In Germany opticians sell migraine glasses by a maker called Eschenbach. The line is called Acunis and comes in three shades of pink, depending on how strong you want the filter to be, they have prescription glasses and clip ons. According to their website they are also available in the US and Canada but you have to enter your address and they tell you what the closest place you can get them is, so idk how expensive they would be

Fairly easy homemade pizza dough recipe below

My latest go to is homemade calzones. It's a fairly basic recipe for pizza dough that can be customized as almost anything(pizza, calzones, bread sticks, I even just made it flat and put garlic salt on top once).

I do cheese calzones with mostly cheddar cheese and some mozzarella. Fold it shut then coat the top with olive oil( I legit use olive oil non stick spray) and sprinkle a layer of garlic salt. Extra dough lasts about a week but is good for many meals. I can get about 8 calzones from one batch or a couple rolled out pizzas. I tend to make multiple calzones and store extras in the fridge.

Also you can swap the flour for gluten free but the dough is not as stretchy but tastes about the same.

Recipe for the pizza dough:

6 tsp of yeast

7-1/5 cups of flour

3 tsp of sugar

3 cups of warm water

1/3 cup of olive oil

3 tsp of salt

Prep by first adding yeast to water to dissolve the yeast.

Then add every other ingredients but the flour

Gradually add flour will sometimes be kinda wet just add more flour.

Let sit 5 minutes to rest the dough

Bake at 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes depending on what your making.

I usually cook my stuff till it is all firm and a nice brown mostly all over.

Also I usually use a double layer cookie sheet to make mine but most pans will work.

“America has no culture” is an inherently racist statement. Especially when talking about California, which has enormous populations (yes, plural) of Hispanic and Asian immigrants.

It’s such a self report that you see the American hegemony, the American monolith, as a singularly white entity that’s worthy of scorn. I want that person to look at the Black American NYC Miku design and tell me with their full chest that that isn’t culture. Especially when modern pop culture owes so much to Black American culture — hip hop, language, streetwear and fashion, pop music, jazz — as is actively erasing their roots, saying all of America has no culture is a dumbass statement.

Also, “all the US Mikus are dressed in generic casual street style for coolish weather.” The original Brazilian Miku is wearing sunglasses, a crop top, short shorts, a bikini, and flip flops you absolute dunce. If you’re gonna be rude at least be consistent.
