Here are designs for mud sib nightmare and horror! I may or may not also finish the designs for killer and dust(probably not TvT) but I'm almost certainly never going to draw these two again because I don't have to patience to copy or simplify these overly complicated and detailed color patterns 😔

I had fun drawing them the first time tho and it was fun playing around with the colors! I love mudwing colors so much because there are SO many types of brown and orange and red you can use! I made horror more red/orange and nightmare more pink/purple! also I am in love with mudwing scale patterns <3333

For those who don't know, this is a type of dragon called mudwings who as the name might suggest, live mostly in swamps and really like mud. The reason I made a whole AU where the bad sanses are mudwing siblings is because I think it is way to adorable not to do.

Mudwings usually live in groups of siblings where instead of being raised by their parents, they only rely on each other to learn how to survive. The first of the siblings to hatch is designated leader and caretaker of the group and is know as the bigwings! The thought occurred that it would be really heckin adorable if the bad sanses where all mudwing siblings and nightmare was their bigwings and from there I was like well then how did nightmare lose his eye? How was horror injured? And from there it spiralled out into a whole plot for a war between six of the dragon tribes that involves animus magic nonsense and some very scary rainwings. In this au Dream is a rainwing, ink is a sandwing animus, blue is a seawing and error is a nightwing animus. There's also a seawing undyne running around with animus enchanted spears.

U-Uhm I'm gonna go off about Phillip~! <3333

I won't get super into it but I've been attaching myself to him a lot today because I feel like out of all of my f/o he understands to an extent of what it feels like to have family troubles as he is always seen as the "screw up" of the family. His isn't as bad as mine but he is such a great comfort to me... <3 Awe Phillip is one of my comfort characters!

at first my initial reaction about wanting to gush about him was "I love everything about him!" Which is true, I do but I want to go into better detail! Wouldn't be much of a gush post otherwise.

Phillip has a very infectious energy, he strolls into the room and all eyes are zeroed in on him, he has this amazing ability to make everyone around him feel special. He is the type of person to know every single person in the room and a specific niche detail about said person! He's very much an extrovert which I kinda love. Helps bring me out of my shell a bit but I also love that he'll know when I need a break!

This man can make me laugh like no one else. Much like myself he can find some humor in any kind of situation even if its bad. He's got a very quick wit and I adore his playful banter! He gets this adorable little goofy grin on his face that instantly brightens my mood when I'm feeling sad. His smile is contagious and his laughter is infectious, It's incredibly hard not to smile or laugh whenever I with him.

He's also so adventurous which I absolutely adore!! He's always up for trying new things and going on spontaneous adventures! When we first met I asked "wanna walk through the forest?" he goes "It's midnight..?" and I'm all "Yes….your point?" He got this goofy little grin and said "I'll get the flashlights!" He has an enthusiasm for life and every day feels brand new and thrilling whenever I am with him~

Phillip is so passionate as well~ He goes after what he wants and he has the drive and the determination, he puts his whole heart into everything he does, now sometimes it doesn't last too long but nobody can ever say he never had his heart in that specific thing be it a job or a hobby. He makes the most out of every moment.

Phillip is also so caring and attentive. He really listens, he makes me feel like I matter and that I'm heard, he's the first one to offer help to anyone who may need it and he likes to make sure those he loves are taken care of. Doesn't matter what it is either, run an errand, a shoulder to cry on, being there for a midnight vent when the world just seems to be too much, he is an endless support for me <3

Phillip makes my world a brighter place just by being in it and I feel so incredibly lucky to have him by my side. He means so much to me and I love him so dearly. He's helping me a lot right now and I couldn't be more grateful to him.

I just hope he knows how much he means to me. <3

Actually the way you listed them is in order of my most favorite to least favorite lmaooo (starting with mega evolution as my favorite)

Hmmmm see I have three different outlooks on this- the coolest, the most useful, and the best for humanity.

Coolest would be a flying ride pokemon like Articuno because we could all literally just fly around everywhere in giant birds. How sick would that be.

Most useful would be ditto without a doubt BECAUSE he can shapeshift into anything. You need another helping hand? Dittos got you. You need fire to cook something? Dittos got you (Charmander or fire type). Need a pokemon that can lift a ton of weight? Ditto. It just works for everything.

