A little something I did as a surprise for @ludwigslovebug / something I did as a motive to get me back into drawing some couple stuff again

Here's a fun and cutesy chibi drawing of their self ship and their gijinka of Ludwig 💚💙 ( I apologise the gold ink I used doesn't look as shiny as it is, the lighting wasn't the best).

Also, your little self ship is very cute, and I loved drawing your little character of you as well.

A fun little drawing idea that popped into my head the other day, where, of course, Ludwig has an entire beauty routine to look as fabulous as he does 💙✨️

Just a little heads up, I drew him without his vest and golden chain decals, mostly to show off the shirt he wears underneath. Also, I love his little fluffy robe and matching towel.

Taking a little inspo from Mario Kart World and some stuff from Mario Kart 8 deluxe, I came up with the idea to design a little racer suit for my human ludwig gijinka.

With his suit design, I wanted it to reflect him but also look really cool and bad ass. On the back is the little ludwig logo/symbolising on top of a black fabric. Further front, I combined some of his distinctive koopa elements, such as the fleshy toso, his blue shell (which I used as another logo), and the spikes.

With his helmet, I kept it blue with spikes similar to ones on his back shell, with a neon green visor- which I used the green as it refers back to his koopa design where the main body of his face is green. The overall suit colour palette that I stuck to was blue, black, and white - with gold/silver trim and ble sapphires on the sides of each shoulder to keep it fancy. I also gave him a green belt to contrast against the fleshy torso and compliment the visor on his helmet.

Overall, I think this came out great. I especially love his " Please, you have no chance, because I always win" attitude/ expression in this drawing

A bunch of doodles of my girl Ester in a little bit of a mario style with more of my cartoony style in it.

I love drawing Esters biker outfit, again being the piranha plant princess, I love taking the red/ green and making her suit give off the aesthetic of the piranha plant (minus the spots). I also love how the lighting came out on her face in the top right one - I love my neon prismacolour pencils. And a bonus head doodle of her koopa form.

Here's the redesign of my Super Mario OC- Estella (Ester/Ella) Romella Piranha 💚❤️

Ester is 25 years old. She is the second eldest out of her five siblings (including herself, making it five). She has two pet piranha plants chomp-chomp and ka pow, who she raised from seedlings.

She's a little rebellious, loves riding her motorbike, and kicking ass. She, like the rest of her siblings have inherited transformative abilities- where in moonlight/ night they transform into koopas with super abilities. When they turn 16 is when thier power awakens. This ability made it easy for them to become comrads/allies to King Bowser. But for Ester, it made it difficult to keep friends as when they found out about this ability, they ran away calling her a monster.

Her only actual friends are the koopalings, although she spends more time with Ludwig (he is her one close friend and, like his siblings, doesn't judge ger for these inherited abilities)

That's all I'll share about her for now, I'm still rewriting out her backstory. But I'll definitely post more drawings of her and her family.

Here's a drawing of Ludwig I did the other day, me trying to incorporate my style as well as making it look like him at the same time.

For my second time drawing him (a polished drawing that is), he came out pretty good in my style 😊✨️💙

A little late night drawing I did of Draculaura in her Skulltimate roller maze outfit.

Then I just added a few doodles of bits and bobs- i.e her earrings, knee pads, spare bow and tomatoes since she is vegetarian.

Since I'd had some time in between a few things that have happened over the last few weeks, I couldn't help myself but have ago at drawing @padonkadonk human/ gijinka designs of Ludwig and Wendy.

I will say with Ludwig's uniform that they designed- I took inspiration from a doodle they did of him in a suit and used the blue and warm yellow from that. the hint of green I added was taken from his koopaling colour palette as he has the green on his face.

And with Wendy, I couldn't help but add a little extra sparkle to her- making the ruffles on her crop shirt as fancy as possible with a little extra sparkle from the gem and bead decal in the middle. I had also given her yellow ombre eye shadow, since they made her very glamourous.

Anyway, this was a fun excuse to fill up more of my sketchbook. Alongside drawing my own gijinka designs, I really enjoy drawing others gijinka designs as well, so I hope @padonkadonk likes this little surprise

This piece was inspired by an idea I had where since Ludwig is a royal- I'd imagine he'd have a royal portrait done. So here he's doing a somewhat renaissance like portrait and my girl Esthella (Ester), who came to surprise him by visiting, ended up getting surprised herself.

Nothing like walking in on your good 'friends' portrait sitting, where the only thing that is covering their body is a luxurious red velvet sheet (although he'd be wearing some sort of speedo underneath the sheet).

Since the dialogue is a little awkward to read. This is what it says:

Ester: LUDWIG??... I.. I didn't mean to walk in on you.

Ludwig (A little surprised to see his friend): No need to apologise Ester. You look a little flush in the face. I insist you stay here, sit down and relax.

So yeah, that was the idea behind this one- I really enjoy doing these model inspired drawings (Taking aspects of what I loved doing in drawing back at uni). Also it's nice to do a male pinup inspired drawing once in a while.

I will post more about Ester soon, but yeah her and Lud are good friends that like to occasionally taunt/tease each other. Also, Ester is biromantic (she's flustered here as she's not a fan of awkward situations like this).

