I know many people have issues with shipping with Nezha and such and I know the two had a rough history but y'know what fans do; they love to make the people who kill each other soulmates (platonic, romantic or otherwise) Even if it wasn't romantic, I still love the idea of them being buddies and just chilling, the danger noodle prince and the angy prince snuggle and watch a movie (mainly from Nezha 2019 but I also saw New Gods and can I just say, I want those two twinks to bicker then kiss awkwardly and I want Yun Xiang to BEAT. I have two things to say

1. I though you were a girl for the longest time, idk why but I did until I saw you talking about thinking you were a femboy and only today did I read that post on yourself and realize you were a guy.

2. SA is SA no matter who did it, and I can see just how much it has destroyed your mental health, you did not deserve it and you HAVE to cut them out of your life to truly recover.

If you live with them, be that grandpa I saw on a post who ghosted his wife, who he lived with for 20 years even though he saw her every day. If you don't well all the better walk away when they come up to you, slowly stop talking to them, speak less in conversations when they are nearby to tell others of your discomfort if you don't want to openly say it.

Things like that will most likely help you recover, also therapy will help a lot capish? Capish.

I was very down bad for Ai back then, you don't understand. Anyway, the actual "Einsatz" username was already taken so I added a few z's at the end since I'm too lazy to think up a new one (idek that it's a german word). Mutuals/friends back then started to call me "Ein", I just rolled with it and now it's just stuck to me. I don't really wanna change it anymore, even if Uta//Pri isn't an active interest of mine now.

I sometimes wish I had a proper theatre review blog or youtube channel or instagram account or whatever, if for nothing else then for the sake of finding other ppl online who have seen the same (sometimes niche) prods I have and making more Stuff about them!!! But there's so many obstacles to this hahahaha:

- I'm really difficult to please and prone to rather critical takes on even things that I genuinely like. In the non-anonymous blogosphere there's a big chance the people involved in the production will see it (and if you're aiming to blog professionally/get free tickets etc. you have to tailor the reviews to be at least a bit marketablecore)

- I hate the idea of my face or IRL personal identity being tied to it, I don't need random classmates or coworkers even accidentally discovering my authentic self, interests and opinions 😭

- Related to the first point: You generally need to operate within a specific area AND see as many things as possible from within that area. Ie. Finnish theatre bloggers see Finnish shows, German theatre bloggers see German shows. I think a lot of theatre shows have devastatingly boring concepts (which I'm bad at tolerating, I don't like seeing theatre just for the sake of seeing theatre, the work itself and the way it's executed matters a lot to me) and my interests are too narrow (namely: dramatic/societally critical musical theatre in the traditional musicals sense 😭).

Not that I would run out of things to write about: people with blogs like that often post tallies of everything they saw, and mine is not too bad in comparison! (Between August 2023 and July 2024, I've seen 11 musicals, 2 theatre plays with music included, 1 opera and 1 ballet, in nine different cities in three different countries. I also had two additional tickets to operas and four to musicals that I resold or couldn't see due to illness. Some of the bloggers see up to 30 shows a year, but for many it's because of extensive repeat views, so I do think I already get decent variety.) But I do think a scattered area is a problem in terms of audience interest. If I made a blog, to be even remotely popular it should either be a general Finnish theatre thing (which would lead to me having to come up with nice things to say about stuff I don't care about - omg the choice of shows is so atrocious in most theatres nowadays), a DACH/euroshows thing (which has more competition and also lots of stuff I don't care about xD), or a local thing focused on one city/area (same problems as focusing on Finland, plus I'm moving around a lot rn lol). So yeah idk it's annoying... sometimes I wish I could be an Influencer or part of those tight-knit IRL fan communities that seem to form around specific prods, but then again, there's so many things I don't like about that (and chances for Drama) and things that prevent me from doing that (lol geography). Idk I'm just rambling haha

Inks tattoos are NOT consistent! They change constantly no ones ever seen them change or move but every time ppl see him they r different n no ones quite sure why or how (they just sillay like that :D)

Error n Nightmare are canonically married. no ones quite sure how or when that happened or. why (are they in love romantically? the answer is debatable. they are married!!) this has no relevance to most of the story they r both just freaks like that (affectionate)

Ok slightly lore relevant but i wanna add this one too so error doesnt really? exist properly in time??? bcs technically error is one of the "younger" created gods but also it kinda. slipped thru a crack in reality and thats how we ended up here (antivoid) so its not just taht it has a bad idea or weird perception of time it just. physically exists outside of linear time. so error technically became way after nightmare but nightmare knew error as existing before her bcs of errors time fuckery. nightmare is aware of how error functions but the only one(s) who can properly perceive time before error existed and after are reaper and life. Ink also doesnt really exist properly in time but in a less obvious way? ink has a definitive start of creation date but is aware of everything that happened before that he just didnt exist in it,,, after his creation tho? very debatable how he works in time. the only ones hes really close to is dream n error and dream is not sure and you will never get a proper answer out of error lmfao

you don’t have to read but there’s a not so thought out ramble of all the thoughts in my head rn under the cut. i feel like ive been tricking people and i want to explain myself

okay so, i moved blogs when i was in a very negative space. i only stayed away for about a month, i missed tumblr and i missed writing even if it took me a hot minute to feel good enough to even be semi active on here.

