outside of Generations' context, but this is what the franchise has taught us to do at this point. That's the ugly truth, I'm afraid. As is the ugly truth that the vocal, dramatic shift to the Adventure designs and style - regardless of intent, regardless of justification, regardless of the gradual alterations and differences between artists in the years beforehand, regardless of every angle of relevant context - still brought on one of the single most notorious divides in a fandom full of them, up there with the debut of SatAM. We can debate all day as to whether it was fair or not, but the divide happened all the same.

I'm not a Classic-only purist. SA1 is one of my favourite games in the series, and I love various other Modern titles. And to stress once more, I like the Modern character designs and have no personal beef with them whatsoever. But I can't ignore these things in an age where Adventure era rose-tinted goggles are at an all time high, and while it's true that not everything is straightforward, that goes both ways in cases like this.

I kept resetting it so many times, it got to the point where I got tired of making my Mii again and again, so I said "screw it" and made my main Wii U Mii this goofball.

The end result was me modding my Wii U 'cuz I couldn't get anything to work. Thanks, region lock.

waterdogs tidepool drama is crazy like. im a beginning artist who uses it & i put effort into my designs bc i want ppl to get a design they like, even if they end up tweaking or redesigning it a little. it feels like a big design trade all around. if you're mad about everything being "low effort" you don't even have to put something in yourself? you can ignore it if you want? you can even get starfish for free by doing the fetch quests via the dailies (sand dollars/trait tickets that you can then turn in) & get a Genuinely free design yourself. you can even put in a "low effort" design of your own in if it makes you so mad! I'm against the mods scraping the "best" designs too, but that doesn't mean you should lash out at the beginners who are using it the way it's intended to be used

Guess what time it is? Week 2 tiiiiime!!!

This is Gary! He’s a ghost. I was originally gonna make him alive and have him killed (kind of) by the second character you’re gonna see in this week, but decided against it because his human form looks wayyy too plain. You’ve seen him before probably, from one of my posts or the hopeless romantic stuff made by Cole (hi Cole) but I redesigned him. He was originally an OC for the FnF mod, Mario’s Madness, based on the ghost designs of BF and GF featured in the song “Alone”. But forget about all of that- he’s a hopeless romantic character now. Because I said so.

Gary used to be a painter. He ended up going to a freaky forest one day to paint some nice landscapes, but got way too lost and ended up starving.

Week 2 takes place on Halloween night. After some trick or treating, Denny decides to hang out in the local haunted forest to chill out, rest their legs, and munch on some candy. They get jumpscared by Gary sneaking up behind them and jumping at them, because he finds scaring people hilarious. Denny offers to rap though, and Gary decides to give it a shot.

First two songs go smoothly. Third one does not.

This is Aster.

I’m realizing now to explain Aster’s whole lore, it’s gonna take like. A LOT of explaining, but it is what it is yk. So, if you know my blog qubodeathscreen, its lore is connected to that. But for people who don’t, I’ll explain the whole thing. There’s a place that exists somewhere deep in the depths of the multiverse, called the land of the forgotten. It’s where scrapped, unused and long forgotten characters are sent to, where they all slowly but surely rot and melt away into a substance called gray matter.

There’s also another place really far away, called the Vessel Containment Facility. It contains entities called “Vessels”, thus the name, but also is involved with a bunch of other stuff in the multiverse, like messing with fate and shit. Very few people work there, but the only one you need to know right now is a scientist named Dr. Breakfast. Don’t question the name. He was tasked with going to the land of the forgotten to retrieve some of the rotten characters, and bring them back to life. He figured out a method of doing so, but unfortunately, things sort of went haywire. While reviving the first person, the gray matter of all the other beings he gathered all sort of flew towards the one he was reviving, merging them all together, and creating Aster. The doctor’s boss was actually surprisingly pleased with his newest creation, and Aster was then sent to the world of FNF: Hopeless Romantic to live out its life.

Ok, back to the main story. In og FNF fashion, everyone vanishes except for Denny in the third song. Aster emerges from the shadows, and decides to sing a little song with them. Her goal is not to eat Den, but instead to sort of merge with them, making them a part of itself. It basically promises them eternal joy and life, but Denny is not really having it. Aster would actually sing with words in the song btw. And uhhh yeah that’s it! At the end of the song, Gary comes back and tries to fight Aster to save Denny, but ends up getting assimilated and becomes part of it in the process. Denny gets away, though.

Sorry this one was kinda.. lore heavy. Things get less complicated next week. The Vessel Containment Facility will pop up again after the events of the 8 main weeks tho sooo. Yea.

Good! I had an easy day at work so it went by fast. And my boyfriend of 5 years and I are officially getting married this year in April!