Finally got around to redesigning and redrawing my take on Ludwig as a human.

With my design, I took some time to really understand his character through his back story and traits from the Mario games. In which led me to how I designed his attire- taking aspects of today's modern fashion with hints of regal/ royal/ wealthy elements.

For instance, since he is very flashy with his magical attacks, I took this flashy aspect into giving him the translucent sleeved shirt- which has the flary opened sleeves with silver decal resembling shapes seen in his magical powers. This was also repeated into the pants- they ombre from black to blue- with a flary opening just before the knee, with the same magical shaped pattern.

His boots, I kept simple- Glossy lamp black with blue spikey cuffs at the opening and black strappy cuffs across both middle sections. body shape wise, I didn't want to over dramatize it like others who make him really skinny or really fat- I saw him more in-between- fit but with hints of cuddliness to the figure.

His skin tone I kept a beautiful mid-dark tan. As he is a young man, I did give him some body hair- he keeps it neat and trimmed.

His eyes I made a very dark seafoam. I also gave him a little eye shadow on the eye lids and under the eyes to emphasise his dark aesthetic. And in each helix- he has two spiked shaped piercings- again a little modern touch to his design. Lastly- on his vest, he wears decorative gold chains- which is connected to a blue sapphire pin (on his right) and a blue shell (on his left- a little hint to his koopaling design)

This was quite fun redesigning my take on Human Ludwig- and I loved doing the little bonus doodles as well- the joys of younger siblings pranking you.

This was something I drew sometime early last month- but either way, I wanted to redesign LagoonaFire from Freaky Fushion- though in my design I balance out Jinafire and Lagoona.

Although what they did for the movie was cutesy and neon-ish in colour, in my redesign I took creative liberty to study both Lagoon and Jinafire to grasp an aesthetic of both their physical traits and colour pallets.

When it came to draw the fused ghouls together, I knew I wanted more of Jinafire to come into the design. For example, their "skin" is an ombre blend between Jinafire's golden dragon scales with hints of Lagoona's seafoam green skin- and yes, the illusion of her freckles is from where I have strategically scattered gold scales on their face.

With their hair, I gave them a long high ponytail and added streaks of black with the gorgeous emerald-green of Jinafire and blonde of Lagoona (not some random neon lime green and weird yellow). The hair piece is two long coral hair pins with beads and the large decorative pom-pom hair tie. The outfit itself was a fusion of traditional meets tom-boy- the top half of the playsuit inspired by Jinafire with the essence of traditional fabrics and Chinese block printing- with hints of sea monster scale decor. The colour pallet was of course inspired by colours worn by both ghouls.

The wrap around belt was inspired by the Scairs MH movie, where Jinafire wields a sword into a fashionable belt. In this case is wielded from coral. The shoes are a somewhat basic strappy pump- with Chinese lanterns as the heels and bubbles for the straps.

Anyway, that is the thinking behind my version of LagoonaFire, hope you enjoy the outcome of my design as much as I do.

Getting into some more fun valentines drawings, here's a bashful Sparky covered in Giulianas lipstick 💄 ✨️

And of course Giuliana herself, who is all proud of herself for leaving all these smooches on his face 💖

And of course I had to draw Sparky "flirting" back at Giuliana.

The idea/ scene:

Giuliana is walking down the hallways down to the mad science labs, where she finds Sparky waiting for her outside. She calls out to him , where he turns around with a small sly /smirk on his face- which stops Gilues in her tracks.

He then asks her "care to join me in the study howl, we can go over our chemistry if you like"...

Giuliana, of course, is where she is so flustered thinking ro herself...

"Oh no he's both hot and funny"

But says yes and goes off to the study howl even though she's red as a tomato 🍅

I know the humour is so cheesy, but I'd imagine that he enjoys using cheesy humour.

Being thinking more about how Giuliana and Sparky would be together in thier relationship.

Although Giuliana is super smart and has some hidden talents, I'd imagine her being a little fun and cheeky personality wise. So with this piece here, I imagine they went down to Hexicia's lab to do some study (I see him letting these two use some space in thier for study/experiments). Eitherway, as he's down stairs looking g for a book, Giules finds his alternative pair of glasses and decides to cheekily "flirt"..

Calling out to him from the second floor, she puts his glasses on for a moment, winking and asking "do I look better now?"

And Sparky, of course, is looking at her, a little flustered in the cheeks and blurts out "absolutely", he thinks she rocks them. Although she doesn't need glasses, though.

This was a fun one to draw, and yes, of course, I have one of him "flirting" with her too.

A little freaky fashion drawing of my two LGBTQIA+ monster's Fabiola and Gadiel. They have become "GADIEOLA"

It was fun to fuse the two together and get a nice balance of both Fabi and Gade into the design - I also love the bright Neon and punk aesthetic together.

Drew this little piece of my girl Giuliana and Victor (Sparky) together in their early 40s. Just two "mad" scientists together for the rest of their lives. With their own two human children (who be in thier 20s) and Franken-monster son (Victor's creation).

Both, I'd imagine working as mad science teachers at Monster High.
