I’m reading this enlightening book by Napoleon Hill & Ima leave this right here coz I feel like a lot of people get lost in this world being a slave to the dollar sign & losing sight of what the heart is trying to tell them. I was one of them. HEAVILY one of them. I was seeing dollar signs when I woke up and when I went back to sleep. My motivation was the dollar sign. It was way too easy to get it too. If I didn’t listen to my heart & if I kept chasing this cash that I saw lots of. I’ve been there. I’ve seen lots of money. Getting dealt thousands and thousands of dollars weekly to be unhealthily pulled away from my health and my heart. This all happened last year. Until my health fucked with me & forced me to actually LIVE. And take the hard path for once. The path that will make waking up feel like I’m leaving a legacy instead of leaving a messy ass room that I left for work every morning to do somethin I was just doing for the benjamins. Now it’s back to square one.....but I know with hard work towards my goal - it will be more. More authenticity, more value, more life. I even tell my momz “hey momz don’t worry I got you.... this year it pops off OR NOTHING.” Often we take roads that are comfortable and safe just to pay our bills, or to feed our egos. Status ain’t shit, but STATE is EVERYTHING. So make sure your mindSTATE is right. And i SWEAR you will get there. Sometimes the road that gets you acquainted with patience - is the longtime homie. So keep those good friendships with your soul.