As a kid I loved drawing, even more than the usual kid! Watching cartoons, playing pretend with my sister, and reading made me want to make my own stories and characters. It wasn’t until I started applying to college that I decided I would do art for a living!

Originally, Fleet’s team were 3  white stallion pegasii  named after cloud types. Stratus, Cumulous, and Cirrus. Generic henchmen. When it was time to introduce them, though, I ended up going all out! Then I fell in love with them! This is how I imagined them to look.

Sky was going to appear on another, abandoned ask blog of mine. His very first design was so ugly, haha, he’s changed a lot! He was actually always meant to have Fleet Folly as a rival! So mad I lost Fleet’s original concept art.

At the start of the year I redesigned my sona to be a bat! So I changed Page Turner to look similar. She’s not exactly a kirin, just a bat unicorn pony thing!

My sona (Mayor)'s new design was decided because I like bats/cats and because I like this shade of blue a lot. Her old design was fine, but was a bit too plain for my tastes, plus I had changed so much since I first designed her!

sm0lcatfish: what was the inspiration behind lost celestia? was she always intended to be a part of the sky warden+fleet folly sorta universe or did that come later?

In 2017 I sketched a drawing that looked kinda like this. I got the idea for a Celestia ask blog called “Tower Princess” where she would have amnesia, break out of a tower, and look wide eyes and emotionless. I didn’t follow through because I didn’t think I could accomplish it. So instead I started Ask Wizard Sunburst c:

Ask King Sombra was also inspiration for me finally starting this blog, as it showed me a story-driven ask blog could both be successful and include OCs in the main cast! As for Sky Warden, I very self indulgently included him so Celestia wouldn't just look around confusedly at everything without any dialogue or exposition. Lastly, Fleet was always a part of Sky's story, but him getting his own blog was an accident driven by me being Way Too Into My Own Characters hahah.

Thank you! That’s the second time someone has mentioned moonstuck and I’m still not sure what it is! Most of my inspiration is from artists in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fandom on DA but I also am inspired by stuff like Avatar: TLA, The Underland Chronicles, Game of Thrones, Teen Titans.... It’s a wide variety of things!

yearly retrospective time LETZ GO!!!

last year i said 2022 sucked but uh,, 2023 was definitely worse :'o)

with the rise in queerphobic legistlation, school getting progressively harder to stay on track with, my dad dying, and just everything else that ive had to endure this year, its been difficult. but.. i somehow made it.

and you might be wondering how i got through everything. did i touch grass and magically everything was sunshine and rainbows? buy some overpriced self help book or online course that changed my life? No <3

i just,, did what i normally do. i played video games, talked with my friends, watched youtube, brainrotted over fandoms, listened to music, came up with cool outfits, somehow made it through skool, drew, wrote, cosplayed, roleplayed, made kandi and crafts, and just overall found ways to find joy in the small things, which goes a long way when youre trans in a world where your joy is an act of rebellion.

i also had some cool fandom moments this year! season 7 of siivagunner has been AWESOME, return to dream land deluxe was great even if it fricked with the lore a little, THE TOH FINALE WAS SO FRICKIN GOOD, marios madness may be my new fave fnf mod, NPMD THREW ME BACK INTO MY HATCHETFIELD FIXATION, i FINALLY got the kirby planet robobot soundtrack cd and the limited edition quiznos training game physical edition, i found ways to actually enjoy WDY again and leave behind itz toxic fandom, i got into pokepasta, tintn, gogos crazy bones, playtime with percy, inside job, tadc, i started listening to mal blum and against me and chonny jash, im currently being dragged into eggotama as we speak and im getting back into mpdsap,,

but the fandom that had the most impact for me this year was the june archive and restoration project. getting into TJA led me to discover bowlbys other works and get into one of the best fandoms ive ever been in, thanks in part to the june archive and restoration project fanserver. ive met so many cool people through that server, and getting to chat and VC with them has always been a blast. [yknow what? shoutout to all my friends that ive loved talking with all throughout 2023 yall are awesome]

back to life stuff for a moment here, i got to do a lotta cool stuff this year! i FINALLY homebrewed my 3ds [with a bit of help from jaco xd], GOT TO SEE THE HAUNTING OF NIGHT VALE LIVE, put together some awesome cosplays for gencon and halloween, im getting better at rhythm games, i got SECOND PLACE in my skoolz national cybersecurity codebreakers competition, i had an awesome bday, i went to go see barbie [my first movie in theaters since lockdown] and fnaf and both were AWESOME!! all of this despite everything thats happened in 2023!

