the contrast in reactions between natori and matoba...matoba and his little taken aback "what the hell am i supposed to do with this bid for human connection" face that i hold so dear. idk what's going on with natori exactly but my guess is he's just. really scared for natsume. he must have been, to have gone to get matoba. natsume doesn't get natori's affectionately indulgent look until after the danger has passed. natori's gotta get his game face on.

i finished reading krakoa era and comic cherik are amazing SO i wanted to ask do you have any favorite issues/series i still don't really remember how to call it where cherik are also cool?? some iconis comic moments with them maybe??

im FARRR from finishing all of krakoa (ive probably barely even made a dent in this series), though i do think following the HoX + PoX issues themselves are great if we're talkin cherik-focused issues/books. i already said one of my fave aspects of cherik is their moments working together, so having a whole Omnibus dedicated to them Working Together and trusting each other (bonus points for Protective Erik with the Something Sinister bit) is already guaranteeing a sure spot in my Faves collection

one of my fave cool moments i've read so far- which is a moment i wager a lot of people can agree is Sick As Hell Visually if i may be so daring- is ABSOLUTELY this sequence from Inferno #4

any time erik and charles get to do some bamf shit together it is IMMEDIATELY peak to me this cannot be disputed and i'd be lying if i didn't say i bought this run solely for this moment here (ignore the fact they fumble this fight horribly that dont matter they looked cool as hell for five seconds !!!!!!!!!!!)

i can't wait to read more and find even more moments i love and want to tape to my eyelids <3 !!

You were so true for that post about dhil not having the express pass on his design. Why does the man, who values his found family the most and is ready to sacrifice himself for them, doesn't have something tying them to him in his magical girl (Imbibitor lunae) form?

I absolutely get why, yadda-yadda he's a Vidyadhara and the reincarnation of dan feng BUT STILL! we know he has the instinct to yearn for his hometown even, though he never got to see it, but when jing yuan asked him if he wants to stay in the Luofu he replied that the Express Crew is waiting for him.

HOYO WHERE IS THE FUCKING EXPRESS PASS ON DHIL DESIGN. IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ADDED AFTER THAT COMPANION QUEST. IT WOULD'VE BEEN SO COOL.

you'll notice after his companion mission he doesn't take that form again. (2.2 doesn't count)

the reason why dan heng doesn't have an express badge on his imbibitor lunae form is because that form represents everything he rejects about himself: his past life as dan feng, his role as high elder, his vidyadhara heritage (present dan heng doesn't have vidyadhara ears), his place on the luofu and in the xianzhou alliance as a whole, etc. simply, it represents a past he would rather forget, even if he has been forced to acknowledge it.

by that logic, why would he ever put his badge, the item that represents the people he loves the most and the path that turned his life around, on the form that has given him nothing but trauma trouble his entire life?

(though in video game logic, like i said in the tags of my post, the fact that his alt form takes away what could arguably be one of his most precious items is just another reason for him to fucking hate it, lmao)

i honestly have no idea how you judge your fic but my fave captain america fics are the not easily conquered series - pretty canon divergent, as in steve survives ice crash but imo does a really good job of engaging with the canon events and reckoning with how his life would develop in that situation; and if they haven't learned your name - written before cap 3, so entirely canon divergent post-tws, very humorous, contains possibly my favorite natasha of any fic i've read