tumblr can fucking suck. i left because there was drama with a few people that left me a mess honestly, those people have since been blocked and i started to feel a little bit better. i also noticed a number of people breaking mutual with me, which i completely understand curate your space as you need i’ve done it a few times myself, but the amount of people that did in a short time (as far as i noticed) gave me a terrible feeling and i needed to leave. i felt unwelcome and like i had done something wrong to people i had only interacted with a few times. this was on top of a lot of stuff i had going on irl, i felt so fucking alone in every aspect on my life regardless of my friends that made it so obvious they were there for me. i hated how i was at the time, and i appreciate every single person that stuck by me.

so i made this blog for a fresh start. i thought a new pseud and a new blog would make me feel better. and it did, for a while. my friends knew and they listened to my request to change tags, not refer to me as any previous nicknames and essentially not make it too obvious it was me. although i don’t think it was entirely impossible to tell. but now i miss all those things, i miss being stupid with my friends, i miss getting to call my best friend my wife on dash, i miss getting to miss astrology aims and mother nesi nesi, i miss the mutuals i used to have that i didn’t tell about the move because i was scared they were going to think i was stupid. i miss the url i kept going back to bc i loved it (possibly the most silly reason but still ukaishin holds a special place in my heart)

and it just doesn’t feel right. everyone has been so nice to me so far and it feels wrong knowing that wasn’t how echo ended, it makes me wonder what was wrong with me then that wasn’t now? but reality is, it’s nothing. shit happens, i needed time to get over a lot of things and it took time. even quite recently i had a terrible evening because of an old mutual. as in i had a mental breakdown because they added one stupid word to an ask that made me feel pathetic for sitting there the night before crying about how much i was missing them to aims.

getting called jinx in dms throws me off, i appreciate those that knew me first as echo using the new pseud, but it never took. it was never a name i was happy with (except for the first couple weeks on this blog) and im sorry for any confusion and having to switch pseuds again. i just don’t want to move blogs, i don’t want to have a whole thing i just want tumblr to be the happy place it was for me for almost 2 years. it got me through uni, being on here with the friends i’d made, i spend my final year of school in a constant mental breakdown, crying on the phone to my mum almost everyday and it was kaze that kept me going, motivating me to get my degree. it was kaze that flew to england to meet me and attend my graduation. it was aims that was the first person to reach out to me and give me the type of friendship i needed. it was everyone in our silly delululand server that made me laugh and reminded me that no matter how shit people were there were good ones. and it’s the good that’s made me feel better. and the good that makes me want to try one more time to maintain that happy place i had 2 years ago

Wouldn't the Todoroki drama be more strained due to his pr team? Yeah we joked that they suck and we discussed Natsuo's very bad experience with them. But you mentioned how they are very much pushing a certain "traditional family values" look on Enji. Meaning that the only look his kids see when not irl is very much biased and untrue. But the kids can't really get confirmation either way.

Oh yeah it's. It's a combination of things!

Enji himself is. He's kinda lost in his headspace and incredibly busy so a lot of the fatherly things he ends up doing are more.... bare minimum going through the motions. Make sure the kids are fed and bathed and do their chores and that they're doing well in school and discipline them when they break the rules and all that, but rarely having time to properly do things like family movie night or any talking like- like people. This was mitigated more when Rei was around, but then her mental health declined and she wasn't doing as much and now she's not doing jack because she's in the hospital(I don't mean this as a dunk her health is important too).

And then yeah there is. There is the bad shit he's doing. Whether it be things he is actively like 'I know on some level this is fucked but *insert justification here*' or the 'doesn't realize that this was bad because that's how he was raised and clearly he doesn't have childhood truama(YEAH ABOUT THAT-)!'. Either way it has a negative impact on the kids, which in turn effects their perception of him.

There's also a lot of half-truths where the kids know some information but don't have all of the context, like everything going on with Rei.

You also have the different kids and their own perceptions. Toya and Fuyumi are old enough to have genuine good and happy memories while Natsuo and Shoto aren't. And Toya's good memories get tainted by later traumas so he thinks it was all either fake or just 'dad's goals coincidentally was something that made me happy as a kid'. And I'm gonna bring it up later but in Road to Hell I dragged Selkie into this and yeah there's going to be a falling out there so while Toya and Fuyumi remember him being basically their uncle, Shoto definitely doesn't(Natsuo is up in the air rn).