and as for my creative projectz,, DIGIVERSE REBOOT EPISODE 3 FINALLY RELEASED BACK IN MAY!!!!!! holy frick i was SO PROUD of that,, in addition, ive been doing character reveals for gamerz epic megamix take, i created the doomed timelines awoken au, and ive strengthened my artstyle into what it is today while learning how to use my drawing tablet :3

in addition, getting into TJA and watching bowlbys animation legacy made me think about my past as a creator, and i started work on giving my old book ocs from my days in the TWOW fandom the care and attention they deserve, even if it means some slight redesigns or rewrites. speaking of TWOW, EWOW IS OUT AND IM GETTING BACK INTO TWOW AFTER YEARS!! feelz good to be back, and im hoping i can maybe properly host a minitwow at some point in 2024!

overall 2023 wasnt great, but i stayed silly and had fun despite it and i think thatz very swag of me!

now, every time i do one of these things, if i do an overconfident "bring it on" type message at the end i almost always end up regretting it, AND i am absolutely terrified about 2024 so i am not taking my chances!

so i leave u with this sentiment towards 2024 instead:

i gotta survive The Horrors anyway, might as well stay silly and do what i like while im doing it :3

One of the new students at monster high this year,frankie was only zapped to life 15 weeks before the school year began, wielding both an unbridled love and respect for living (seemingly ironic considering they're made of corpses) they're already considered one if the most compassionate,friendly and caring kids in the school,always eager to make new friends and acting as the mediator and "parent friend" of their existing friend group,despite her naivety admittedly getting them into hot water themselves sometimes…

Likes: science,her friends,trying new things,doll modding and helping people out.

Dislikes: bigotry, hypocrisy,unsafe laboratory environments, unintentionally making people uncomfortable and zier staples and stitches coming undone.

Killer style: one of the things Frankie loves best about meeting new people is seeing hitherto unknown styles of clothing which she takes inspiration from for modifications to her own outfits,regardless of what style inspires her though there's always a distinct streak of dark academia stylings throughout whatever she wears.

Familiar: Watzit,a dog,cat,bird,lizard…thing and her parents first experiment with the science of resurrection before creating Frankie,regardless of what animal parts he's made of Frankie adores the lil guy.

Pet Peeve: if there's one thing Frankie can't stand, it's bullies, especially those attending monster high,it just doesn't seem right that bullying could happen in the same school who stands by the value of being a safe and welcoming space for all who attend. That and improper lab safety.

Freaky Flaw: Naivety, having only been alive for four months Frankie is more than a little naive about the world,and often this coupled with their inquisitive attitude gets them into trouble if not given the full picture, although with some help from their friends they usually come out unscathed by the end.

Spooky Secret: Frankie isn't really the type to keep secrets himself but tries his best to keep any his friends are comfortable with telling him.

Dream job: Having just arrived at MH Frankie is far from focused on what exactly they would like to do once they graduate,but whatever it is it'll probably be something to do with science.

Five Fearsome Facts:

Due to rigor mortis and loose connective tissues, like most other undead monsters Frankie uses a walking aid (in her case specifically a pair of crutches) for ease of movement.

Frankie is Autistic,and stims via handflapping,rocking herself in her seat and bobbing her legs,during this xe also tends to spark from xyr metal staples and bolts as well as this in order to experience everything to its fullest extent Frankie likes to try his best at everything he does and tends to hyperfixate down to the smallest detail,whilst this is admittedly a useful skill while doing things like scientific investigation,it admittedly has its ups and downs elsewhere…

As his parents were able to source only one foreleg before his creation Frankie has a prosthetic leg, made out of (thankfully non magnetisable) metal that he likes to decorate with stickers.

Frankie loves to do doll modding as a pastime,this is spurred on by a fascination with the science of the creation of simulacrum like herself and her mother,however since the creation of simulacrum is a science tied down by heaps upon heaps of permits,forms and other bureaucratic business she instead puts her energy into modifying dolls and making vlogs about the hobby.

Despite literally crackling with energy the majority of the time Frankie is very much a night owl (I mean when was the last time you heard of a mad scientist doing experiments at 9 in the morning?) And as such is far from a morning person,7am on a weekday being one of the few times they're actively grouchy,not helped by their dad semi-sarcastically yelling "it's alive!" every morning as they come down at breakfast.

So yeah, I'm writing out a full reimagining of Monster High.

While I adore the original series concept I feel like it didn't really act upon the values it set out to represent so I decided to reimagine the series from the ground up, essentially my version is Derry Girls meets WWDITS with a little bit of Kipo thrown in for good measure.

(PS, I'm sorry but I'm not a great artist so I'm not really able to visualize my idea for how these characters look, although if you want to see artwork of these characters please check out artists like @spookberry and @creativitydeficient ,since their redesigns of characters like this one are partly what inspired me to start this series in the first place)