Best for humanity would be Drampa. By far the kindest Pokemon in my opinion. We need more of that

Hmmm like in what way? Like z-crystal type stuff, or the way he acts with his pokemon? Cause I absolutely love the way Ash acts with his pokemon in battle (usually) and he generally just cares so much about them and doesn't push them too hard and AHHHH. Just. Yes.

Favorite game is Pokemon Snap (the new one) lmaooo- I don't care it's not a traditional game I have hundreds and hundreds of hours on that game it's insane I love it sm- that's the one where you get to travel to all different regions and capture photos of Pokemon and there's lots of different courses you get to go on- and as you level up a course you can photograph pokemon doing different behaviors, and try and get them to do different things by playing music or feeding them and I just love the animations in that game and how cute they are and just AH. YES. LOVE.

Besides the og one, probably the XYZ theme song or the original alola one

SOMEONE THAWING HER OUT WITH A HAIRDRYER LFMAFDAJOFD- LET MY GIRL BE FREE. And her getting caught in a loop omg :(( poor thing. Ink has to come distract her so that she just forgets entirely what was stressing her out! THE SNEEZING WITH A LITTLE PUFF OF SNOW THAT'S ADORABLE AAAAAAAAA <3333. The flowers are a cute touch too!! Ohh to get my hands on an essence... I would kill for like. Idk actually. I think I'd want a fun location based or celestial body based one, like Essense of the Stars or something! Although that one would probably end up making you a little spacey (pun absolutely intended) like the Essence of Zonked. I could see them being used as treatments for ailments if they weren't so highly powerful!

The fact that Artic doesn't even know what she is is so captivating omg. And perhaps no one will ever know, but that's okay! What matters more is that she knows who she is as a person and not what she is, I think. I'm trying to imagine an inbetween of bone and ice right now (I am currently googling a lot of bone related questions), and I'm imagining that some areas are just more crystalline than they should be for a normal human. And since blood is made in the bones, I can see the bone marrow being blue and ever so slightly sparkly from the Essense of Winter that's in her instead of blood perhaps? Like instead of blood circling around she's just got winter being made and hanging out in her body ^^ Also TSA stopping Artic is HILARIOUS- "exsuse me, but... A highly controlled and illegal substance has been detected" "(sigh) this always happens..."

I feel kinda bad for the Alatreon :( It's just got so much going on inside its body. Poor thing... But the fight WOULD be pretty cool. They're both Something, but nobody really knows what that something is, but it's handled in such different ways I think! The Alatreon wreaks havoc while Artic is such a sweet and gentle soul.

ARTIC'S JOURNAL YES YES YES I LOOOVE A GOOD RECORD!!!! FIELD NOTES MY BELOVED. One time I had to go out and watch squirrels for a very long time and document what they did for a class project and I'm just picturing Artic doing something like that- Just watching from afar behind a bush or something writing down notes on the behaviors she's observing from a creature. The washing a Zinogre scene is sooo cute!!! She's so knowledgeable and knows how to best care for the animals!! And I can see Artic bathing a dragon or two at the sanctuary for the public every so often so that they know how to properly care for different types, narrating on what to be careful of and the best ways to keep 'em calm.

THE FESTIVAL SCENE OUGHHHH I'M UNWELL... I'm actually SO abnormal about this one. The scene is literally so bright in my head I can see it so clearly- Artic's got panic written all over her face but Ink knows just what to do because he's seen her do it before! She can basically dance, she just doesn't know it and she's just feeling too much pressure from all the eyes! And the scene from ATLA is TOOOO good omg. Perhaps I should watch it... I really like how they're treating it kinda like combat, kinda like dancing. I can really see Ink and Artic doing the same :D

MONSTER HUNTER TIME!!!!! I love that you include YouTube videos whenever you can btw. Super helpful for visualizing things in my mind!! The way it spins in the water seems like a good match for how I imagine Artic to fight! Something about the quick spins are almost dancelike to me, there's a beauty in it. AND OHHHH RUNNING FOR YOU LIFE MOMENTS IN VIDEO GAMES HOW I LOVE YOU <333 THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT THEM THAT JUST PULLS A FEAR OUT OF ME. Poor Ceadeus, though :(. Bro's just trying to stop being in pain all the time and see a little better, it's not TRYING to cause harm. AND AISHA MAKES SUUUUCH A PERFECT OLDER SISTER TYPE MENTOR FOR ARTIC- She needs a push to believe in herself becoming the hero, and Aishe is completely there to give her that push! With her encouragement, Artic can do anything! I can see Aisha standing up for Artic no matter what and protecting her and speaking up for her when she needs it most!! There's absolutely a folklore feel here!