The PR Team stuff is mixed in to that. Even though the kids don't go actively looking online for stuff about their dad(they did that once, discovered the fanfic sites, and tried to induce amnesia). But they do still run across that sort of stuff. And yeah the PR Team is cultivating the image they want/what they /think/ Endeavor wants for himself. Which yeah is something the kids don't feel safe and comfortable with when it comes to things like being gay.

And like. On the Mutation Quirks. I have a plan for a conversation where Shoto says something casual like about it with the class and it's Izuku who kinda goes 'Actually that sounds odd'. (Because ofc while he has his obvious favorite he knows a LOT of obscure facts about a lot of active Heroes especially ones like Endeavor who are a big name.) And he elaborates on this in a 'if we're gonna hate him we hate him for the right reasons' by saying that he's aware on how it's harder to find nowadays but you can find older video clips where he shuts down assholes talking Anti-Mutation sentiments.

Then ofc the big thing with the PR team which very much colors Natsuo's perception and he might've told Fuyumi and Shoto about that which. Fuyumi doubts it but Shoto would believe it.

So yeah it's. There's. There's so much going on and there's definitely a lot that Enji did wrong but there's also stuff that was kinda out of his hands.

honestly i don't know, i think of actors i really like but i'm not big on their counterparts..? i enjoy it a lot when they mix and match, i don't have anyone i particularly follow.. i will say MaxTul were super powerful, i really appreciate the bonds between a lot of pairs like ForceBook and i think some of them have amazing chemistry like FirstKhao but even though there are a few i would always try to tune in for like OffGun and YinWar, there's no one i can call a fave, i don't think..currently JimmySea are eating it up tho

🎭Most underrated actor: just the Wayufilm crew in general, I see them do fundraiser lives on yt all the time and I don't think they're that well known by the fandom

🧍‍♂️Favorite character: ig it is Karan currently, Tay really made the character shine in a different way than Machida Keita's Kurosawa and i can't get enough of those puppy eyes

🕴Favorite side character: rn it might be Metha from Cooking Crush? he's just a bit too charming for someone i'd punch if i met him irl..or Fire, i think writing about him made me fond, they're both so..this

📽Favorite scene: from all the thai bls i've seen?? there's beauty like THAT ITSAY scene, there's unexpected scenes i come back to like WaanTul in the last episode of Between Us, there's Nuea and Toh finally getting everything out in the open..there's the Kitty Gang in FUTS going up the elevator, the ep.5 KinnPorsche scene..most of PatPran's scenes!! like how am i supposed to even start choosing lmao

i'm gonna say (after i catch up with my shows this whole list would prolly be different, it could be Karan's scream soon) the one from my recent shows is the rooftop scene from LTTS..sue me for being basic, i'll plead guilty

🃏Most anticipated bl and why: let's say Jack and Joker hahah, I hope it works out <3 i want to see a project YinWar have certain freedom over completed successfully - even if it ends up not being my thing, they deserve to share their talents and artistic vision. they are trying something new, maybe there will be a nice balance between comedy and drama and also it seems like those characters are meant to be whipped for each other and YinWar can pull that off splendidly

OH WAIT PiMork is pretty bad. yeah, maybe not the worst but they've got a spot on the list..and ig TehOhAew but I have not actually seen s2 so overall I don't have a definitive opinion :')

🍿Guilty pleasure series: i guess it would be Cause You're My Boy (My Tee) because everyone hates on it but I binged it and had a good time 🤷‍♀️ also I Will Knock You cause it has some questionable elements but it's also very special

❎Most underrated series: out of what I've seen it would obviously be Rainbow Lagoon but it's two episodes, not sure if it counts as a series.. really sweet short watch though, you should give it a try here 🥰

also maybe The Best Story? I didn't like it that much because of the ending but it's younger YinWar and I never hear anyone talk about it; I'd say they were pretty good at it 😊

WIP Questionnaire (2.0)

I was tagged a second time by @finchwrites, so I'll do this for my second WIP too.

1. What was the first part of your wip that you created?

As I mentioned in this post, as someone from an Irish family, I wanted to write a novel that paid homage to our folklore, so I decided to mess with the general concept of a 'changeling'. Rowan came to be when I tried to think up a character that was a faerie who, for some reason, believed they were a human - and the rest followed.

2. If your story was a TV show, what would the theme song/intro be?

Not so much a theme song, but Rowan and Killeen's song is definitely Dying Star by Ashnikko and Ethel Cain. I'd probably have it playing in the background when Killeen realises who Rowan actually is to her.

