So I received a new skincare product from influenster to try out... and I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and I actually like how hydrated it makes my skin feel.

The product is called LANEIGE Brightening Sparkling Water Foam Cleanser. It’s supposed to detoxify, promote brightness, remove impurities, minimize clogged pores, and exfoliate.

I love how my skin feels extra hydrated and fresh. The few cons I will say that I don’t think it gives my skin a really nice deep clean feel. Overall, it’s a good cleanser to start the day with.

Influenster: LANEIGE VoxBox Water Bank Serum Review

Late September I received the Water Bank Serum by LANEIGE complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. 

I have oily/combination skin and the water bank serum made my skin feel super hydrated without any added shine. I started to see a difference in my skin in the first week of use. After 3 weeks, I found my skin feeling incredibly smooth and free from any bumps or imperfections. I like that my skin is healthy looking, young and has a glow to it.

I like that the serum keeps my skin hydrated all day. Below is a pic of how my skin looks after two months of using the water bank serum.

I would recommend LANEIGE to my friends and family because of its natural ingredients and that it’s a water based formula, so you know that nothing harsh is being added to your skin. 

I’m looking forward to trying the rest of their skincare and beauty line as I have my eyes on a few of their products - and on my wishlist this holiday season!

Time of the year where we are fighting that awful battle of dry skin. Finding makeup that doesn't stick to the flaky skin, or find a nice moisturizer that doesn't feel think or greasy? Has any of this caught your ear, or eye I should say as you're reading this. Well ladies and gentlemen I have found one. I was given the product, laneige water bank serum to try for free to review. It has the perfect, no clogging pump that dispenses the perfect amount. Has a subtle smell that I think wouldn't be offensive to anyone and could easily be worn by both sexes. If leaves the skin supple, soft, and smooth. You can easily apply this after a shower or before bed without any issues. I don't have any negative comments about the product I find it very pleasing.

I received this product free from Influenster (go to www.influenster.com for more details) to test out and write a review about. I have been using it for a little over a month now and I’ve been loving it! It hydrates and smoothens your skin. I didn’t want to stop touching my face the next morning. lol You only need a tiny amount for your whole face and it’s intended to be used once or twice a week and no more than that, so it’s definitely worth the price ($30 canadian at sephora online and as of September 25th, in stores as well). It has aromatic sleepscents in it that are supposed to relax you before you go to sleep. I always used this at night when I was tired and was going to go to bed anyway so I don’t know for sure if this works, but it does have a really nice scent and leaves your face feeling very refreshed and clean. Overall, when I run out, I will definitely be purchasing this product.

There’s a new kid on the block, and man, does he ever come with bragging rights. Let me introduce you to my newest obsession. 

About two weeks ago, I received my Laneige voxbox from Influenster. Given my background in cosmetics, specifically skincare, I was super excited to try the line out. It’s new to Canada and can now be found at Sephora. Check the product range here. 

I received the Laneige Water bank gel cream. It claims to immerse skin in moisture while soothing irritated skin. I’ve been using it morning and night for the past two weeks and have actually noticed a significant difference in my skin. The overall appearance has improved and any areas with spots have calmed down. I’m excited to see what the long-term results will be like, but if they’re anything close to what I’ve experienced so far, no doubt I will be pleased. 

I’ll be heading to Sephora today to check out the rest of the range, and potentially pick up some more goodies! I’ll keep you posted and let you know the end results.