IDPS my beloved. Kat taking care of everyone in any way she can is so sweet, but ofc she's gotta have an outlet. Making pizzas is perfect! It reminds me of this game one of my friends plays called Good Pizza, Great Pizza. It's just a calming little game about making pizzas that she plays when she has some downtime and wants to relax!

One thing about Artic is that she's always got a friend that's flashy enough for the both of them (Kat and Avie... What would we do without them?). THE MEME IS HILARIOUS BTW JFDIA;JFDAJFS- I'm picturing Kat dual wielding guns right now and jumping up into the air before taking aim for the theatrics of it all rn. She looks over and winks at the imaginary audience before shooting, and then when she lands she just sighs because nobody was around to see her cool move :(

Ok so the aforementioned OC universe is known as IDPS, short for Interdimentional Pizza Shop (and Mercenary Work)! There is literal YEARS worth of lore and ideas put into this thing I love it so much :D

This version of Artic is the one in my pfp, and who the oc: artic tag refers to lol- Basically she's embodiment of the season of winter, a huge dragon enthusiast, and the much-needed voice of reason!!

She's not a "true" skeleton per se, like she's not undead, she's just kinda in the shape of one- Though she can disconnect and reattach her bones like a cartoon ouo

She has ice powers, but not in a "shooting ice beams out of your hands" kinda way, it's very contact based!

She can freeze things by touching them, she can make a layer of ice under her feet to sliiide around super fast, and sometimes she physically freezes up under stress so you have to wait for her to thaw out akjfds

She can pick up your drink and little ice cubes form in it, in whatever shape she wants! And when she cries the tears freeze up so there's just little bits of ice on her face you gotta wipe off

In IDPS there are these things called essences, which are the super concentrated (and super illegal) form of a concept, usually in liquid form like a potion. Like if you poured a drop of Essence of Princess onto an apple, it would turn all sparkly and have a big bow on it!

Artic just naturally has the Essence of Winter in her bones instead of blood or marrow! So she doesn't have to worry about vampires bc they'd just get a really bad brainfreeze lol

She mainly fights with dual blades made of ice, inspired by Monster Hunter's dual blades! She's a very strategic and speedy fighter, her movements almost dancelike in combat, and she likes to use the terrain to her advantage!

And since this is a multiverse story, she actually goes through the story mode of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, saving a village from a giant sea monster! The gal who gives out quests in that game, Aisha, is like an older sister to her hehe ouo

So Artic is a licensed monster hunter, and she is absolutely FASCINATED with these creatures and how they work. And after some shenanigans in her childhood town in the mountains, she even starts her own sanctuary to educate people and care for dragons that wouldn't make it in the wild!

Here she's shipped with Ink Sans, and they live together with her dragon pet / companion Blizzard ouo!

It's this really sweet little story about Ink showing this really anxious and sheltered girl the world, seeing all the potential and life in her eyes and wanting to see her blossom.

And there's a scene where Ink is trying to hide his condition (basically he's undead and needs to drink magic paints in order to feel and regulate emotions), bc so many people have left him after finding out. But Artic doesn't mind at all, after all it's still him and she likes him for who he is ouo

The two are basically opposites, but they work well together and they're just silly little guys in love ouo

Artic's main arc is about identity and archetypes. Like how winter is often portrayed as this harbinger of death that needs to be driven away, but Artic is really soft and sweet-

She wants so desperately to be a hero, but the archetypal hero is confident and charming and brave and super strong; everything she thinks she isn't. But in reality, she's the most heroic of her peers because of her kindness!

