Maëlle sabia que não deveria estar ali. Esperavam que ela estivesse no famigerado baile de caridade para representar a família junto de suas irmãs. Sua mãe esperava sua presença lá, como uma prova de que ela agora era uma filha direita que fazia tudo o que era esperado dela. Mas ela não era. Podia estar melhor, ter superado toda aquela fase ruim da sua vida, mas ainda não era o suficiente para que abrisse mão de sua liberdade para agradar a mulher. E não havia nada que a fizesse se sentir mais como um passarinho aprisionado do que usar um vestido, saltos altos, maquiagem e sorrir para homens ricos e nojentos. Aquele teatro todo lhe dava ânsia de vômitos, e isso era exatamente o que estava buscando evitar naquela noite. Não conseguiria ficar com Adrian de qualquer forma, sua mãe a havia impedido para tentar forçá-la a ir naquele baile, mas não se renderia a isso. Teria diversões muito maiores para comparecer no Beco Diagonal, e era para lá que aparatava naquele início de noite.

Sentia falta de ambientes como aquele, desde que havia ficado sóbria passara a se policiar muito para não comparecer a festas daquele tipo, sempre tentando evitar qualquer tipo de escorregão que pudesse devolvê-la para o fundo do poço onde um dia estivera. Mas já havia se passado quase um ano que estava sóbria, sentia merecer pelo menos sair para dançar sem se preocupar com mais nada. Então tirou aquela noite para fazer isso. Preferia estar com seu filho, claro que preferia, mas a mãe havia decidido colocar uma mulher desconhecida para cuidar dele e não tinha nada que Elle pudesse fazer por isso. Gritar com a mesma para que fosse embora não parecera surtir efeito, então precisaria apenas aceitar, mesmo que a contra gosto. E então tentar não pensar que aquela maluca poderia estar cuidando de seu bebê naquele exato momento. Ou tentar não pensar naquela maluca de qualquer forma que fosse, esquecendo-se até mesmo de suas feições, não pretendendo vê-la tão cedo. Pelo menos, era o que esperava, mas devia imaginar que nunca conseguia aquilo que desejava, pois mal havia começado a andar pelo local quando avistou aquela mesma face dentre as pessoas. Não pretendia se aproximar, mas quando viu já o estava fazendo. “Não deveria estar cuidando do meu filho?” as palavras saíram menos desagradáveis do que intencionara inicialmente, quase parecendo que realmente queria puxar assunto. Quase.

I decided to draw my TNLOM OC Telbin-Ondall-Yhan's parents: Lupell and Spencer Yhan. Here's a bit about them/ their back story: Lupell is a goddess with the power of healing- she is very beautiful and helps both gods and humans in need of medical attention, she is also one of the most well-known alchemists as well. Spencer on the other hand is a warrior guardian at the Jade mountain. Though only a human, Spencer earnt the trust and respect of the gods after saving one of the gods from demons harm. He fell for Lupell when he met her after being hit in the arm with an arrow by demon warriors. After some time Lupell and Spencer be wedded, two/three years later Lupell gave birth to a beautiful girl they soon named Telbin-Ondall Yhan. Telbin was a demi-god child, half god and half human with her mother's beauty and her father's gorgeous green eyes. Two months later, demons invaded their home, Lupell and Telbin has escaped with the help of the ohter healers, but Spencer sacrificed himself and died. Five years later Lupell was found by the very same demons and killed too, the wise old healer took Telbin in and cared for her until she was able to look after herself. But now that very same demon is after Telbin- But as Teblin grows up she one day vowels to face that demon and take its life like it did with her parents.. Anyways, I hope you like Lupell and Spencer Yhan

did you think i had too many fantrolls? because you were right, but not for the reasons you thought. i made an entire series of background fantrolls based on the chinese zodiac (plus cat). they’re generally less fleshed out than the planetary fantrolls. because i had to omit tyrian and there are 13 of them, they doubled up in a couple of places (bronze and gold), so i ran them low and high in their respective castes.

half are male, half are female, and cat is enby. cat is the one who got left out of the zodiac. as the story goes, rat tricked cat into missing the banquet that would determine the order in which the animals would appear on the zodiac. rat got first. this is why cat and rat are kismeses. ox is rat’s moirail because in the story, rat rode on ox’s back to get to the banquet first. (he tricked ox / ox didn’t even notice, but whatever, inspiration is inspiration.)

our story takes place pre-limeblood cull. in our fanon, lime blood is what makes sopor, and after the whole debacle limebloods were kept back in the grubbing caves to be bled for the slime supply. goat, a limeblood, has extra good shooshing abilities and makes a great moirail for the rooster who has shitty daymares and can’t control his psionics or his yelling.

tiger and dragon are trainers at bootcamp and have a heated kismesissitude. tiger in particular is an incredibly strict and demanding trainer. everyone lives in fear and awe of her. she’s the main reason any of the bootcamp kids behave at all.

Pastel started to giggle even more now. Quickly throwing off her shoes, before walking into the water. As they did the fish surrounded her, with both of them affecting the water now the fish circled around the two of them. Due all the movement Pastel had trouble staying planted in one spot causing all the fish to shift side to side as well.

There's an odd scuffling noise before a young woman peeked her head into the door. "Hello," Lupa said shyly, blinking around the room. There was a sound like fluttering wings and another person peeked their head in. "I'm Lupa, this is Vega. Um. We were told to meet a few people - a person named Pastel in particular?"

Pastel gasped as she saw the two enter the room “Hello!!! I’m Pastel! It’s nice to meet you!” Pastel ran over to greet them smiling wide. Today it seemed she had fangs and big fluffy purple ears and tail. “Hey, guys come greet our guests!”

Glitch continued working on her holographic screen apparently too focused on what she was doing to even hear Pastel, and Siren had definitely heard her but decided to stay sitting in her corner almost seeming to melt into the beanbag she was sitting in. 

Mercy, however, was excited to see that people had actually come to visit them smiling as she ran towards them. “Hello! I’m Mercy, and those goofballs are Glitch and Siren” Hearing her name Siren gave a slight wave but paid the guests no other attention, “We don’t get guests here very often… or ever… so you’ll have to excuse them they aren’t exactly the best at talking to other people”

Pastel who was barely able to stand still at this point excitedly said “I love your wings Vega! And-” Pastel took a second to take a closer look at Lupa with her heightened senses before gasping ”You’re a- she’s a! Heck Yes!” Pastel started talking so fast not even Mercy could understand her at this point.

”Pastel? Pastel! I can’t- what are so excited about?” Mercy sighed and gave Lupa and Vega an apologetic look. Pastel was apparently like this a lot.