3. Who are your favourite characters you've made? Why?

Rowan was the first character I created for this story so I do have a soft spot for her in my heart, but because I knew I wanted this to be a queer story, when I created Killeen I basically just turned my ideal woman into a lesbian fae warrior so??? of course I would die for her?? Plus being The Inquisitor for The Sidhe Court is kind of a slay, no?

4. What other pieces of media do you think would share a fan base for your story?

Never read it, but from what I've heard I can only assume ACOTAR peeps would be into it. If anyone has ever watched Zone Blanche/The Black Spot (spooky french supernatural murder drama), that is EXACTLY the vibe I'm going for - just Irish (and if you haven't watched it you should).

5. What has been your biggest struggle with your wip?

There are two parallel storylines in the story - Rowan's storyline when she is taken into the Fae realm, and the second storyline that follows the aftermath in her small town when her parents report her missing. I struggle a fair bit with actually writing the aforementioned second storyline because I get so caught up with all the lesbian dumbassery that I forget there is in fact a second layer to my plot.

6. Are there any animals in your story? Talk about them!

Crows, ravens and other corvids are ALWAYS a motif in my stories. The Sidhe also have a strong supernatural connection to the flora and fauna so not only are there several different kinds of forest dwelling animals in the story, but most of the characters can communicate with them!

7. How do your characters get around? (ex: trains, horses, cars, dragons, etc.)

Honestly for a fantasy book my setting/map is rather small so most of the travel is done by foot. I guess there'll probably be a few police cars involved and maybe some kind of sailboat at some point lmao

8. What part of your wip are you working on rn?

In the earlier stages of the first draft atm. I started this as a passion project only about 6 months ago even though I had the plot idea for a couple of years.

9. What aspects (tropes, maybe?) of your wip do you think will draw people in?

Queer fae. Need I say more? Also I'm hoping the fact that there are a lot more spooky/horror elements to this story, as opposed to a lot of faerie narratives, will interest people. It's all going to be set in Ireland as well so that's another demographic that I hope will enjoy it!

10. What are your hopes for your wip?

It's a queer story where the characters are just... queer.... and in love... there's no homophobia, no "I'm gay and that's okay and normal!", no having to come out - it just is right from the get go, a gay story about gay girls being gay without that being the focal point of the narrative - so I hope that if it ever gets published, it'll be a book that queer people can go to when they need a spooky gay fantasy without any of the trauma and alienation that we feel as queer people irl. I hope people connect to the story and take some comfort in the darkness.

hi!! turning off anon to confess that ever since i joined the tmnt fandom i admired you from afar and always am delighted when i see you pop up on my dash. love people who are active in the community, but i totally understand too if you stop posting tmnt. even as a lurker, i get overwhelmed by fandom stuff and worry that i will upset someone

(Sorry this is just an excuse for me to clear up and rant) Hi people who are probably stalking me, just a heads up, when I meant : 'As a VA I should be able to do many roles at once. If Im hired to voice in a children's show, and at the same time something more mature, nsfw, 18+, heavy themes, I should be able to do so.'

I meant like. Oh if Im voicing kids shit, I should be able to do shit like adult swim, bojack horseman, helluvaboss etc. cause. im a actor. lmfao

I didnt skim through enough but uhh another thing is, hi im neutral i dont care I have more things in life to focus on chronic kids online. I think western ideology is WAYYY too comfortable in like, harassing people when they dont agree with things. If you think going around and telling people to kys or having people burnt at the stake for your ideology is gucci- you are no better than like, a conservative christian. (Hope im using the words right, english hard).

Oh yeah and I stand by my words :

'IAs an adult, to me, I can very clearly tell how fiction doesn't = to reality. I'm strictly working them in a professional manner, the only conversation I've had are casting calls, directions, and vocal cords. If this was an irl grooming situation, I would 100% not be interacting. But since this isn't my responsibility, nor is it my private life. And as long as they are not publicly talking to children or any minors either, or harassing, showing minors things that shouldn't be shown, I have no qualms with it.

We all have our boundaries, and I understand people's concerns on these topics, but I personally prefer to stay out of anything/any drama, hate, harassment on social media, as that would be affecting to my irl mental health too. Likewise, everyone have boundaries, and personally, I feel like as long as we don't cross it, or have a clear line, we should move on.

What I think is morally right currently - are boundaries, and not harassing people. I think a lot of reasoning behind how comfortable people are in harassing others in fandoms is defo a culture thing too. I'm Taiwanese, for example, and in my culture, this kind of behavior is frown upon. I think an interesting outside perspective for Europeans is this article if you ever feel like taking a look

I am not at all a TMNT only person, I don't label myself to any extent, and have put my boundaries of minors dni. So if anyone really wants to make any point on that, those are my boundaries that they decided to overstep.

+ as is my own social presence, I will do my best to mold it the way I wish to myself. Plus its not like I ever hid stuff.