There's a whole theme of knights and dragons and legends, realizing that those notions of what she should or shouldn't be don't define her, because people are more complex and nuanced than that ouo

My FAVORITE part is that there's literal years of lore built into this thing. Clearly it has been crafted with nothing but love and care in mind and I think that's beautiful.

ARTIC'S POWERS ARE SO NEAT IN THIS!!!! I want heart shaped ice cubes that's actually so cute. And the way her abilities affect the way she experiences stress and cries? Chef's kiss. Do her ice powers affect her whenever she experiences other intense emotions? And also can the thawing out process be helped by blankets and stuff or does she just stay frozen? Oooh or does she just continuously keep refreezing bc of the stress? Like trying to thaw her out helps a little but not for long and not much? SORRY I'M JUST SO CURIOUS I REALLY LIKE THE CONCEPT OF HER POWERS AFFECT HER BASED ON EMOTIONS THAT'S SO FREAKING COOL-

And essences!!!!!! Oughhh I really like the concept (pun intended)!!!!! Is there an essence for every concept or just certain ones? And vampires getting brainfreeze LMFAO. Can you drink an essence or does that turn your organs into the concept? And is Artic the only person with an essence in her bones or do other people have it?

THE COMBAT YES OMFG I CAN SEE IT SO CLEARLY,,, STRATEGIC AND SPEEDY AND DANCELIKE I LOVE IT!!! She's so intelligent using the terrain!!! I can see her in my head looking around, eyes darting quickly to survey the area as she narrowly avoids an attack before making her next move!! Effortlessly she slashes her opponent when they're not looking due to her adaptability and quick thinking.

And I'm so sorry I don't know anything about Monster Hunter whatsoever </3 BUT I DID SOME RESEARCH FOR YOU OFC AND IT LOOKS LIKE SM FUN???? I didn't get much of the story aspect of it but it seems great omg. Anyways Artic's curiosity is always something I love seeing!! I can see her killing this giant sea monster (Lagiacrus, I presume?) and then being like "wait a moment- I know this thing was terrorizing you all but I want a closer look at it-" AND FOUND FAMILY MY BELOVED OUGHHH ARTIC AND AISHA <333 THAT'S SO CUTE,,, and the sanctuary <33. Artic is so caring it's so sweet!! It's completely refected in her character and everything she does, I think. Not just in IDPS but across the board! Like. She saves this village from a sea monster and she wants dragons to be taken care of because she's just like that natrually. And even in like Buttermilk Daydreams she just wants to take care of The Onceler as best as she can!!!! And in the Biggering AU even though she's MAD at this man she's STILL telling him that they'll figure something out (they always do). Sorry I'm literally IN LOVE with the threads that stitch your AUs together I got so sidetracked LMFAO-

But anyways Artic and Ink Sans being opposites is SO GOOD AAAAAA- Artic feels so deeply and Ink doesn't feel at all without the paints. Artic has been sheltered and Ink has seen too much. And there's Artic's sweet and caring side coming out again!! Ink is afraid to tell Artic about his condition, but Artic could care less.

ARTIC SELF DISCOVERY YES YES YES YES YES!!!! SHE DOESN'T NEED TO GIVE INTO THE STEREOTYPES!!!!!! She's not winter even though she has its essence flowing within her. She's a hero even though she doesn't look like it. And her kindness being the thing that makes her most heroic?? I'M IN LOVE. This is what I was talking about earlier!!!! What do you like and don't like about each of the Subnautica games? (If there's anything to hate about these games, they're amazing)

tbh i dont have many complaints about either game, although i have felt that playing both quickly after the other does,,, make the differences super noticeable. things in sub1 i never had a problem w or didnt bother me much have become more bothersome now that ive played bz

like the battery meter on tools and the option to choose where each go in the slot? having to mess w all my tools to get them the EXACT order i wanted (for maximum efficiency of course) was always sort of annoying to me but nbd. now i can barely STAND how the tool menu works/looks in sub1 bc the bz version is.... so much better

I ALSO have a few gripes w bz that have slowly started to bother me more and more as i play. and by a few i mean one thing specifically. the CRASHING. obvs both games have a bit of a crashing and framerate and pop-in issue, but bz is just,,,, so much worse when it comes to crashes.

ive had sub1 on pc and ps4 for like, 3 years now?? and ive dealt w maybe around 5-10 crashes total in those three years, very sporadically? since ive bought bz less than a month ago ive dealt w at least 30 crashes. if i play for an hour it crashes at LEAST 1 time, usually 2 or 3 on average. i quit playing due to crashing more often than i quit after a save and exit. and although ive played sub1 considerably less on the switch, its still not crashed a single time, which makes me think it might be a bz problem and not a switch problem, but idk. i save often enough that i never lose more than 10 minutes at worse, but still,,,,,the crashing is constant. if the loading times were as bad as sub1's (which thankfully they are not), i would probably only play every once in a while bc i just cannot get more than 30 minutes in w/o a crash.

speaking of loading screens holy SHIT sub1 takes like 3 minutes at best to load in a NEW save. i could literally get up and make myself lunch and be back before it loads up on a save with more than 1 small tube of a habitat built in. bz has sped that up a lot which makes the loading screen feel even worse (once again, fixing a problem and then going back to that problem in sub1 just accidentally makes the game a bit more frustrating)

other than those few technical problems, most of which could very well be due to my own old ps4, laptop that doesn't quite meet the spec requirements, and attempt to play subnautica on a SWITCH of all things; the only genuine complaints i have about both is the ending in sub1 being 'make the rocket' after the lost river/lava zone segments is the worst part of the game and i almost never fully finish playthroughs bc that much resource collecting and grinding at the v end is hell! aaand the ice spires can compete with the dunes for "large open area full of death and bullshit that nobody ever wants to go to" bc i spent an hour and a half in the arctic spires the first time i went there in survival! and despite exploring it extensively in creative and having a base right outside in survival i STILL get lost constantly. for the record im usually good at navigating back to somewhere in these games w/o signals, esp if ive been there multiple times. i just get lost in the arctic spires constantly. the ice worms dont help!!!

the soundtrack in both games is AMAZING and i geniuenly just listen to them both for fun and get the songs stuck in my head sometimes. theres one from bz in my head right now it plays in the lilypad islands and i cannot remember what its called rn.

the sound design is both games is also really good?? i sit on the bz start menu and listen to the pengwengs, and sub1 in particular is like my favorite sound design in anything ever. i go in creative and just chill next to the creatures SO OFTEN. crabsquids, warpers, and sea dragons specifically sound so nice i could fall asleep to crabsquid noises they're so nice??

the ways the pdas are used for story telling is super nice, and ive always loved the little insights into the characters lives it gives u!! figuring out what happened to sam in bz and listening to all the final pda's in sub1 is always one of if not the favorite part of the games, i listen to every single pda every single time i play, i always feel just as sad for ozzy and keen and fred and the mercury crew and AAAAAA im very attached to these characters <33

SO if i talked about everything i liked in these two games i would b here for 3 hours so know that there is much much MUCH more i adore about them and my complaints about the arctic spires and crashing and loading times very much pale in comparison to all the good from the two!! bz is still very recently released so i believe the crashing issues will be dealt w in the future!!

i have many strong feelings for both games AND ive heard that apparently they've already confirmed a 3rd in the making? 👀 didn't look that up admittedly but if it IS true ill 100% b backing it up bc i ADORE this universe and its silly little fish and the silly little people i wanna hug. im full of love and subnautica takes up at least 67% of that love its my whole entire world i cannot imagine shutting up about them and ryley and robin anytime soon <3333

OKAY so

I like dragon pokemon, but am also a big fan of ice and dark types! I think Fu would actually probably like ghost and normal types, they're scientifically REALLY interesting and like. Fu would have a lab partner Lopunny. I just think he would have a Lopunny in a labcoat helping him around the lab.

Oh for my starter it would be Blaziken no doubt about it! My very first pokemon ever, and my BFF for the longest time <3333 I love Blaziken SO MUCH.

For Fu, i think he would have a Venasaur. Once again, no particular reason, the vibe is just right. He'd chill out in the garden with his big toad-dinosaur-flower and talk about science.

Cryia, I think would probably either have a Scyther or a Meinshao. I just think she and Scyther would be able to bond over looking scary but being kind! If she had a Meinshao, they would do martial arts training together lmao <3
